Shido sat on the bench in the park as he looked up at the night sky, "You wanted to see me, Shido dear?"
"Kurumi," Shido sighed as he stood up and turned to face the violent Spirit, "I called you here to help you,"
"Help? I don't know if you hit your head or something, Shido dear, but I told you I won't let you seal my powers away an-"
"Not about that," Shido stepped closer to her, "You're emotionless, you kill on a whim and show no remorse, even for a Spirt, that's not normal. When I first encountered Tohka and Yoshino, they showed signs of having emotions, but you just up and kill without a second thought. And then that day when you, or rather, the past you, went out on a date with me…she was full of emotions, she was happy, she laughed, she even cried a little…what happened between that Kurumi and this Kurumi? Why are you so cruel to everyone?"
"You really want to know?" Shido nodded, "When I first got my powers, I was excited…I could do something to make the world a better place, but after some time, my emotions kept getting in the way of what I was trying to do, and so…little by little, I learned how to stop feeling, so this way if I kill someone, I wouldn't have to care about it and I'll continue to move on like it never even happened,"
"So you'd rather walk around as an emotionless being? Doing that will only destroy you over time,"
"What do you know!"
"I know you still care about people!" Kurumi's eyes widened, "If you truly did let go of your emotions, you would've eaten me by now, got what you wanted and moved on…so somewhere deep inside of you lies the emotions you thought you got rid of," Kurumi frowned as she looked away, "Listen…why don't you and I spend an entire day together. I know you love animals, so we can go to the local animal shelter to see some puppies and kittens," Kurumi looked back up and slowly nodded, "Okay…I'll meet up with you here tomorrow at nine and we'll make a whole day of it,"
"Y-yeah…okay," Kurumi turned and ran away ad Shido slightly smiled before he turned and walked in the opposite direction.
