FaFaberry Quinn has a twin sister named Fran. They pull a trick to switch out when one is sick or wants to do something. They are smart, beautiful, and talented. The only people who know are their family and the other parts of the unholy squad. So what starts out as a normal july 4th for rachel will soon turn her future for the better or the worse. No matter what her life is crazy.

8. Chapter-8

-Chaoter 8-You act like animals-

-Shelby pov-

"So you are still sick?" Santana nods and then sneezes "And you are sick too?"

"Sadly" Fran coughs and sniffles "This sucks! This is the place I wanted!"

"You two have allergies and I know you did not listen about medication" Judy tosses meds at them "You will be joining us tomorrow no matter what!"

They both groan and then fight for the meds. I follow Judy out and let her grab Beth. She deserves time to bond with Beth. There is a knock on the door that confused everyone.

"We had no more surprises" Maribel walks over and opens the door "Uhhhhh who are you?"

"I am here for Judy Fabray" I turn and see Judy looking confused "For some special reservation"

"Oh yes the birthday surprise" Judy smirks and speaks loudly "I guess the birthday girl will not get her one wish"

"I am magically fine!" Santana walks straight into the room dressed "Now how about we go on our way?"

"You are so grounded when we get back" Santana pouts and Judy chuckles "Let's go see what your last free day will be like!"

-Fran pov-

I hear everyone leave and sigh. Santana was not actually sick but I am. Damn allergies got me messed up. I take the Allegra and lay down.

"So I hear you are not feeling good" I turn and see Rachel in barely anything "What is a wish?"

"This could be a fever dream but screw it" I smile as dream Rachel walks toward me "My wish is for you to nurse me back to health"

"That can be done" Rachel smirks and stops walking just to crawl toward me "I am going to be your very own siren today while I nurse you back to health ok? So do not mind a thing"

-Rachel singing-

I have never been more turned on by a Cinderella song. She is the hottest girl I know besides Quinn. I take that back she just licked her lips. I never want this fever dream to end!

Rachel is over top of me with her smirk. I am so glad my allergies had medicine. Snot would be a total buzzkill right now. This is so unbelievably hot!

"Now" She slowly lifts up my shirt "Let's get down to business..to defeat...your lust"

"Sweat it out is good" I shiver as her dream hands touch me "Sweating it out is a great idea"

I will never let anyone know I had a fever dream about having sex with Rachel. This is in my spank bank.

-Shelby pov-

"Are we sure Rachel and Fran will be ok?" Quinn nods and keeps walking "Should I be worried?"

"I would not think about what they are doing" Quinn turns with a smirk "We tend to sweat out or stuff"

"Oh god!" Judy looks traumatized "That is not meant by heat can beat a fever!"

"So Rachel is a top" Santana chuckles "That is totally wanky to the max"

"I hate all of you" Maribel sighs and shakes her head "Next vacation it is just us!"

I could not agree more.

-Time skip-

"Alright animal kingdom was my favorite!" Santana has the biggest smile on her face "I got to feed a giraffe! A FREAKING GIRAFFE! Did you see Brittany?!"

"I saw and I did too!" Both girls and bubbling over with happiness "How did you get this done Judy?"

"Mom has always gone overboard if she hears a birthday" Quinn gives a small smile toward Judy "It was her way of making up for everything to us"

"Let's call the duo and see how things are" I nod and Judy calls Fran "She usually answers"

"Let me try Rachel" I call but it gets denied "Should we be worried?"

"They are fine" Quinn smiles and eats her ice cream "I am just jealous I am missing out"

I immediately throw my ice cream into the trash.

-Fran pov-

I groan and roll over in the bed. I feel so much better now. Best way to beat a fever is with heat of course. So hot and steamy sex is a good source of heat all the way!

"How you feeling?" I jump out of bed and hit the ground "Fran! Are you alright? What happened?"

"I thought you were a fever dream!" I sit up and look at the worried Rachel above me "Am I in heaven?"

"No you are in the hotel room" Rachel holds out a hand "Do you regret anything?"

"I regret not knowing it was real" Rachel chuckles and I let her help me up to the bed "So why did you stay?"

"Me and zoo animals" I make a oh face and she chuckles again "I had a sign ready and everything"

"So you stayed with me?" She nods and I pull her into a hug "You are the best girlfriend ever! Do not tell Quinn I said that though"

"My lips are sealed" We both chuckle and she holds my hands "You are so beautiful but we should get dressed"

"We could share a shower" Rachel is immediately up and dragging me along "This is the best day ever!"

-Time skip-Judy pov-

Today has been a fun day! I got to experience taking Beth to the zoo. I also may have gotten baby fever. I just know that my girls are growing up and I am getting older.

Soon I will not be able to have another one. So if I want a Beth then I need to do it soon. Especially since my doctor said my clock is ticking. I wonder if that would be going too fast for Emma though?

"Alright" Santana slides the card in and opens the door "Let's go through our things and see the duo!"

"Come on Rach!" That is not what I think it is "They are probably still at the...yeah there!"

Quinn takes off running and stops at the doorway. We all share a look and walk back to her. I regret my decision when I walk to the door. I quickly block my eyes and start yelling.

"GET SOME CLOTHES ON!" There is a thud and feet scuffling "Quinn stop ogling them and go to the other room!"

"But the show" I remove my hand and glare "I am going"

"I raised you better than that" Fran does not look at me as she stands before us "You are not some animal!"

"No we fed those at the zoo!" I give Brittany a smile and then glare at Fran "Do we feed them too?"

"It is here to be mad around her" Everyone nods and I sigh "No more!"

"But I did not even get any" I glare again and Quinn yelps as she runs "I am sorry!"

"So presents?" I roll my eyes as everyone follows Santana "I want cake too!"

I pull the ice cream cake form the fridge and we sing happy birthday. We give the gifts we got Santana from the shops. I should probably be concerned about the papers that Fran gave her.

This is going to take a lot of gettin used to. But if I have the other moms and the girl holding my hand I can deal with these animalistic teens.
