It was barely eleven in the morning when they rolled up into the parking lot of the facility outside Olympia. Adley was in a simple navy three quarter length shirt, and jean capris. Her dark hair was pulled back in a bun. Her bangs framing her face. Simplistic for a busy day. They had gotten lucky to be able to catch Cassandra on some of her down time. The library's resident witch was usually quite busy.

Marcus guided her down the hall and towards an elevator. They took it down a few floors. The library was in the heart of the facility, moved underground in the turn of the century. Adley held tight to him as they exited into a bare starch white hall way.

"So, this witch... tell me what she's like."

"Cassandra Bruin Blackburn, she is a very vivacious woman. A descendent of two very prominent lines, here in the Americas. She is in her early twenties like yourself. She is overly a pleasant woman to deal with. She has earned her place here amongst the scholars of the library. It is Ethel Bruin —her grand mother —who is a bit trickier to deal with. She's the matriarch of the family." He explained.

"Strong women. Noted." She murmured mostly to herself.

Normally Adley wasn't so anxious with meeting new people. The nerves of the week was coming up on her lately. Her stomach was off the last few days. Today was no different. The situation with the newborns and the impending battle. It was getting to her. She chalked it up to that anyways.

"Yes, witches and warlocks, their families do lean towards matriarchal. Women have been leading it for centuries. There are many prominent families I am sure you will come into contact with eventually. Here in North America, especially on the west coast the Blackburn, Bruin, and Li family tend to be the most known. The East coast, the Cromwells and Zimmerman families are the governing ones. There are of course the lesser known families." Marcus explained as they continued down the hall.

"A very interesting set up I'm sure. It is a wonder humans hunted them. They probably felt threatened by these families." Adley sighed. "Not to mention people of colour."

"Indeed. To think women as weak clearly never met any." Marcus agreed. "My sisters are a force to reckon with. Most of the time when they sit in on the trials it can be a bit harsh. You would assume Caius to be the feared member. No Sully and Athena hold a crown on their own."

"I bet they are." Adley chuckled as they entered the double doors to the three floored library.

Walls and walls of books greeted them. Adley's nose was immediately assaulted by the scent of books and aged paper. She sighed at the warmth she got seeing the many aisles of books. Marcus lead them over to the spiralling stairs. He guided her past the second level filled with a few wondering people reading. They were to go to the third floor.

Adley looked curiously upon those in robes to their ankles looking over a few books. They held no wand but seemed to float their stacks with their hands and motions. Adley watched one man with dark hair cut short, in golden robes. He was floating quite a few large volumes behind him. His eyes were a bright amber in colour.

They didn't stay in place long to see who else was in the library. They found the person they were looking for. A woman sat in a leather recliner. She was pouring over a large ancient looking tome. Her dark skin only a few shades lighter than her onyx curls that were pushed back into a sleek puff. She flicked her wrist for the page to turn for her. Small sparks of purple moved around her at the motion.

The woman had two braids from her temples with two silver beads in each. A pentagram pendant on her neck. Her flowing evergreen maxi dress hugged her curves as she sat cross legged.

Adley pursed her lips at the woman. Her heart pounding.

"Marcus Volturi, I did not expect you." The woman glanced up.

Warm brown eyes looked over him and then her. Adley prodded at her aura, seeing that the woman was in a relatively good mood. She wasn't hiding anything so far.

"Good morning Cassandra, do you have a moment?" Marcus asked, gesturing to the couch across from her.

"It's not often the Volturi graces the Americas with its presence. Let alone, one of three vampire kings. Especially not you. Gran had said something about seeing Aro, nearly a century ago. It's been some time." She hummed closing the tome. "Yes I have time for you. The elusive king."

"It is appreciated, Cassandra. May I introduce you to my mate, Adley Choi. Adley, this is Cassandra Bruin Blackburn." Marcus took a seat upon the couch across from the witch.

Adley followed in suit. "Hello,"

"Hello, Adley Choi. You look familiar... Janet... she's your aunt?" Cassandra snapped her fingers raking through her memories.

"She is." She affirmed with a nod.

"Thought so, you remind me of her. Plus, I can see the familial aura." Cassandra admitted.

"You see auras too?" Adley leant forward, intrigued. "I've never met anyone else who has."

"I do, it's one of the many parts of magic. Souls are a very integral part of it." Cassandra explained. "I'm not fully adept at soul readings for people. That's a practice for only a gifted few, but I do see them and their bonds."

"Cool."

"So, what brings the two of you to me?" She asked. "I take it, it's not friendly chitchat. It would be nice to just for it to be so, but you did call me ahead."

"I'm sure you're aware of the happenings here in Washington correct?" Marcus began.

"The murders and missing people? Yes. Am I also aware they are vampires? Yes. My Gran isn't taking my silence on the topic well. You know what they say about Bruin women, they are storms."

"Completely understandable. This does place you in a bit of a conundrum." He sighed.

"Why?" Adley blurted her question.

"Scholars aren't supposed to get involved in the politics of the Councils or other supernatural. We are to offer information and advice to those in need of it. That is all. No bias with choosing sides. Does Ethel Bruin take that well? No." Cassandra responded. "Tell me some good news to relay at least Marcus. I beg of you, we know Gran's measures she will go to protect us."

Adley heard the underlying threat. Any measure. Marcus had said about their members being killed by the newborns. It was becoming their issue.

"We have located the bunds of newborns. We are working with the humans to come up with a plausible reason to them. That is under control, and we ask a week more. Our issue, however, we detected an Original amongst them. It does make this a bit more difficult." Marcus explained. "We do not wish to keep them alive any longer. As I explained this to Ignatius, only three days ago."

"It is good to hear you have kept up with the Council. Even if my family deals outside of them now and then." Cassandra smirked. "Don't give me that look, you know as well as I do. This is a very delicate situation. Humans are not stupid to this kind of thing and it has been going on for months now. Gran wanting to eradicate the issue is not out of reach. I will say though, I will not step in."

"That is of your own need to know, Ms. Bruin. I pass no judgement on wanting to protect your world. We wish to do the same thing. We do not take the risk of exposure lightly. Especially, in the day and age." Marcus dismissed. "We come in question however of the Original we have detected and confirmed to be with the newborns. Are you aware of this creature?"

"Only what I have read in passing in the books here. I am not familiar with them." Cassandra relented, clasping her hands together.

Marcus gave a quick description of the creature to her. "We have detected and confirmed the existence of one within this newborn army. These things can destroy towns without issue. The vile things are rare, but do continue to plague our world."

"That is a feat to have. While I take your warning about this creature, and the gravity of this situation very serious. What does this have to do with us? Why come to me?" She questioned.

"One member of our allies, has a seer. A powerful one at that. She has seen them making a move upon us. The issue is what is holding the Original." Marcus replied, he looked over to Adley.

Adley dug into her purse. She pulled the paper she had taken from Alice the other day. She handed it over.

"What is?" Cassandra scrunched her nose up. Her aura flared with her confusion.

"An enchanted chain. Alice drew it in my class." Adley answered.

Marcus handed the paper over. The witch took it and unfolded it. She looked over the detailed drawing. The beast was on its hind feet and bent onto its hands. The chain was restraining the thing around the neck. There around the chain a faint blue colouring.

"Does such a device ring a bell to you?" Marcus asked.

"An enchanted chain? No. It doesn't." The witch handed the drawing back. "I haven't heard of dealings of anyone just handing such a thing over. Enchantments take time. It takes some powerful magic to do that. A deal would've most likely been made. That would at least take a few days to get. A chain to be able to control a vampire let alone that thing. The person who got this, really wants to wipe you out."

"Do you know any who would make such a deal?" He pressed.

"I would need to look into the coven headquarters. A few come to mind, however have not been seen in a few weeks." She sighed.

"Such deal would have been made most likely a few months ago." Marcus added.

"I'll look into it. Beyond that, is there anything else I can help you with Marcus?"

"Business wise? No." Marcus replied.

"Well then, tell me, how did this happen? She's obviously not a vampire." Cassandra stated, a smile playing on her lips.

Adley opened her mouth to reply. Cassandra held her hand up. Her eyes began to glow purple.

"Never mind. You're not human what so ever."

"I'm not." Adley hesitated.

"Interesting. You aren't a witch. I would recognize a member of the Li family. There isn't any magic in you. Janet Kim, is an Empath… an ancient family history of Mu… A blessing from a goddess. She was so taken with your family's devotion and blessed them with the ability to help the world." Cassandra murmured, eyes still strong purple. "That isn't what makes you immortal though. This makes that so much interesting, keep her safe Marcus. Especially right now, she is vulnerable."

Adley stared, heart picking up in her chest. The blood rushing in her ears deafened her as she heard what her Oma had told her multiple times as a child. Aunt Janet had said the same. This ability was a blessing for them to serve the world with. In some way, sure not in the Mudang, but somehow. Adley still tried her best to keep to the traditions of praying and rituals.

"She's correct in the Mu… that is the family legend. This was a gift from the goddess of the hearth." Adley whispered. "How am I vulnerable? I don't die, I come back."

"While this is true, there are complications…"

"I don't follow, what exactly is making me fragile?" Adley questioned. "I don't do cryptic."

"Somethings are worth the mystery." Cassandra gave a secretive smile, before she stood. "Now, I see a warlock that is one who may have created that chain."

She began heading in the direction behind them. Marcus and Adley followed in suit. She didn't make it too far ahead, she began up a set of stairs. They were headed to the second level. A flash of dark purple sparked from Cassandra.

The target frozen.

He was stock still in mid step. The warlock in question, was a willowy man with long grey hair. They rounded to come face to face with the man. Grey eyes zeroed in on them. He looked down his hook nose to Cassandra.

"Cassandra, what is the meaning of this?" He spat.

"Reginald. What a pleasure to see you. Just a few questions." Her words sickly sweet.

"Don't exactly have a choice now do I?" He flexed his fingers that were the only thing he could move.

"It'll wear off." She shrugged. "Now, have you been making deals with Vampires? In the last year or so?"

"What's it to you? My business dealings are my own."

"Come now, Reginald. No need to be hostile. I just need to know if you enchanted a chain for a profit." She cooed.

"What's in it for me if I spill?"

"This isn't how this works. You know that. Making deals with vampires is a grey area as it is. Now, the enchanted chain, was to control vampires. I know you're more than capable of doing that. Tell me." She urged.

"Not on my mum's grave." He sneered.

Cassandra sighed shaking her head. "Reginald must you do this the hard way? All you need to do is tell me. Is that really, so hard? Not going to tell me? Fine."

She stepped forward, pulling her sleeves up. She reached up, fingers touched his temples. Her eyes began glowing purple, in seconds following, so did her hands. They waited a few moments. The warlock was hissing and withering.

Adley held tight to Marcus watching. Seconds ticked by but the witch didn't let go.

"It's alright, Little One." Marcus wrapped his arm around her waist pulling her to him.

In a few moments the warlock fell to the floor, in his stiff position.

Cassandra came back to the present. Her eyes back to the warm brown they had been.

"Was that so hard? You always have to make things harder than they need to be. Especially when you aren't the one who did this." She huffed. "The stun charm will wear off in an hour. Gives you some time to think about being a pain in the ass."

"Well?" Marcus asked.

Cassandra turned to inform them. She fixed her sleeves.

"He wasn't the one to do it. Reginald has been dealing with vampires on a few small things, but not to this extent. He however knows who would do this. Wilfred, he's a warlock in south Seattle. He's a rogue with family ties that have allowed him to run free for too long. This may give the C ouncil enough leverage to apprehend the warlock." Cassandra muttered.

"Alright then,"

"I will get you an answer by the end of the weekend. In the meantime it's almost lunch time, I just exhausted a good portion of my magic. I'm famished, I suggest she keep to eating on a schedule as well." Cassandra winked not giving any more answers.

Adley stared off after the woman who waved a goodbye. She turned to Marcus who was left standing with a half grin. "She's something."

"Cassandra is a spitfire. She is exactly like her grandmother, according to Aro. After meeting her, it is no doubt. She will do great things in her life time."

"Are they immortal?" Adley questioned.

"No, but they do live extraordinarily long lives. I believe nearly eight hundred years? They can be changed into vampires, however they lose their magic." He replied.

"Why?"

"I'm not sure. It's not something we have dived deep into."

"So they could live forever, but not without losing their abilities." She murmured. "That's a shitty trade."

"Indeed."

Her stomach chose that moment to make itself known. "Shall we make our way to lunch, love?"

"Yes please."

Adley stood staring at her white board she erased the final lesson's notes. The few exams for her classes were already downstairs to be given out in the next week and a bit. Thursday her grade twelves wrote the physics exams. Wednesday was for English and History. Her next exams were the following week. From there she would clean out her classroom and prep it for the next teacher. Who ever they hired.

She couldn't believe it. It was already Tuesday. The last class was done. She had to get through exams, mark them and that was it. This afternoon was graduation. It was the only reason she was still in the school right now. Bella was about to get her diploma. The Cullen children too were, she added mentally. They weren't her concern though. This wasn't their first time. She shook her head. That was a whole other can of worms she didn't understand. She wasn't sure she wanted to even try.

She fixed her A-line summer dress that fell to her knees. The mustard yellow with little white daisies in the design. She had a light white short sleeved cardigan on over it. Her first and really only semester as a teacher was now almost over. She'd be off looking into Italy soon… that was another conversation to have with Marcus after this. She mentally stuck a pin in it, they needed to discuss the next steps.

"Hey, Ms. Choi are you ready?" A knock on her door caught her attention. She glanced over seeing Charlie Swan. He was in a button down and jeans. Closest she could get him into a suit.

She smiled seeing the man groomed and out of police uniform. He'd made it back in time, for the ceremony. She had called him asking if he would be in on time. He had driven down from Seattle and was headed back Wednesday. She had spent last night cooking him some food to take with him back up to finish the investigation there. They were on the heels after all of the 'culprit'.

"Charlie look at you, you're dashing. It's Adley, you know that. I should be asking you if you're ready for this. Bella is graduating." She took her purse and exited the classroom locking it for the day.

"It still feels like yesterday Bells was in diapers." He scratched at the back of his head. "She's now graduating and off to university. Is my hair grey?"

She laughed shaking her head. "No, you're lucky. Only a little peppering on the sides."

He blushed. "Good. I don't need to be looking like the old man, I feel like."

"Age is a blessing." She assured. "Makes you wise."

Charlie followed her down to the second level where many in yellow cap and gowns stood for the ceremony that would be starting soon.

"Soon, you may even have grandchildren." Adley teased.

Charlie paled, he shook his head. "Don't you curse me like that. I know you're off to wherever after this, but doesn't mean I won't find you."

She paused. "How did you find out?"

"Mr. Greene doesn't keep his mouth shut. The whole school is aware. You've made a huge impact on these folks, it is not often we get good teachers. I am glad Bella got to meet and learn from you."

"It was an honour to do so." She waved it off.

"I'm serious, Adley. You're a gifted woman as a teacher. What are you off to go do?" He questioned. "Does it have something to do, with that man I met?"

"Marcus?"

"Yeah,"

Adley tucked a loose hair behind her ear. "It does. It is also an opportunity that came up in Europe too. It was a dream of mine to teach abroad as well."

"You'll keep in touch?"

"Of course, you've been a good friend to me Charlie. i wouldn't toss this friendship away." Adley patted his arm. "I have a phone, and internet. I'll call or even write."

"I'm not that old."

"I was thinking email. I think letters could be fun." She pondered.

They entered the gym following quite a few parents. There was a main aisle in the middle between two sides of chairs. In the very front remained empty chairs for the grads. Charlie and her were flagged down by Billie and Jacob Black. Both smiled to her with a curt nod. Beside them two empty seats. Charlie took the seat beside Jacob, the next was right next to Carlisle and Esme.

"Adley," Carlisle greeted.

"Dr. Cullen, Ms. Cullen. It's great to see you again." She greeted. "How's it feel for the younger two to be graduating?"

"We are happy to see this milestone." Esme responded, even with more to their meaning. "They have succeeded so well because of you."

"It's nothing." She waved off the compliment.

"It is, they actually did learn something from you even if it wasn't physics." Esme chuckled at a level only the three of them could hear.

"Edward retained the Korean?" Adley mused. "Alice knew French didn't she?"

"She did but not to this extent. It was good to see them learn this time around." Esme replied. "You got out of needing to round up the students?"

"I wasn't here long enough to make the committee to organize them." Adley shrugged. "I'm not missing out. I heard Mr. Varner and Mrs. Cope arguing this morning. I'm good."

The few speeches came and went. Photos being snapped. Mr. Greene took to handing out the diplomas. There were a few rows in front of them empty for the students. It trickled out with the many students. She smiled seeing her many students begin to take their seats.

There were applauds from family members as they began trickling out and finding their seats. Photos on the projector showed each student class photo and baby photos as they got their diploma and walked to the assigned seats by alphabet of their last names.

She cheered along with Charlie, Billie, and Jacob. Bella was red faced as she waved making her way on stage to get her diploma. She didn't trip, thanks to the flats she had been placed in. She paused getting her photo taken, shaking hands with Mr. Greene. Adley would get some photos with Bella and her father together later once the cheers and celebrations died down. She wanted to get some good photos with her camera that was tucked away. She didn't want the girl blocked from the view.

Soon once they were all seated. The last student. Eric Yorkie. Adley sat up seeing the shy senior. He'd spent a good two weeks in her study group writing his speech for this moment. He'd earned the top spot of valedictorian. Angela had been tied in the marks, but she had opted not to talk in front of everyone. Anxiety disorder was to blame.

"Wow... Class of 2006, Forks High. We made it! It's hard to think thirteen years of education is just ending now. Some of us are off to University or college. Others onto careers. They asked us when we were five what do we want to be? Cowboys, princesses, president. It was a constant question for us. What do we want to be? Well we're seventeen or eighteen now, surely we know right?"

"Who really knows? We just finished needing to ask to go to the bathroom. This isn't the time for hard and serious answers. This is the time for us to go out and explore our options. Make mistakes. Fall in love, find careers, change careers. Major in philosophy to try and understand this world. Life isn't one path. Things change. Have a vague plan and have fun. So when they ask us on our death beds, do you have regrets? We can say no, I lived. Congrats graduating class of 2006. It's been real getting close to you all, thanks Forks high. Here's to new adventures."

Applauds erupted as yellow hats went flying. Adley smiled following the three others to find Bella. She stood to the side as parents found students.

"Ms. Choi! You look so adorable!" Jessica Stanley came in tow with Lauren Mallory.

"Jessica, Lauren. Congrats girls, what are the plans for you now that you've graduated?"

"I'm off to California, I got into the pre-health/pre-med program. I'm hoping to Major in biology and minor in psychology." Jessica proclaimed.

"That is wonderful Jessica." Adley commented.

The teen while very talkative was successful in a lot of her classes. She'd held honours level courses for a reason. Lauren tucked her hair behind her ear.

"I'm off to Washington State for nursing." Lauren shrugged. "I want to be like my mom."

"Well I'm glad to hear. Nursing is a great career field. Both of you I hope are successful in these endeavours. Remember to have fun along the way too girls." Adley waved as they ran ahead.

Mike Newton came next to her in tow with Tyler Crowley. Both boys were in their yellow gowns. Their parents in tow.

"Ms. Choi! Ma, this is the best teacher." Mike declared.

Adley raised her brow shaking their hands. "What did you get up to Mike?"

"Celebrating, I'm off to Washington state in business because of you. My grades got high enough I got into the late program so in January I'm off. I'll be working until then but the plan is to help my parents." Mike explained.

"Well done Mike." She patted his shoulder. "What about you Tyler?"

"I'm off to WU on a football scholarship. My marks got high enough to make the acceptance." Tyler smiled wide.

"Well that is amazing to hear. I'm very proud of you both. You were some of my most improved students. I hope you success in this."

"Thanks, Ms. Choi." They have her high fives before they moved on.

Angela came up hugging her. Adley embraced the teen. "Thank you Ms. Choi. I'm going to miss you all here."

"What's in the future for you?"

"I'm on partial scholarship to Brown." She replied.

"Ivy League? Congrats Angela! Seriously that is wonderful news. What are you planning on doing?"

"I'm thinking Science researcher."

"A long haul. Well if there is anyone who can, that would be you Angela." She hugged her watching the teen go.

Erik Yorkie waved to her. "Hey,"

"That was a good speech Erik, so what are you up to?"

" I'm off to Brown actually. Angela and I got into the same program."

"Well then, Mr. Yorkie I hope to hear big things from you." She shook his hand.

A few more students spoke with her. She made her way back to Bella who was standing with the Cullens when she greeted the group. There was a masked tension amongst the vampires and Jacob Black. Despite the alliance between both sides, it seemed in public there was tension.

"Bella, you did it!" Adley embraced her.

"With your help and effort." Bella blushed. "Seriously."

"It paid off obviously. So, did you ever choose which university you were wanting to attend?"

"She got into Stanford." Charlie reminded them with a puffed up chest.

Adley saw the Cullens aura perk up to this. Edward focused in on her.

"Congrats Bella," Dr. Cullen commented.

Bella looked to The Cullens and back. Her cheeks red. Her aura uncomfortable.

Adley stepped in. "We can discuss that a little later right now I believe we have a table at the diner?"

"That we do, Cullens you coming?"

"We have our own tradition we like to do on times like this. Maybe later." Dr. Cullen guided his family out.

Adley reached home at ten that night. She didn't need to be up in the morning so she did not mind staying out with them. She did not have any drinks even at Charlie's insistence. She did not mind playing D&D for the group. She changed into a blue satin camisole and shorts, while remembering the day. Her hair up in a top knot. She began applying a mud mask to her face. Marcus watched curiously from the door.

"I'll miss it, you know. Teaching. These kids were some really great kids." Adley sighed.

"We can always find something for you to do in Italy. We do have a private school as well as a public school."

"I know we can. I'm not regretting my choice Marcus. Just reminiscing really. Bella is off to university. Which I'm not so sure how that is going to work with the deal between the Cullens and the Volturi... she's going to be a vampire. Apparently off to Stanford..."Adley sighed. "How that will work with vampires, not sure. They get more sun there after all."

"It will be a hard choice, for Ms. Swan if she wishes to pursue it after the fact."

"I don't see why she and Edward couldn't attend. University has night classes... then again the whole newborn thing..." She paused.

"I'm sure Ms. Swan has it figured out, Little One. I believe they were going to be marrying—"

"What."

She whirled around on her heel to him.

"You're kidding me. She's eighteen. Practically a kid."

"Who has found her soulmate in an Edwardian prude of a vampire." Marcus reminded. "He was taught abstinence until marriage, his religious family did not help the matter."

"Touché. I didn't realize how religious they were." She hummed. "Still. Seems young."

"A step she would like to do with her parents I am sure." He added pressing a kiss to her forehead.

Adley rolled her eyes, doing her best not to argue.

Bella was an adult. One who had her right to do what she wished. She also had only so long to be turned into a vampire. So to satisfy the family with a marriage and to allow her to be away from her parents as she would never age.

Adley paused. She wasn't bound by the secrecy laws of vampires. No accords governed her existence. She could do as she pleased on her own terms. Something Bella did not have the luxury of. The Volturi would not always be monitoring her. Bella's plans changed the moment they went to Italy.

"She's still really young. However she is an adult free to make her own choices on how she proceeds in her final months as a human. The whole religious stuff, is between them. She also has the conditions on her from the Volturi trial. She was to be turned as soon as possible as discretely as possible.." She gave in.

"Those are many things to consider yes. The Cullens have their own things to deal with. We have these newborns to address."

"What happens when the newborns are culled? Do we just go back to Volterra? Obviously after I am done with marking and cleaning my classroom." Adley asked while getting herself into bed.

Marcus joined her. She rested on his chest, while she began tracing patterns over his shirt.

"We would have some final paperwork to distribute and to make sure was dealt with. The humans we need to finish with, some final details need to be completed. Once that has been done, then it would be between you and I when we return to Volterra." He replied.

"I'm excited for this to be over with. These newborns have been an issue for too long. What is the story and how exactly is that happening?"

"We have it being laid out and controlled by Abdul and his team. He's not just our chosen head within the FBI for no reason. While his military and previous agent status did help. Abdul is gifted. In a way that helps make tweaking details of this. While we did cover the tracks of the newborns. Abdul has been setting the story upon some human criminals. We have monitored and allowed Abdul to manipulate memories. Making it so they confess to the murders and trafficking of these 'victims'. The ones who won't be found will be left to wonder, however we will still have someone for the humans to blame. It may not be the full truth, however it gets some serious criminals off the streets and keeps the vampire world safe." He finished.

"Oh. I hadn't the clue on what his gift was. I haven't exactly asked questions about this whole thing. I didn't think it was in my right to do so."

"Nothing needs to be secret if you wish an answer. You are my mate and one of the Volturi family members. Nothing is secret between us." He assured.

"That makes sense. Aro can read minds, you see bonds, I'm and Empath. Hard to hide stuff between the three of us alone." She chuckled, before stifling a yawn.

"Indeed, goodnight Little one. Sleep well."

"Night."
