Unable to focus in school the next day, Aria left at lunchtime and made her way to the hospital. Heath was asleep when she reached his room, so she pulled the comfy looking chair to the side of his bed and curled up in it.

She hadn't managed to get any sleep the night before, so it wasn't long before exhaustion washed through her and she drifted off. It felt like no time at all, before someone was shaking her awake and she came to, to find Heath watching her.

"This doesn't look like school to me," he said.

"I couldn't focus..."

Before she could finish her sentence, Brax entered the room and frowned when he spotted her.

"What are you doing here?"

"She had a migraine and didn't want to be home alone, so she came to keep me some company," Heath answered, "She's going to get Dexter to collect any homework they get."

"Okay, we should get that looked at though," Brax suggested, earning a nod from Aria and handing her a bottle of water as he turned his attention to Heath, "How're you feeling?"

"I'm feeling a lot better now that mom's gone," Heath told him.

"I bet, has Sid said anything about when you can get out of here?"

"A couple of days."

Aria listened as Brax spoke to Heath about Danny and slowly drifted off into her own world, snapping back to reality when someone touched her shoulder.

"Are you okay?" Brax asked as he crouched in front of her.

"Yeah..." Aria lied, shifting in her seat and grimacing.

"I'm going to get Sid."

Sid soon entered the room and Aria sat up, sighing as he crouched in front of her. He looked her over, shining a light in her eyes and apologizing when she flinched.

"How long have you been getting these headaches for?"

"I've always suffered with them, but they've got worse over the last year or so."

"How bad do they get?" Sid inquired, obviously noticing her reluctance to answer and glancing over at Brax.

"Aria?" Brax added with a frown.

"Pretty bad."

"Do you experience anything else when you have them?"

"It depends how bad it is, when it gets really bad I usually feel sick and everything seems painfully bright and loud."

"From what you've told me it sounds like severe migraines, but due to your past medical history I'd really like to refer you to a neurologist," Sid explained, causing anxiety to stir in Aria's chest, "They'll be able to do some more in-depth tests and make sure that it's nothing connected to prior injuries, but I'll give you some medication to take in the meantime to hopefully help a little."

With a nod, Aria fought back the tears that threatened to fall and swallowed past the lump that had formed in her throat. Sid soon returned with her medication and explained how to take them, before Brax took her home to rest.

Laid on her bed in the dark a while later, she stared at the ceiling and grabbed her phone as it chimed.

'Hey beautiful, how's your day been?'

'It's been okay, yours?'

'The usual, what are you doing?'

'I've got a migraine, so just lying in the dark...'

'Are you okay though?'

'I'm fine, Dr. Walker's given me some medication and is referring me to see a neurologist just to make sure that that is all it is.'

She soon drifted off to sleep and woke up to Casey shaking her, groaning as she sat up. Her migraines always left her feeling drained, but she got up and joined her brothers at the table for dinner. They had just started eating, when someone knocked on the front door and Casey went to answer it. It wasn't long, before he returned with Danny and Cheryl in tow.
