Luke

"Finally! I can rest now." Forgetting the rest of the world around me, I deflated on the couch, ignoring a notification from the system. My consciousness faded in and out, as I was taken into a princess carry by a strong pair of arms. The last thing I saw before going to sleep was Salter's face, giving me a quick peck on the lips.

...

Salter

'Skye should send the letter any minute now, that leaves me enough time to discipline master's new pet.' She planned, closing the door. Moving into the living room, what greeted her was quite a sight.

Laying on the floor, covered in a coat of sweat, tucked away in the corner near the potted plants, was the new addition to the family. Luckily enough, the bitch learned to not attack me or Luke, lest she gets shocked once more. Making her way onto the couch, the pet growled at her like a rabid dog.

"Would you stop growling already? We'll have a very important guest arriving in a few moments. I'd rather not embarrass Luke because of your tomfoolery." With Salter's patience waning, black and red sparks violently flew from her body. The color of the room changed, parts of the couch were ripped, and a heavy weight was placed on the whole room.

The ghost pet's legs bucked and struggled to keep up, the anger almost instantly turning into fear. But the swordswoman, quickly realized what had happened, and retracted her aura.

"Hmm, I would go further, but that would make an unsightly mess. So, if you're going to listen to anything 'dog', then listen to this. If you even try to hurt or get Luke in a dangerous situation because you didn't help, there won't be a god out there to help you for what's coming next."

With her point clear, Salter spent the next 10 minutes repairing all the damage caused by her little outburst. When she finished, a cockroach holding something came through a small portal. Resisting the urge to squash it, she approached the messenger.

But as she was going to stand up, the bitch tried to kill it. The pet raised her hand, magical energy wrapping around it. A similar energy appeared on the cockroach, creating a dome around it. Moving as quickly as possible, Salter reversed the flow of mana, causing the pet's hand to burst in an explosion.

This stopped the spell, at the cost of leaving the ghost's hand very broken. "ARGHH! Why did you even do that!? Can't you see I'm trying to kill that-"A sudden smack to the head stopped her from saying anything else. It took a few seconds before the gears in her head began to turn, and the realization hit her.

"Is that supposed to be the guest?" Her tone turned shaky, eyes moved to the letter it held. Her mind catching up to what was being insinuated.

"No, but rather, a messenger of sorts. While I haven't met the person face to face, he was sending letters to Luke for quite a while. And from what master has told me, he has the charisma to make most women smitten by his mere presence." She explained to the clueless ghost girl, who just blankly nodded.

Grabbing the letter and sending the cockroach on its merry way, Salter placed the letter in Luke's room but decided the night wasn't over yet. There was still one more thing to do.

Staring at the ghost's broken hand, she passed some mana through it, just enough to let it heal by morning. "Now that that's out of the way, let me introduce you to your new family. My name is Artoria Pendragon, and you shall refer to me as that until you gain my respect. Am I being clear?" With the princess' rapidly nodding her head, it was rather clear what her answer was.

"Very well. As for the person who you are bound to, his name is Luke, though if the future remains the same, his name might change…" Salter trailed on reminiscing on the past, before shaking the thoughts out of her head. "You will refer to him as Master. However, if his personality is the same, he would rather you refer to him as something else. Just follow what he requests of you, or the slave brand will shock you."

The only thing that seemed to make its way into her head was the thought of punishment. "Yes! I mean, yes. I fully understand. I promise to be a good girl." A sadistic grin appeared on Salter's face as she placed a hand on the girl's cheek, and another on the top of her head, caressing the little girl.

Luke

This is a major tragedy.

For some reason, no matter how hard I try, no matter how many times I toss and turn, I can never go to sleep. That was a lie. But! It was only for 3 hours at most, 4 if I saw the time wrong. Laying in bed was definitely something I didn't know I needed. The events of the past 20-something hours come crashing. I just needed some time to process most of the situation.

I somehow got a near-omnipotent system held together by crack and what I assume to be a hamster. Got an intelligence-based power that doesn't seem to make me any smarter than I already am. The hell within gacha gave me a yandere gf from an alternate reality.

Derailed the plot of MHA with my existence. Captured and almost got killed by a ghost princess. Not to mention the several massacres I've committed to other races, not like I care about it though.

And all this in less than a day! Damn. When I wished for a more interesting life, I didn't mean this. But thank you anyway, this is the best and worst thing to happen in my rather short 2 lives.

But, gathering enough motivation within myself, I got off the bed and noticed a letter on the nightstand. It was rather plain, the only notable thing about it being the wax seal closing it. It was a deep purple in color, almost nearing black. The design on it seemed to be a weird creature, but with how dark the color was, it was hard to discern what it could be.

Using a bit of 'Force' to carefully open it, I pulled out the piece of paper from within it.

{It feels weird doing this again, but I have to clarify things. There are two versions of you. One is driven by his lower half, while the other is more serious and angrier. The timeline seems to have split off once again, though from what I was able to gather, the first was completely replace by this new one.

The only reason for the first you to still exist is because of his perks. With that out of the way, let me introduce myself. I'm Skye, another alternate "you". Yes, I know it's very confusing, but we all come from the same person, the difference being our choices, gacha, and the higher being that weaves fate for all universes.

Ignoring that last part, I will help you just like the first time. Giving you quests, clues to avoid major problems in the future, and use you for entertainment. With all that said, I bid you farewell.

Your more superior "brother",

Skye}

What a dick. Though, if he was just going to say that, then why didn't he just talk to me directly? It'd be much quicker than writing a letter, sending it, then me reading it. Whatever his reason may be, he at least notified me.

Getting out of bed, I sorted through the system notifications.

[Dungeon Unlocked]

[Bioshock (Bring back the girl, and wipe away the debt.)]

That'll be fun when I eventually get to it. I'm still too tired from yesterday's grinding to go back there. Sadly, I can't just sit here and relax on the bed, the thing with All Might is still at 10, but that doesn't mean I can't prepare.

Taking a quick, several thoughts crept into my mind. Like how Salter wasn't the first thing I felt waking up. Wait, where did she go?

I'm in the living room, master. Is there something that requires my assistance?

No, it was just a question, you can go back to what you were doing.

Okay, master~.

A cold shiver ran through my spine as I heard those words in my mind. I didn't send a signal or put any mana into it, does it mean that Salter or any servant for that matter can just read my thoughts?

I guess it was only a matter of time before you found out. Yes, anything that is connected to you via your mana can hear what you think.

We can choose whether or not to listen of course. But, hearing your voice is just music to my ears~.

That good and all, but what if a servant were to plot against me?

I'd kill them before they'd do anything to you.

So, can other people listen to our conversation? Or do they just hear me talking?

I can only hear master talking, though mother is explaining things to me.

… What? Nope! Nope! Don't even say a word! It's too early for this shit. Can I at least eat breakfast before more bombshells drop on me!? On the topic of things after this, where are my clothes?

The entirety of breakfast was just awkward for me. Everyone ate in silence. Caroline, the ghost princess, sat on Salter's lap, eating the food that she fed her. But once everyone was finished, I looked at both of them and asked. "How did you from 'I gonna kill her' to 'best daughter' in the span on at least 8 hours?" The more that time passes the more confusing my life gets.

Salter moves the larger ghost girl over to another chair and explains. "While you were sleeping last night, I was disciplining this disobedient daughter of mine," She turned to face the incorporeal being next to her, pulling on the girl's cheek. "we both seem to have come to an agreement of sort. And from then on, she became my beloved daughter, Caroline."

[+ 36(66) Affection with Caroline, for giving her a mother figure.]

[+59(100) Obedience with Caroline]

"That's nice, but it still doesn't explain why you did it." A glint appeared in her eyes, the smile on her face widened. "Luke, dear~, we don't ask stupid questions here." Yes imaginary voice, it's about time we quit before I get something chopped off.

Good Choice~.

"That's good to hear." I sigh out, deflating on the chair. Sadly, lounging around in my house isn't something that I have time for today, and with 10 o'clock rapidly approaching, I told the two of them to stay put until I got back from the beach.

I got lost trying to find my way there.

Very lost. Apparently, I have a laptop, but Salter said she'd be the one handling it after some gacha related incident that occurred "last time".

Leaving that scary thought behind, I found Small Might standing near the entrance. Damn was this place a trash heap. The piles of scrap could easily cast a shadow above the street. It was then that the skeleton called out to me. "Young Luke! I see that you are a bit late. Come on, we have to start your training!"

"Sorry, I got a bit lost on the way here. I don't have a phone, but luckily an old lady pointed out where to go after seeing the confusion on my face" I apologized, scratching the back of my neck in faux embarrassment.

The man, understanding my situation, replied. "If that's the case, then I'll buy you a phone. It won't be much of a bother on my end, plus there might come a time where your presence would be very important."

"So how are we going to train here? I don't see any space that would even allow that." I exclaimed, turning to face the ocean.

The man grinned as he motioned me to follow him. Trailing behind him, going through piles of garbage and some home appliances. He led me over to a fridge near the sea and proclaimed "You are going to clean this entire beach using your power. This should allow you to acclimate enough to it such that using its power will become nothing more than a second thought, and your body will be in a constant state of empowerment."

Toshinori's body shifted into the All Might form as his grin widened into something that any dentist would be proud of.

Is Game trying to punish me? Maybe it's trying to keep my laziness at bay using rather painful and torturous punishments… Yes. And the system seems to have changed, or at least the formatting. The window that would pop up, was now green instead of the old blue. Neat.

Turning my attention back to Toshinori, he was now sitting on the largest pile of scrap, waiting for me to begin. Finding one of the recycling bags he brought with him, I started to shovel the smaller pieces of trash in it, even using 'Black Whip' to speed things up.

Toshi let out a quick gasp, turning back to look at him, he seems to think… I forgot to tell him about the other quirks. Crap. But, perhaps with that look on his face, he might think it's one of the secrets of OFA that he never unlocked, like communicating with the previous users.

Ignoring him, I continued cleaning until I had enough space to do things without tripping over myself.

Activating 'OFA' at 20%, I let out a groan as I felt increasingly tired. My perception of time slowed, as the lightning surrounded me, dancing and tangling with my body. Grabbing a hold of an empty car, I was surprised by how light it was. But, with the strength that I have right now, it shouldn't be that much of a task. I bet that even without the skill helping me, I'd still be strong enough to carry it with little to no issue at all.

Carrying it over to a spot All Might told me about, I saw him getting down from the tower of trash. "Young Luke, what were those black lines?" He asked me seriously.

Putting a hand on my shoulder, getting a firm grip around it. And with a reassuring nod, he urged me to spill the beans. "Ah, those were from the other quirks." I blurted out.

"From what I know, and have been experimenting on, after talking to the previous users, they lent me the abilities that each of them used whilst they were alive." Continuing, I confessed everything about the quirk. No point lying about it anyway, it'd be another inconvenience later down the line.

All Might nodded, though a bit perplexed on how I deduced the powers were from the other quirks. His mind is probably racing to research it at a later date.

[A/N: I'll be doing this one in 1st person because it just felt right. Though I will make most, if not all, future POVs outside the mcs in 3rd person. Now back to the story.]

Toshinori Yagi

Quite strange.

While All for One might have a hand in this, it won't make any sense. Someone with an already powerful quirk is given an even greater quirk that also boosts the previous power. Is young Luke that power-hungry?

Are the lengths someone will take to gain power really that great? Is the young man perhaps working for AFO? Or worse, using both of us for his own gain.

Still, with the great menace dead, there would be no one with the ability to give quirks to others, right? Unless HE had a son, then his quirk would only grow even stronger. A cold shiver runs across my spine at the mere thought of a stronger "Symbol of Evil".

Erasing the idea from my mind, I looked at Young Luke, who was progressing faster than I thought with the quirk. His body just seemed to instantly adapt to his new power, like he was meant for it.

The speed that he's progressing his proficiency is almost terrifying. Let's just hope this pace continues, wouldn't want my successor to be beaten by a villain once he officially becomes the "Symbol of Peace".

Returned POV

[Skill Modifier Gained]

[Galvanism Rank:E]

Energy shot off from OFA can be used to give the user stamina.

Conversion Rate: SP used/25

The day passed by quicker than I expected, Stacking scrap into a neat pile was easier than expected. Bring the last bit of metal into the garbage truck, I waved the people off as they drove away from me.

Everything became way easier once I learned I could reuse the lightning from OFA. It was like using an inexhaustible energy, just have to work on efficiency.

I felt a sudden stab behind me as All Might shouted. "Luke catch!" Grabbing it with a black tendril, I pulled it into my hand. "We'll meet up again here in 3 days. So until then, have a good rest, Luke."

Toshinori's phone started to ring, picking it up, he put it up to his ear. Several seconds pass before he tells me. "I have to go, a villain is attacking the subway and I need to save people." His tone became serious as he went into a mad dash, his form changing once more.

Letting out a sigh, another day was finally over. And with 3 day of nothing but rest, I couldn't help but cheer to the sky. Wait, don't I have school to attend? Aren't I in the body of a teenager? What even is the day today?

There are so many things that I haven't even fully thought about going into this world, it's honestly quite jarring. The amount of stuff that I might have to do will most likely stunt my growth, time being taken up rather quickly. Then again, what is there to prepare me for a super-powered world?

Absolutely nothing.

Well, maybe Salter and the others that knew me in the separate life. It'll probably be hard to adjust as there are two versions of me out there. But that's for the future and whatever eldritch horror it holds.

Retracing my steps, I made it back to my house without any issue. Once inside, everything proceeded rather plainly. We ate, cleaned up, and went to bed. And in all of those instances, nothing was out of the ordinary. Maybe I'm overthinking it, perhaps it's paranoia, but, even with all of this, sleeping on my bed never seemed so relaxing.

[A/N: This took waaay too long. My mind has been a mess, my lazy ass can only seem to type out a few words before blanking out, and some other things. The next chapter will probably be the Eri retrieval thing, but I might just push that back a few chapters and introduce a different character, idk.

And for those who read the original dumpster fire garbage, this was scrapped together with, the month chapter system will be removed, and replaced with dungeon diving.

Oh, and thanks to Morde24 for beta reading the chapter.

And with that, I'm going to head off. See you next chapter!]
