OBI-WAN

C6 set the ship down in the corner of the courtyard in front of the Pirates stronghold. The planet was covered in desert, and small settlements had been established across the planet's surface. The compound in front of them was built into the base of a rocky hill, so only the garage and a few windows were visible.

A band of Weequay pirates ran out to meet the ship, and as Obi-Wan and Qui-Gonn walked down the Falcon's ramp, they raised their rifles and aimed them at the two Jedi. But, the pair stayed calm and waited as another Pirate came out to wave them into the stronghold.

Obi-Wan readjusted his ear piece as they walked into a dimly lit bar. The earpiece was so that Thalia could hear what was going on, back at the ship. They had all decided that for her to go with them would be a careless mistake.

The two Jedi were walked up to a long table at the far end of the room, where a regally dressed Weequay man was sitting back in his chair, taking a swig of green drink from a cup.

"Gentlemen. I am Hondo." He greeted.

"Congratulations on your capture of Count Dooku. It is very impressive." Qui-Gonn said.

"Yes, it was." Hondo replied heartily. "Even a Sith Lord is no match for my warriors." He said, and raised his cup to some of his men on the other side of the room, whom were either passed out from their drink, or staring blearily up at the dancers on their table. Obi-Wan glanced around at the drunk pirates but looked away quickly when one of the dancers winked at him.

"Indeed." Qui-Gonn nodded. "With your permission, we'd like to confirm your holding Dooku and then we'll be on our way."

"I will arrange a meeting." The pirate said.

In no time, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gonn were walking down a long hall with cells on either side. One of Hondo's men stopped outside one and slid a key card into a wall panel. The triangular door slid upwards to reveal a very unhappy looking Count Dooku, suspended in the air by wrist and ankle restraints.

"This is a good look on you, Count." Qui-Gonn said as the pair walked into the cell.

"I am confident the situation will rectify itself soon, my old Padawan." Dooku replied calmly.

"Soon? Soon you'll be put to trial before the Senate and undoubtedly spend the rest of your days in a cell just like this." Obi-Wan said smugly.

"My naïve young Jedi, you must be overly optimistic if you believe these Weequayans will let you leave this planet." Dooku warned.

"We shall see." Obi-Wan smirked as he and Qui-Gonn left the cell.

"There's no question they're holding Dooku." Obi-Wan said to Thalia through the hologram projector, where she was still aboard the ship.

"So, what now?" She asked.

"We've been invited to a banquet to celebrate and then tomorrow we'll bring Dooku to Coruscant." Obi-Wan replied.

"So, I'm on ship minding duties?" She asked, unimpressed.

"Since you said it, yes." He replied with a smirk.

"Are you sure you can trust them? They are pirates." She asked.

"They have no quarrel with us." Obi-Wan replied.

"Yet." Thalia pointed out.
