Somewhere in the underworld, two children face each other preparing for one of them to move, one is a black haired boy and eyes small build normal to a child, infont of him is a brown haired boy a heads taller than the black haired one, his gray eyes staring at the other waiting for him to make a move.
The two continue to stare at each other's eyes, seeing the brown haired boy serious face the black haired one smirk then he did the unthinkable, he run but to the opposite way.
Leaving the stunned taller boy the black haired run not even looking back and not a single word.
Jumping from rocks to another and to the trees, the black haired boy laugh merrily as he ran away from his opponent in the middle of their fight.
After running for awhile he stop at the top of the trees and look back to confirm if he was being followed.
" Ahaha~ Sorry Dain but I had to used tactical retreat , it will be stupid of me to fight you head on ". He looks around only to see no one, he wait and waits only for Dain not to show up. " May be I went to deep in the forest.. ".
After checking again to make sure Dain wouldn't appear out of nowhere the boy went down in the tree and made his way not back but to other direction.
Seeing a cliff he without hesitation jump down, using his wings to glide down he landed smoothly. "Hmm… Even though it's part of my body having wings kinda irritating and useless at narrow places… That's right! Better find a way to fly without using it then Ahaha I'm such a genius! ".
The boy laugh by himself making him look like crazy if anyone we're to see him.
" What are you doing here? ". A childish female voice out of nowhere suddenly spoke, " looking to where the voice came from what he saw is a younger girl close to his age blonde hair with blue at the end wearing noble like clothes.
His eyes looks thoroughly at the girl then their eyes met. " Who are you brat? " He asked.
" Wha- who you calling brat?! How rude, aren't you the same age as me?! ".
Hearing this the boy shrugged " Hmm Maybe? By the looks of it yes ? But you're shorty than me sooo you basically a brat ".
The girl dumbfounded at the boy reply she closed her eyes and sigh, she then looks at the boy from what he was wearing she could say that this boy is not a noble but she couldn't just judge them based on their clothing.
" Anyway who are you? And what are you doing here ? ". So she decided to ask again.
" Hah?! What gives you the right to question what I'm doing here and my name is ? Just because you were wearing an expensive clothes doesn't mean I have to tell you anything little brat ". The boy replied in a irritated tone.
' What wrong with this boy? Does he not know what kind of place he was in? '. The girl thought to herself, the place he , the boy was currently in is a territory of her family , her name was Latia Astaroth a branch family of the Astaroth clan.
Latia after escapi- runni- rather after deciding to take a walk she went out of their mansion, while it is dangerous this place was still close to her home.
" Do you even know what kind of place you were in righ now? ". Latia asked the boy who is now sitting in a nearby rock the boy who look uninterested answered. " Forest maybe , I mean there's trees and such so wouldn't this be a forest then or you want to call this woods? ".
" I see , so you really unaware , then in that case let me give you the knowledge on what this place is… " Latia eyes twitched a little annoyed at the boy whose intentionally not listening to anything she says, but as a noble she was thought to remain calm at a time like this, with a fake cough she continued. " This is place is a part of the house of Astaroth, that makes you a trespasser in our territory and me Latia Astaroth as a member of this house , have the rights to question you who trespass this place , so now tell me your name ".
A proud smile on her face as she explained to the boy that quickly dissappeared when she saw that he turned back and was about to leave. " He- Hey are you not listening I said – ".
" Yeah yeah, I heard you milady ~ If I unknowingly entered your home then it won't be a problem if I just leave right? In that way there's no trespassing right? ".
" That's true.. " Latia mumbled , " But that's not the point here ! What I wanted is.. I want to know your name".
The boy turned around his eyes meets Latia seeing that she won't back down the boy sigh. " It's Shin, Shin Diablo ".

Ending my little talk with Latia who I started to call Latty for fun's sake, It was just a simple talk introducing each other and telling some stories though I made sure to not to say unnecessary, after that I decided to left and hope to never see her again.
" that feels like an hour of talking , in the end I was able to avoid any more complicated stuff so that's worth it… Anyway where Dain?".
Suddenly a footsteps can be heard behind him he looks back and narrowly dodging a fist.
His assailant is a mad Dain his eyes full of fury as he furiously send a punch. Shin manage to dodge it all but some of Dain fists land a hit on him, feeling the damage inflicted on him.
Shin retaliated, a straight punch to the face of Dain that lands perfectly making him stagger follow by a left uppercut in the stomach.
For someone who is taller and bigger than him Dain feel into his knees gasping for some air.
Shin look down at Dain with a raised eye brow. " Really? After all the things I taught you the best you can do is randomly throw a punch? Have you forgotten what I told you? And here I wonder why I ran away earlier " He scoffed.
" But I have to at least praise you for landing a few hit that is.. now stand up we're heading back ". Shin ordered , despite the pain Dain nodded and followed Shin willingly. "…. Shin ". Dain called out to him
" where were you been all this time? Been looking for you … and I can't find you ,I thought you- ". *clap* * clap* Shin clapping his hands for some reason stopping Dain from talking.
" Wow! That's the longest words you said to me today Dain , you're improving! Keep that up and I'm sure you'll be able to talk to me and other people too! ". Shin said applauding the confused and irritated Dain.
Shin was always like this making fun of him, would beat him in a sparring match and look down on him, but Dain couldn't hate him not Shin the one who save him , the one who taught him and his only friend.
That's why when he went to catch up with Shin who ran away and couldn't find him worries drowned him, making him go full anxiety mode.
" ….. I'm asking seriously Shin ". That's why just this time it Shin wouldn't mind if Dain gets mad at him right.
The two glaring at each other a imaginary sparks clashing , in the end Shin look away and sigh defeatedly . " Haiis, what's up with today me making a lot of eye contact.. I'm really tired of it , so you want to know where I been? " Dain nodded " Let's just say I made a wild encounter and cannot run away from it so I have no choice but to accept the challenge.. anyway everything went good and peacefully so no worries, let's just go back Okaay? ".
With a loud yawn Shin walk away, Dain already knows that Shin won't listen anymore and if he ask and bother him he'll probably get mad.
Decided to just leave it Dain followed along.
Then suddenly Dain heard Shin whispering. " Hmmm, If that's it then, I guess I could try that huh to rise and become a high class devil". A grin appeared at the black haired boy , Dain could tell that whatever Shin was thinking it was something reckless and troublesome.
But if Shin find it interesting then it'll be stupid for Dain not to join the fun.
