Taiga and Ryuuji walked around the nursery in a tired daze as they rocked their screaming twins to sleep. Taiga sighed before sitting down and Ryuuji looked at his wife in confusion, "What's wrong, Taiga?" Taiga hummed and shook her head, "If you're tired, you can go back to bed and I'll take care of the-"
"No, I'm fine, Ryuuji," Taiga assured her husband with a small smile before looking down at the bundle in her arms, "I just needed to sit down for a minute," she took a deep breath and began humming as she slowly rocked the small child in her arms and both children slowly began to calm down and whimper in their parents' arms.
The two siblings slowly closed their eyes and drifted off to sleep to the sound of their mother softly humming. The two adults silently smiled as Taiga slowly stood up and they walked over to the crib and gently set their children down and watched as they slept.
