Kurumi panted as she ran through the park, a malicious laugh taunting her in the distance. Stopped, she continued to breathe heavily as she looked back to see herself approaching her, "Well, well, well…all you have to is give up…surrender everything that's tying you to the human life an-"
"N-no! I won't!" Kurumi snapped, standing up as she readied her guns, "I…I'm not afraid to admit it, I love Shido Itsuka!" the other Kurumi hummed and narrowed her eyes as tears slid down Kurumi's cheeks, "I'm in love with Shido…and one day…I will give up my powers to be with him!" the other Kurumi hummed as she faded into the shadows, "You hear me, I love Shido!"
Kurumi shot up on the bed and panted as a cold sweat ran down her face, "I love you too, but why are you screaming?" she looked to her side to see her fiancé staring at her in confusion, "You were screaming in your sleep…is everything okay?"
"It's…nothing to worry about, Shido dear," Kurumi sighed as she leaned up against Shido, pushing him back onto the bed and laying her head on his chest, "Just a…strange dream is all," Shido hummed and arched a brow, "My past self…the one without the emotions…was chasing me, telling me to surrender my feelings…but I wasn't going to give up without a fight," Shido slightly smiled as he patted the top of her head and the two of them slowly fell asleep in each other's arms.
