Calli's Pov...
No matter what happens...memories can't be replaced. I have had plenty in my days. Some were great, some were not. Many were the best moments of my life, but sadly some were the most tragic. Memories sculpt you for who you will become to be in life and those memories made me stronger and wiser today.
I laid in bed in the bedroom with my laptop sitting on my thighs as I clicked on a file that I saved since I received my laptop back when I was twelve. On that file was photos I synced from my cell phone into my laptop, to save them for memories. As the file opened, rows and rows of photos appeared on the screen, dating back from years ago.
I clicked the first photo as I started up a slide show of all the photo's in the album. I laid back against the headboard going back through time as each photo slowly appeared on the screen, then flipped towards the next one as it went on, showing what has happened in my past.
Sadly I didn't have any photos of me from when I was a baby up till I was three years old. All those memories were destroyed in the fire. It would of been nice to know what those memories were like when I still had my parents with me, but there is no point on looking back, I couldn't anyways. I'm not going in that direction. I have to keep moving forward, new doors were going to open and I have a whole life to look forward to with the people I loved the most.
As the slideshow came to an end I was about to click out of my files till one file caught my eye. It was underneath my slideshow of photos, labeled "Song Concerts 2010-2014". I clicked on it and a couple of rows appeared on the screen with videos each that lasted more than a few minutes. "Jeez I never thought I would still have these", I said, softly to myself
I pushed the play button on the first video and I watched my first ever concert when I was 14 years old walking on the stage, wearing a dark blue dress and heels along with a diamond necklace around my neck. People were cheering me on as they cat called or called out my name cheering. I got to the center of the stage and the music began to play as I smiled looking out to the audience grabbing the microphone on the stand. I then began to sing "Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne".
I smiled as a memory began to play back that felt like it just happened. As soon as I stopped singing the audience went wild cheering as I did a little bow walking off the stage as the video ended. I smiled and the next video began to play and it was when I was 15 in sophomore year. I came out in a black tank top and white blouse that was tied up in a knot at the end and jean shorts with a thin blue belt and black and white sneakers. I had my microphone in my hand as the music began to play "Price Tag by Jessie J" as I did a little dance singing.
I smiled as I tried to copy the dance moves from the movie "Pitch Perfect" but I did add my own little moves here and there. As I watching myself I was unaware that the door had opened up and the sound of footsteps coming in. I was so engrossed with what I was doing I was suddenly shaken on my shoulders and I shrieked jumping back a bit nearly falling of the bed. I then realized it was my husband Leo, who was snickering at me struggling not to laugh. "Leo you nitwit you scared me!", I said, sounding a bit annoyed
"Sorry wasn't my intention, though it was a bit funny", he said, chuckling
I shoved him annoyed as I shifted more up on bed. "What's this?", he asked, pointing towards my laptop
"Oh...um...it's nothing really honestly", I said, blushing in embarrassment trying to pull my laptop away
"No wait, let me see", he said, pulling it back hitting the mouse pad making the video continue on playing "Who is that?"
I continued on with the song doing my little dance and Leo watched as I could feel my stomach churn in anxiety, wondering what he was thinking or what he would say about my singing. As soon as the video ended I got the answer I was not expecting. "Wow, she has talent!", Leo said, amazed "Who is she Calli? A friend of yours?"
I giggled silently to myself. "Um...it's...me", I said, shyly
"That's you?", he asked, surprised
I blushed pink in embarrassment. "Um...yeah that's me", I said, quietly "I just had my hair look different back then"
"You never told me you sing Calli!", he said, with a smile
"Well it was back then when I was still in high school Leo", I said, shrugging
"So you did like these concerts or something?", he asked, looking at the video
"Yes the school held a talent show every semester for everyone to try out for", I said "My friends back then convinced me to try out for it for the first time in freshmen year"
"Did you win anything?", he asked
"Oh no it wasn't all about winning it was just for the fun of it", I said, smiling shaking my head
"Mmmmm fair enough", he said, shrugging in agreement
"So yeah I have been doing it since then, at first I was too chicken to do it, but after a few of them I started getting confident and did it every opportunity there was", I said "I had the school record these for me"
"You think you could try it again?", Leo asked
"Try what again?", I asked
"Singing Calli", he said, smiling
"What? No babe, I can't", I said, shaking my head, closing my laptop setting it aside
"Why not?", he asked
"I probably don't have the same vocal voice, that was years ago", I said, giggling
"You never know, you might still got it", Leo said, nudging me
"Nah Leo, I probably sound like I have a frog in my throat by now", I said, nudging him back
"Come on Calli, don't be complicated about this, you are the most confident person I know", Leo said
I did a dramatic gasp and struggled not to laugh. "Hey! Who you calling complicated?", I asked
"That would be you", he said, giving me a smirk
I growled and I pushed his shoulder. He then pushed me back and I grunted pushing him a bit harder and then lead to us pushing each other in a playful manner. Until Leo got over me and started nibbling at my neck as I laughed, trying to push him off. "Get off! Quit bothering me!", I said, pushing his face away
Leo chuckled and brought me into a deep kiss as I kissed him back deeply wrapping my arms around him. "You know I love you", he said "My little seashell"
I giggled blushing pink. "I love you too my pucca shell", I said
He brought me into another kiss as I pulled him up by his thighs towards my face. Leo's soft tongue peeked out to where it touched my lips and it began to lick across my lower lip repeatedly. I rolled my eyes playfully knowing he wanted inside and I giggled softly, opening my mouth and his tongue quickly entered inside. I could feel Leo's hands exploring low as they began to undo my belt and sliding it off and began to rub my plastron in circles.
I moaned softly as he began to massage it deeply with his thumbs and I began to arch up as Leo started kissing it down my throat. "You know we have the lair to ourselves want to have a little fun?", Leo asked, in a suggestive tone
"I would sexy, but I can't", I said, shoving him off
He landed on the side of the bed laughing as I slid off the bed giggling, putting my belt back on. "I have training with Splinter in the tunnels and you are babysitting Ellie while I'm gone", I said, taking my katana off the rack sheathing it in its hold
"What about tonight?", he asked, rolling off the bed walking towards me
"Mmmmm I'll look at my schedule and see", I said, in a teasing manner as I grabbed a few ninja stars
"Which means that there is an opening", he said, wrapping his arms around my waist kissing my cheek
I giggled uncontrollably and I shoved him playfully. "You dork", I said
"I know but you still married me", he said
"I know", I said, leaning up to him
We gave each other a deep passionate kiss that lasted for a few moments before I gave him a squeeze. "Alright cookie I'll be back in a little bit", I said, leaving out the door
"Have fun", he called out
"Try to", I said, giggling as I climbed out of the lair heading into the sewers
Leo's Pov...
When Calli left, I had the whole lair to myself with Ellie. My brothers were off doing their own things somewhere and can finally get some peace and quiet. I decided to clean up a bit just to get it over and done with. I went into the living room and found Ellie as she was crawling on top of her turtle on her play mat. "Hey my little tenshi", I said, walking up to her smiling
Ellie looked up immediately to me as she cooed reaching out to me with her little arm. She was leaning forward on top of her turtle and was about to roll over on her head. I quickly leaned down and caught her before her tiny head hit the floor. "Woah careful there", I said, chuckling "Don't want to hurt yourself sweetheart"
Ellie babbled as she then began to suck on my thumb holding it with her little hands. I smiled at her adoringly as I leaned down and kissed her temple. "My little beautiful angel", I said
Ellie released my thumb as she looked up at me with drool coming out of her mouth. I wiped her mouth clean with a towel that was on the coffee table behind me and gave her temple a nuzzle. "You be a good girl while Daddy cleans up a little bit okay?", I said
She immediately obliged to what I said and went back to playing with her little toes on her play mat. I smiled at her before I got up and walked into the kitchen and began to clean up some of the dishes that were left in the sink from last night.
I noticed out of the corner of my eye Ellie was looking at me and I chuckled silently and continued on with what I was doing. A minute hadn't gone by and I could feel a nudge on the back of my leg. I looked down seeing Ellie was looking up at me with her big blue eyes with one arm around my leg and another arm extending up to me, an invitation for me to pick her up. "Okay, come here princess", I said, smiling picking her up gently
Ellie cooed happily and I gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I'll finish this up later", I said
I brought Ellie back into the living room and I set her down on the floor as I laid down beside her. She rolled on her side giggling till she stopped facing me, squeaking out a few chirps. I smiled and let out a low rumble of sound responding to her. She smiled and she crawled away from my view behind me. I looked back at Ellie seeing she was hiding behind my feet peeking out and I quickly looked away acting I didn't see her. Ellie rolled till she was laying up against my leg and I looked back and I reached over and tickled her little foot as she squeaked in happiness and jumped on top of my legs. She rolled off giggling till she stopped again behind my feet. I could feel her climbing on top of my legs then across my shell and I then could feel her tugging on my bandanna tails.
I chuckled and I reached behind me and I tickled her plastron as she squeaked in laughter and I grabbed her by her sides and flipped her over in front of me kissing her snout deeply, but gently. Ellie quickly crawled, doing a few little jumps, trying to get up on her feet. She almost managed to but she began to trip over her own feet and she then fell on the floor.
I quickly reacted and scooted my way over towards her with a look of worry, thinking she might be hurt. "Ellie are you okay honey bun?", I asked
But to my relief Ellie looked up at me with a cute smile, telling me she was alright. I picked her up in my arms and she placed her hand on my cheek and I stroked her head tenderly giving her a loving smile as she smiled back up at me and we gave each other an affectionate nuzzle to the face. Ellie then wriggled down in my arms as she tried to get down and I helped stand on her feet and balance against my arms around her as she wobbled. "Hey, wanna try to walk to Daddy sweetie?", I asked
Ellie cooed and smiled, saying as if she was up for the idea. "Okay, let's try it out", I said
I scooted back a bit, but still had Ellie in my arms getting a small distance between for her to walk to. My arms slowly released around her as Ellie stood on her two little legs, keeping her balance but shaking just a bit. "Come on El, come to Daddy", I said, encouraging her holding out my arms to her
Ellie cooed as she tried to lift up her leg, but seemed a bit frustrated as she tried to step forward to me. "You can do it Eleanora", I said, scooting a bit closer to her
Ellie was able to lift her leg up and step forward and I smiled proudly, thinking she was getting the idea. But as Ellie tried to pull her other leg she stumbled forward. Luckily I was quick to catch her in my hands as I brought her up in my arms. "That was a good try, you will get there soon", I said, nuzzling her face
Ellie cooed nuzzling back and she then began to suck on her fist looking up at me. "Oh I know what that means, someone is hungry", I said, bouncing her up in my arm
Ellie cooed in agreement. "Alright honey, let Daddy get you something to eat", I said, getting up with her
I set Ellie in her highchair as I prepared her some smashed sweet potatoes into a small bowl, stirring it up a bit with a little spoon. "Here we are Ellie, nice sweet potatoes sounds really good", I said, walking over towards her
I sat down on a chair and began to feed Ellie dinner. As Ellie was eating she was getting messy on her face as she babbled. "Now let's get that messy face of yours cleaned up", I said, kissing her head as I got up to get a towel off the rack
As I grabbed one I then heard a splat sound and I quickly turned around and I literally had to bite my lower lip to keep myself from laughing. Ellie had taken the bowl of sweet potatoes and dumped it on top of her head as she was sucking on the spoon. She looked over at me babbling as a bit of potato fell on her snout. I started laughing as she kicked her little legs giggling. "Hold still Ellie, Mama is going to love this", I said, taking out my phone
I snapped a photo of Ellie on my phone and I laughed as Ellie was reaching out to me with the bowl falling off her head on to the tray. "Oh you little goof, you are suppose to eat them, not wear them silly", I said, picking her up
Ellie grabbed a bit of smashed potatoes off of her head and stuffed it in her mouth, looking up at me cutely. "Alright, someone needs a b-a-t-h", I said, walking towards the bedroom
I brought Ellie into the bathroom and I filled up her small bathtub with warm water. Upon seeing the water Ellie began to squeal excitedly, she absolutely loved water. She would go to great lengths to take as long as a bath as possible. As soon as I put her in the water she began splashing with her arms. It was never really a trouble to get Ellie cleaned up, Calli and I were just thankful Ellie didn't know how to squirt water out of her squirt toys yet. I knew when that day came it would become all but impossible to get her clean.
I smiled as Ellie splashed at me causing me to get wet all over my face as I shook the water off. "Hey you!", I said, splashing her back gently
Ellie splashed me again and we both laughed as I continued to get Ellie cleaned up as she played with her little squirt toys. After a while, Ellie was finally cleaned up and I was able to get her out with no struggle and wrap her up in a fluffy towel. She snuggled up to me happily as I began to dry her off in the bedroom.
Ellie rolled out of the towel as she yawned snuggling on top of Calli's pillow. I smiled and I picked Ellie gently in my arm as she curled up falling fast asleep. I quietly walked over towards her crib and I laid her down inside covering her with her blanket and placing her turtle right beside her. "Hey", a voice said, quietly
I turned and I saw Calli coming in the bedroom slowly as she walked up to me and Ellie. "How was she?", she asked
"Perfect", I said, softly "No problems at all"
Calli smiled down at Ellie as she gently stroked her shell with her hand. Ellie cooed softly in her sleep shifting a bit, but remained asleep unaware that Calli had returned home. "Here let's", I said, pointing out the door
She nodded and she quickly walked out of the bedroom. But before I did I looked down at Ellie, who was laying on her side facing away from me, and I leaned down and gently kissed her cheek giving her a temple a nuzzle. "I love you my little Green Bean, sweet dreams", I said, softly
I quietly walked out of the door turning on Ellie's flower night light leaving out the door, shutting it quietly. "Was everything okay while I was gone?", she asked
"Everything went smoothly Calli, no problem at all", I said "Played with Ellie, helped her walk a little, gave her dinner, gave her a bath and got her right to sleep by the time you had walked in"
"Oh Leo thank you so much", she said, with a smile
"Oh it's no worries honey", I said "Just doing what a father knows best"
She then brought me into a hug as I slowly hugged her back. "I can't tell you how proud I am of you for being there for Eleanora, Leonardo", she said
"It's nothing to it, of course I would be there for out little girl and I would go out of my way for her", I said, hugging her close
She then took my hand into hers and kissed it lovingly. "I love you so much", she said, smiling up at me
I smiled and I brought her close and kissed her forehead. "I love you too honey", I said
Calli's Pov...
As we came jumping to stop at the end of a rooftop after a long night of patrol, I panted in exhaustion falling against an air conditioner vent with Mikey collapsing to the ground, Donnie leaning against a cell tower, Raph on the ledge of the rooftop and Leo leaning beside me. "Phew if I had known that we were going to be jumping for at least about sixty blocks I would taken some leg supplements", I said "I'm beat"
"You said it sissy", Mikey said, panting "Ugh"
"Not even one fight tonight, that really ticks me off", Raph said
"Raph everything ticks you off", Donnie said
"Not everything...", he said "Alright everything"
I then wiped some sweat off of my bandanna. "Dude I'm sweating like Whitney Houston going through customs I tell you", I said
"I think we should probably start heading back home, it's getting late", Leo said
"We are all in for that", I said, giving a little laugh
I turn back and Raph's completely gone. He completely vanished. Not literally of course, he wasn't hard to make out on the other side of the street.
"Calli, do you see him?", Leo asked, he and our brothers approached near me. "Where's Raph?"
"He's over there", I said, pointing across the street
"Ay caramba!", Leo said, smacking his face with his hand
"Come on! Hurry!", I said, jumping over the edge
We quickly kept close to the wall as a large truck came and backed up into the alleyway, which we needed to get to. Luckily Raph was quick enough to hide in the dark alley before they could of spotted him.
"Let's go", Leo said
We followed Leo and the others as we quickly ran across the street and leaned up against the wall. I leaned out to glance into the alleyway and saw Raph on his hands and knees looking under the large truck. I heard him grumble something under his breath before standing up and kicking the truck's trailer. "Way to be stealthy Raph!" Leo said, clearly annoyed
"Yeah, I don't think they heard ya in Jersey!", Mikey said
"Give me a hand", Raph said, pointing towards the truck.
Mikey raised his hands with a smile on his face. "Don't, even think about it Mikey!", he said, shaking his head
Mikey gave him a confused look and Leo shook his head at him and gave him a look as if saying 'we're not moving'. "Ah forget you guys I'll push it myself", he said
We watched as Raph walked behind the trailer and tried to push it off the manhole cover. I sighed annoyed and I walked up towards Raph as the truck was not even moving an inch off our ticket towards home. "It isn't gonna move like that", I said
"Mind helping out instead of standing there pipsqueak?", he said
"Fine whatever, but if we are caught, your shell is dead meat", I said
I got beside him as we tried to push the truck off. We could hear noises coming from inside the building we were hiding next to and the doorknob began to jiggle and click. I gasped and I quickly ran into the shadows to hide, but Raph didn't budge as Leo waved his hand up in the air. "Hide Raph! Come on!", I called out, quietly
Instead Raph jumped into the back of the trailer just as soon as the door opened. "No!", I said, shocked
"Oh! Poor choice Raphael", Mikey said, as he face palms his own face.
Men wearing gangster outfits walked out laughing and chatting carrying large duffel bags. "Did you see the way that man squirmed when we took his cash?! Haha!", a thug said
"Sheep man! Sheep to be fleeced by us wolves!", another thug said, as they threw their duffel bags into the trailer, slamming it shut and then driving the large truck away
"Oh man…not good", Donnie said
"Imagine their surprise when they open the back of that truck", Mikey said, joking "I bet you they'll scream like a bunch of little girls"
"Now is not the time for jokes you guys", I said, seriously coming out of the shadows "We gotta get him out of there!"
"Last one to the roof hatched from a rotten egg!", Donnie said, and he and the others run off, jumping and climbing up the fire escapes and onto the roofs
I shook my head in shock as they made it up so fast before I could even make a step, and I noticed they were getting farther ahead. "Since when do boys leave a girl unattended to in the middle of the night?", I said, to myself
I glanced up at the closest fire escape. I quickly ran up and jumped and bounced off the wall onto the fire escape, and then jumped and pulled myself up onto the roof. I glanced around as saw them running on the rooftops and jumping from roof to roof. I sighed and then ran for it. My feet breaking wind as they barely even touched the rooftops. My lungs usually feel burning and ache, but this time they felt anxious. My legs moved even faster with my arms throwing themselves forwards and backwards. I got closer to them within seconds. I then bent my legs and jumped up with all I had, landing perfectly in front of them, not wasting a second of running off wasn't until I was distracted by Mikey trying to zip line and clothes line and dropped right in front of me did I stop and slow down.
"Hmm springtime fresh", Mikey said
"Don't lounge around Mikey come on!", I said, running past him.
"Hey! I wasn't lounging around! Wait up!", he called out
We finally got to the truck as it parked into a trash strewn alleyway. We kept quiet and glanced down at the men leaving the van, leaving only one to stand guard. He was pretty big, by big, I mean huge. His shirt didn't even cover up his large belly as he walked back and forth holding a baseball bat with a nail stuck through it."What do we do now?", Donnie asked
I was nudged by Mikey in the shoulder. "Watch the cool turtle at work sissy!", he said, winking before jumping down
"Mikey get back up here!", I called out, quietly "We need to plan this out!"
I rolled my eyes as the boys just shrugged as if they knew that was going to happen too and I jumped down into the alleyway, still staying out of sight, with Leo and Donnie coming quietly behind.
"Psst!", Mikey called out, quietly
We all looked down the alley way as Mikey talked to the big gang member. "This is a no parking zone, here's your ticket, and here's your fine!", Mikey said
With a harsh kick to the thick head the guy was kicked into the van, knocked unconscious. "Nice work Mikey", Leo said, as the three of us walked into the alley.
"Eh, it's a ninja thing", Mikey said, shrugging at him before walking up to me "Much better than what Raph did back there, right sissy?"
He wrapped an arm around my shoulder. I gripped his fingers and bent them backwards, making them crack in pain. "Owowowowowowowow!", he said, holding my wrist in pain
"Let's stay on task please?", Leo said
I let go of Mikey's hand and he immediately tended to them as he whispered in pain. "Now, let's get Raph out of there", I said
Raph pounded his fists against the window of the doors. I could faintly hear a "Let me out of here! Let me out of here!" From inside, though it was muffled. We glanced down at the electric lock on the doors with a certain number code. "Man, what happened to good old fashion pad locks?", Mikey said
"Ha! Where's the fun in that?", Donnie asked, pulling out a couple of screwdrivers from his duffel bag and twirling them around in his hands "This one's all my mine"
Raph once again pounded his fists against the windows, muffling words from behind the glass. "What's that Raphael?", Mikey asked, teasing "You're gonna have to speak up dude. I can't hear you!"
Raph kicked the door, making it rattle against its hinges. Mikey jumped from sudden fright hid behind me. "Okay, I heard that", he said
"I'm trying to work here", Donnie said, holding the goggles over his face
We all watched as Donnie teased these wires and cut those wires and pressed a couple buttons, trying to break open the lock and doors. I was actually pretty fascinated by his handy work. Donnie hot wired a couple of different colored wires and he backed away as the lock opened itself up and the doors popped open. "Hey Raph! Welcome back bro!", Mikey said
Raph came charging full speed ahead out of the truck and began beating Mikey to a pulp as they wrestled on the ground. "I'm assuming your lessons on anger management are working?", Leo said, nudging my arm
"Hey they take time, maybe around the fifth lesson we will see some improvement", I said, teasing back
I then gasped softly and jumped at the sound of footsteps behind us and Donnie and Leo noticed this as well. They looked behind me as we pulled out our weapons, backing up. "Uh…Raph...Mikey", Donnie said
"We don't have time for this!", Leo said
"And why not?", Raph asked
"Ask them Raph", I said, pointing
We backed up against the end wall of the alleyway as a large group of gangsters ganged up on us. "Look at the freaks!", one of them said
"What's with the dweeby costumes?", one called out
"This ain't Halloween", another one said
A man wearing a long purple jacket with yellow sleeves and long blue hair walked out of the others and twirled a large stick in his hands. "You're going down freaks! Nobody messes with our parts of town! Especially wearing' stupid turtle costumes!", he said
"Oh you are so going to get it!", I said
As we charged the thugs, my eyes were set on the leader as we clashed metal upon metal from my sword and his metal baseball bat. No matter what sneak attack I could do I could not take control of the fight and just when things couldn't get any worse the thugs began to defeat everyone and throwing them back in my direction against me.
"You take the ugly ones", Leo said, to Raph
"No, you take the ugly ones", he said back
"I'll take the ugly ones!", Donnie said
"Which one's the ugly ones?!", Mikey asked
"Keep it going you guys!", I said "They are all the ugly ones!"
We all tried regain the fight, but the gangsters over powered us and ended up throwing us making us through double doors as we rolled on our shells skidding to a stop. "Ow!", I said, rubbing my head in pain
It turned out to be we were thrown into some sort of party. It was one of the popular clubs in the city. I looked around confused. The music suddenly stopped and people moved out of the way as they saw us large mutants. I then realized we were in huge trouble.
"Oh god kill us now", I said, to myself
"Would you look at those costumes!", some guy said "I love this place!"
"Must be part of the act", someone else said
"Act? Hey that's it!", I said, excitedly
I then looked back at the boys. "Guys go along with it, act it out!", I said
"What? Calli! Are you crazy? In front of them?", Leo said
"It's either getting our tails captured or not freaking out a crowd", I said "Just do it!"
Suddenly another gangster came out at me yelling and I was quick to flip backwards, kicking him forward. Leo quick on my move roundhouse kicked him up in the jaw towards the wall behind the crowd as they cheered on. Suddenly the leader stepped forward. "Up for round two I believe?", he asked
"Yeah apparently that was just a warm up session", I said, with a glare "The crowd now is ready for the live performance!"
"I could of finished you off back there, but that would of been too easy to do", he said
"Well that makes you ugly and stupid", I said
The crowd awed with some laughing from my comment. "Let's end this!", he said
"Ladies first!", I said, referring to him
He came at me with a bo staff spinning as many other thugs followed behind him in pursuit as we charged them in retaliation. But during the middle of the fight there was a sound called out, which resembled an explosion and smoke began to fill up on a stage and figures began to make their way out. I was starting to panic that more thugs had came in, but to our surprise it was a familiar band that I haven't heard in years. "Ladies and Gentlemen, we bring you tonight, a totally awesome presentation, looks we got some Ninja Turtles out there ready to kick some shell!", one of the band members said
"Woah I can't believe, but I think that is", Mikey said
"It's Vanilla Ice!", I said, excitedly
Suddenly a beat of whistle blows came out of the huge speakers and the sound of rapping records followed in tune, making it into a catchy beat. The crowd began to dance along to it as we gave each other a smile and nod as we ran in different directions, doing what we do best as the band sung.
"YO! It's the green machine.

I'll tell you what it really didn't take much to get these guys knocked out on the ground. I mean, one kick in the stomach and you'd think they die from the bruising. They just piled up on the ground as we kicked butts. But easy targets or not it wasn't hard to fight these guys as they piled up on the ground with encouragement being given to us. It was just as easy as fighting Purple Dragons.
"Give me some green!", Mikey said, as he and Raph high five each other.
"Well, that was easier than expected", Donnie said
"You'd think they've never been in a fight before", I said
"I hope there are more of those guys, I'm just getting warmed up", Raph said
"You are always getting warmed up Raph", I said, giggling
"So true", he said
I then noticed that they slowly stood up and the leader snapped his fingers and some shadows extend around us from up above. "Well, it looks like you're about to get your wish Raphie Boy", Mikey said, pointing up to the windows
I widened my eyes at the sight. As the shadows appeared surrounding everyone of us and the people were starting to back up in fright looking around frantically. "Looks like they brought in reinforcements", Leo said, getting in a stance
The gangsters jumped down crashing through the windows and surrounded us in a large circle. "Well, they're certainly ganster-esk", Mikey said
"It ain't over till Slater says its over", the leader said
"Ugh bad guys just don't know when to quit", I said, in annoyance
"Be ready for anything", Leo said
"I am so gonna enjoy this", Raph said
"You know boys I think this fight seems a bit unfair to me", I said "Time to even up the score"
I quickly threw a ninja star out as it spun in a circle and it hit a light switch lever causing sparks to fly making the whole auditorium go dark. Some people screamed from the sudden darkness, but I knew they wouldn't have to wait too long in the dark to see what we were about to do to them.
We separated. Donnie took off in one direction to fight a small group and the same with Raph, Mikey, Leo and I. Suddenly I was surrounded by six of them.
I growled in annoyance "Oh this is just gonna suck…", I said, to myself
The first gangster attacked me from the front, I blocked his bat and gripped him by the front of his collar and laid down on my back and kicked him over me and watched him fly into the wall. Before I could even stand back up on my feet I was attacked again in the front. I was able to block the bat by catching the metal cylinder between my hands. I pulled my sword blade over my shoulder and kicked the gangster against the wall. The next two tried to simultaneously attack from both my sides, I bent my back backwards to dodge and then jumped backwards onto my hands and split kicked them away; they had dropped their bats in the air and I easily caught them.
"Here's more like it", I said, smiling, twirling my sword in my hand
The last two gangsters attacked me at the same time. I was able to block both attacks with my sword as sparks flew when blade hit the metal of the bats. I easily pushed their bats away and spin kicked them down. I had thought it was an easy win until another six gangsters surrounded me. "Oh come on!", I said
I quickly ducked when three of them tried whipping my head off with chains, resulting in them slashing their chains against one another getting them tangled up. I flipped backwards onto my feet and punched them to the ground. I jumped when I felt one of them grab the sides of my shell, trying to immobilize me. I angrily wrapped my leg around his leg and threw him against the wall, most likely cracking the bricks of the wall. "Hands off the shell!", I said
On instinct I blocked another bat swinging attack and became immobilized when he pushed down on my blade. I groaned being able to stand back up as I quickly spun around, flipping back on my hands kicking him up on the jaw in the air. One by one each gang member that had gone after anyone in the family or I was easily knocked to the ground in front of us, soon everyone of them had fallen in defeat, leaving the leader standing alone.
He looked down at his unconscious army as he looked back up at us nervously while we gave serious looks holding our weapons. "Game set match", I said, spinning my sword around my wrist
He stood there shaking like a leaf, unsure what we would do next. "Want to finish it off babe?", I asked, looking up at Leo
"With pleasure", he said, cracking his knuckles
Before he had the chance to make a move, the leader took off running out of the auditorium, screaming. "And stay out", Leo said, with a smirk
I giggled hugging him around his arm as he smiled down at me. Suddenly the lights came back on as the frightened crowd began to settle down seeing the gangsters were unconscious in the pile. "Well that was rather...enjoyable", Raph said
"Not bad for a total shot in the dark", Mikey said
The crowd surrounding us began to applaud for what we just did as we smiled in pride. Suddenly a door slammed open and we turned over seeing a man, probably the manager of the club, coming storming through the crowd. "Oh shell", I said, to myself "We are dead"
"What is the meaning of this?!", he asked, sounding in a demanding voice "And who the heck are you all?!"
"Oh um they didn't mention that there was going to be a surprise entertainment performing here", I said "We are the...Ninja Turtles"
I bit my inside of my lip hoping he would fall for it. After waiting for a few moments the manager shrugged it off. "Oh well I guess I never heard from the planner, well some performance you all put on here", he said
"Fighting is our specialty!", Mikey said
"Thank you, trust us it took a good planning of how to do this", I said, with a smile
"Though we would like to see one more performance for this evening if you are willing to do it", he said
"Well we actually had stopped everyone of those gangsters, I'm not so sure what else that there is that what we can do", I said, sounding a bit unsure
"Well there may be not something we can do, but something she can do", Leo said, putting his hand on my shoulder "My wife here has the voice of an angel, why don't you maybe let her perform a solo for us?"
The crowd cheered in agreement as I blushed heavily red in my cheeks and I shoved Leo looking at him annoyed. "Leo?! What are you doing?! You got to be crazy! I don't know if I still got it!", I said
"Too late", he said, with a smile shoving me towards the stage "You are doing it"
I dug my heels into the floor trying to stop him, but it was no use as he pushed me up the stairs as I got up on the stage. I looked back at him with an unamused look as the crowd continued to cheer me on. "You so owe me big time for this one", I said, lowly
He gave me a smile before walking off and I let out a shaky breath as I walked across the stage and I grabbed a microphone on the stand turning it on as I faced the crowd. "Well I never thought I would be on a stage again", I said, giggling "I mean from it being years ago last I sung in high school"
The crowd chuckled along with me. "Yeah, but its great to back on stage after being away for so long", I said "I mean I have dreamt about this moment for many years, though I never thought it would happen, and now its all coming back to me. While waiting for this moment I managed to go through a lot of things, I have been happily married to my husband Leonardo and we have a little six month old daughter at home"
The crowd awed at the fact that I have a child. "I don't know if I still got my singing voice left in me, but I was urged just now by my husband", I said
I cocked him an eyebrow as he stuck his tongue out crossing his arms as the crowd laughed. I started to realize that maybe this wasn't so bad after all and maybe I should just let loose and have fun with this. "I know I married a goof, but he's my goof and I love him to bits", I said
He gave me a smile and I smiled in return and giggled. "Okay so do you all really want to hear me sing tonight?", I asked
The crowd cheered loudly and I knew I couldn't say no to an encouraging crowd. "Okay, okay I will do it", I said, shaking my head "I'll do it for you all"
The crowd cheered again in happiness that I was going to do it. "Okay, well to start it off, I do have this one song I would like to try out", I said, walking towards the DJ "I don't know if you all have heard it of it, but I want to try it out here tonight. This song I had listened to earlier gave me some of that confidence I had once before"
I whispered the song to the DJ and he nodded as I walked towards the center of the stage. "And this goes out to my bros and to my hubby, I love you guys", I said, doing a heart with my hands
The crowd awed by my affections towards my family as they looked at me with smiles and a bit of blush from each of them, mostly from Leonardo. "Hit it!", I called out
The music started up playing trumpets and the crowd started cheering loudly, along with the boys as I grabbed a microphone turning it on as I began swaying from side to side. I took a shaky breathe and I just shook all those fears away and just let it all out. "Are you ready? Ha", I sang
I then began to walk up quickly to the left side of the stage, swaying my hips and snapping my fingers.

I did a little spin on my foot then walked towards the center standing still, but continued to dance in the spot.

I then quickly walked out on the catwalk, pointing out my finger, then I pointed towards myself.

I then sat down on the edge and crossed my leg over my other and kicked out my foot, leaning on my forearm.

I then quickly stood up and did a back flip into the air as the crowd awed and cheered and I landed on my feet still singing the chorus as I slid side to side on my feet.

I then did another spin and stood with my shell facing away from the crowd as I looked over my shoulder swaying my hips.

I then spun forward again and I leaned against a speaker kicking my leg up tapping the top of the speaker.

I then slid down the stage as a young man held my hand helping me down as I walked through the crowd of people as they parted away and I walked towards the boys, smiling.

I then stopped with my hand on my hip popped out smiling. The crowd cheered shouting and clapping as I stood up and I was greeted with a huge group hug by my brothers as I laughed getting boogies and squeezes. "Hey nice voice Calls", Raph said
"Yeah good job sissy", Mikey said, giving me a one arm hug
"Awwww shucks", I said "It was nothing"
"I would like to show my appreciation for all you have done. I'm going to make each one of you the main entertainment for each Saturday night gig we have here", the owner said
"Really? Sounds awesome! Does that mean we can fight a new person each week?", I asked
"And make it more intense?", Raph said, adding in "I was just getting warmed up"
"Anything you want, why don't you stop by the office after you get out of those ridiculous costumes", he said, walking away "Turn the music back up!"
As the music began again we shook our heads in defeat and sighed in annoyance, losing a grand opportunity. Just because of our natural looks.
"Well easy come easy go", I said, crossing my arms
"Oh when will people learn to not judge by looks?", Donnie asked
"Probably when pigs fly my little bro", I said, patting his shoulder
"Yo dudes! They are having a major contest of who owns the dance floor!", Mikey called out, from the crowd
"Sweet! Wait for us!", Raph called out "I got a killer sprinkler move!"
As he and Donnie ran off to meet up with Mikey, it was just me and Leo alone together. I then gave him a smirk cocking an eyebrow at him.
"Well say it", I asked, teasing "Who's complicated now?"
Leo rolled his eyes playfully. "Okay not you", he said, smirking
"Thank you precious", I said, smiling "Now how about a kiss?"
"Mmmmmm with pleasure my little super star", he said, pulling me by the waist
I giggled as he brought me to his chest and kissed me deeply on the lips. My arms snaked around his neck tightly as we both had shut out the noise of the loudness of the music and the people surrounding us both dancing. I guess Leonardo was right about how I shouldn't self doubt myself, lowering my confidence. I learned a valuable lesson from him that, sometimes all you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess and all you have to do is just breathe and have faith that everything will work for the best.
