"This is crazy Shelby" I glare at Maribel who puts her hands up "There is so much here for her! Her girlfriends are her, her friends are here, and we are here!"

"I want you two to come with us" I grab Maribels hands and bring them down "I want us to go to New York together! There is nothing here but pain for her...she needs away from all of this"

"What would we tell the Carmichaels? Holly and Emma? Sue has a job lined up for them!" I look away and let go of Maribels hands "You can not just run scared"

"I can when my daughters happiness is at stake" She puts a hand on my shoulder but I stand up "I am going to get a drink...I will be back"

I walk out of the room and hold back the tears. I get away as the tears begin to fall. I know I would be leaving so much behind here. But I just want Rachel away from all of the pain.

She could be happier in New York. We can go watch Broadway and Beth would never know. But it seems like Maribel is not coming with. I really wanted us all to go but I understand.

I look at myself in the bathroom mirror and finally breakdown.

-Maribel pov-

"Your mom is hurting you know" I scoot my chair closer to Rachel beside and grab one of her hands "You are so strong like her...I would love to go anywhere with her and it scares me...it scares me that she has that much control over me...that she has so much of my love already"

"She..loves you" I look down and see Rachel's eyes still closed "Call..nurse"

"RACHEL!" I get up and hit the button quickly "You are awake! I can not believe it!"

"Mom?" I see a frown begin to form as her eyes open "Where...is mom?"

"She will be back ok?" I run a hand down her cheek and smile "She has been here everyday beside you"

"Everyday?" I nod and she looks so confused "How..long?"

"We can talk after the docs ok?" She nods and the doctors come in "I will be back with her ok?"

She nods again and the doctors attend to her. I ask around and slowly find my way to a bathroom. I hear the crying from outside. I try to open the door but can not.

"Occupied" I try again and hear her sigh "It is locked! Go away!"

"I can not do that love" I put my forehead to the door "Rachel woke up..she wants to see you!"

"Hang on" I step back and there is a clack on the other side "It is unlocked"

"Thanks" I open the door and step in "Hey"

"Is she really up?" I nod and Shelby looks so relieved "I do not want to move to New York without you and I know what the risk is...but well...oh god"

I nod and walk out holding her hand. Some people smile and others glare. I just smile and hold my head up high. We walk hand in hand to the room.

"Please never leave us again" We look in and see the twins holding onto Rachel "You can never leave our sight!"

"Girls please" Rachel looks at us desperately "Mom help me!"

"Rachel!" Shelby runs over and hugs Rachel and I chuckle "You can never leave me again! You are too important to me and the others!"

"Which is why we came" we all look to see the kids all here "We got access to come back"

"Which is why we talked with our parents" I share a look with Shelby who shrugs "We all could relocate to the new Dalton school there! We would be the first students and free housing!"

"There is positions for everyone" Sue walks in with Will "But it is up to the star of the show"

"I could be in New York with everyone?" They nod and Rachel looks hesitant "No more overthrowing? No more trying to tear me or the others down?"

"Shelby will be in charge of the club" Will smiles genuinely "I have other priorities in that school"

"He will be the chess club leader" Will nods looking happy and sue looks at Rachel "There is no ru~"

"Let's do it" Rachel is all smiles "Let's do this!"

"Are you sure Rachel?" Rachel nods and Shelby smiles "We will start working on it now then sweetie"

Looks like things are going to work out afterwards. Once she is out of here we can go to New York. Everyone will have a better chance at better lives. I can only hope that statement stays true.

I guess we will have to wait and see.
