A/N: 1st off I don't own these characters. Also I unfortunately don't have a beta and I can't find one. I have done my best with trying to edit and beta on my own but I'm dyslexic so that makes some of the editing and spelling hard at so I'm sorry ahead in advance. Also this is chapter one of my very 1st SVU fic!
Finn looked up surprised to see Elliot Stabler walking into the Special Victims Unit bullpen.
Before he could say anything to him, Noah Porter-benson shocked the whole unit making his way toward Elliot.
"Da-Da!"
"Hey little man!" Elliot said catching the little boy as he jumped up at him.
"Da-Da buh-bye?"
"Not yet I need to talk to Momma okay?" He said putting the little boy back down on his feet
"Pack Toys go buh-bye?"
"Sure buddy go pack your Toys up to go bye-bye." Elliot said approaching Olivia who was watching Noah race off to his toys in her office.
"I'm sorry you had to come pick him up here, there was no way I could get away."
"It's fine Liv I think you were right I need to get past some of my issues where this place is concerned. And here comes the biggest issues " Elliot said
"Stabler I would say long time no see but obviously Olivia here as seen you long enough to make you the father to her son!" Fin said with a glare.
"Fin not here and not where Noah can here." Olivia said glancing back in her office at Noah who was chattering away to his toys has he packed them up.
"Fine then when?" Fin said
"Come over tonight after Noah goes to sleep if you promise no yelling " Liv said
"How come your only making me promise? " finn asked
"Because I know El won't risk waking up or scaring Noah by yelling." Olivia said quietly as Noah came back through the bullpen dragging his backpack
"Redddy" Noah said with a bright smile on his face
"Okay little man let's go home say bye bye bad love you to momma." Elliot said picking him up
"Buh-bye mama, luv yooh z"Noah said kissing her
"I love you to Noah, I love you too." She whispered quietly to Elliot as she kissed him quickly before him and Noah left out of the bullpen.
"I think it's safe to say that's not the nanny." Rollins said with a smirk.
"Everyone back to work." Olivia said ingoring Finn's glare. Olivia made her way into her office and sit down behind her desk staring at the photo that always faced her. To most the picture looked like just another day at the park but only Liv, Elliot, little Noah and Donald cragen knew what happened that day
5 months prior
8 month old Noah Porter - Benson chased a ball across the grass unsteadily as Olivia Benson and Elliot stabler watched from thier Pinnhc blanket.
"Your going to do amazing with him Liv." Elliot said brushing her hair out of her face
"Thank you. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't of got this far. You always believed in me." She said leaning in and kissing him.
"You do the same for me." He whispered quietly has he closed his eyes for a second
"You okay?" She asked
"Just wave a pain I'm okay baby. You heard the doctor I'm well on the way to being recovered." Elliot said
"She also said to take it easy."
"Which I have been, I wasn't about to miss today" Elliot said watching as Noah chased his ball which rolled on the blanket next to Elliot's leg.
"Da-Da ball." Noah said surprising both Olivia and Elliot since till then Elliot had just been E.
"You heard him Da-Da our son wants his ball." Olivia said with a bright smile and tearful eyes Elliot smiled back with just as bright of smile as he sit up and handed the ball to Noah.
"Tankuu da-da." He said before running off.
"Are you sure about this?" Elliot asked
"Yes I'm 100% sure about this, I'm sure about something else to." She said pulling a box out of the bag she had with them.
"And that would be?"
"If our son is going to he a Stabler I think I should be to, I kinda stole something out of your dresser. Since you wouldn't ask me, I'll ask you. Elliot Stabler will you marry me?"
"Hell yes." He said to her kissing her before sliding the ring on her finger.
"The reason I didn't ask before I didn't want to ask you then die on you." He said
"I know baby but your in remission it's time we start living." She said kissing him
"I'm glad I didn't have to deal with this before." They heard a voice they knew all to well say.
"Cap."
"Elliot I've told you call me Don now."
"Okay Don" he said with a smile
"I may have gave Don a call because he has the power to marry us. I figured what's better then our former captain marrying us with Eileen and our son as the witnesses."
"You thought of everything huh?"
"I wanted today to be perfect " she said.
30 mintues later they were officially Mr & Mrs Elliot Stabler.
Present day
Olivia was broke out of her memory by a uniform coming in. That night she was greeted by Noah running to the door as soon as she opened it.
"Hey big boy." She said picking him up
"Did you have fun with daddy." She asked looking around before she noticed Elliot attempting to pick up all the toys that Noah had scattered about.
"Yep,Yep." Noah kept chattering as she walked toward Elliot
"You okay?"
"Yeah just tried." He said quietly smiling at Noah's babbling, he ran his hand down his son's back.
"We can reschedule with Fin for another night if you aren't feeling up to It."
"Noah tell Mommy to stop worrying I'm fine." Elliot said with a smirk.
"El..." She said placing Noah on the ground to play, Elliot used the opportunity to step closer to her unhooking her badge and gun for her and putting it in the lockbox they kept on the shelf then pulling her close to him in a hug.
"Liv I promise I feel okay I'm just tired from chasing our little man around which anyone at our age would be tried from."
"I just worry, I lost you once I can't lose you again."
"I know baby, but my last checkup was great and I'll you the second I start to feel bad. IF I start to feel bad." He said kissing her they got lost in the kiss till a knock at their door broke them apart.
"That will be Fin." Elliot said panting from the passion of their kiss.
"It'll be fine we'll use Noah has a baby buffer if we need to." She said giving him a quick kiss before heading toward the door.
"Daddy's gotta finally come clean to Uncle Fin. Wish me luck Buddy." Elliot said picking Noah up and kissing his head.
