-Chaoter 3-

-Rachel pov-

I have no idea what I am doing. My dads were dutiful until their jobs came back up. Now they see 'too busy' for me. I know they just stopped caring again.

I have no one here for me now. This time is worse than last time. They took things this time. They took their things this time.

So now I am setting on a box with a lettuce bag. Oh how life has become a cruel mistress. I just want to be loved for once. I guess I do deserve this though.

There is a knock on the door that takes me out of my thoughts. I get up slowly and realize I am only in my undergarments. Guess that is what happens when you have no detergent...or machine. I sigh and grab a coat before opening the door.

"Hello Rachel" I look wide eyed at Judy Fabray in front of me "I would like to come in and talk with you"

"Not a good time" I go to close the door but she stops it with her foot "Judy I really think this is a bad time...I have a very bad cold right now"

"You sound fine and I know you never get sick" I give her a confused look "My daughters know everything"

"Just please go" I hear a car door open and close "Who is with you?"

"Someone who knows there is a backdoor!" I quickly push judys foot out and lock the door "That was rude!"

I run to the backdoor but see Santana "Hey Berry" I take a step backwards as she steps toward me "I have some things to pay you back for"

"I apologize for calling her stupid" Santana dashes at me and I run away "AHHHHH! LEAVE ME ALONE!"

I run, without thinking, into my living room. I run and trip over a box. I curl into a ball waiting for the beating. Where is the beating?

"Rachel?" I am not looking at my killer! "Where is your stuff at Rachel?"

"All you have is that lettuce bag?!" I look up and realize where I am "Rachel what is going on?"

"You were supposed to leave me alone" I keep curled up in a ball "You were not supposed to be here or know"

"Rach~"

"You left me!" I look up at Shelby with tear filled eyes "You left me to those men! Those men who come and go as they please! Who pretend when they have no work to love me! You left me with them!"

"Rachel is this why you broke my girls?" I shake my head and look away from them "Rachel why did you? I just want to know as their mother"

"Fran outed me to everyone" I hear footsteps stomp away "Hello?"

"That was Santana" I look up to see Shelby and Judy still here looking worried "We are not just skirting over this"

I sigh and move to my lettuce bag "At least let me eat while I listen" My stomach growls and I sigh "I only have this because they left and only left 'rabbit' food"

"Ow! Santi let me go!" I turn my head and see Santana dragging in both twins by their ears "This hurts!"

"So does being outed without permission!" Santana let's go of them with a push "You owe someone an apology!"

"You outed her?!" Fran looks away in guilt from Judy "You are so grounded! The community at least knew!"

"Actually no one knew until what they did" Judy goes red hot and both twins slowly back away "They were the first girls I have kissed too"

"YOU TWO ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE!" Both girls blanche and drop to their butts "HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO SOMEONE YOU CLAIM YO LOVE?! WE TALKED ABOUT THIS!"

"She slipped and kissed me!" Fran smiles seemingly at the memory "It was a nice two minute kiss"

"It may be your last!" Shelby mad is terrifying "We we're going to have you on my club but now I am thinking other wise!"

I look at Shelby confused now "Your club?" She nods and looks calmly at me "What about Shue?"

"The club has been deactivated by Sue Sylvester" Santana smiles happily "I had a hand in doing so"

"But you can be one of the first members!" Shelby looks at me with so much hope "W-we can start there! We have meetings and then we get help from Emma! Then we slowly build our relationship! You move in and become sister with Beth! Oh she would love you! We could be a happy family!"

Looking at Shelby so happy about this makes me smile. She actually has this planned out. She really does want me back. It hits me everything I said that day.

"I am sorry" I look down at my feet "I called Beth a bastard child and said some many bad things"

"Like not wanting us?" There is a smack sound and I look to see Quinn rubbing her head "OW! That was mean!"

"Deserved!" Judy glares at her then smiles at me "It is all water under the bridge"

"Brittany just wants to make sure you are ok" Santana shrugs "I was just going to scare you"

"Well you did" I look at everyone here and finally smile again "You all actually care about me"

"Hell yeah!" There is another smack "OW! Moooooommm! That huuurrt!"

"I have a major question" All eyes turn to me "How would a relationship work? I mean you two can not do anything with me cause...well...you are sisters"

"That is true" Judy looks at her daughters with a raised eyebrow "How was this not thought through?"

"I mean we have thou~" Quinn elbows Fran "Ow! Stops abusing me!"

Santana rolls her eyes "Only abuse happens is adult to child or relationship" Silence falls upon the twins "Why did you go silent? This is not a time to be silent!"

"Oh god my daughters are fucking!" Judy starts pacing the floor "How did I not know?! I should have known! I am a bad mother! LORD TAKE ME PLEASE!"

"It is not sex mom!" Quinn rolls her eyes nonchalantly to this news "It was experimenting! Fran is still a virgin...kind of"

"KIND OF?!" Judy stops her pacing "WHAT IS KIND OF?!"

"A finger slipped too far" Fran starts laughing "This has been fun!"

"I am going to be sick" Judy sits on a box "You two are already dating?"

"Technically" Judy glares at them "It is not what it seems!"

"We were joking" Fran sighs "We both will share Rachel but not each other"

"You best be joking" Judy takes a deep breath and looks at me "I am sorry about these two"

"Life will be different for sure" I smile thinking about it "But it beats this huh?"

"Rachel would you be willing to move in with me?" I look at and shake my head with a frown "Why not?"

"I can only take so much change" I stand up slowly "I can not just leave, date them, and whatever comes next! It is too much"

"Uhh are you naked?" My eyes bug out and I turn to see Santana closer than I thought "I must say you have a banging body"

"MINE!" Fran tackles me down and growls at Santana "Not yours! You go have your way with Brittany!"

"I am actually going to help Berry pack and move in with me" I look at Santana confused "If you are not moving in with your mom then you are moving in with me"

"We have room" I can see Shelby looking desperate "I mean no rush but...I am your mom and I would love to have you"

"You have one night and one day" Fran let's me up and I look at Shelby "I need to go put on some clothes and we can head out"

Shelby nods and I walk away from them. Things truly are changing too fast for me. I need to just take a break away. I wonder if Shelby would be up for a vacation?

I pack a bag and get changed into some clothes. After that I go downstairs and follow Shelby to her car. We take off and I look at my home one more time. One last look at the home that built me.

Today starts the beginning of a hopefully better future.
