Taiga and Ryuuji stood in their bac garden, puling weeds as Taiga panted and looked at her husband, "And…why aren't we…using a weed whacker?"
"Because that'll just get rid of the top part while the roots continue to kill our vegetables," Taiga groaned as she wiped the sweat off her forehead, "Why don't you go back inside and get cooled off?" Taiga looked at Ryuuji in confusion, "We're almost done out here, so you can head inside and get some water and I'll be with you in a minute,"
"A-are you sure? We still have a few more weeds to pull an-"
"I'm sure, Taiga," Ryuuji slightly smiled, "Go inside and get cooled off, I'll be there in a little bit, okay?"
Taiga sighed and shook her head, "Okay," she stood up and dusted herself off before looking at Ryuuji, "Don't stay out too long, Ryuuji. I don't want my husband getting heat exhaustion, you mangy mutt,"
"Heh, you haven't called me that since before we tried to elope," Taiga looked away, "I'll be in in a minute, Taiga. Go get cooled off, I don't want you passing out on me," Taiga nodded as she turned and walked back to the house and Ryuuji continued to pull weeds.
Ryuuji walked inside and panted, "You should've let me help you finish out there,"
"I'm fine, Taiga," Ryuuji smiled and Taiga rolled her eyes as she shook her head.
