Taiga frowned as she hugged her knees to her chest. Feeling a hand on her shoulder, she looked up and saw Ryuuji standing above her with a frown painted across his lips, "What the hell do you want?"
"I want to apologize, Taiga," Ryuuji sighed and shook his head, "I shouldn't have forced you to try and spend time with your dad…if I had known what he did to you in the past, I would've told you to ignore him an-"
"It's…it's fine, Ryuuji…you were just trying to help," Taiga sighed as she nuzzled up against him, "He was a bastard then and he's still a bastard…I guess I'll never have a normal family life an-"
"But you do…you have me and Yasuko…Yasuko even said that you're family," Taiga's eyes widened before she softly smiled as Ryuuji rubbed the top of her head, "Let's go…I'll make whatever you want for dinner tonight," Taiga hummed and nodded before she stood up and the two of them walked out of the apartment together.
