"Spirits, what in Palaven happened?!"

He expected this to be a simple mission. Came through Relays, came to the newly discovered primitive race's planet, subjugate the race to be one of Turian Hierarchy's client race, and then go home. All in all, that is his superior and also his ideal plan.

But now, that plan will need to be thrown into the nearby airlock. Besides, what he and his men need is not some vacation plans, but instead a survival plan, some kind of miracle bullet or knife, and a fuckton of medical supplies.

He whimpered a bit when he hear the insane cackling and the flapping of the wings.

What the fuck is this?

This is not what she expected to see when she died. Yes! She, the strongest Esper and probably one of the most powerful people in the world, including the Magic side, has just died a moment before. Before she suddenly stood here all alone. Wherever this farm was.

Is this fucking "getting transported to another world" event all those weeb are raging about?

Now, one could wonder how did she die. And no way in hell she will be reminiscing about one of her most embarrassing moments anytime soon. Though it's pretty weird when the pain of death is not that painful. Granted, she is nearly desensitized to pain since she almost died multiple times, and that is a probable reason why she feels her death is not that painful.

Anyway, after two cliched prerequisite requirements for the so-called isekai event that every nerd dreamed of happened to her, she arrived in another world. Or what she assumed was another world. She could be inside some kind of simulation, or worse, this is an effect of another Esper's ability. She has been hit by these kinds of abilities before, and she knows she can't block that kind of ability that easily, so that assumption is not entirely unreasonable. With steady breathing, she started to observe her surrounding calmly. When there's nothing unique or interesting entered her field of vision, she focused on the general feel of ambient reality. She noticed that the reality, for lack of a better term, is still "pure". Using her mental calculation, which she noted is still running even when she can't feel Will-chan or Sister's Network, she discovered that the ambient reality of the area she is currently in has never been tampered with by any Espers or even Magicians, and the Hume level here is most stable she has ever felt. And let her tell you this, with the number of Espers and Magicians running around on the Earth, her own Earth, the Hume level is constantly in flux, no matter where she going.

It seems there are no Espers or Magicians in this world, judging by the absence of pocket reality or the constant flux of ambient reality created by those two. Excluding herself.

So, with all this information, she concluded that it was indeed, another world.

Instead of arriving in the supposed fantasy and magic forest, or crapsaccharine wonderland, she arrived in this countryside-looking world.

She actually expected herself to be in some forest in the medieval-looking world, not on some wheat farm and modern and advanced-looking city on the horizon.

Just her luck, she thinks to herself, when what she assumed is the son of the owner, seeing he looked 12 at most, came to her and asked her some questions like who she was and what she doing here, alone. Additional note, he speaks English. After some more questions, he then invited her to have lunch with his family. It was a bit annoying, but, this boy reminded her about Last Order...just a little.

Well, she didn't any choice now, right?

Just her luck. Just her fucking luck!

As she just finished the main dish, an invasion happen. And not just an ordinary invasion, it's an alien invasion! Guess she is not in a fantasy world, but instead a sci-fi one. Also, by the idle chatter that going on during the lunch, she finds out that she is not only in another world, but she is also on a different planet entirely!

So, she and the boy's family of four, including the boy, currently running into the nearest shelter. Now that she running, something very important came to her mind, which actually crossed her mind earlier before. Is she still connected to the Sister's Network? Is she still-

Ah, there is it. Wait, no, this is not the same Clonoth. This sapling is a new one, just freshly buried, probably when she arrived here. And speaking of the trees, the other two, Sephiroth and Qliphoth, are there, but none has tapped into their power yet, probably the reason why there are no Magicians exist in this world.

Her thinking is halted by the sound of a gun, and sudden cries of shock from the sister. She refocused her eye and she is treated with the sight that caused everything in her mind to come to a halt.

The boy's corpse is split in half from the shrapnel of an exploded vehicle. The father and the mother's head has been crushed by the falling debris from the nearby building. She will never forget this anytime soon, isn't she? She thinks to herself.

She loses control. And four malicious matter formed behind her.

Four wings made of black wind came forth from behind the white-haired person's back. She doesn't know how, but she can feel malice and hatred from the wings. But not for her and her family, it was all directed at the invading ship and bird aliens.

"Are you an angel?" She couldn't help herself but ask the white-haired person.

She looked at her, smiling as she does so, "Something like that. Now go hide somewhere."

"O-okay. But I need to go wake up them first." Coming back to her brother and parents, that strangely have been silent since that explosion. Why did they sleeping now? So she tries to wake them up. The angel told her to hide, but she don't want to hide alone.

"Brother, mom, dad. Why did you sleep now, and what's that red water?"

Her heart broke hearing the little sister's question.

An angel, huh? Oh, she is an angel alright. Angel of Death it is!
