Taiga hummed and nodded, "I'm fine, Ryuuji, just enjoying the peaceful setting before we have to return home…and I think we should look for Yasuko when we get back. She's family too,"
"Yeah…but we can't blame her for leaving like that. I yelled at her the night we ran away together and she's been doing her damnedest to provide for us," Taiga hummed and nodded again, "What about you? Are you going to try and reconnect with your mother?"
"No…my old man fled the city after his business went under and my mom…I already told you, she remarried a tall man and she was pregnant…so I don't want to be a bother to their happy little family,"
"If you say so," Ryuuji wrapped an arm around his wife and held her closer as he kissed the side of her head and Taiga's eyes widened as she felt her cheeks heat up.
