Intermission
Warning! I DO NOT OWN NARUTO NOR OVERLORD!
I don't think there were any questions. I will open a poll regarding what I should do with Ainz.

Thoughts.
"We shall begin Nazarick's first formal meeting," Madara declared grandly. He and Momonga were seated in their respective seats in the guild's meeting room. "First order of business, we need to set up a system of government within Nazarick. While Nazarick is a democratic guild, it would seem there is confusion between our respective parties."
Momonga nodded. "Yes, while we do commute and trade information, that's the only thing we did together once we game to this world. If we are to survive or thrive in this unknown world, we should band together." He fidgeted the staff slightly, showing his nervousness.
"Yes, do you have any suggestions?"
Momonga put a bony hand to his bony chin in thought. "Dictatorship and monarchy are both out of the question, democracy is inefficient in terms of reaction speed."
Madara sighed darkly. "How about we make departments, for example, we could make a department of foreign affairs, internal affairs, economics, etc. Then either I or you will be heads of the departments, overseeing them. It's a mutual agreement if one needs something, then he must consult the other." Madara shook his head. "No, that will be too inefficient."
Momonga nodded. "It is, we both know you are better at economics than I am. While we both control armies, your army is more active. As such, if you were head of the economy and head of the army, you would practically have unlimited power within Nazarick, making the "equal rule" government useless."
Madara nodded. "Indeed that was what I thought... any suggestions on the government?"
"Maybe if we include the NPCs in this... no, that would make this more complicated." Momonga but his forehead on his hand. "Hm... what if we just roll with co-rule?"
Madara nodded grimly. "That would be best for the time being... though we need to make the union between us stronger... how about total integration of the Black Army?" he said. "Hm... how about you deal with internal affairs and policies, while I deal with foreign affairs and political bullshit?"
Momonga responded with a nervous laugh. "Yeah... actually about that, I know it's rude to ask, but were you ex-military?" he inquired. "Your foresight and strategy planning greatly surpassed Punitto Moe-san. He was even your apprentice for a while before he left."
Madara just gave him a smirk and crossed his arms. "Why yes, I am ex-military, I was an officer before going to business. While true that I was only a lieutenant before leaving, I was at the top of my class in almost everything other than history."
"History?" Momonga asked in disbelief. Muu... I didn't know that Madara-... senpai was that good.
"My old man was behind the times and history," Madara replied smoothly, starting to get a little impatient.
Observing this, Momonga decided to switch subjects. "Ahem. We need to develop a spy network and a strong economy of this world's currency, or at least the human kingdom of Re-Estize's currency."
"I'll deal with them," Madara replied. "I'll set up a trade and let you take care of that after."
Momonga nodded. "So what are we going to trade with?" They could sell old equipment, gems, potions, scrolls, and amongst other things.
"I'm planning to make a steel refinery and an iron mine," Madara replied as he conjured a book from is {Item Box}. "It's a good thing that YGGDRASIL allowed ebooks to be read in-game."
Momonga nodded in total agreement. "If it wasn't for those books, we would've been stumped on the written language."
"Agreed, although it's rather interesting that they use Latin," Madara mused, an interested smirk on his face. Then the smirk dropped. "Now regards to their technology... science seemed to be... stagnant. While magic seemed to make up for it, the world had seemed to be in the middle of a Dark Age with the stagnation of science and possibly culture.
"It's indeed worrisome but we could use this to our advantage. If we could use not only our overwhelming strength but our modern intellect, we could possibly conquer the world in what? A year?" Madara said as he skimmed over the book he was looking at before putting it back.
Momonga chuckled nervously. "Man this is crazy, I don't think there was anyone in our world, modern or ancient, that totally conquered the world," he said.
"This won't be my first time attempting to conquer a world," Madara mused as he placed a hand on his chin. "But we need funding, so we should concern ourselves with trade first before we move on to world domination."
Momonga seemed to be unnerved by what he said. "Umu... may I inquire what you mean when you say that this was your second time in conquering the world?"
"This is my third time conquering the world," Madara said bluntly. "The first was using military force, the second was economic wise, and third is another one using military force."
"You tried taking over the world using military force before?" Momonga asked in shock.
Madara chose not to elaborate on that. "I believe that the Lizardmen campaign will begin soon?" he inquired, changing the subject.
"Ah yes. Cocytus will be the one leading the army."
Madara nodded before standing up. "We should have these meetings every week," he stated as he begins his way out. "The meeting is adjourned."
While the meeting between the leaders of Nazarick was going on, another meeting that was just as important to the ones holding it was taking place. Four figures clad in priest clothing were standing before a kneeling figure clad in heavy armor.
"The Sunlight Scripture has gone silent, we can assume that they were taken out," a figure clad in priest garbs stated.
"Yes. This will take many years for us recuperate," another priestly figure said grimly.
"With the addition of the Black Scripture's losses, our losses will take around 20 years for us to be at full power. We can only rely on our normal infantry and the Black Scripture for protection and eradication of the demons," another one said even more grimly than the last.
The first one put her focus on the kneeling figure once more. "Is there anything else to report?" she inquired.
"There were the vampire and her accomplice," the man replied.
"The vampire is indeed concerning, are you sure it wasn't the Catastrophe Dragon Lord?" the third one asked.
"I'm sure of it, the vampire wasn't a dragon nor was it causing a catastrophe in its wake, although its strength is undeniable. I reckon the vampire is only a tad bit weaker to the extra seat of the Black Scripture, only due equipment-wise."
"This is very concerning. Even more concerning if a person were to defeat it," the fourth spoke finally. "That is all, you are dismissed."
Once the kneeling man exited the room, he was met with the sight of a woman with a big scythe next to her trying to figure out the puzzle in her hands.
"A Rubik's Cube? That takes me back," he said as he slowly approached her.
"Getting one side is easy but getting two sides is hard," the woman said, her voice high like a child's.
"That may be true," the man said, coming to a halt. "The toys were advent during the spread of the Six Great Gods 600 years."
The woman gave her a strange glance, showing her heterochromia eyes, before closing her eyes. "So, what has happened that brings officers here?
"I think you've already received my report..."
"I haven't read it," she replied flatly. "Besides, it's easier to hear the situation from someone who knows. Was Star Reader-Second Sight's reading wrong? You sortied to dominate the Catastrophe Dragon Lord, and then what?" She once again opened her eyes but this time she didn't bother facing him, rather she averted her eyes to the Rubik's Cube.
The man remained silent for a little while. "We lost two men and had one critically injured in a fight with some unknown type of undead similar to a vampire. So we retreated."
"Who died?" It was a simple question but it was obviously sensitive to the man. The lack of emotion from her voice just made it more sensitive. Though, it was an appropriate attitude from a professional standpoint.
"Cedran, who was protecting Lady Kaire, and Beaumarchais, who tried to restrain the vampire when it had stopped moving," he replied.
"Giant Shield-Perfect Wall and Godly Realm-Iron Ties, huh? What with the shrine princess of Earth dying in some mysterious explosion and the Black Scripture losing two members... we're having pretty bad luck. Who got injured?"
The man shifted uncomfortably before replying, "Lady Kaire. It seems like the effect of some curse; her wounds wouldn't heal with magic, so we retreated."
"So what happened to the vampire?"
"It's still there, I believe. If we tried to restrain it or even approach it, it prepared to attack, so we figure leaving it there was the best option."
The woman glanced at him this time, her metallic silver and black hair shifting itself, briefly exposing her unnaturally pointed ears for a brief second. "So the problem isn't solved then."
"We... decided during the meeting just now to hang back."
"Hmm. It can't be a vampire..." The man agreed silently with that sentiment. "It's not a dragon lord; the Vampiric Dragon Lord or the Elder Coffinswell Dragon Lord?" The smile she formed on her lips unnerved the man, only a tad bit.
"Both of them are already dead, you know," he replied.
She replied almost instantaneously. "They're both undead. We don't know that they're really gone." She paused her gaze now more intently. "Between me and the vampire who do you think is stronger?"
He already compared both and knew the answer already, so his response slipped off his tongue subconsciously. "You."
The moment the man said that the woman seemed to lose interest and turned her attention back to the toy. "Oh... that's too bad. I thought I could learn what it's like to lose..."
While he believed that the woman, Zesshi Zutumei, also known as No Death-No Life (cheesy), could defeat the vampire, the only difference was gear. The vampire seemed to be not equipped with anything, an extreme weakness associated with powerful arrogant monsters. In comparison, Zesshi's gear was made up of powerful pieces left by the Six Great Gods.
While he was comparing power between the incredibly powerful beings, he heard a childish giggle. He refocused his attention on the scythe-wielding woman. "When's your marriage?"
While the Supreme Beings were having their meeting, the floor guardians and two guests were having a meeting of their own. It was less serious and more to get together or a information exchange. Though, Shalltear was mysteriously absent, Demiurge saying that she was drinking in the bar, drowning in her misery.
"Maybe we should confront her," Albedo stated sincerely, putting the glass of wine on the table made of marble. When looks of surprise were sent her way, she smoothly defended herself, "As the captain and overseer of the floor guardians, it's my duty to keep the floors managed. A miserable and unproductive floor guardian will spell disaster for the Tomb of Nazarick, especially Shalltear's floor."
Hashirama just chuckled. "You're just genuinely worried for her, aren't you?"
"Shut your mouth," Albedo growled out dangerously, wings flaring in agitation and anger.
"Do you guys know what Ainz-sama and Madara-sama are talking about?" Izuna asked, changing the subject.
"I believe they are outlining the government infrastructure of Nazarick and exchanging information," Demiurge replied plainly. "The reason I say this is because of the inefficiency and organization of Nazarick. Two parties of the same side would be catastrophic."
Izuna nodded. "Hmm. Disorganisation would cripple all Nazarick." A thought suddenly went into his head. "That reminds me, Demiurge have you found a reliable and stable source of parchment yet?"
"Ah yes, now that you bring that up, I've secured a sheep with hiding strong enough for it to be able to hold a 3rd-tier spell," Demiurge replied, a frown on his features. "However, they reproduce slowly and they grow too slow."
"Hm... have you tried cloning the sheep before?" Izuna inquired, taking a sip of wine. "I will happily help you."
Demiurge gave a wicked smile. "I never considered it but now I think about it..."
While the two were discussing that, Cocytus sat in his seat, his mandibles twitching as he released an icy breath. The large floor guardian was silent as the others talked or dined, not saying a word. Taking note of this, Hashirama, being Hashirama, smirked and asked the ice floor guardian, "Nervous?"
Cocytus looked at the Black Army general, his mandibles twitching. "I'M A PROUD WARRIOR, I DO NOT GET NERVOUS."
Hashirama's smirk got even wider at the retort. "Well being a commander isn't like being a warrior."
Cocytus stopped and he dispelled any current thoughts, directing his focus on the sage. "I KNOW."
"So you are nervous!" Hashirama laughed, his face flushed from the alcohol he consumed. "Lighten up a bit! Take off all your worries today and loosen up!"
Cocytus shut his mandibles and looked down at the glass of cooled wine. "I SHALL TAKE YOUR ADVICE," he said before drinking the wine in one gulp. His natural metabolism and race resistance getting rid of it completely.
Before he could get another glass, however, Hashirama grabbed the wine from his massive hands and replaced it with sake. In response and confusion, Cocytus sent an icy glare.
Sensing the agitation, Hashirama just grinned dumbly. "Fake is stronger." Cocytus was getting unnerved by Hashirama as the sage became more flushed.
Taking note of this, Izuna turned his attention to his fellow general with a frown. "Hashirama, you've had too much to drink," he said in discontent. "Didn't Madara-sama tell to lay off the alcohol?"
In response, the sage's smirk just widened before forcibly giving Izuna some sake. "Enjoy phit! It..." Then the man just proceeded to collapse, his body falling down towards an angry Izuna.
"Why did my big brother even create you?!" the Uchiha roared, his eyes red from anger. "You're such a big oaf!"
Demiurge, intrigued with Izuna's relationship with Madara, asked, "So you and Madara-sama are brothers?"
Calming his nerves, Izuna took a deep breath before refocusing his attention to Demiurge, while pushing the sage's body off of him. "Y-Yes. Madara-sama created me to be his little brother, saying that we are related by blood," his voice nervous at his outburst.
"So you're Madara-sama's twin?! Amazing!" Aura, the ever-cheerful elf, blurted out. "That means me and Mare aren't the only twins in Nazarick!"
Meanwhile, Mare started to get nervous as the room's occupants directed their attention to them, even Hashirama sent a groggy glance. "S-Sis-star..." he stuttered.
Albedo, now calm, decided to direct a question to the twins. "Hm... now that we've had time to meat, Mare and Aura, I would like to ask a question: why do the Supreme Beings dress you up like that?"
Aura, taking pride in it, said proudly, "Bukubuku Chagama-sama said that in the Land of the Gods, Japan I think, they had girls dress like boys and boy dress like girls!"
At that moment, a new voice entered the room. "I think Bukubuku Chagama-sama had a trap fetish."
Before anyone could take action, Izuna spoke up. "Took you long enough, Obito." He then sent a glance at the man who just entered the room.
"I was in a middle of a mission when I received the invite," Obito replied coldly. "I came here as soon as I can." So I had a clone take my place.
Recognising the name, Albedo greeted the man with only neutral respect. "Captain of Madara-sama's Grey Guards I presume?"
He didn't answer, instead said, "I believe Madara-sama and Momo- I mean Ainz-sama is finished with their meeting and their plans will be announced to Nazarick soon."
Madara watched in amusement as Momonga took to the stage, ready to give his announcement of what they discussed. It was rather amusing seeing the ever so shy Momonga announcing an important thing such as a reformation in government. He would've done it, make no mistake but he wanted to test how Momonga would deliver his speech. Was it going to be a charismatic king speech or an uptight business announcement?
"First, I'll address the government issue..."
It was an uptight business announcement. He still had a long way to learn.
It was after the announcement that Cocytus prepared to move out with an army of simple undead and the elder lich that Ainz made just for the battle.
