"So…" Bakugo said while walking down into the void he had created, Erity followed all the way to a corner where they sat down on some boulders. Bakugo pulled out food from a bag he brought and started eating it. "I've come to the conclusion that your arms must be the only part of you in pain when your quirk is used."

"Using my arms is a lot easier than using my feet." She said, glancing at her arm. "Easier to catch up to my opponent that way."

"Your Quirk causes you to have Neuropathic pain." Bakugo thought out loud. "Basically it's like sitting on your legs for so long you have to move them because they're numb, but it doesn't change and has a constant feeling of pins and needles stabbing over and over."

"That's exactly how it feels."

"Then don't use the same limb more than once. Keep changing positions, that way you'll distribute it equally and be able to fight longer."

"It's worth a shot."

"Also, you said earlier you were able to somehow change the properties of my sweat into something else. Which means…" Bakugo lifted his hand up to his face, smirking. "You have access to my Quirk DNA, and are able to copy and paste it. You can transform everyone else's sweat into my own so I'd be able to use it during battle." He turned his hand into a triumphant fist.

"No way." She breathed in awe. "We'd be completely overpowered."

"We'd be unstoppable." Gripping his hand closed. "In theory anyway. It's a great plan to have if we get pinned into a corner with no other means of escaping."

Erity's stomach rumbled in the silence. But she was enjoying the moment too much to actually go find nourishment. Bakugo most likely wouldn't be here when she returned.

"For crying out loud." He muttered in amusement. "Here." He gave her the bag of food.

"Thanks."

Bakugo had leaned back on his hands to gaze up at the night sky. Erity finished her food and went to put her hand down on the rock, however instead of meeting the cold stone she had touched the warmth of Bakugo's hand.

Time it seemed had stopped for them both. In unison they froze to gaze down slowly at their linked hands before finally staring at each other. Neither was sure who broke the connection first. But Bakugo sat up straighter and cleared his throat and looked away blushing.

It was the first time being up close to him. Where she could see just how badly Bakugo had been injured by those blades. "I've been meaning to ask, how is it you managed to escape those monsters? It looked so scary, when they transformed. I thought it was all over."

"Being a hero means nothing if you can't beat the monster at its own game of deception. They obviously took some sort of drug to get stronger. Increasing their bloodlust but minimizing brainpower at the same time. Those idiots didn't realize I was baiting them into my trap, they dug their own graves carving up that wall."

Erity unconsciously went to touch one of the injuries on his arm. Bakugo eyed her suspiciously, until he realized she was just touching his wounds in fascination. But it still felt weird. He shivered "Stop that." He said brushing her hand away.

"Sorry, it just sort of happened on impulse."

"What made you come to UA?" He asked. Thankfully breaking the awkwardness that just happened. "Any special reason?"

"We all have a hero we look up to. And mine is here at this school. I wanted to meet them in person to tell them how much they inspired me to be who I am. They helped me out of a difficult time in my life when I thought I couldn't go on. When I thought it was over."

"They must be pretty amazing if they made you feel like that."

"They are."

"Not that I'm prying or anything, but who was it?"

"You."

"You must be screwed in the head if I'm the person you look up to."

"Oh come on Katsuki! You may be the villain to everyone else but I can see greatness shining through that tough shell you hide yourself behind "

Bakugo gazed at her with a somewhat questioning, confused and somewhat happy look on his face. He glanced back up at the sky. "I never really cared if I got my own fan club. But having someone look up to me feels kind of…"

"Nice?"

"Weird."

"Well. I'm not just a fan of yours Katsuki." Deciding now would be the best time. "I've also developed feelings for you as well." She heard him gasp. "The real strong, genuine over the moon kind. I've fallen for you and there's nothing you can do to change that."

"Okay, time out! What did you just say?"

"That I'm in love with you?"

"So I was hearing you correctly. The hell kind of person do you take me for? Did Pikachu put you up to this?" Dammit, I'm such an idiot."

Katsuki turned away fully intending to explode away with his quirk. Erity grabbed his wrist to stop him. "Let go of m-" He turned back to tell her off when he saw the look on her face.

"This isn't a joke Katsuki."

"But this isn't…" He paused, glancing away. "I don't…I can't be in a relationship and worry about a villian taking them away from me. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if that happened."

"I didn't expect you to return my feelings, I didn't expect anything at all."

"Then why would you tell me at all?"

"Because it's the truth. Wouldn't you want to hear it no matter what? Even if it's bad? I wasn't trying to hurt you. I just wanted you to know. To maybe make your day easier somehow."

He managed to get out of her grasp. Bakugo turned around and put his hands in his pockets. "I'm going to bed." He stated walking away. "I think we should just forget about this whole rematch thing."

Erity wished she had never said anything in the first place. She had never felt so humiliated, or so wracked with such guilt and sadness.

The next week was hard enough without Bakugo giving her the cold shoulder.

"Okay so we have a stealth mission planned. Hide and seek if you will." Eraserhead was saying. "Where two people are grouped together and have to find the hiders. First two people who successfully find everyone within 10 minutes will be excused from all exams and homework for a week. Problem is, you will need to break these." He showed them some sort of wrist accessory. "If you push or damage the button at all it counts."

They were randomized one by one. "Of course we're together." Bakugo huffed when he was put with Erity. They were the last ones to go.

"Fastest time so far has been Jiro and Iida with two minutes. Go."

Bakugo started to move forward but stopped after hearing Erity's maniacal chuckling.

"We got this." She closed her eyes and touched her hand to her face. A sudden wind pressure was felt. She was then surrounded by several droplets of sweat. "1-A students" several sweat drops proceeded to fall to the floor. "Not Katsuki, or me." Another two dropped. Katsuki watched on in curious fascination as she took her other hand and placed it over the wristet she was wearing. "Attack." The sweat droplets proceeded to go off in many directions.

Lots of "Hey!"(s) were heard yelling throughout the building.

"30 seconds."

"There we go."

"That's so unfair." Kaminari whined

"It's not my fault the rest of you were slow."

"If you're trying to make us dislike you then you're doing a pretty good job."

"I came here to work on my quirk, not make friends." She said.

"If that's the way you see it, don't come to us crying when you actually need help."

"You know, I'm beginning to understand why Katsuki's so angry and irritated all the time. You guys just won't stop whining about how everything in life sucks. Well guess what? You can't be handed greatness on a silver platter. You have to work for it. And sometimes you gotta work hard."

"Yeah, I get that Plus Ultra is our motto and everything but it's getting kind of old. How Ultra are expected to go exactly? All the Plusness is wearing me out." Said Kaminari. "I mean yeah we're all here aiming to be heroes, but none of us are trying to be top hero material. We don't care about that like Kacchan does."

"Well still, going half ass at everything and expecting a metal won't get you anywhere." She said, turning around and heading back to her room fully intent on staying there for the rest of the night.

Instead she went directly to her fighting area to blow off some steam. She stood still listening to the wind first to calm herself down. Her quirk only let her gather the sweat from anyone within a miles distance away. "Not Katsuki." She whispered letting his droplet fall to the ground.

Erity proceeded to at first just use her fists against the dead tree. Punching it over and over, she added her quirk in the mixture, using her hands to slice and dice. Next came her feet.

The hairs on the back of her neck prickled with the change in wind and temperature. She put up a shield just in time as one of Katsuki's AP shots missed it's target completely and went wild. She stood still and gazed angrily up at him in the air. She waited until he wasn't looking and fired off one of her own shots directly towards him in retaliation. He turned around at the last minute and shattered her weapon. And also returned her fierce gaze. She smirked up at him.

Even from a distance, the crazed look in his eyes told her he was itching to fight. She propelled herself upward onto the huge mountain that separated their spaces, and went into fighting stance. He did the same and used a blast to knock her off balance.

She wouldn't let that happen again as she whispered his name and took out his fuel.

Without saying a word they both jumped to action. She twirled around using her feet first to kick at him as well as her quirk. Erity managed to slice his arms up pretty good.

"Wow look at that." He said. "You actually took my advice." He dodged forward. "Good."

They continued to battle, they had a few of their peers show up and watch.

"You guys are fighting again?" Kirishima asked.

"Everyone needs to leave." Erity said. Looking towards them. "This is our battlefield. It isn't safe here."

It was enough of a distraction for Katsuki to find a weapon and use it against her. "You should be more careful. I could have taken your head off." The sharp metal pole he found should do nicely to knock away at her defenses."

"Guys."

"Butt out Kirishima." Katsuki yelled. "All you're doing is making us lose focus, go on and get lost so we can kill each other."

Bakugo managed to just barely avoid her attack. "Now who's losing focus?" Erity acted like she was going behind him. At the moment she touched ground she did a somersault, grabbing Katsuki's arms, pulling him above her and on his back. Erity had him pinned down.

She had momentarily forgotten about the metallic object he had. Until he had sliced all the way through her armor and managed to piece her shoulder causing her to jump away but not before taking the weapon with her. Erity slid down the hill to gain a bit of distance to throw the weapon somewhere else.

Katsuki rolled down the hill behind her. She could hear a sizzling sound, no doubt from Katsuki testing out if he could use his quirk or not.

Katsuki ran towards her and dodged again. Sliding to his left and waiting for her to get closer. She decided it was time to pounce for a change. As she got closer she saw his smile widen. She skidded to a halt but not before she snagged the string wired to the ground, trapping her ankles, while also encasing her inside a metal net.

"You fell for it."

" I should have known you'd play dirty, but I did take your quirk, so that's the only way you could fight me." She said. "But unlike you I can still fight. Let's see."

There were several deep rumbles and Katsuki turned to see parts of her quirk damaging his entire plan if she had gotten out of the net.

"Your quirk has betrayed you." The previous droplets that were left act as a beacon. I can find them, but I'm unable to use them."

Deciding to be evil, Erity took her last bit of strength. Katsuki was thrown high up into the air only to land upside down in the air a few feet away wrapped in a sweaty cocoon.

"Now we're both trapped."

A loud thunderous crack was heard as Katsuki blew up the cocoon that was trapping him and undid the straps to the net for Erity. She was kneeling down staring up at him panting.

"Looks like I won. Again."

She smiled. He didn't notice until it was too late the large ball of hardened sweat that she launched as the final hurrah. It pelted down at a high rate of speed and clocked him in the head. Knocking him out. "Not this time Katsuki. Not this time."

"Looks like he's out for the count." Kirishima said with Iida at his heels

"Were you here all this time?"

"Nah. We were bored."

"You were bored, I was worried sick that something bad may have happened."

"Chill out man. They're finished now."

"Katsuki's not going to like it if anyone sees him like this."

"Not to worry, I'll have him back in his room before anyone even sees me." Iida said, grabbing Bakugo and taking off.

"I hope he doesn't have a concussion."

"He's pretty hard headed. I wouldn't worry too much. He'll probably end up with a major headache though."

Erity failed standing up so Kirishima helped carry her all the way back to her room. She gave him the key to open it up and laid her on the bed.

"Get some rest. You'll need it for the upcoming exams tomorrow."

"We don't have any remember?"

"Huh? Oh yeah, lucky. Goodnight."
