Miku and Shido watched as stars shot across the sky from their bedroom window. Miku faintly smiled as she rested her head on her husband's shoulder, "Hey darling," Shido looked down and arched a brow, "What would've happened…if you didn't save me that day?"
"I would've continued to try and save you, Miku."
"No, I mean when Tohka went Inverse…what would've happened?"
Shido sighed and shook his head, "Miku, I promised I'd be there for you and I always stick to my promises. Whether the world turned its back on you again, or one of the other girls went Inverse and tries to kill you, I'll always be by your side,"
Miku slightly smiled and nodded as she snaked her arms around his, "Thank you darling," Shido hummed and nodded as he patted the top of Miku's head.
