Season 5: Beginning of the Invasion
Episode 14 (75): Spies Around the Night
The resistance is celebrating their victory of rescuing Princess Celestia and Luna. Some species were partying, others chatting away, and some even getting to know more of the Steam Team. But Celestia and Sunset were the happiest to see each other.
Princess Celestia: I must thank you Sunset Shimmer, for helping your team in the fight against the changelings, and at the same time, rescuing me from Chrysalis's clutches.
Sunset Shimmer: It's no problem Princess Celestia, I'm always happy to help anyone in trouble. Ever since Twilight helped me change, I'm embracing my newer self every step of the way. I just can't thank her enough for all she's done for me, and I miss you the most Celestia.
Princess Celestia: I miss you too Sunset Shimmer.
Celestia wrapped her wing around Sunset and gave her a sweet hug. Just then, Thomas approached the two.
Thomas: Busy reconciling you two.
Sunset Shimmer: Yep, we sure are handsome. So what brings you around here?
Thomas: I-I wanna talk with Princess Celestia for a few minutes.
Princess Celestia: I don't mind at all Thomas.
Sunset Shimmer: I'll see you around babe. (Kisses his cheek)
Sunset walked off before giving a wink to Thomas, which Thomas blushed. Princess Celestia chuckled after seeing that.
Princess Celestia: You two seem to be getting along well. From what Twilight told me, you and Sunset have been dating for a long time.
Thomas: We have been, and I tell you, it's like a dream.
Princess Celestia: I can tell, so what is it you want to talk to me about.
Thomas: Well, it's about my role as assistant heir to Twilight's throne, still to this day, I still doubt myself if I could achieve the same goal like Twilight.
Princess Celestia: Hmm, well, you will face hard challenges ahead, but from what Sir Topham Hatt told me that you usually say: "Little engines can do big things." I think you will be fine to rule alongside Twilight, and if you still have doubts, me and Luna will always be there to guide you in the end.
Thomas: Well, thanks for helping me Celestia, I really appreciate it.
Princess Celestia: You're welcome Thomas.
Thomas walked along the base seeing every familiar face until he sees Edward, Henry, Gordon, Emily & Rebecca going inside the warehouse. Thomas was curious and decided to investigate.
Dr. Caballeron: Hello there Thomas, what brings you around here.
Thomas: I don't mean to sound intrusive Dr. Caballeron, but what are Gordon, Henry, Emily, Rebecca & Edward doing?
Dr. Caballeron: Oh, your friends are working with Princess Luna on a plan to rescue the others that were captured. All they are gonna say, they need recruits that are quick, agile, stealthy, versatile and small.
Thomas: Hmm, alright. I'll see you in a little while.
Thomas was curious on what the doctor was talking about, but he would sure find out. Meanwhile, Tempest and Lady was looking out over at Canterlot, trying to plot their next course of action.
Lady: This next part of the plan might be the trickiest we've have to do. Trying to transport so many citizens that were captured.
Tempest Shadow: It may be difficult, but we, along with you Sudrians will never give up. We will find a way to get there and save them.
Lady: I hope so, I don't want Equestria to fall under our watch, we'll fight till our last breath.
Tempest Shadow: Spoken like a true warrior and leader.
Lady: (Blushes) Thanks Tempest.
Tempest Shadow: Come on, we better get to strategizing.
So Tempest and Lady walked off to the warehouse. Meanwhile, Thomas, James, Percy, Toby, Nia and Sunset were hanging with the Young Six.
Sandbar: So, how did your first mission go?
Percy: Oh, it was insane. Our squad was being all stealthy, ninja-like, and knocking sentries left and right and showed them my sick trick shot. It's amazing.
James: You got that right, those changelings don't stand a chance.
Thomas: Don't count them out just yet, they have numbers on their side. But the more we press on, the more we disband them.
Gallus: Now that's the most logical approach I've ever heard. Let's just hope we'll be able to hold it off.
Smolder: You hope, seriously, we can handle our own against those bugs.
Yona: Yona will show changelings whose boss.
Toby: I wonder what else we can do, we rescue the princesses, now who do we have next.
Sunset Shimmer: It's just Twilight and her friends along with the other residents of Ponyville, Canterlot and in the other kingdoms.
Ocellus: Let's just hope we get to them. Those changelings won't stop at nothing to get rid of us.
Silverstream: If our friends are still there, then we must rescue them.
Thomas: I agree on that regard Silverstream. Let's see if Star Swirl has a mission for us.
When they arrive at the meeting room, they see Star Swirl and the Pillars, Celestia, Luna, Tempest and Cadence with a couple of their friends inside. (Zecora, Capper, Grubber, Lady, Starlight, Stygian, Charlet, Rolling Thunder, Short Fuse, Flash Sentry, Gilda, Gabby and Ember)
Thomas: Well, was expecting a full house for the next mission.
Star Swirl the Bearded: Well Thomas, this is a completely different mission. The princesses and the Pillars were discussing on sending these recruits and your five friends to rescue Princess Twilight, her friends and the rest of the citizens.
James: Whoa, that must be a tall order.
Rolling Thunder: It sure is mate. We'll be using the night to cover our approach like ninjas. Our stealth will be key to get to the castle and rescue the others.
Princess Luna: Yes, Rolling Thunder is correct. We must use stealth to our advantage when rescuing our subjects. Which is why the Pillars will be staying behind to keep the base safe, but I'll be watching you from the skies to keep an eye on you all. Plus, I can do air strikes to help you if you're in trouble.
Percy: That would be appreciated Princess Luna.
Thomas: So, when do we leave.
Princess Celestia: Around the crack of dusk.
Percy: Well, what are we waiting for. Let's suit up.
James: Uhh, doubt they have ninja clothing. But let's get ready for the mission.
So after a while, the team is ready: Zecora, Capper, Grubber, Starlight, James, Sunset, Percy, Toby, Nia, Tempest, Stygian and Charlet for the ground division. Thomas, Lady, Rolling Thunder, Short Fuse, Flash, Gilda, Gabby, Gallus, Smolder, Ember and Silverstream for the air division. When it's night, they're at the entrance. Edward, Henry, Gordon, Emily & Rebecca were there to bid farewell to them.
Edward: Good luck on your mission my friends.
Thomas: Don't mention it Edward, we won't let you guys down on this one.
Gordon: Make sure you get them home.
James: Relax Gordon, we got this.
Rebecca: Good luck you guys.
Nia: We thank you for your support for us everyone.
Henry: No problem Nia, we'll be here for you one step of the way.
Emily: Be careful you all, we don't want you to get hurt.
Percy: Don't worry Emily, we'll be fine.
Toby: Same here Emily.
Emily and Rebecca approached Thomas and gave him a hug which Thomas was surprised until he returned the embrace. That's when Rebecca and Emily gave Thomas a kiss on the cheek which made Thomas blush, some of the guys and Sunset giggled at seeing this.
Emily: Good luck Thomas, we believe in you.
Thomas: Thanks Emily, come on everyone, we got the rest of Ponyville to rescue.
The team raced off in the night as they begin their second mission. In the castle balcony, Chrysalis was looking out when one of her henchmen arrived.
Queen Chrysalis: You may speak your mind.
Changeling #1: The changeling lookouts are patrolling Ponyville and Canterlot as you requested.
Queen Chrysalis: Excellent, and if they see any sign of the resistance closing in, report it. That last mishap will never happen again on my watch. They will know to never cross me.
Changeling #1: We'll make sure they'll get what they deserve.
Queen Chrysalis: Good, and have our army on standby, in case war will be our last resort.
Changeling #1: Certainly your excellency.
Her henchman left as she gazed in the night sky.
Queen Chrysalis: You may think you've won, but this is far from over. You will see the full power I have with my changelings and then you'll be wiped from existence. (Laughs evilly)
At the town of Ponyville, the group has arrived. But before they can continue on, they need to have a plan to get inside before the changelings can detect them by their movements.
James: Okay, so we're at the entrance to Ponyville. But why Thomas, did you have us stop before we can even begin to venture inside.
Thomas: Because James, if we do, the noise of our footsteps could give it away. We need some sort of muffler to silence our approach so that way we can really use stealth to our advantage.
Short Fuse: (Whispers) That's not a bad idea, let's do it.
Stygian: But it's a very difficult spell to do, I sure hope you know what you're doing Thomas.
Pony Flash: I believe in him; you can do this Thomas.
Thomas: (Inhales & exhales) Okay, I'll do it.
Thomas backed up as his horn powers up, his spreads his magic towards his friends and allies' feet to muffle their footsteps. And when his friends walk, they don't hear it.
Tempest Shadow: Well now, good thinking Thomas, now we have the advantage in sneaking in without making a sound.
Grubber: Uhh, not to be a burden but what about the sentries that're on top of makeshift towers and rooves, what do we do with them.
Capper: Why don't some of us go on the rooftops and when we find any sentries, we'll sneak attack them.
Gilda: I like this strategy, coming from you, that's a compliment.
Lady: But let's keep outside noise to a minimum so that way they won't suspect anything.
Thomas: Got it, we'll have a team going to the top and another on ground level. I'll lead ground level, Zecora, Grubber, Sunset, Toby, Nia, Stygian, Charlet and Ember will be with me, Tempest you'll help me along the way.
Tempest Shadow: Certainly.
Thomas: Starlight will lead the rooftop division with Capper, Lady, James, Percy, Rolling Thunder, Short Fuse, Flash, Gilda, Gabby, Gallus, Smolder and Silverstream.
Silverstream: We won't let you down Thomas.
Smolder: Pff, really, we won't fail. We know this.
Starlight Glimmer: You sure you want me to lead the team.
Thomas: I don't see why not, from what I know, you have the capabilities of being a leader, and a driving force for the School of Friendship, besides if you want to impress Duck when we get back, this could be your chance.
Starlight Glimmer: (Blushes) Uhh, (Chuckles sheepishly), I'll-I'll try.
Tempest Shadow: Did not know she had a crush on someone.
Thomas: Not necessarily a crush, she's just trying to impress someone that's in a different world.
Tempest Shadow: I see.
Thomas: We must save Equestria from Chrysalis' reign, who's with me!
Nia, Toby, Capper, Gilda, Silverstream, Sunset Shimmer, Smolder, Starlight Glimmer, Tempest Shadow, Lady, James, Short Fuse, Pony Flash, Gallus, Percy, Ember, Rolling Thunder, Zecora, Grubber, Stygian, Gabby, Charlet: I! I! I! I! I! I! I! I! I! I! I! I! I!
Princess Luna: I'll also second that, I'll be here as backup in case any sentries were to get suspicious.
Thomas: Very well, let's do it.
The two teams separated and began their quest to get to the castle.
BG Music: The Fold- The Weekend Whip
The two teams press on towards the castle, one by one, some of them managed to take down some sentries as they head to the castle. Princess Luna flew in the cloud range to avoid being spotted and watching them if they need trouble.
Princess Luna: (Thoughts) My, my Thomas, you've surely shown remarkable traits of leadership, leading your team, making strategies, and fighting the good fight. Twilight and Celestia were right to choose you as assistant heir to Twilight's throne.
Meanwhile, inside the cell, Twilight was looking out the window until she felt something inside which led her to look at the cell door. She smiled knowing help is on the way. Thomas led the team to Canterlot Castle.
Thomas: Okay, we made it to the castle. Now the difficult part is rescuing everyone, we need to make sure everyone is safe and provide transport.
Ember: Doesn't one of your friends have a teleportation ability.
Percy: I do, but I'll exhaust myself if I do it alone.
Starlight Glimmer: Not if have others that do have a teleportation ability.
Thomas: So, we'll have some of us be in the prison teleporting everyone out while the rest do it will our own hoofs and magic. Starlight, you'll have Percy, Lady, Stygian and Charlet be the ones to teleport the prisoners back to the resistance, the rest of us will tackle unlocking them on our own and fight off any changelings that stray too close.
Stygian: Will do Thomas, be careful, we don't know if Chrysalis might be in there, what will we do then.
Thomas: I'll fight her if I have to.
Sunset Shimmer: You're so brave Thomas, saving not just the citizens but make sure we fight to the end. I just love you so much for that. (Kisses his cheek) When we get back to Canterlot, we're so gonna have some alone time.
James: Yes, that's nice and all, but how are we gonna get in the dungeon.
Princess Luna: The same way Tempest, Cadence and Shining led you when you rescue us. Follow her and the dungeon is right there.
Thomas: We will Luna, Tempest lead the way.
Tempest Shadow: Certainly Thomas, follow me everyone.
The team raced to the dungeon, with Tempest leading the way. They arrive at the corridors leading to the dungeon and they see changelings guarding the entrance.
Pony Flash: (Whispers) There must be about six changelings guarding that corridor, we must find a way to get rid of them without them setting off the alarm.
Rolling Thunder: (Whispers) Pff, puh-lease, I bet me and Short Fuse can blaze right through those blokes like buzzards chasing after dragonflies.
Short Fuse: (Whispers) You got that right RT.
Starlight Glimmer: (Whispers) But we need to make sure we don't want to raise the alarm, if we do, we'll have a whole hive coming after us, and the mission will be a total bust if Chrysalis finds us.
Stygian: (Whispers) Totally agree Starlight, so the plan will be that one of us will perform an invisibility spell and try to distract them, that way Rolling Thunder and Short Fuse will use their speed to take them down and Lady could use her gold dust if more start coming.
Thomas: (Whispers) How about we have Percy do this.
Percy: (Whispers) M-Me!
Thomas: (Whispers) Come on Percy, I believe you, you can do this. Besides, I'm right here if you need help.
Gallus: We're right here if you need it.
Smolder: Don't sweat it little dude, we're here to back you up.
Percy knew he had to be brave, he remembered everything that Gator said to him and knew that this is his chance.
Percy: (Inhales & exhales, whispers) Alright, I'll do it.
Percy powered up his horn which is light green and teleported away. Meanwhile, the changeling guards were standing guard over the entrance to the dungeon, everything was fine until they hear a noise.
Changeling Guard #1: What was that?
Changeling Guard #2: I don't know.
Percy: Coming through you guys. (As he teleports)
They look to see Percy teleporting all over the place, which leave them confused.
Changeling Guard #1: What was that about?
Rolling Thunder: Your downfall, you blokes.
Without warning, the two Washouts blaze right through the changeling guards leaving them spinning in place, and that's when Lady and Thomas perform their finisher.
Lady: You ready for this Thomas.
Thomas: Oh, I'm ready Lady.
They put their horns together and charge up a powerful stream of gold, and blasted at the changelings which knocks them out cold. Tempest looks at the guard and feels for their pulse.
Tempest Shadow: They're out cold, I must say you two performed quite well.
Thomas: Well, to tell you the truth, that was a first for both of us.
Lady: Indeed, but we did it, didn't we?
Thomas: We did, we're one step closer to rescuing everyone. Starlight, take your team and teleport as many prisoners as you can while the rest will get the others.
Starlight Glimmer: We will Thomas, let's show these changelings they got nothing on us.
Thomas: Lady go with Starlight, Tempest you're with me.
Tempest Shadow: Got it.
Starlight and her team teleported away and Thomas blasted the door open, seeing the prisoners, including the Pony 6.
Pony Rainbow: Yo, please tell me you're the rescue team.
James: We are, we're here to get you guys out of there.
Pony AJ: Thank Celestia, you guys are a lifesaver.
Toby: So what do we do?
Thomas: We'll gather each and every one of you one group at a time and take you to the resistance.
Princess Twilight: Thanks for rescuing us Thomas, I always knew you and your friends will save us.
Sunset Shimmer: That's my Thomas for you Twilight. (Kisses his cheek) Always willing to help others in need.
Tempest Shadow: But we need to hurry before more changeling start coming in.
Thomas used his magic to open the door locks as the ponies, griffins, dragons, changelings, yaks and hippogriffs walk out. Queen Nova and Sky Beak walked out of the cell.
Queen Novo: (Sighs) Thank Seaquestria, I thought I was gonna be stuck in that wretched cell for hours on end.
Sky Beak: Indeed, I just hope Silverstream is okay.
Silverstream: Queen Novo! Sky Beak!
Queen Novo: Silverstream! Thank goodness you're safe.
Sky Beak: Thank you whoever you are, we haven't seen you guys in Equestria.
Princess Twilight: That's because they're not from our dimension.
Queen Novo: Dimension?
Thomas: We'll tell you some time later, but right now we need to get out of here before more changelings spot us.
Sunset Shimmer: He's right, Tempest will lead you to Starlight where they'll teleport you to safety.
Queen Novo: Very well, we'll go with you.
So one by one Tempest led the first group to Starlight's team so that they can teleport them out of here. Meanwhile, James and Nia are tasked to take the first group with them.
Thomas: You guys need to traverse through the woods to avoid getting spotted, and if you are, you guys need to blast them with your magic and your powers.
James: Oh great, going through the woods why doesn't that surprise me.
Nia: Calm down James, at least there won't be any monsters there, now come on.
The process took a while and the runners will have to take shifts, one being James and Nia, another for Sunset and Zecora, another for Smolder and Gallus, and another for Rolling Thunder and Short Fuse. Tempest, Ember and Capper were guarding the entrance incase more changelings start coming, until Ember hears faint buzzing.
Ember: Here comes the welcoming committee.
Tempest Shadow: Capper, tell the others that the changelings are coming, we'll hold them off.
Capper: Yes, ma'am.
Capper rushed in the dungeon while Ember and Tempest remained, as they were transferring the rest of the prisoners Capper arrived.
Capper: The changelings are almost there.
Thomas: Then we better hurry, Rolling Thunder, Short Fuse, your shift is over, I'll have Gabby and Silverstream take over, we need your speed to stop them. Toby, we need your powers to help stall the changelings.
Toby: I'll try my best Thomas.
So Short Fuse, Toby and Rolling Thunder raced off to help Ember and Tempest fight off the changelings. As the rest continued transferring, the rest are with Tempest to fight the changelings, and they come. They charged until Tempest used her obsidian bombs on them which encased, some flew past them, Capper and Ember used their combat skills while Ember also used her fire to help out, while the Washouts used their speed to make them disorientated and when they come back, they hit them which knocks them out. The last remaining changelings start charging towards Toby, while he arms himself with her scythe with his magic.
Changeling #1: Oh look at this boys, this brown little turd thinks he's so brave and tough that he can take us on. Ha, how pathetic, wouldn't you agree.
Changeling #2: Totally. (Laughs)
Toby: Well, this "little turd" is about to kick your ass if you come any closer.
Changeling #1: Ha, like we're gonna be scared of you, let's get him boys.
Toby: Don't say I didn't warn you.
The two charged as the two fought, Toby swung his scythe at one changeling which knocked him out of the air, then the two other changelings came in and try to attack Toby. He responded by planting his hooves on the ground and tree roots that formed fists slammed into them knocking the wind out of them.
Toby: Nobody messes with me, pal.
The rest continue fighting until Tempest looks at the rest releasing the prisoners.
Tempest Shadow: How's it going over there.
Sunset Shimmer: We're almost finished, just got to get Twilight and her friends out and we're done.
Tempest Shadow: That's good, because I don't think we have much strength left to hold them back.
Thomas: Keep trying Tempest, we can't give up, and I won't.
He rushed over to the lock that's holding the Pony 6, he used his magic to tear off the lock and they're released.
Pony Pinkie: FREEDOM!
Pony AJ: Shoo-wee, glad we're free of this pig stein, now the question is how do we get out of here.
Princess Twilight: I can teleport you guys to the resistance base, that'll save you guys the trouble.
Thomas: I'll consider it, I'll lead the rest of the team out of the castle and back at base.
Pony Rainbow: Good luck, number one, and I mean it this time.
Spike: Go get 'em Thomas.
Pony Rarity: I humbly agree with Spiky-wikey; we need to get out of here posthaste.
Pony Flutters: Be careful Thomas.
Thomas: I will, thank you.
With a puff of her magic, Twilight teleported her friends out of the dungeon.
Tempest Shadow: That should be everyone, we should….
Starlight Glimmer: Wait, where's Sunburst.
Thomas: Sunburst?
Starlight Glimmer: He's one of my closest friends I could never replace, my team has searched this corridor of cells, but he's not here, we can't leave without him.
Thomas: I'll search for him; you guys need to leave now.
Sunset Shimmer: Thomas, are you sure?
Thomas: I'm sure of it, Lady will open a portal to you all to get to the resistance base, I'll be arriving shortly after when I find Sunburst.
Sunset Shimmer: Okay honey, (Kisses him), be careful.
Thomas: I will, go!
Thomas hurried to find Sunburst while the rest raced off outside. Thomas searched through the cells to try to find Sunburst.
Thomas: Sunburst? Sunburst! Where are you!
Sunburst: Over here.
Thomas rushed over and found Sunburst in a single cell.
Sunburst: Whoa, who are you?
Thomas: No time for introductions now, we need to get out of here!
Sunburst: Right, let's go!
The two started running towards the main entrance until Thomas was intercepted and was pinned by one of the doors of the cell, by a changeling brute.
Changeling Brute: You're not going anywhere alicorn!
Thomas: (Grunts) Sunburst, go! I can handle this guy; Starlight is waiting for you.
Sunburst: Starlight, of course!
Sunburst raced off leaving Thomas to tangle with the brute.
Changeling Brute: So, the rumors are true, you are the number one alicorn that the other changelings have been mumbling about. Chrysalis would be pleased when I take you to her.
Thomas: (Grunts) Tell her, that she'll have to cancel her appointment!
He sent out a golden pulse out of his body that made the brute bounce back and smashed into another cell door smashing it to pieces. He got up and shook his head from the impact as he stared at Thomas.
Changeling Brute: (Chuckles) You know, you might actually be worth a challenge. I'm looking forward to fighting someone as powerful as you.
Thomas: Well, consider this your treat.
The two charged and collided front hooves, then they spin around and Thomas threw the brute into a wall to which it crumbled on top of him. Thomas panted until he saw the brute burst out of the rubble, flying towards him and punching his hoof at him which Thomas was sent flying and crashed into the floor creating a trail. Thomas quickly got up just as the brute came at him, until Thomas grabbed his hoof and threw into another cell which shattered the door. Before the brute could get up, he was encased with a gold aura.
Changeling Brute: What is this?
Thomas: Something that's going to come to your head, the hard way.
He started spinning around which made him crash through a bunch of walls in different cell blocks and with a mighty heave, he threw the brute into the other cells which made him crash through a bunch of walls which knocked him off.
Thomas: (Panting) You changelings surely made a mess of yourselves serving under Chrysalis.
He flew off to find the team, unaware of the brute slowly waking up. Outside of the castle, the resistance is allowing the prisoners to go through Lady's portal to the base. And just in time, more changelings are flying after them. They managed to get every prisoner to safety, now it's just them, but Sunset is looking around to find Thomas.
Sunset Shimmer: Oh, where are you Thomas.
Then a blast of gold was shot at a squadron of changelings was seen, and flying towards the group was Thomas.
Sunset Shimmer: Thomas!
Thomas: We need to hurry, more will be coming. Let's get moving!
So one by one, they each go in the portal and Thomas and Lady were the last ones to enter before it closed. The changelings saw this and crash into the ground.
Changeling #1: Ugh, the queen will never be happy about this.
And trust me, she wouldn't be. Meanwhile, in the base, the team were celebrating another victory to which there was music playing and ponies and assorted species dancing. Meanwhile, the Steam Team, Princess Twilight, Starlight and Sunset were with the Young Six enjoying a couple of drinks.
Starlight Glimmer: Phew, now that was a victory upon itself if I do say so myself.
Sandbar: I'll say, from what you guys have told me, Yona and Ocellus, that sounds like some adventure.
Gordon: And the fact that Thomas fought a changeling brute and walked out alive, that's saying something.
Edward: Was it scary to you Thomas.
Thomas: Well, it was scary at first, but I learn to not let fear bring me down, and that gave me my determination to beat this guy.
James: I wish we could've seen the action firsthand and see the look on the brute's face when he got knocked the frick out by Thomas.
Percy: (Slurps drink) No way for me, I'll probably wet myself if I saw him.
Ocellus: Believe me, I hate how we used to look like.
Nia: You're in good hands Ocellus, we still have work to do.
Toby: Nia's right, we still need to have a plan of attack to truly hit Chrysalis where it hurts.
Thomas: You guys could help the resistance fight the army, while I'll take on Chrysalis.
Sunset Shimmer: You sure about this Thomas.
Henry: Yeah, what if she's too strong for you. What if she managed to take you down or worse, kill you?
Smolder: Honestly, I think you're over exaggerating Henry, I doubt anyone is capable of killing an alicorn, not even Chrysalis can do that.
Yona: Yeah, Yona think Chrysalis is tough, but Thomas is toughest there is.

Emily: Agreed, even on his own, he has to face difficult challenges from taking on Diesel 10, Diesel, Adagio and even his former brother, Timothy.
Gallus: (Shudders) From what I heard you guys were talking about him; it sounds like Timothy is absolutely horrendous. I mean, think about it, he's a tank engine ghost who wants to turn Sodor and everywhere he's comfortable in into living hell. A literal devil who has not just magic but demon powers and has the capability of possessing anyone, big example, he possessed Thomas.
Rebecca: Yeah, I agree with you, it's not pleasant for Thomas to undergo this experience, but all of us fought our hardest to get him back from his demon brother and we succeeded.
Silverstream: I'm just glad you did, otherwise we'll be so scared right now by him.
Princess Luna: And we thank you all for rescuing everyone, we owe you.
They look to see Princess Luna, Cadence and Cadence with Flurry Heart in her hoof.
Princess Celestia: We should commemorate you all rescuing all our citizens, from your teamwork, your powers and your strategies. You Steam Team really saved our home. We thank you all.
Princess Cadence: Agreed, we're very proud of you Steam Team to help us out.
Thomas: Thanks your majesties, we're happy to help.
Sunset Shimmer: That's my Thomas for you, happy to help whenever the opportunity presents itself. (Kisses his cheek)
Pony Pinkie: Well, what are we waiting for you guys, let's party!
The group laughed at Pinkie's antics, meanwhile, in the dungeon, Chrysalis sees the destruction that was left from the fight between Thomas and the changeling brute, even the brute is with her.
Queen Chrysalis: So you fought the blue number one alicorn.
Changeling Brute: I did, your excellency, I've never seen power like that in my entire life.
Queen Chrysalis: Hmm, this alicorn must be more special than we previously thought. We must keep vigilant.
Changeling Brute: Agreed your majesty.
Queen Chrysalis: Have the armies prepared and on my signal, we attack. But leave the alicorn to me, not only do I want to fight him, I want to get to know him more.
Changeling Brute: Yes, your majesty. I'll have the changelings prepare.
He flew off and away, leaving Chrysalis to look at the damage of the dungeon.
Queen Chrysalis: They still think they got the underhand but they're in for a bigger surprise then they even realize. I think it's time I get fully acquainted with the so-called Steam Team. (Laughs evilly)
Meanwhile in Canterlot around night, in the abandoned warehouse, the Diesels, Storm King and Timothy were hanging around until the door was opened and outstepped Adagio Dazzle.
Diesel 10: Adagio Dazzle, what a surprise.
Adagio Dazzle: Well, I like to see how my world-conquering diesel is doing.
Diesel: Oh brother.
Adagio Dazzle: Relax Diesel, I'm not gonna be here for long.
Dodge: Adagio, hey, how are you.
Adagio Dazzle: (Chuckles) I'm fine Dodgy, so what's been going on with you so far.
Class 40: Well, besides the obvious victory against the puffball, Diesel 10 managed to find someone new.
Adagio Dazzle: Who exactly?
Midnight Sparkle: You're looking at it!
Hovering out of the dark corner was Midnight Sparkle.
Timothy: Well now, I'm surprised on where you've been all this time.
Midnight Sparkle: Oh, you'll be surprised from what I'm about to reveal.
Splatter: But where was she?
Timothy: (Slaps forehead) Haven't you been paying attention you dolt, I'm sure you've heard from Diesel 10, that she used to be my partner when I came in the picture after you bulkheads didn't defeat the girls and the Steam Team. But then Sunset pretty much defeated the both of us.
Midnight Sparkle: Yeah, it's not fun. But I'm back and better than ever, thanks to you Diesel 10 for making me an excellent addition to your army.
Diesel 10: It's my pleasure, so what was it that you wanted to share.
Midnight Sparkle: So, from what I've told you, I have a home which is the Dark Dimension, and I've found the blue puffball lying there unconscious, but since my home was in disarray, I needed someone to help finish it, and that someone was Thomas.
Adagio Dazzle: What?! You mean to tell you that you revived him, right after I killed him!
Storm King: Ha, I knew you were just as good as me, but for sucking that's what it is. (Laughs) Although I must admit, you really are just as pathetic as I thought.
Adagio Dazzle: (Growls) I'll show you pathetic, you stupid monkey!
She walked up to Adagio as they argued, leaving the others rolling their eyes.
Diesel 10: This has just gone from bad to worse.
Midnight Sparkle: But I did use him for something good before the rest of the Steam Team and those pathetic girls decided to ruin it.
Diesel 10: Yes, you did tell me that, and I applaud you for doing that. But now Thomas is back, which leads me back to square one all over again, and I have to deal with these bumbling idiots.
Diesel: Welcome to my life, while you were gone I had to deal with Arry & Bert, Splodge and even Bowler on a few occasions, Norman I can get passed. And don't even get me started on the goodie two-shoe diesels.
Arry & Bert, Class 40: Hey! Hey!
