Ryuuji sat up and yawned before looking down at his wife and slightly smiled before he began climbing out of bed, only to stop when he heard Taiga moan. He looked back to see Taiga begin to stir slightly before she sat up and rubbed her eyes, "Morning, Taiga," Taiga moaned and Ryuuji frowned, "Are you okay?" Taiga moaned again as she shook her head and Ryuuji placed a hand on her forehead.
He frowned and he shook his head, "You're burning up…why don't you go back to bed and I'll go make you some tea and soup an-"
"No…I need to…get to work an-"
"I'm going to call us out," Taiga moaned as she looked up in confusion and Ryuuji shook his head, "You're not feeling well, so you're not going in, and I know you can be stubborn when you get like this, so I'm going to call out to make sure you don't do anything stupid," standing up, he was about to turn and walk out of the room when he felt Taiga grab his arm and he looked back, "Huh? Taiga?"
"L-look, Ryuuji…I'm not saying that I'm not sick…but I don't want to lie in here all day…so…you're going to take me to the living room," Ryuuji sighed and smiled before he nodded and carefully picked his wife up and carried her out of the room.
Taiga laid on the couch, wrapped in a blanket as she watched TV while Ryuuji cleaned the house. Looking up, Taiga frowned at her husband, "Ryuuji?" Ryuuji hummed in confusion and looked up, "Sit with me?"
"What? But Taiga, I need to clean an-" Taiga groaned and Ryuuji sighed and smiled before sitting down on the couch and Taiga sat up before leaning up against him. Ryuuji wrapped his arm around her and rubbed her back as Taiga smiled and nuzzled closer to him before lightly coughing and closed her eyes.
