(Vincent's Pov)
A few days had passed and it is currently Saturday. I was up early with Clementine as she and I were driving her to the school for her game, we had gotten AJ because he wanted to ride with us to the school. I parked the car in the lot and Clementine grabbed her bags and we all went to the gate; I was about to pay for a ticket but she stopped me.
"You can get in for free." She says as she talked to the stand worker and they let us in. We take a seat near the dugout as Clementine goes to her team, Lee and Carly finally come over to us and I nod to them as AJ waves to them. They announce that the game was about to start so we did the usual things, standing for the national anthem, and so on. When the players finally came out to go to their positions, I saw Clementine on the pitcher's mound.
"WOO GO CLEM!" AJ yells and she waved at him then looked to the batter from the enemy team. She wound up the ball and threw it to the batter, the missed the hit so it turned into a strike.
"STRIKE ONE!" The umpire yelled out and Clementine was given the ball back and she fixed her cap a bit. She wound up the ball and the person missed the hit again.
"STRIKE TWO!" The umpire yelled again and Clementine was given the ball once more. Again, she wound up the ball but this time they were able to get a hit and it went high up into the right field. One of Clem's team mates missed the catch but they were able to grab the ball and throw it, but the enemy player was able to get to first base. This would go on for a good while before they finally had three outs and switched sides, the first person up wasn't Clementine as she came over to us a bit.
"How you liking the game so far?" She asked and looked back to the game then to me.
"Going good the first time around, I'm betting you'll win the game." I say as I watch said game more.
"Don't give us a big ego there Vincent." She tells me and I chuckled.
"CLEMENTINE YOU'RE UP!" The coach yells and she waved to us as she went up to bat. She got up the batter's box and took her stance as the enemy teams' pitcher threw the ball. Clem swung the bat missing turning it into a strike.
"STRIKE ONE!" The umpire yells and they give the catcher throws the ball back to their team. They wound up the ball ready to throw but this time it was a hit and Clementine was able to run. It went to the far-left field and it was pretty good distance, it was so good that she was able to get to second base before she stopped on the base. The game went on for a good few hours, it was a tie at this point one more round to see who would win the game. I had gotten up at this point since they were taking a break for water and I went to use the restroom and then grab Clementine's family something to drink but sadly I was interrupted.
"Hey aren't you, Vincent?" I hear and turn as I got the drinks to see some kids looking at me.
"I uh... yea?" I responded as I walked out of the way of other people.
"Oh my god I didn't believe that you were here when Becca said you were, holy hell." A boy says and I just look at them.
"Uh, well it was nice to meet you but uh I would like to go watch the game." I tried to explain.
"Oh, come on the game is boring." A girl says and I look at them.
"I'm enjoying the game, so can I please." I was interrupted again.
"Come on it's fine, it's almost over anyway." The same boy says.
"Hey he wants to watch the game so leave him alone." I hear and see Duck as he comes over to us.
"Come on Duck, you got to hang out with him why can't we?" A girl says.
"I don't care, he wants to watch the game let him he doesn't want to be bothered, now come on Vincent Clementine is up again." He says and I nod as I walk with him an I sighed a bit at this.
"Thanks for the help man I really needed that." I say as we go and sit next to AJ and I give him the juice and then water for Clem's parents and I hand Duck my water but he declined.
"Anytime." He says.
"Something happened?" Lee asked.
"Just some old fans bothering him sir, but it's ok right now." Duck explained and I nodded as I watched Clem go up to bat.
"This the final part of the game?" I asked.
"Yep, let's hope Clem can get a homerun, usually she does at the final play." Duck explained and we watched as Clem was on her second strike. The crowd was quiet as this final ball was thrown and Clementine was able to hit it. I noticed the bases were full and they all began to ran along with Clementine. I noticed the ball went over the fence and we all got up and cheered as they all went to Homeplate winning the game. I smiled as I saw Clementine with her teammates and AJ runs up to her after they give the enemy team a good game tradition. I walk up with her parents and she comes up to us with AJ on her shoulders.
"Clementine wins the game yet again." AJ says and we all laughed.
"So, ice-cream?" Lee asked and AJ nods really fast. We all get ready to head out but yet again I was interrupted as I tried to get into my car.
"Hey Vincent." I hear and I groaned a bit as I looked to Clementine who got out the car.
"Something wrong?" Clem asked and I turned to see the group of kids again.
"Hey why don't you hang out with us?" The boy says and I looked to him.
"I don't want to." I simply say.
"Oh, you think you're too good for us?" The boy says and I look to them.
"Vincent lets go." AJ says and I look at him.
"Look can you please leave me be, I'm just here with a friend." I say.
"Come on Clem wouldn't mind, would you?" A girl says to her.
"I would mind actually." She tells them as she comes over to me.
"Come on, you can't have him all to yourself." The girl says.
"Let him hang out with us." Another girl says.
"Can you please leave me alone, I'm hanging out with Clementine today, nothing bad about that, now please leave me alone." I tell the group and they look at me as I move Clementine so she could get to her door and I get in the car. Once she is in, I turn the car on and leave the parking lot. I drive in the directions that Clementine told me and we finally meet up with Clementine's parents along with Kenny and Duck as I parked the car and we all get out.
"What took so long?" Kenny asked.
"Some kids bothering Vincent." Clem says.
"Same group?" Duck asked.
"Yea... same group." I muttered a bit.
"Well, that's what happens when someone famous comes to a small town, especially people that teens know, they act as if they should also hang out with them." Kenny says and I nod as we all go into the shop. We looked at all the different ice-cream flavors they had and everyone picked and choose what they wanted to eat. I got a rocky road milkshake and AJ also got the same as me and Clementine whispered in my ear.
"I think AJ is copying you." She says and I looked to her and then to the boy and I couldn't help but smile. We all headed outside and sat at the tables as we ate or drank the ice-cream.
"So, we will have the party at about four, gives us all some time to relax, especially homerun Clem here." Lee says as he pats her back.
"Dad." She says and turns red from embarrassment.
"Got to give it to him Clem, you always seem to make a homerun at the end of the game." Kenny says and she turns even redder and I smile at her as she looked to me.
"Anyway, AJ asked me if Willy and Tenn. could come over to spend the night?" Lee asked and AJ nods at this.
"Can they?" He asked.
"If that's ok with Vincent and his friends, I don't mind it." He says and AJ looked to me.
"Please." He begged and I look to him.
"I say yes but I have to ask Sophie and the others, though I don't think they would mind it." I tell him.
"I hope so, I have the games all set up and papers for Tenn." AJ rants on and on about what he has planned out for the other two. Once we finished, we all had all gone to Clementine's house so she could change her clothes and I looked at her as she came outside and to my car as I leaned on it after getting out.
"So, want to get the boys?" She asked and I look to her.
"I can go, you should sit back and relax, I bet the game took a lot out of you." I say and she nods a bit.
"Sure, I suppose." She says and I look to her.
"I'll be back I promise, take a nap." I tell her.
"Alright I will." She says and heads inside. I got back in my car and drove to the motel and I went up to Brody and them as they were at their cars.
"Hey guys." I say.
"Hey Vincent." Louis says.
"Vincent, can we go see AJ?" Willy asked as him and Tenn. both come up to me.
"Uh that's why I came here, if it's ok with you guys." I say mostly looking at Sophie for Tenn.
"I don't see an issue." She says.
"They can go." Brody says and the others agreed and the boys run to go and get their things and I looked to the old band.
"So, Vincent, we were wondering if you would like to just come one the road, just for a bit, we're heading down to Texas in a few months you can see your family by then." Marlon suggested and I look at him.
"I uh… I'll think on it, uh when were you planning this?" I asked them.
"Well, we head out in about a week after we get things settled with Minerva you know, we need to find two more members since you left and now her." Louis says.
"I don't want to play anymore… or well at least right now." I explained.
"Come on, just a few gigs until we can find two new members." Louis says and I look at him.
"Can you give me some time?" I asked.
"Sure, until next week." Marlon says and I nod. The boys come back out and they head into my car and I look to the others and nod as I get in my car and head back to Clementine's home. Once there AJ ran out and Wily and Tenn. ran out my car to him. They talked for a bit before they ran off to the back yard and I get out my car and follow them as I saw Lee setting some tables so I go and help him. By the time we were done we had the party area set up and I looked to him.
"Thanks Vincent, Clem is upstairs if you want to get her." He says and I nod as I go in and wave to Carly, she waves back and I head up to Clementine's room and knock on the door gently. There is no answer so I open the door and see that Clem had her cap on her face to cover it and I chuckled at this and I closed the door and head back down.
"Clem still napping?" Carly asked and I nod at this.
"Tired herself out." I say.
"Want to help with the food?" She asked and I nod as I go and wash my hands as she gets the ingredients ready.
"Only Lee is allowed on the grill." She says and rolls her eyes a bit and I chuckled at this.
"Yea that was my grandpa, he could only go on the grill for family parties, well unless he was teaching me how to grill." I tell her.
"He must be a good man." She says and I nod.
"He was… after he passed away, I didn't really do much when it came to family outings… plus I was to busy with the band." I said to her.
"Oh, I'm sorry… well if you ever want to just relax you can come here…. I am sorry for what happened a few days ago." She says.
"It's fine, it's in the past… plus Clementine got onto me about that so let's just say I won't be doing something that stupid again." I tell her and she laughed.
"Yea Clementine has that effect on people." She says as we get the deviled eggs finished with, we then hear the door upstairs open and close and down came Clementine as she came over to us and yawned a bit.
"Hey sleeping beauty, have a nice nap?" I asked.
"Yea it was good." She says and takes one of the eggs and she was quick because her mom tried to slap her hand and Clem laughed.
"You're too slow mom." She says as she eats the egg.
"No more, we need to have some for the guests." Carly tells her.
"Yea, I know." She says and she looked to me.
"You cook?" She asked and I nod.
"Yea, it's easy." I tell her.
"Clementine here once burned water." Carly says.
"Hey I got better; I can make pancakes like no tomorrow." She says.
"Yea after a few tries, poor Lee and AJ." Carly says and laughed.
"Hey all." I hear and see Kenny and Duck walk in.
"Hey Kenny, Duck, Lee is all set up outside if you want to set any food out." Carly explains and they nod as Duck takes the food out to Lee.
"Thanks for the fish by the way, made some fried fish for the party." Kenny says.
"Of course." I say to him. He then heads out back with a cooler and after a while more people started to come to the house. Once everyone was here we grabbed all the food and headed out into the back yard and set it on the food table. Everyone then started to grab plates and beers and they talked with each other and I just stayed next to Clementine.
"You, ok?" I asked and she nods as she drinks her water.
"Yea, after a game I get tired so it's nothing new." She says and I look at her and chuckled.
"I remember one time when I was on tour, Louis had us going to meet and greets like crazy when we first started, to give us an image on the world you know?" I asked and she nods and I think.
"I was so tired after the third day of constant meeting people and I finally pass out on the bus and didn't wake up till the next day." I laughed a bit at this.
"Did you ever tell Louis about it?" She asked and I shook my head.
"Nah, I understood why he did it… I think he noticed when apparently he poked me with a stick and I didn't wake up, just kept snoring away." I tell her and she laughed a bit. We sat on the side a bit and talked about anything, from when we were younger or just whatever in all honesty.
"So, if I remember correctly, my grandfather had let me spend the night with him and all we did was watch old western movies, ate some of my grandma's cooking, and my grandma had some pear trees growing in her back yard… I would go out there and get three pears, one for me, one for grandpa, and one for grandma, and we would sit down and watch whatever cartoon I wanted, and we would eat the pears after grandma had sliced them up." I explained.
"Sounds like it was fun." She says and I nod.
"When I got older, my grandpa wanted to keep the tradition going even when I wasn't there…. My grandma said he would talk to himself for a while before he realized I wasn't there." I say and looked to the boys as they played in the pool.
"Did you find out what was wrong with him?" She asked and I shook my head.
"I personally did not want to know that there was something wrong with him… I didn't want to think of him as sick in all honesty… all this had happened after I left with Tenn., the last day we went fishing." I muttered a bit then looked to Clementine.
"I understand, it's ok." She says and I nod and then Duck along with the others came over to us.
"Hey Clem, Vincent, what's up?" Duck asked as he took a seat next to me.
"Nothing much just chatting, what are you guys up to?" I asked.
"Well, we all got to thinking, if maybe we should all go on a camping trip this summer, after graduation you know? Or sometime next week." Mariana suggested to us and I think.
"That's if you're still here." Gabe says and I think this over.
"I'm down for some camping, though I was going to look for a house next week."
"Wait you want to live here?" Sarah asked and I nod.
"Yea, I like it here in all honesty." I tell them.
"Awesome, we can hang out all the time, well not all the time but this is so cool." Mariana says and I chuckled.
"Hey, what's going on here?" Lee asked as he came up to all of us.
"To cool to hang out with us old people?" He asked and I smiled at this.
"Vincent is going to be looking for a house here." Clementine says and he looked to me and I nod at this.
"Well, that's some good news."
"Yea, so did you need anything Mr. Everett?" Sarah asked.
"Actually yes, when everyone is done eating, we need to pack up any of the leftovers if anyone wants to take some home." He says and we all nod and I get hit with some water and turned to see Willy and AJ looking away with Willy whistling and AJ trying to.
"I think you should get some revenge." Clementine says and I nod as I get up and take my shirt off and dive into the pool, it's a good thing I was already wearing shorts and left my other items in the car. I swam up to AJ and picked him up from under the water and I heard him laughing as I picked him up more and threw him as best as I could.
"AGAIN!" AJ yelled as he came back up from the water and I chuckled as he came back up too me and I picked him up to throw him again. I heard some giggling and turned to look at Clementine and I swam up to her.
"Come on in the waters great." I say as I lean on the edge of the pool.
"Sure, maybe the others want to join?" She asked and the group of teens nodded as they all went to get changed. I was able to grab one of the water guns and I sprayed Tenn. as he sprayed me back. It took a few minutes before the rest of the teens came out and Duck along with Gabe both ran to the pool and did a cannonball. I come over to Clementine as she went over to the shallow end and I came up to her and splashed her. She looked at me in shock but then smiled as she splashes me back and I swim away but stop and look around to not see her. That is until she pops up in front of me from the water and spits it in my face.
"Ah gross." I say and wipe my face as she laughed and I couldn't help but laugh too.
"Wait Clem is actually swimming?" I hear and we look to see her friends looking at us.
"Yep, she learned at the lake." AJ says as he swims away from Tenn.
"Wait when did you go?" Gabe asked.
"A few days ago, we went fishing too." Clementine explained as she floated a bit on her back.
"I've asked if you wanted to go swimming before." He says a bit offended.
"No, you forced me to go, when I said no… but let's forget that and relax." She says and we all agreed in our own way. It wasn't long till we had to get out of the pool, Clementine's mom brought us all towels and we all dried off near the firepit.
"This was a great day." Omid says as he brings over some sticks and marshmallows. I watched as Tenn., Willy, and AJ grabbed some from the bag and hey began to roast them. Clementine handed me a stick and I took it then grabbed a marshmallow and put it near the fire.
"How do you like your marshmallows?" She asked and I pulled mine from the flames and blew it out.
"Kind of burnt but that's because I can do this." I say as I pull the burnt part of the marshmallow and eat it, I then put the gooey part back into the flames to roast it again.
"Woah." AJ looked surprised at this and I smiled.
"One time, Vincent made a perfect golden marshmallow." Tenn. says and I nod.
"Never able to do that again." I muttered as I took my marshmallow out and blew the flames off again but this time, I just ate the whole thing.
"Clem's great at that though." AJ says and of course Clementine shows off her work and I clap for her.
"Well don't eat all the marshmallows we have gram crackers and chocolate too." Christa says as she walks out with Omid and they sat at the fire too.
"I remember when Duck here made his first smore, boy was scared when he caught the marshmallow on fire." Kenny says and we laughed at this.
"I was four." Duck mutters and Clementine pats his back.
"It's ok, it gets the best of all of us." She tells him and I smiled at this as I roast another marshmallow. And that is pretty much all that we did till the others had to leave. Duck took Sarah and the Garcia kids home and I just stayed and looked to Clementine as she was roasting another marshmallow and I looked to the fire a bit.
"Well since they are all gone and AJ has Tenn. and Willy staying over, would you like to stay the night?" She asked me and I look to her then to the flames.
"Nah I think I should head back to the Motel I have to get things packed up." I tell her and she looked to me.
"You're going to be looking for a home tomorrow?" She asked and I nod at this.
"Yea might as well, you know." I simply tell her as I twirled the stick in my hand.
"Well, if you want, I could come help you look, are you looking to buy or rent?" She asked.
"Buy, it would be nice to be able to leave and come back to a home you know?" I asked and she nods at this.
"Yea I can understand that." She says and I nod in agreement then look up to see Lee as he came out. He came over to us and took a seat in one of the open chairs and I looked to him and he looked at me and smiled a bit and I smiled as well. I then looked back to the flames and just watched the fire as it danced around in the pit.
"So, you want to live here in Macon?" He asked and I look at him and I nod.
"Yes sir." I tell him.
"Well, I could help you with house hunting, I know of a few places for sale or to rent." He tells me and I nod.
"Thank you for the offer sir." I tell him, truthfully, I am happy that Clem and her father both offered to help me in this decision.
"How do you think the others will feel about this?" Clementine asked and I look to her as She makes a smore.
"They are just going to have to get over it one day… I don't mean to sound rude about it but they are going to be doing the same thing one day, I'm just doing it earlier than they expected." I explain and she nods at this.
"I don't think they assumed you would be the type to do so… when you were on stage you were so energetic and happy you know." Clementine says and I nod at this.
"Yea I was pretty energetic now that I think about it." I look up to the sky a bit and take a breath.
"Well, I think it's time for the boys to head to bed." Lee says as he gets up to tell the boys it was time for bed. I look to Clementine for a bit and I think.
"So." I mumbled a bit.
"So." She repeats and I chuckled at this.
"Would you like to stay with me one more night?" I asked and she thinks.
"Sure we can do that, I think my dad will be fine with that." She says and I nod as I get up from the chair. Lee comes out and I help him put the rest of the stuff away and he thanks me for the help. Clementine then comes over nd sks if she could spend one more night with me and he agreed to it. We got her things ready and I took her to my car, she hugged her dad and then came to the car. I looked to the house a bit and think.
"You worried about Tenn and Willy?" She asked and I nod a bit.
"Yea, I mean AJ asked and they wanted to stay the night but… I don't know." I simply say to her.
"Hey it's fine, my dad has your number and Brody's just in case something happens." She tells me and I nod as I start the car up and drive to the motel once more. When I get there I take Clementine to the room and I head to my bed and I lay down face first.
"Wild day hu?" She asked.
"Yea a bit wild, I mean it was fun especially the game." I say to her and she nods as she lays next to me.
"Yea that was a pretty close game, if I didn't get that homerun we might have been one or two points in the lead depending." She explained to me and I nod at this. I then hear a knock on the door and I get up and open the door to see Brody and the others.
"Hey guys you good?" I asked.
"Yea we just wanted to ask you something important." Louis says and I look at him.
"Well?" I asked.
"Um… could you please come to a meet and greet with us tomorrow?" Mitch asked and I look at him.
"Uh, wait why?" I asked and I feel Clementine next to me.
"Uh... well you know you still have some fans that want to meet you, this doesn't mean you'll be back and we can make sure no one thinks that you know." Brody says and they all nod at this and I look at them.
"I uh… I was going to be busy tomorrow." I explained.
"Doing what?" Marlon asked.
"…. House I um… I'm looking for a home here." I tell them.
"WHAT?!" All but the girls yelled and I covered my ears.
"Why?" louis asked.
"It's a nice place besides I like it here." I explained.
"You mean you like someone that lives here." Louis says a bit pissed and I looked at him shocked.
"That has nothing-."
"Of course, it does, it always does." He says and he walked away.
"God damn it, Louis." I say as I walk to him and we leave the others behind.
"What is wrong with you Louis?" I asked.
"Why… why can't you just stay with us, this isn't fair." He says and I look at him.
"Louis I'm not leaving for good; I just want to stay somewhere." I tell him.
"We all could have gotten a house somewhere if you had just asked." He says.
"How was I supposed to ask you guys something like that? you would have thought of it as a retirement." I tell him.
"I wouldn't have thought that at all." He says.
"You think I want to stay here for someone." I tell him.
"Well hell I know you like Clementine why else would you have stayed here for more than a day?" He asked pissed and I look at him.
"I wanted to stop traveling for a bit and get a good look at the scenery Louis." I tell him.
"No, you are staying because of a girl, who probably doesn't like you for that matter." He says.
"I don't care about that Louis." I tell him getting a bit angry and I know he was getting angry too.
"Then why the hell did you not go to Texas?" He asked.
"Because of all l the shit Minerva said, for fuck sake you have no idea how much she's ruined me." I tell him.
"I do, we all heard it on the radio why do you think we kicked her out?" He asked.
"NOT THAT!" I yelled and he looked at me and I shook my head a bit as I tried to calm down.
"What are you talking about?" He asked.
"I don't … why do you think I haven't come up with a new song in months? She kept cheating on me, just kept doing it over and over and I thought it would all pass but it didn't, everyday she was with a new man and then I started to blame myself for being like this Louis… she took pictures of me when I had to take the shots and said she would post them on the net saying I was on drugs, and I was scared ok… she's fucked me up to the point I never want to date someone because what if they realize they could do so much better?" I asked him and he looked at me.
"I was depressed, I was so fucking depressed I was drinking like crazy but I stayed away from you guys so you wouldn't get hurt in this because the media twists everything, just like this did when Minerva made those disgusting accusations about me." I tell him.
"Vincent."
"And the worst of it all is that none of you knew about this because I had to just keep and image, I didn't want to screw shit up for you guys… I lost my love for music the moment Minerva screwed me over… that's the whole reason I left because if I was around her more I would have just… I don't know." I tell him and I look to him.
"I… I'm sorry Vincent… I… I don't know what to say honestly." He tells me and I look at him.
"Just…. I do miss you guys you know." I tell him.
"We miss you too." He says and I nod.
"I don't know if I can come back, I just… I didn't want you guys to worry about me when it came to this stuff." I tell him.
"Vincent, you know we would have helped you if you told us… I'm not saying that as in 'hey we want you to keep making music for us and that's it' I really mean we would have helped you." He says and I nod at him.
"I know that but I didn't want you to deal with my problems, you had yours… hell planning trips and gigs isn't easy." I tell him.
"Yea you should know that from when we started." He says and we look to each other and laughed a bit.
"I just miss having you around Vincent, it just wasn't the same without you." He says as he hugs me and I hugged him back.
"Same… miss your stupid theatrics." I say and he pulls away and smiles.
"I think we should head back to the others." I say and he nods as we walk back to see Ruby, Brody and Clem talking with each other and I come over to them.
"You both good?" Ruby asked and we nod.
"Yea just had to talk things out." I say.
"Or we could have punched things out." He says as he punches my shoulder and I punch his as he rubbed it.
"Ow, fucking when did you start working out?" he asked.
"I haven't but thanks." I smirked a bit.
"So, I was thinking." I say out loud.
"Well, that's an issue." I hear Mitch say and I roll my eyes at the comment.
"Anyway… I will come to the meet and greet, so long as the fans know it's not me making a comeback." I tell them.
"That we can do." Ruby says.
"Come on let's take a photo." Louis says as he grabbed his camera and framed some of us but not all.
"Damn it." He says.
"I can take the photo." She says and Louis hands her the phone and we all stand together. Clementine takes the picture and then Brody runs over to her.
"You get in this time Clementine." She says.
"Really?" she asked.
"Yea, you're friends with Vincent, so you're our friend too, it's the law now." Louis says and I laughed and Clementine came up to us and I pulled her close to me and she looked up to me and I smiled at her then there was a flash and I looked to Brody who took another photo.
"We posting these up?" She asked.
"Yea, I mean if Clementine is ok with the one with her in it." Louis says and she nods.
"Yea it's fine." She says and he nods s he grabbed his phone and he post up the photos and I get an alert and I looked to the photos he posted. The photo that had Clementine was of us looking at each other and I sighed as I was ready for the flood of comments about this, but right now I didn't care, I was having fun.
"So, we should all get rested up for the morning this is a big meet and greet." Marlon says and we all nod and I take Clementine to the room and I lay on the bed.
"You want to come?" I asked her.
"I uh… would you be ok with that?" She asked and I nodded.
"Yea why not?" I asked her.
"Well, this is your thing I wouldn't know what to do." She says.
"You don't have to worry about anything, you can just stay near Ruby if you feel uncomfortable, also Omar might make his snacks, trust me you have to try them." I tell her and she laughed at this.
"I will be sure to do that." She says and I sit up from the bed and I look to her.
"Do you miss that?" She asked and I look at her.
"Miss what?"
"Going to meet and greets, playing music, being with your friends." She lists off many things and I looked to the bed and then to the wall.
"Yea I do… I missed strumming the guitar and being on stage singing to a crowd of people…. I miss my friends a lot, I really do." I tell her the truth.
"But something is stopping you?" She asked and I look at her.
"You know how Minerva was making all those accusations about me? She's been doing that for a while now and well, when she was constantly blackmailing me telling me she'll show the press an image of me taking drugs, when I wasn't taking illegal drugs mind you. It was something to help me with testosterone, she constantly made me think about myself in a bad way… she cheated on me a lot and I got depressed about it that I just lost the love of making music… she use to be my inspiration." I tell Clementine.
"You always did right love songs." She says and I smiled and nodded.
"Yea… I did… then I stopped." I tell her and I looked to her.
"I'm so sorry about that… why did you even date her?" she asked and I laughed.
"I have no clue… I mean she use to be so nice to me when we first started out… then after a year or so I guess she got bored of me, I don't know." I say and I look at my phone and then set it on the nightstand.
"Well, we should head to bed trust me these things can go in any directions depending on the people." I say and she nods as she lays down and I go and turn the light off and I head into the bed. I closed my eyes as I just relaxed in the bed as best as I could. I know there will be reporters there to ask questions and that was going to be exhausting.
