Rick was speaking to the walkie talkie and saying, "Hey Morgan, we went to the CDC, and met two scientists, they're with us now, there is no cure, I have to look out for my family, my wife and son, Frank is keeping us together, he is a great guy and walker killer, we're trying now for Ft Benning, Atlanta's done, keep Duane safe for me, Morgan, maybe we'll meet each other in Ft Benning some day, this is Rick signing off.
Intro...
Daryl was driving his chopper motorcycle, Dale was driving is RV with Otis, and Rick was driving a Jeep with Lori, Frank, Carol, Carl, and Sophia inside. Lori then said "I was just thinking about the trip we had to the Grand Canyon." Rick then laughed and said "Yeah I remember that Carl got sick and we had to drive straight back home." Carl then asked "I did? I don't remember?" Lori then said "Yeah you were just a baby." Carl then said "The Grand Canyon huh, we should go there, I'd like to." Sophia then said "Me too." Frank then said "Carl, it's very beautiful, I was there during college, it's great." Carl then said "Cool." Rick then said "We'll take Sophia, but Carol must come, as it's important for her to never leave her side." Carol then nodded in agreement.
As they were driving, they noticed the highway they were taking, was stacked with cars and trucks filled with decayed bodies, and they were getting a bad feeling and in the RV, Glenn said "Uh maybe we should just go back." Jenner then said "No, we should keep moving forward, there is something out there worth looking for." Otis then said "The scientist has a point." They then stopped the RV, and then Frank said "Hey Rick, I'm going to go and look for more survivors and supplies, and Otis, I got the transceiver, so we can keep in touch." Otis then said "Got it stay safe be careful." Frank then said "Got it."
Frank then headed into the woods and Brad came with him, and they were talking, Brad asked "Where are you from Frank?" Frank then said "Denver." Brad then asked "How did you wind up here." Frank said "Well, I had a pilot named Edward DeLuca, whom brought me to Georgia, as we had headed to see the tip we got, which was something big was happening, I saw the shootout with Rick and Shane, Rick got a shot, and a walker got into the helicopter, ate Ed, and I jumped as it crashed, I wound up in a coma with Rick, and we didn't wake up until 60 days later." Brad then said "Wow, what were you before the world went to shit." Frank then said "I was a photojournalist for Denver, reporting on homicides, traffic, Vice cases, etc, I dated women, and had parents and a brother named Vick, and they're alive I hope still in Denver." Brad then said "I hope so too, as for me, I was a DHS Agent, along with Jessie, and yes, we knew the incident of Santa Cabeza, as Dr Barnaby had--." Then walkers moaned and they were all around, and Frank said "Damn." Then they saw a queen bee trying to sting them, and Frank said "Shit!" Then the queen bee fell, and Frank stepped on it, and then suddenly all the zombies died with heads exploding and popping off and Frank then said, "What the hell is going on around here?" Brad then said "I don't know, I--." The transceiver then rang and Otis then said "Hello Frank we were overrun by walkers, we're hiding under the cars, and we're waiting for them to pass, you should head back here quick with Brad for some more backup, Frank then said "No problem, we're on our way." Frank and Brad ran out the forest into the roads of the highway.
15 Minutes Earlier...
The group was scavenging for supplies, and then Carol had saw a nice scarf and said to Lori, "Ed would never let me wear nice things like this." Jessie looked around and was able to find more food rations, whereas Otis had been successful in hot wiring a Ford F-150, and Shane hot wired a Hyundai. Then, suddenly, Jenner said, "Hey Glenn, weren't we short of water." Jenner opened up the water truck and showed a whole bunch of water, Glenn was laughing as they all prepared to drink the water. Rick then looked through his sniper scope, and saw two walkers, and then eventually, he saw dozens out in the highway. Rick then said "Oh Christ." Rick then whispered "Get down now, hide under the cars, or wherever you can." They all went under cars.
Meanwhile, T-Dog noticed that the walkers were around, but he was leaning on glass, and then slipped and it cost him to get a split open wound in his wrist after accidentally cutting himself. Next, he tried to unsuccessfully crawl away, until Daryl showed up, and put the knife in the back of his skull. They then hid, as Daryl grabbed a bunch of walkers and laid T-Dog down, and then himself, and then finished it off by covering himself with The dead decayed bodies from the car, as more dead were approaching their way.
Frank and Brad came and Frank said "Shit Brad get down." It was due to Brad exposing their cover and they then hid in the bushes. After that had happened, they had hid, and then Frank got is M9 Beretta and Brad readied his 1911 Colt, which had suppressors on. The walkers were then gone, until then they heard Sophia scream, due to how a walker found her under the 1997 Ford F-150, and then had gone and ran into the woods. Next Frank shot the walker after her, but it was suppressed, and then Frank and Brad, along with Rick followed her and then after that Sophia ran and ran for what seemed miles with three guys going out to save her. Then Rick caught and she panicked and then said "Shoot them." Rick then said "No, it will draw more, here hide in this log, Frank and Brad will keep an eye on you." Sophia then said "Okay." Rick then left and then had killed the walkers after them.
Two hours later...
Frank, Brad, and Sophia then had waited and then Rick had returned in two hours, and then Frank said "Oh I'm tired of waiting, we have to move, more will on the way." Brad then said "You're right, let's find shelter nearby." Frank then said on the transceiver "Otis, do you copy." Otis then said "Yeah, where the hell are you, Rick just came back for the first time, in two hours." Frank then was in the forest, and they were lost, trying to find their way back and Frank said "We're lost, we gotta to find shelter nearby." Brad then said "Yes we do and we have to guarantee Sophia's safety." Then suddenly they heard a noise. Tunnel Brad music playing. Frank screamed out "Come on out! We're armed!" Then a fat man came and said "Hey don't shoot okay, we have a farm nearby." Frank then asked "Who's we?" Brad then said "Exactly, what is this, we must guarantee this little girl's safety." The fat man look at Sophia and said "Yeah sure come on let's get shelter before nightfall, I have a farm near by, with plenty of food and water, let's go." Frank then said "Okay, but we'll remain suspicious of your tricks." Frank then phoned Otis saying "Otis it's Frank we found a survivor he's bringing us to a farm nearby, we have Sophia she's okay, we're going to the farm, meet us there." Otis then said "Okay Frank, I'll tell Rick where you, Brad, and Sophia are." Frank then said "Copy." They then approached a farm nearby, and Frank then said "Holy shit, how beautiful." Brad then said "Wow."
There was a house, a barn, shelter, fields, crops, sheds, and everything they had to keep them safe. Frank then said "Hey Brad and Sophia we play our cards right, we can make this a place to stay." Brad then said "That's right." Sophia nodded shyly. They then approached the farm, and then two Hispanic looking people came out and a man, whom had long black hair, and had a Spanish White Jacket on, with black pants, and hard black shoes, had said "About time Otis, Patricia was waiting forever, and also, who are these three gringos." Otis then said "Hey, look Carlito, this is Frank, Brad, and Sophia." Carlito then said "Hello there." Frank then said "Hi." Brad said "Hey." Then Sophia just waved shyly. Carlito then asked "Are you three alone?" Frank then said "Oh no, we have more survivors, two cops, their families, two older men, whom have families too, and we have this little girl's mother. Carlito then asked saying "Honey do you know these men?" Sophia said shyly "Yes." Carlito smiled and said "Good, so you came by car didn't you." Brad said "That's right." Carlito asked approaching "What did you see in the highways?" Frank then said "Dead, smashed up cars, and decay, Atlanta is gone, along with the CDC, and we have two doctors from there." Carlito then laughed saying "Almost as if, everyone is already dead, this my friend, is hell." Carlito then said "Come on Frank and uh Brad, come and meet everyone, we have two doctors as well."
Frank then used the transceiver, and Rick picked up, and Rick asked "How is the farm?" Frank then said "It's fine, you guys should rest, tomorrow is another day, come by tomorrow, it's about to be nightfall, Sophia is okay though, she's not bit." Rick then said "Good Otis set up monitors again, and coded every camera within the area, and he's able to see everything go on at one time, and by the way, we found a mysterious eye poster, it says MovieLand and it says Sean is the God, watch your six." Frank then said "Agreed, we'll keep Sophia always in sight." Rick then said "Copy." They hung up and then an old man, whom was white, had slicked back white hair, and a farmer suit on asked "Carlito, who are these people?" Frank then said "Hey, we're friendly, we're not going to hurt you all." The old man then said "Okay, come on inside, my daughter Maggie just made a hot plate, come and have dinner." Brad then asked smiling "Did he just say a hot plate." They were all laughing including Sophia.
They then were laughing and eating dinner, and then Frank then asked "Whom are you guys anyway." The old man said "I'm Hershel Greene, that's Carlito Keyes the man who found you, here is his sister Isabela, she's a doctor, and I'm a veterinarian, and that is Otis and his wife Patricia, and these two young women are my daughters Maggie and Beth, and the young man, right there is Jim." They all waved and then Brad said "We'll thanks for your help, the name is Brad Garrison by the way, and this is Frank West, and here is Sophia Peletier." Hershel said "Hi." Then they are The plate, and what happened next, was that Hershel said "I have a nephew right now, he is on his way up here from Los Angeles, his name is Chuck, he has a daughter named Katey, and has a wife named Pam, along with the fact he has a sister named Madison, her son is a drug addict though, his name is Nick Clark, and the other child is Alicia." Frank then asked "Are They safe?" Hershel then said "I hope so, they called two weeks ago, before the signals went down, and they said they were driving with more survivors, haha, I feel like this place is about to become Fort Knox." Frank chuckled. Hershel did as well.
Hershel then said "I also, have a nephew in law, Travis Manawa, my niece's husband died, Nick and Alicia's father, and I have a step great nephew, Christopher Manawa, he's sixteen, and his mother is Eliza, Travis' ex wife, I hope they're alive and safe." Brad then said "Damn me too, are they coming to Georgia." Hershel said "Yes, they are, Chuck drives a yellow 2008 Ford F-350, that says Idiek Racing, he is a professional NASCAR racer, and the company he is is that of Idiek Racing." Frank then said "I got it." Hershel then said "We'll we should get to bed, let's clean up, and get ready." Frank then said "Agreed."
They then went into a guest room, and then what happened next was that of Sophia saying "I miss my mom." Brad then said "I'm sure you do." They then fell asleep. Frank then had a dream...
Frank woke up, and he fell into an oblivion, and he was screaming, "Hey woah!" He fell down and gasped as he saw multiple dead bodies, and then a dead person Rose and it was Amy, saying "Frank, why did I die?" Frank then asked "How are you?" Amy then said "Why did I get bit, it's not fair that I died, look at me, I was only 24, why now, why!!! Why!!!" Frank then woke up and gasped and breathed and then he fell asleep again.
The next day...
Rick POV:
Rick was with Shane and Carl, and then they saw a deer, and then Shane was about to shoot it, until Rick stopped him by saying "Shane." Carl looked at the deer, and then the deer was looking at them peacefully, and then music from the end of What Lies Ahead was playing. Rick and Shane smiled as Carl approached this beautiful. It was so peaceful until...
BOOM!
The buck fell to the ground dead, after it was shot, and then the bullet went clean through and it hit Carl below the chest, breaking into pieces, and then Rick screamed "No Carl!" Shane aimed his SPAS-12, and looked around and then Frank popped out the bushes screaming "Oh shit no Carl!" Brad then ran out screaming "Carl, No!" Then Otis said "I'm so so sorry, I didn't mean it, I really didn't see the kid!" Shane then scowled and then had a look of worry on his face.
