Ryuuji sighed as he heard the loud knock at the door over the pouring rain. Standing up, he walked over to the door before opening it to see a soaked Taiga standing in front of him, "Um…Taiga, what're you doing he-"
"I got into a fight with Minori and the dumb chihuahua and I forgot my key," she stepped inside as Ryuuji handed her a towel and closed the door, "Is there any hot water?"
"Of course…go get cleaned up and um…if you want, I can fix you something to eat," Taiga hummed and nodded as she made her way down the hall. Ryuuji sighed and shook his head before he looked down at his phone, "She had a fight with Kushieda and Kawashima? Why didn't she call me? I would've met her," putting his phone away, he turned and walked into the other room.
The two sat on their bed as the rain continued to pour down in sheets. Ryuuji looked at his wife and arched a brow, "So…what was the fight between you, Kushieda and Kawashima about?"
"They're arguing over who's going to be the godmother of our first child and I told them that we're not ready to have kids, that we want to get our careers in order before we think about starting a family and then the dumb chihuahua said something, Minori got mad and she said something, I was getting agitated and started yelling…it was just one big headache,"
"Well…if they can't accept the fact that we're not having kids yet then…it's on them and they might as well forget about being the godmother,"
"But Minori is my best friend and I don't want her to think I'm playing favorites and…and…I don't know," Ryuuji inhaled slowly as he wrapped an arm around his wife and rubbed her back, "I don't know, Ryuuji,"
"Well…we've been married for a few months and they're going to have to accept the fact that we're not going to have any kids for a while," Taiga moaned as she slowly nodded before leaning up against Ryuuji as the two sat in silence.
