Days after your encounter with Geto, your grandma was over at the house cooking you food.
"Y/n, you're finally eating healthy! No more frozen food. That boy Yuji really had an impact on you!" Gin teased as you turned away in embarrassment. Your ears got hot and red to the point where you couldn't be in the room anymore.
"Yeah, yeah!" You brushed it off, trying hard not to think about it because your grandma was right. Yuji heavily impacted your lifestyle. You're not the same person from a few months ago. You don't regret meeting Yuji whatsoever because being in that rut wasn't healthy.
I'm glad I was able to put my trust into that young boy. y/n has changed so much. It's amazing to see her grow from the last time I saw her. Her parents would be so proud of her. Gin said to herself, finishing up her cooking so you guys could eat.
You helped your grandma set the table out and then began eating. You loved her cooking as much as Yuji's, and eating it made you miss Yuji's food too. It's been a long time since he cooked for you.
Gin noticed how you were zoned out while you ate. She wondered what occupied your mind. Usually you praise her cooking and happily grin to show her your appreciation. "Do you not like my cooking?"
Your eyes widened from your grandma's statement and you vigorously shook your head. "NO! Of course not! I was thinking about something else, sorry!" You didn't mean to sound unappreciated.
Then Gin took this opportunity to understand what went on inside your brain. "What were you thinking about?" She wanted to smirk because she felt something juicy heading her way, but she didn't want to make you suspicious.
However, you didn't think too much about this question and was completely honest with her. "Eating your food reminded me that it's also been a long time since I ate Yuji's cooking." You chuckled, still astonished how you allowed a stranger to be your roommate and classmate at one point. You guys grew extremely close in a short amount of time. It's hard for you to fathom how it worked. Perhaps it's because you let yourself become vulnerable to him but either way you don't hate it.
Gin's brows rose up as she didn't believe the words you said. You changed more than she knew. "My y/n is very different now." She mumbled to herself, wondering what else the boy had done to you. Regardless, you looked better than ever. "Where is he? It'd be nice to see him again!"
"Oh, he's on a mission with his peers."
"And you're not included?" Gin thought it was weird since you're enrolled in the school so they should have you go on the missions too. It'll be good for you because you're an important figure in the system.
You shrugged your shoulders and plopped a fried tofu in your mouth. "I don't know," you said with your mouth full, munching it until it softened and swallowing it down. "And I don't really care either since I'm too powerful."
"Well when you get a chance to, tell Yuji to come by today. I want to see how he's doing! It's been a long time." Gin kindly smiled. She wanted to talk to him about you and see how you're acting with everyone else.
At the same time, your phone rang loudly.
RING RING RING!
You quickly grabbed it, believing it was Yuji even though he was on a mission. But to your dismay, it was Nitta Akari calling you. Your lips frowned as your heart wanted it to be him. "Hello?" You picked up.
"Y/N, I'M SO SORRY I FORGOT ABOUT YOU! I'M COMING BACK SO YOU CAN BE APART OF THE MISSION!" Nitta screamed, causing you to withdraw from your phone as it was that loud. Your eardrums almost burst.
Then you looked at your grandma since she totally heard it. "I guess I'm seeing Yuji, and I'll tell him to come home with me!"
/
Nitta picked you up from your house because she forgot about you when she took the trio to their mission. She's not used to you joining since everyone around Nitta has told her that sometimes you refuse to go.
"You know you didn't have to turn back around. You could've just let me stay home. I would've been fine if the others solved the mystery." You said, slouching in the back seat to get comfortable. Another day off from a mission wouldn't kill you since your ability would hinder their growth. Plus you hate standing there during a fight because you can end it within seconds but you know they need to level up. Then it really got you thinking about not participating in it all. You'll only attend school for your education and never have hands-on experience. "Ew, that sounds like Satoru right now. I don't wanna be like him." You muttered, remembering that Gojo doesn't do anything and throws his missions to his students.
Nitta's eyes flickered to the rear view mirror as she glanced at you for a quick second. "Did you say something?" She asked, believing her ear caught wind of you muttering words but she wasn't fully sure. Her attention was on driving safely so neither you or her would die.
"Yeah," you nodded, staring at the fast scenery of cars and buildings changing. "I'm beginning to sound like Satoru…" The thought of that made your skin crawl in disgust. You don't want to stoop to his level.
This confused Nitta as she didn't understand what you meant. "Oh…okay… Well, let me tell you what's the mission." She told you that there's been mysterious deaths involving victims and it's found that they all were found unconscious at Yasohachi bridge.
"Interesting. So they must be there as we speak."
Arriving at the bridge, you made your presence known to them.
"Hi, I know it's nighttime and I'm late!" You waved, walking towards the trio who sat on a railing as cars were passing by. "Miss Nitta forgot about me and picked me up last minute." You stood in front of them with your hands on your hip.
"Oh, that's funny. She was mumbling to herself if she should've picked you up or not." Megumi spoke out of nowhere, causing you to be a bit confused. In your ears, it sounded like he was trying to fight you because you picked at him before.
"What do you mean?"
"I asked why you're not in the car and she started panicking," Yuji answered your question as he recalled Nitta gripping the steering wheel tightly as she sweated in place. She looked terrified like she knew she fucked something up.
It didn't bother you whatsoever. They made it seem like it's a big deal if you don't go. "Eh, it's no biggie. You guys are fine without me. I was just at home with my grandma. Oh, Yuji, she asked to see you later after the mission."
"Oh!" This surprised Yuji as he didn't expect to see Gin after their last encounter. "I guess I have no choice but to come now because she wants to see me." He has a feeling that their secret conversation will be about you.
"Eh? I didn't think you guys were that close." Nobara interjected, giving you two a weird look. She viewed you guys hopping around different milestones in a romantic relationship, but you guys didn't make the first move to confess yet. But she can't judge too hard since love happens in different ways.
You, being oblivious in the moment, found a way to correct her instead of feeling embarrassed or realizing the truth Nobara was speaking. "Um, he met her when he played dead. It's not like I forced him to meet her. My grandma is smart so hiding him would be useless when you can feel Sukuna's aura emitting from his body." You knew if you had hid Yuji, your grandma would find reasons to whoop your ass for doing something sneaky behind her back when it's Gojo's fault.
"Mm, you're right." Nobara agreed with you that it's inevitable to hide Sukuna's vessel. She also knew Yuji wouldn't be able to keep quiet until the coast was clear.
Then you changed the topic. "Nitta gave me the run down so what are you guys up to?" You asked since everyone's just resting. You weren't sure if they had a plan or not, and you hoped they did because your grandma was at home waiting for your return. You weren't too sure whether she's going to spend the night or go home afterwards, but hoped she'll stay over since it's dark and cold outside.
"We're going to head down there and see what's causing this." Megumi was more than ready to end this mission on a good note so he could rest for the night.
However, a suspicious figure caught your attention at the corner of your eyes. It was a tall, hooded person who stood relatively far from you guys, but you could sense they were staring at you, only you.
Is that person trying to pick a fight with me? Or do they have a staring problem? Regardless, that person looks shady. Perhaps they have something to do with the bridge too? I should go find out discreetly. You said to yourself as you made an excuse straight away.
"You guys can go ahead. I'm going to buy food from the convenience store since I didn't get to eat," that was a total lie because you did eat before you came here. You didn't know how to deceive them so you chose to say something most people would feel at night: hunger. That's the best white lie you could think of without making them suspicious. "Don't wait for me. This mission has people's lives at risk! I promise I won't take too long!"
Quickly, you parted your way with the group and ran off, chasing after the hooded person. The mysterious person bolted after they sensed you coming in their direction. They ran full speed ahead as you jogged behind until you were out of the trio's sight and then picked up the pace to catch him.
"They're not going to outrun me!"
You copied their speed and you slowly were gaining up with them. As you didn't know if it's actually a curse user or not, you hesitated to use your ability and knock the person off their feet because if they're a non-sorcerer then you're in big trouble. This will cause the higher ups to restrict you even more due to your reckless behavior and you didn't want that.
When the person turned a sharp corner, you did too and you saw them run into an empty alley. They stopped once they hit a wall as their back was towards you.
Isn't that a dumb move to do? Or do they have something under their sleeve to attack me? You really couldn't read their movements because it could go both ways. Your guard was up as you stood at the entrance of the alley.
"Who are you?" You spat out, cutting to the chase.
Then their hands swiftly took off their dark colored hood and turned around, revealing a familiar man you met a few days ago: Geto. "Hi, y/n! I didn't mean to lure you out that way, but I had to or else you wouldn't follow me!" He chuckled light-heartedly.
"Are you the one who's behind this? It's oddly suspicious how you knew where I was." You had mixed feelings about this guy. He made you feel like he could be a trusted ally then the next he's acting like a foe. You weren't too sure how to comprehend his actions.
"No, you got it all wrong! I went to the convenient store nearby to pick some snacks. See!" Geto happily pulled out a plastic bag filled with his goods under his jacket. He has no problem showing his innocence because he's good at getting his way.
Somehow his evidence calmed you down, convincing you that it was a coincidence and you guys met at the same place and same time. You knew things like that occur.
"I… I see…" You didn't want to verbally attack him if he's speaking the truth because you'd feel embarrassed. "Then why were you running away?" You cautiously asked, observing how he responded through his body language or words.
However, Geto read the room as clear as day and knew how to manipulate the situation to gain your trust. "I thought you were going to attack me! I felt your ferocity raging from your body so I ran. I wanted to say hi when you were alone because your friends might recognize me. I don't want anyone to know that I'm alive, especially when I'm telling you the truth about this system you live in. The higher ups are hiding so much information from you, and if Gojo can't help you, I will because I rebelled against them. I know most of their secrets."
"That's true…" You mumbled because you asked Gojo about it once and he doesn't know as much as Geto. He's also suppressed so Gojo wouldn't be able to obtain raw information since he doesn't have a lot of power like the higher ups. "What do you want from me?" You obviously knew he lured you out for a reason and you wanted to know. Your guts were telling you that it has to do with your first encounter with him. He probably wanted to know your afterthoughts or something.
Geto playfully shrugged his shoulders to throw you off as his small gesture didn't align to his words. "Isn't it hard to live when your soul is bound to a curse that demands blood? You should keep your loved ones closer because your enemy will strike again."
His eerie words sent shivers down your spine. It now made you wonder if your friends were in danger. He brought you here just to tell you those cryptic words and install fear for the people you care about. You firmly stared at him as you felt uncomfortable. "Thanks for the advice. I should head out now—"
Just when you turned around to head out, Geto said one last thing to you as it made you question his character. "Kameko deserves justice for what she's been through, y/n. I'm only telling you this because I don't want another tragedy to strike again. You have people who love and hate you. Please be careful. The higher ups have eyes and ears all around."
Does he really care that much? Or does his interest lie within Kameko more than me? At this point, I can't really tell, and I don't know if he's on my side or not. It's so hard to read off from his face.
Running off, you earnestly believed one of the trio got gravely injured because Geto's words lingered in your head. It marked your heavy heart with concern and fear, and now you're blaming yourself for not being there for them when they needed your help.
Once you made it under the bridge, you gasped when you spotted Megumi laying on the ground. You didn't see a pool of blood underneath his body, but you ran over to double check his pulse. Your heart raced fast because you didn't know how long he had been laying there, and you couldn't keep your composure as your body got jittery. You have never faced this type of situation before because you didn't want to put yourself into one, that's why you've refused to participate in the jujutsu world before. The thoughts of losing a friend hurts as much as losing your parents. You just hated the aching feeling and the guilt of alternative choices that could've changed the outcome.
On your knees, your shaky hands rolled Megumi over so you could see his face and the type of injuries he may have sustained. Your eyes scanned his face which was stained with his own blood coming from his forehead so you healed it as your chest squeezed tightly and you bit your lips. "Am I really a fool to believe my peers can handle any mission without my help?" Then your eyes dropped to Megumi firmly holding on to Sukuna's finger. "You really held on to that with your dear life—"
Suddenly, Megumi's eyes opened and he shot you a weird and confused look as his brows furrowed and nose scrunched up. "Why're you talking to me as if I'm dead?"
All the emotions and guilt you felt washed away. "Oh, so you are alive…" You stepped back and let him get up as you wiped the dirt off your knees.
"Of course I would be! You think I'd let a cursed spirit take me out—"
"Then why'd you let Yuji consume Sukuna's finger to save you?" You brought it up out of curiosity. You weren't trying to pick a fight with him. You were just stating something that was true.
A tick mark appeared on Megumi's forehead as he wanted to sew your mouth shut for a minute. He didn't expect to be bombarded about the past when he just woken up from his fatigue. "Well, y/n. Don't you know the word 'growth'? That was a few months ago so of course I have improved my skills now." He hissed in between his teeth. "Why are you trying to pick a fight with me? Go do that to Gojo or Itadori, not me. I don't have time dealing with that."
You decided to change the topic and asked about the finger he held because Megumi may not want to talk if his head was hot. "Was it the finger that triggered this event?"
Megumi stared at the finger that started this hell and nodded his head. "I'm pretty sure. But I also noticed how the world shifted after Itadori consumed his finger to save me. There's an increase of cursed spirits obtaining a high amount of power from Sukuna's fingers because now that Sukuna has a host—"
"His severed parts are awakened. This must be a sign of a bad omen," You feared for the future because as long as Sukuna's fingers are out there undiscovered, more of these phenomena will happen and lives will be taken. "And Yuji eating the finger caused me to come into this world too…" It's either a coincidence or your fate was set in stone by Yuji entering into your life and making you face your duty.
"An event like this was going to happen sooner or later. I know you're close with Itadori, but don't tell him this. I don't know how he'll react but I know he won't be satisfied with my explanation." You saw how dead serious Megumi looked. Underneath his aloof nature, you knew Megumi was the nicest of them all. He picks and chooses whom he's going to care about and one of them includes Yuji. You kind of wonder if it's because he felt responsible that Yuji's life was ruined due to eating Sukuna's finger regardless if Yuji was being selfless at the time.
"I can't tell him either. There's not enough evidence to convince him, and I think it'll worsen his mental state since Sukuna's a big burden too."
/
Yuji walked you home after the mission.
"You can stay for the night since you're yawning like crazy." Every five minutes you heard Yuji yawning which made you yawn too. His tiredness latched on to you and now you felt sluggish. "The room you slept in is still there. I cleaned it so it's not dusty." You prepared yourself for this moment because you never knew when Yuji would pop out of the blue to sleepover and yet at the same time, you also hoped he did sleepover. You missed his presence in the house.
"Ummmm, possibly." Yuji stretched his arms out and yawned again. "Your grandma is waiting to see me so hopefully she's awake. Our mission took longer than expected."
"If I was her age, I would've knocked out since it's already 11 at night."
Then once you two made it to your house, you grabbed your keys to unlock the door but when you stuck it inside the hole, the door was already unlocked. "Huh? Did I forget to lock it when I left? Or did grandma forget?" A brewing fear set a fire in your brain, telling your guts that something was up. "No, maybe she's now getting dementia?" You tried to hide those terrifying feelings by lying to yourself.
"What's wrong y/n?" Yuji sensed your unusual silence and hesitation to open the front door.
You looked back and presented a nervous yet reassuring smile. "Oh, the door is unlocked. I think I forgot to lock it or my grandma did. Either way, my neighborhood is deserted and quiet so nothing bad ever happens here. I lived here by myself for a long time and I'm still alive!" You joked, trying to bring back the positivity and liveliness in the air so your grandma could see your great relationship with Yuji.
Turning the doorknob, you pushed the door open to be greeted with complete darkness. No lights were on to indicate that your grandma was awake.
"Oh, the lights are off. Is she asleep?" Yuji noticed from behind and curiously asked.
"Uh, possibly? I don't know."
However, the moment your foot stepped inside the house, a big whiff of blood filled your nostrils and you stiffened up as you recalled Geto's words from earlier.
This whole time it wasn't the trio but my grandma? Did the higher ups attack my grandma? Is that her blood I smell? She was the only one in the house unless something else happened.
Your blood turned cold and you shakily turned on the light next to the door, and it revealed a bloodbath soaking in the walls, ground, and furniture. Majority of the entrance connected to the living room area was painted red.
"Oh my gosh…!" You lost all balance in your body as Yuji caught you before you could fall in the blood. You were petrified by the sight of your childhood house. It's all ruined from family portraits to small decorations.
"Y/n!" Yuji pulled you to his chest and covered your face so you couldn't look at it anymore. Even he's horrified by the sight. He couldn't imagine what you're feeling.
At the same time, you were losing your mind. You demanded answers about what you saw. This felt like a dream but you knew it wasn't. Your breathing picked up and you hyperventilated from the thoughts of your grandma as tears flooded your eyes.
"Yuji…" Your voice was brittle and quiet while your eyes were getting blurry from your tears. "C-could the blood be…" Your throat refused to let it out as if it closed up. You really wanted to say the possible truth but it couldn't come out or else it'll shatter your whole world.
Then Yuji cupped your face, forcing you to look him in the eyes and ignore the background. He saw how glossy your eyes got and it broke his heart to see you like this. He didn't want to hear it nor wanted you to say it either. Just a few minutes ago, you were filled with life and happiness, but today might be the day where the storm hits and you may never recover from it. "No, y/n. I doubt it's your grandma. I bet she's as strong as you…!" Yuji didn't know how to mask this situation so you wouldn't shed tears. It hurts him to lie to you as he wanted to protect you.
CREEEEEAK
Your sensitive ears picked up a creaking sound from the hallway where your room was located and your mind told you that the perpetrator was in the house. Geto's words echoed in your head again which convinced you that this was the higher ups' doing. Who else would want to destroy your life? Only them. They see you as a threat because you have more power than them.
Shifting your now dried eyes at Yuji, you firmly told this to him with rage brewing in your voice. "I'll be right back. Someone's in the house."
Yuji saw a glimpse of hell in your eyes and he knew he couldn't stop you. His words wouldn't penetrate your blind emotions, so he let you go as you ran off to find the intruder.
/
Your raw feelings transformed your speed and strength to a god-like power as you pounced on them with your weight and blocked their flow of cursed energy. Your hand was placed on their head, refusing to let them resist. At the same time, your inner demons wanted you to smash their head into the wooden floor, but you couldn't since you're more curious about this person and who sent them.
"Don't even try to fight back." You growled into their ear when you yanked their head back to see their face. It was the same man who killed your parents ten years ago. You weren't sure whether you should be surprised or not because that monster tried justifying his action even though he took two lives to make ends meet. "So it's you again! Did the higher ups make you do this?!"
The man winced in pain as you noticed he was bleeding but you didn't care if he bled. You're going to make sure you receive answers before you either kill or heal him.
"I… I can't tell you that—!"
In a fit of annoyance, you smashed his head to the ground because you didn't want to lose him to any suicide attempts. If he's hired by the higher ups, there will be ways for him to seal his mouth. You didn't want to risk anything valuable coming out from him.
Meanwhile, Yuji searched for the source of blood that was found near the front door. He cautiously stepped around the blood since this place held useful evidence.
"It looked like a struggle," Yuji noticed items in the house were broken and misplaced, and blood-stained handprints and smears were on the walls.
Then his head turned to the dark kitchen, that was his last area to visit. Yuji gulped as he felt his stomach turn uncomfortably. He knew something was up before he switched the lights. "I don't like this feeling but I have to see what's in the kitchen,"
Flicking the switch, the fluorescent lightbulb lit up the room and revealed a dying Gin laying in her own pool of blood. She was pale as a ghost while sustaining death-like injuries. It amazed Yuji how well she's holding on, but it made him wonder how long she's been suffering until she got to see her granddaughter one last time.
"G-Gin! What happened?!" Yuji was located at her side as his knees were soaked in her blood. He tried finding something to compress her wounds but she raised up her hand to stop him.
"N-no…" Gin said through her hoarse voice as it went through so much to where she had to conserve it for the right moment. "There's no need to…save an old lady like me… All I ask is for you to take care of y/n. Now she won't have anyone but you. I'm sorry if I'm asking for a lot, but she'll really need you."
His heart was beating loudly due to the fact that Gin might die any second. He could see how dull her eyes were turning and it scared him. You weren't here to witness her last goodbye. Yuji doesn't care that Gin was asking him for favors because he was going to be by your side regardless. He doesn't intend to let you go; he cares too much about you to see you suffer alone.
"Gin, I'll do anything to keep y/n happy. There's nothing I wouldn't do and you don't have to tell me twice!" Yuji's lips quivered after spewing his vow. He didn't want Gin to pass away before you could see her. His brain already created scenarios about how you'd react to her dead body, and it made him want to cry for you and hide you from this immense pain and grief.
Gin smiled, showing her blood stained teeth. "Thank you… I'm so glad she met a fine person like you. Can I see y/n before I move on?" She knew her death was going to hurt you the most but it happened too soon under bad circumstances. She had some final words to say because it'll direct what you choose to do with your life.
Yuji sucked in all of his emotions and nodded his head. He understood what he had to do so you could see your grandma before she slipped away. "Y/N, I FOUND YOUR GRANDMA!" Yuji shouted at the top of his lungs, bracing his heart as he's about to see your broken face.
When you heard Yuji, you dropped everything you were doing and ran towards where he was.
Yuji found my grandma?! Is she alive? Dead? I'm scared yet eager to know! I don't know what I'll do if she's gone… I hope she's alive so I can heal her wounds and make sure nobody touches her again!
Tears flooded your eyes as your thoughts ran wild. You didn't want to believe the bad outcome until you reached their location. You just prayed for the best and hoped that she'll make it out alive.
Reaching the kitchen, you saw Yuji moving away from your grandma's pale body. She lost so much color to her skin and blood from her body. You couldn't tell if she's alive by how drained she physically looked. "Grandma?" Your voice trembled as your body heavily dropped to her side like a rock aggressively thrown into a sand pit. Your precious tears dripped from your eyes onto her semi-lifeless face as you cupped her cold face. "I'm here…! Y/n is here! Do you hear me?!" You sounded like a child who didn't know the difference between sleeping and death. You were trying so hard not to cry and sound like a sobbing mess but you knew it was coming out.
Gin's eyes shifted to you and gave you a blissful smile. She doesn't fear death because on the other side, she'll see your beloved parents. They should've never died before her. They were too young and they never saw you grow up. She'll tell them how you've grown to be a wonderful young woman. "My sweet girl," Gin wrapped her hands around your wrist and made direct eye contact so you knew it was her last breath. "I'm already succumbing to death but don't blame yourself. This isn't your fault. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time."
As she joked about her death, it triggered you even more and you didn't want to let her go. All you could think about was keeping her warm in your arms and healing her pain. "Please, don't say that! It's not your time! You can't leave me! Who do I have left if you're gone?!" You sobbed out loud, pulling her into your arms and tried healing her despite her soul already set to transcend to her next life. You were desperate to keep her by your side.
At the same time, Yuji couldn't watch this. It was shattering him into a million pieces knowing that you have to suffer yet again. He knew it's going to take ages for you to open up and smile. He also knew you're not going to forgive yourself because this could've been prevented if you had stayed home today. Yuji had to turn his body away from you or else he'll break down crying for the biggest change you're going to go through.
Gin's eyes were glossy as it dripped to the sides of her ears. She hated this moment and hated to break you like this. "Y/n, you have other people who love you too. I'm already old. I'm in my eighties. It's time for me to go." She said in a bittersweet tone, causing your heart to be stabbed in so many places that it's still beating. "It was a blessing to raise you, y/n."
Your tears formed again and rolled down your reddened eyes while snot formed around your upper lip. Your chest tightened for what's to come.
"Your parents would...be so proud of you. I can't wait to tell them all about it,"
You wanted to tell her to stop, but your voice was clamped shut. You couldn't break through the box that sealed your voice. All you could do was sob unevenly and hold her tighter.
Then your grandma whispered this message so Yuji couldn't hear it. "They did it. The higher ups striked again."
You wanted to ask if she knew but your voice wasn't budging as your hiccuping didn't allow you to speak fluently only to cry. What? So she knew all along that they plotted my parents' deaths?! Why didn't she tell me?!
Gin didn't want to curse you on her deathbed so she decided to say something that wouldn't chain you for life. "You got this from here on," Then Gin's eyes turned dull and her limbs were motionless while the coldness of her body was ice cold. Just like a light wind hitting a flamed wick, it went out in an instant, leaving behind a trail of smoke and the stench of mourning. You were drenched in her own blood that the higher ups plotted behind your back. They slayed her and tried to keep their tracks clean, but now you knew you needed to kill them. You don't need anymore evidence to convince you that the higher ups did it. It was right in front of you. You couldn't protect your beloved grandma because they planned this ahead of time. Geto was spot on again, and you totally believed he's a trustworthy person. He couldn't spill the beans or else you wouldn't have believed him in the first place. He played his cards right.
A flame ignited your cursed lineage as this was the last trigger to light everything on fire and watch the whole world burn into ashes. You had no reason to play by the rules anymore. They stole everything from you, so you're going to make sure you ruin it for everyone else. The higher ups shall feel Kameko's curse and wrath purging their bodies and souls in hell. You can't wait to strip their life in many torturous ways.
Yuji brought you back from your dark thoughts as he cradled you in his arms, whispering words to ease your numb heart. "You have me, y/n. You're not alone!" You soaked in his warmth, hoping he'll protect your shattered heart from hurting again. You clung onto him and weeped in his chest until Gojo arrived at the scene.
