Here's an update to undead. Sorry, bit scattered brain at the moment. Enjoy.

Taiga got dressed before she looked over her shoulder and frowned as Ryuuji slept with the curtains drawn, "Taiga," she looked up and saw Yasuko standing by the door, waving her over. Taiga inhaled slowly and nodded before she walked over to her.

The two stepped out of the room and Yasuko closed the door before looking at her son's friend, "Taiga, I know this goes without saying, but I hope you can be there for Ryu when he needs you. Your friends have already turned their backs on him, I don't want to imagine if his last friend leaves him,"

"You don't have to worry, Yasuko," Taiga frowned and shook her head, "I'm not like Minori, Kitamura or Kawashima. If it weren't for Ryuuji, we would've died that night. I'm not going to abandoned him just because he's a Vampire," Yasuko slightly smiled, "I don't know if I can thank Ryuuji enough. He's been kind and…and…Yasuko, I'm sorry," Yasuko hummed and arched a brow in confusion, "When we first met, I was less than kind to Ryuuji. I've broke into your home and threatened him with my Bokken…I know I'm a terrible person an-" she felt someone pat the top of her head and she looked to see Yasuko patting the top of her head with a small smile crossing her lips, "Yasuko? Did you hear me?"

"I did, and while I'm a little upset that you threatened Ryu with a piece of wood, you two have been close to one another and you've always been there for one another," Taiga frowned as she hung her head, "I'll tell you how you can make it up to me." Taiga looked up in confusion, "Be there for Ryuuji. Most, if not all of society will turn its back on him. I won't because he's my son, but I want to know that there will be at least one more person by his side that he can turn to," Taiga hummed and nodded, "Now go finish getting ready. Ryu made you a lunch last night," Taiga nodded again before she turned and walked back into the room.

Taiga stood above Ryuuji before she crouched down and lightly shook him. Ryuuji opened his eyes and looked up before he yawned, "Hey Taiga, is something wrong?"

"I'm going to school now…are you going to be okay?"

"Are you," Ryuuji grunted and sat up, "Be careful. If Kitamura, Kushieda and Kawashima learn you were here, they're going to start questioning you, or worse, mark you as a target for just being around me,"

"I'll be fine, Ryuuji," Taiga straightened herself up and slightly smiled, "I'll see you when I get back…and thanks for the lunch, Ryuuji," Ryuuji smiled and nodded before he laid back down and closed his eyes as Taiga walked out of the room, closing the door behind her.

Not what I originally had planned, but I can't find my notes. Enjoy.
