Slowly over the week Tommy came back around to the group and started to hang out with them after school. After the last day of school for the week the gang was walking into the park when they were attacked by Cogs. The gang spread out and started to fight the cogs they were harder then before and the team felt beat down. All of a sudden the Purple Ranger turned up and took down the Cogs very quickly with his fighting skills and sending pulses out with their hands. The other Rangers looked on with awe watch the Purple Ranger fight, then all of sudden a blast hit the Purple Ranger throwing them back the Rangers turned to see the newest Monster that had been sent down. The Rangers got themselves up and started to fight the monster whilst the Purple Ranger got there bearing back.

Tommy realised as the fight progressed the Purple Ranger had disappeared, once the monster was defeated Jason piped up

"Hey Tommy you were distracted during the fight what was going on?" Jason said as he demorphed

"I was hoping the Purple Ranger would have stayed (Tommy kept looking around the park whilst saying this) so I could have apologies to him about the other week and then ask him to join us. I can't understand how Billy cant seem to locate him so we can talk we seem to be on the same side."

"I don't know bro. It is annoying that we cant find away to get in touch with them but since he turned up today maybe we will get another chance to talk and persuade to join us against the Machine Empire" Jason replied

"I hope so" Tommy replied

Kat walked up to the boys and she put her hand on Tommy, he slightly shivered at her touch. "Hey Tommy can we talk please" she gave him her best puppy eyes.

Jason raised his eyes and Tommy sighed, "Yeah okay Kat" he walked away from Jason and Kat followed, "What's up" Tommy asked

"I was wondering if you would like to go to a Movie with me. I see you are starting to be yourself again and I would like some company please" Kat slightly whined

"Okay, but its not a date" Tommy said

"Okay, I will just go home and get changed and meet u at 4?" with that Kat run off.

Tommy sighed and Jason walked up to him laughing, "How do you get all the lucky mate all the girls chase after you?"

"I don't .. I just want … Fuck" Tommy sighed, "Have you spoken to her?"

Jason realised he hadn't spoke to Kim in months not since telling her about his new powers, "Shit I haven't talk to her. I know she has left a few messages, just been too busy to call her back"

"Mate she is your little sister, how could you forget?" Tommy said angrily, "She broke up with me but I cant stop thinking about her, I want to call her and ask what …" he couldn't finish the sentence

"I know, I will call her and see what is going on when I get home. But if she has moved on, you will need to do the same" Jason replied

"Okay I will call after the movies with Kat" and with that Tommy left.

When Jason got home he decide to have a shower and something to eat before he called Kim. 45 minutes later he dialled her number

"Hello" Kim sounded Breathless on the phone

"Hey Sis"

"Jason, seriously"

"Please don't hang up"

And Kim hung up on him

"Shit" and he called her again

Kim answered, "Jason you have ignored me for months and now a phone call?"

"Kim I'm sorry. I just been so busy .."

"And you took a side …"

"No I didn't and Tommy knows I would always choose you over him. But I'm here and your there, and not making excuses this enemy King Mondo is harder than Rita and Zedd."

"But still you forgot about me I'm here by myself, no family and no friend I grew up with.."

"Kim I am sorry, I will make it up to you as it is I will be there for the games to watch you win in 5 weeks" Jason smiled knowing Kim would roll her eyes, "I will take you shopping" he yelled then realised his mistake.

"Okay" Kim smiled "I will make you carry all my bags"

"Yer okay" Jason agreed and then they talk for another hour. Kim told him how she made it through to the top team and was working her butt off and Jason told her about the gang, minus Kat chasing Tommy."

"Kim I don't want to talk about the elephant in the room, but you wrote about a boyfriend. Your big brother wants to know about him"

Kim was silent because nobody had rang to ask for answer before she didn't have an answer.

"Kim you lied" Jason yelled, "Do you know how much you hurt him ?"

"Jase please everyone was telling me he was getting hurt and I knew he couldn't function properly with me here. I had to do the right thing even thou it took me a month to find the courage, the world needs him at the moment. If we .." Kim started to sob

"He would choose you first you know that" Jason said

"I know but I had to make the sacrifice, when the world is safe and if he forgive me hopeful we can be together" Kim cried

"kim you and him belong together now"

"Jase please you can't tell him"

"Kim"

"No Jase this is the right thing please promise me you won't tell him"

"Sis"

"Jason you are my brother please" Kim begged

" Fine but as soon as everything is over your ass is back here and I'm getting you back together"

"Okay I agree, but I need to go to sleep, its late here. Please keep your promise Jase"

"Kim I promise I won't tell him. But he misses you. Good night sis"

"I miss him to. Night Jase"

After Jason put the phone down, it started to ring again

"Hey Mate"

"Hey Jase"

"How was the movies?" Jason smiled

"Horrible she took me to a romantic comedy. I told her I had to go as soon as it was over"

"What no kiss goodnight"

"Jase" Tommy whined

"Okay, I spoke to Kim she is really busy training she finally made the A squad so she will be competiting on the main stage at the Pan Pacific"

"That's great she is so talented I knew she would do it … did she mention?"

Jase was stumped he couldn't find the words

"Jase please has she moved on"

"Tommy sorry man when I first called she hung up on me and then when I got her to talk to me she yelled at me for ignoring her. After that I didn't want to piss her off so we talked about her training"

"Well I can understand you scared of the Wraith of Kim"

"Mate your scared of that too and both of us know how hard she hits now which is your fault"

"Haha mate you help and yes I can be scared of her. But what should I do Jase I know Kat is interested but .."

"If you aren't interested tell her that, Tommy. Don't be forced into something you don't want"

"Thanks Jase when I see her next I will tell her I don't like her that way"

"Good Luck"

"Thanks bro" and Tommy hung up
