Bakugo assessed the situation. He waited for her to strike and make movements first in order to preserve his energy. While also keeping a keen ear on his surroundings in the event she tried a sneaky attack from behind. Taking great care to also find anything that he could use as leverage to gain the upper hand .

With All For One's ability to steal and use quirks for himself, Bakugo had been more vigilant than ever to keep his body and mind caught up with his quirk. He put at least one hour in each day training himself without his explosions, just to prepare for something like this.

I am not some defenseless weakling. I just have to find an opening, a weakness, something. There's no way she can keep my quirk hostage forever.

Erity lunged forward at him, he used his hand to propel himself up out of her reach. But she kept coming for him.

Wait, she has my sweat right? I just have to touch some of it and it'll blow up. Didn't think that one through now did she?

Bakugo feigned trying to escape only to lead her to a large mound of hardened sweat. He grinned up at her. "Got you. Die!" Yet again though, nothing happened. "Damn it."

"I can also change the properties of the sweat I come in contact with into an entirely different formula, the sweat you had is no longer your own."

This blows, big time. Okay new plan, find a weapon. There's a chance that all these weapons she made could turn back into liquid, I have to know though.

Bakugo tried doing just that with a weapon she had transfigured. Using the wall he propelled himself towards her, the weapon in his hands turned back into liquid before it reached her.

"Figures."

"You think I would let you use my own devices against me?"

"They were mine first. And in case you haven't noticed you haven't even touched me yet."

"What do you mean? I grazed your shoulder, it's bleeding."

"This one wasn't of your doing." He said. Putting a hand to the damaged area and glancing at the blood on his hand. He noticed too late that she had aimed and shot a large shard damaging the same spot.

"But that one was." If looks could kill, Erity would be dead now from the gaze Bakugo bestowed her with. He jumped away, trying to find another means to fight her with.

Bakugo tried to see if he could use his quirk again. All that came out was a wisp of smoke.

Better than nothing.

People in the stands couldn't stand it anymore. A normal match took about 10-15 minutes to complete. This had gone on far longer than that.

"Hurry up and end the match already. Some of us are hungry!" Tetsutestu complained.

"Yeah, some of us have other stuff to do, you know?" Mike whined.

"End the match Erity, make Bakugo lose on purpose." Monoma shouted. "A bit of humiliation should work wonders for his arrogant ego. One loss isn't going to hurt him. Oh wait, he already has one loss during the Calvary battle!"

Bakugo stood there staring at Erity pretending not to hear any of that. He had to focus on the match instead of taking the bait Monoma was no doubt plotting. To distract him so he would be taken out. He tried so hard to hold his tongue and say nothing.

If possible Erity's glare became even angrier than before. A rare hostility Bakugo knew only too well. She raised her hand up high, liquid came straight towards her from all directions, swirling in a monstrous orb right above their heads.

I'm so screwed.

However instead of dropping it on Bakugo like he was expecting her to, it dropped into the stands instead. Covering everyone with fluid when she lowered her hand.

"Oh God this is rancid." Jiro stated.

"So nauseating." Kaminari whined.

"This will take weeks to get out of my fur." Soon the stands were empty with the exception of Aizawa, Iida, Deku and Kirishima who were sitting together with clothespins over their noses.

"Good riddance." Erity said.

"Heh, so you did that on purpose." He said testing out his quirk again, small mini explosions came out, though nothing he could use to end the fight or jump with. "I'm actually surprised you didn't go with the Clockworks plan and just walk away. You could have, so why didn't you?"

"We can eat later. Let's finish what we started."

Lightning struck behind Bakugo signalling a rainstorm was approaching soon. So many in fact it appeared at first glance to be glass shattering behind him. Bakugos face went from stunned to utter happiness and ecstasy. "Oh hell yeah! Come at me!"

"Tell me something sensei." Iida said to Aizawa. "Why haven't you stopped the fight? Clearly poor Bakugo has lost."

"It's not really about winning or losing, it's more about honor than anything. Bakugo is too proud to give up or back down from a challenge. Even if he is at a slight disadvantage here. Besides, he seems to be enjoying himself. The ever-usually angry tempered student I see before me has not uttered once about how unfair it is that his quirk was taken from him."

"Now that I think about it." Deku pondered "You're right." A flash of light directed them back to the situation at hand. Bakugo had just used his stun grenade and was able to force Erity on her stomach with her hands behind her back. He was sitting/kneeling over her.

"It's over." They were both panting heavily by this point.

"No it isn't. I can still use my quirk against you." As she said this several spikes appeared aiming for Bakugo, he adjusted her arm causing her to cry out.

"The more you use your quirk, the easier it is for your body to succumb to pain. You need to work on that pokerface of yours. I was able to figure it out immediately." The spikes had grazed and reopened some of the old wounds. There was a new one on his forehead. Erity glanced at him sadly before passing out.

Bakugo stood up and gazed down at the unconcious girl before him. He looked away towards the sky where more lightning flashes could be seen. There was no hint of a smile, or a drop of irritation. He was just there.

"You know for a guy who won you don't seem all that happy about it." Kirishima said standing next to him. Bakugo said nothing and continued to stare at the same spot. "Hey man, cheer up! You're gloomier than usual."

"You'd feel the same way if your quirk was taken, now that I have it back though I feel as if something is missing. I know my power isn't a living thing but I feel like my Quirk died."

"That's a weird thing to say."

"But it's not that uncommon." Aizawa said, picking Erity up. "I know this won't make much difference but I've been told by many criminals how alienated they felt after I gave them their quirk back. Come on, let's get her to the old lady."

"So have you decided on where all of them are going to end up?" Iida asked.

"Actually, the other three decided to turn tail and run to another school."

"What'd they do that for?"

"They saw how fiercely these two were going at it and felt our school was too lenient on violence and left."

"How many times has the school been attacked? How many news channels have broadcasted our slip ups? How are they this sheltered to not realize how much violence we've been through?" Kirishima vented.

"Exactly."

"Idiots."

"I wonder if the others have gone to bed yet." Iida said. "And if they are curious about the match."

"If they didn't bother to stay, they don't deserve to know anything."

"I agree. So until these two actually say anything let's keep this between us alright?"

"Well if she does stay, where would she end up?"

"Vlad will probably be itching to have her, considering she's now the ace in the hole for keeping Bakugo at bay."

"We can't let that happen." Everyone stared at Bakugo. "If she goes over there they'll corrupt her for sure."

A/N: Yeah, deciding who won was really tough. But in order for the third chapter to even happen, this was the outcome. it had to be.
