The married couple walked away from their friends as crickets played their nightly songs. Feeling Taiga grab his hand, Ryuuji looked down in confusion, "What's wrong, Taiga?"
"Ryuuji…I was talking with Minori and Ami and…I…I think we should try and talk to Yasuko," Taiga looked up and Ryuuji arched a brow, "It's just…Yasuko has been kind to me. She treated me like I was part of the family before we got married and…she looked really upset when we ran off that night…I think it'll be nice if we look for her and talk to her, even for a little while,"
Ryuuji sighed and shook his head, "You're right…it would be nice to see Yasuko and talk to her for bit…what about your par-" Taiga narrowed her eyes as she tightened her grip, "R-right…I was just joking…but we'll look for Yasuko tomorrow,"
Taiga took a deep breath and slightly smiled as she loosened her grip, "Hey Ryuuji? Can we take the long way home?"
"Sure, Taiga," the two continued to walk down the street in silence.
