This chapter was really nice to work on. Its one of the more mellow ones and just shows the characters having fun. I always liked those episodes of cartoons and anime where it just has the characters being themselves around each other and doing stuff and I think I did pretty good with this one. So I hope you enjoy!

Lincoln and Star could be seen walking through the halls of Royal Woods middle school on their way towards the exit as the school day was over. Star was happily smiling and humming as she was thinking of the previous day involving the visiting of Ronnie Anne Santiago. "So when do you think Ronnie Anne is gonna visit again? She was fun!" Star asked Lincoln who looked up in thought in response to the question.

"Hmmm, can't say for sure." Lincoln answered, making Star slump a little bit. "She just kinda visits when she can and I do the same. We don't really make a schedule. The only exception is big holidays where both of our family's get together. Been doing that ever since Thanksgiving three years ago."

"Oooooooo! Sounds fun." Star commented with her usual big grin on her face. "And hey, even if she lives awhile away I gots Dimensional Scissors! We can just use those to get there instantly!"

"Hey yeah you're right!" Lincoln just remembered Star had those scissors. Pretty much a way to open portals that can instantly take you anywhere in the universe! He couldn't believe he forgot about them. "We can pretty much go over and say hi anytime we want!"

"That's the plan L-Man!" Star said with a giggle as she lightly poked Lincoln's chest, causing the Loud boy to laugh a bit. He was slightly ticklish after all. The two then approached the doors that led outside as Star asked. "So, what do you wanna do today."

"Hmmmmm…" Lincoln hummed in thought as he put his hand on the door to open it. "Well since you mentioned Dimension Scissors maybe we could-"

SKEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!

"AH COME ON!" Lincoln screamed out in extreme agitation as he covered his ears at the sound of a very discordantly played keyboard. "NOT AGAIN!" As Lincoln and other students outside all screamed and covered their ears at the sound with some of the students including Liam and Janna.

Star however didn't react negatively to the sound. Instead, she looked around for the source and when she found it, her eyes sparkled at the sight. Sitting on top of the hood of a very run-down looking car was a teenage boy with brown hair covering his eyes. He wore a brown T-shirt, a red neckerchief, gray jeans that are torn at the bottom, and purple and white boots. He also had two visible fangs on the upper part of his mouth.

"Woah…" Star let out in a dreamy tone as suddenly hearts appeared in her pupils. "Lincoln…who is that fresh of breath air?"

"Ugh, his names Oskar Greason." Lincoln said as he rubbed his now sore ear's which he felt were aching just from being around Oskar. "He's some bum that lives in his car in the parking lot. Trust me Star, stay away from that guy, its for the best." However, when Lincoln looked to his right where Star was, he saw said girl was now gone. "Star?"

Star had in fact went over to go see Oscar and snuck up next to his car with the fanged boy being completely unaware of her presence as he hit a button the keytar he was playing cause it to play a rhythmic percussive beat. Star's eyes then practically exploded into sparkles in hearts as Oscar started to singing.

Oscar:

Ah, ah, ah, ah

My car is a flying snail

Let's ride him far away, yeah

To mermaid pools filled with puppies' drool

And centaurs pulling candy sleighs

Ah, ah, ah, ah

As Oscar sang, Star imagined everything he sang in her head from Oscar's car turning to a flying snail hoping on and flying towards the puppy drool pools with mermaids and seeing centaurs pulling candy sleighs. Once the song was over, Star was able to snap out of her love-struck daze for the most part and managed to pulled out a purple star shaped sticky note and wrote down a phone number on it. "Call me." Star whispered as she attached the note to her crush's keytar. Even while leaving though, she kept her now heart filled eyes focused on Oscar for as long as she could.

"I still can not believe you gave him your number." Lincoln deadpanned at Star as she was still in a love dazed trance with hearts filling her eyes. Star had just finished telling Lincoln how she had given Oscar a phone number and needless to say he wasn't exactly amused. "I told you that guy is a total bum."

Star scoffed a bit in response as both of them entered the Loud House as Star asked Lincoln. "Come on Lincoln. How could Oscar possibly be a bum?"

"Well let's see," Lincoln held his hand out as he began counting the reasons on his fingers. "He lives in the parking lot in a car in worst condition then Vanzilla, he's a horrible musician who is obviously tone deaf, I doubt he baths due to him always smelling like cheese, he sucks at driving I've seen it, and he doesn't seem very good at reading other people from what I've seen and heard."

"Well I think he's dreamy a deserves a chance." Star stubbornly said as she turned away from Lincoln and crossed her arms. "And for your information, he doesn't smell like cheese. He smells like corn chips."

"Oh yeah, because that's so much better." Lincoln sarcastically said with the roll of his eyes.

Just then the front door to the house opened once again and Luna was seen coming into the house and immediately saw Lincoln and Star and asked. "Sup dudes, what's going on?"

"Star has a crush." Lincoln told Luna with a sigh. At first Luna gasped as she was about to go into the fangirl shipping mode Lincoln knew all to well and quickly followed up with. "On Oscar Greason."

That immediately stopped Luna from letting out a squeal as she gave a rather disappointed look to Star. "Seriously dude?" Luna asked Star to which she nodded causing Luna to groan. "Come on Star you can do so much better! That guy is an insult to music!"

"I think he plays just fine thank you very much!" Star seemed firm on defending her crush on Oscar as she suddenly reached into Lincoln's pocket and took out his phone. "Now if you two would excuse me I have a phone call to wait for."

"And you need my phone because…" Lincoln asked in an annoyed tone.

"Because that's the number I gave him." Star stated as she crossed her arms again. As she started heading up the stairs.

"Why didn't you just give him the landline dude?" Luna asked with a confused tone as Lincoln gave Star an unamused look.

"Eh, I like Lincoln's ringtone better." Star then turned on Lincoln's phone and played the ringtone and…

"Play it Loud! Play it Loud! I got no time for turning it down!" It turned out to be one of Luna Loud's own songs to which Star happily head banged to the catchy tune.

"Aw, thanks dude." Luna said to her little brother as she pulled him close and gave him a sisterly kiss on the cheek.

"Heh, what can I say it's a good song." Lincoln told his older sister with some pink on his cheek, causing her to giggle and ruffle his white hair.

"Welp, while you two do your thang Imma go do mine!" Star said as she quickly ran up the stairs to reach her room. "See ya!"

Lincoln and Luna were able to hear Star opening up the entrance to her room and slamming it shut. Both could also make a good guest she would also sit on her bed waiting for Oscar to call. Something both found a complete waste.

And then, Lincoln spoke. "How much you wanna bet he doesn't call?" Luna simply sighed in response, knowing that would be a bet with a predictable outcome. However, Lincoln's eyes shifted downward and noticed something on the ground and knelt down to it. "What's this?" Picking it up, Lincoln saw it seemed to be a purple heart. A sticky one to.

"What's that dude?" Luna asked as she looked at the object in Lincoln's hand.

"Eh, I think its just a sticker Star dropped. No big deal." Lincoln simply threw the heart in the trash can, not giving it a second thought.

THE NEXT DAY

"Star? Are you up?" Lincoln poked his head into Star's room with a raised eyebrow. It was Saturday and usually he and Star were up at the same time for their usual Saturday morning trip to the donut shop. But today Star hadn't waken up at her usual time. In fact, it was half-an-hour past Star's usual wake up time so Lincoln was both started to get a little confused and worried so he thought he'd go to check up on Star.

He just hoped Star wouldn't be all moody and aggressive like some of his sisters are for…some reason every now and then in the month. He'd always been too afraid to ask what was up with that. Thankfully, they always apologized…most of the time.

So, praying to his lucky stars, Lincoln completely entered Star's room. It was dark so he couldn't see much at first but luckily he memorized the location of the light switch and was able to bring light to the previously dark room.

Now being able to see, he looked towards Star's bed and was able to find the Mewman princess laying back up with her face buried in her pillow. He also saw his phone right next to the pillow her face was one. However, Lincoln's older brother sense ended up tingling and he could sense sadness coming from Star. So once he realized the situation he walked up to the bed and sat down in front of Star and put a hand on her shoulder. "Hey, you doing ok?" Lincoln asked in a gentle tone as he started to lightly rubbed Star's shoulder.

"Mmmmm…" Star let out a depressed groan in response, not removing her face from the pillow.

"Come on Star." Lincoln pressed further with a slightly loud voice as he lightly nudged Star. "Tell Lincoln what's wrong."

Star let out another groan, but this time Star moved her face so it wasn't face down on the pillow allowing Lincoln to see her eyes were all misty and the hearts on her cheeks turned to white skulls. "Oscar…Oscar didn't call me last night!" Star cried before slamming her face down on the pillow and cried into it.

'Called it.' Lincoln thought with a frown as he scooted closer to Star's head and put a hand down on her head and lightly rubbed it to comfort the young princess. "Come on Star, I told you that guy was a complete bum."

"But he was a cute bum…" Star said with her voice muffled by the pillow. "I guess I'm just not cool enough to hang out with a guy with a keytar…"

"Star, that's not true at all. You're easily one of the coolest girls I know." Lincoln reassured the young Butterfly causing her to raise her head from the pillow again and look up at Lincoln with a small smile. "Look, you can do so much better than a guy like Oscar." Star whimpered and sniffled when Lincoln spoke his name again. So the Loud boy simply sighed and stood up and looked down at Star with a small smile. "You know what, how about you just stay here and rest and I'll go make you some blueberry pancakes with a fruit smiley face. Would that make ya feel better?"

"…A little bit…" Star whimpered with a small nod.

"Ok then." Lincoln said as he put Star's blanket over her body. "Then you stay here while I get cooking."

"Thanks Lincoln…" Star said to her rest friend as she snuggled into bed with Lincoln taking back his phone. "You're the best…"

About an hour and a half later, Lincoln was seen sitting at the dining room table resting his head on his fist while tapping his fingers on the table. He had given Star her pancakes and was now thinking about one thing and one thing only. How to cheer Star up. He knew the pancakes would only do so much and she couldn't just lay in bed for the rest of her life. So operation think of a way to cheer Star up and make her forget about Oscar Greason and also think of a shorter name for this operation is a go!

"Hey Lincoln, whatcha doin?" Lincoln was snapped out of his thoughts by his 2nd oldest sister Leni coming up next to him with a smoothie in her hand. "You're making your thinky face."

"Oh, hey Leni." Lincoln greeted the light blond teen as she sat down next to him. "And yeah you're right. Star gave a guy her, or rather my, number and he never called her."

"Oh poor girl." Leni said with a sympathetic frown, having gone through something like that quite a few times. "How's she taking it?"

"Not…well." Lincoln answered with a sigh as he remembered the condition, he saw Star in when he came into her room. "She's pretty much just laying in bed. I brought her those happy pancakes she likes so hopefully those cheered her up a little but I still need a more permanent solution."

"Sorry Linky, I, like, respect you and your plans but this isn't something you'll be able to fix." Leni told Lincoln in a surprisingly firm tone that surprised Lincoln, both at hearing someone like Leni talk like that and for saying this is something he won't be able to help fix. "This is a problem involving a lady crushing over a boy, so the only one who can truly fix the problem is another lady."

"But…I'm the man with the plan…" Lincoln said with a dejected tone.

"I know you are." Leni said with an understanding nod as she patted Lincoln on the back. "But this is a girl issue and only a girl can solve it. It has nothing to do with how good your plans are."

"…So…I can't help?" Lincoln asked with a frown. He really wanted to help Star. She was really starting to feel like yet another sister to him.

"Of course you can!" Leni told him with a happy tone and smile. "After I work my magic. Then you can simply be there for her like you always are!"

"So what exactly are you going to do?" Lincoln asked Leni as he started to lean on his fist again while giving Leni a head tilt.

"Two words…" Leni started to get all giddy as she started to bounce up and down in the chair as she excited squealed. "GIRLS NIGHT!"

"…Excuse me?" Lincoln asked with a confused tone.

"I said girls' night!" Leni repeated, making Lincoln deadpan at her a bit as that wasn't quite what he needed elaborating on. "Star hasn't had a single one with us since she got her! And now is the perfect time to have one! What better to get over some deadbeat boy who doesn't call then to show Star that she's still got some great girlfriends!"

"Huh, yeah ok that makes sense." Lincoln understood girls more so then other boys his age, although one time he did end up over estimating his knowledge of that, and he had a feeling that Leni was right. Maybe some girl time would do her some good and help her forget about Oscar. "Alright Leni, I trust you on this one."

"Yay! I'm gonna go get some of the girls ready before telling Star!" Leni stood up from her chair in excitement as she already had the whole day planned out in her head. In truth, she had a girl's day out with Star planned out since the princess's second day on earth.

"Well while you're doing that, I think I'll take some time to go hang out with Clyde." Lincoln told Leni as he stood up from his chair and stretched out a bit. "Been awhile since I had a little guy time myself."

"Sounds good Linky!" Leni said happily as she gave her brother a quick hug. "This is gonna be totes fun!"

About a half an hour later, Star could still be seen laying in bed with her face on the pillow. She had an empty plate next to her that once held the pancakes Lincoln had made her. While they were good and made the smiley faces of fruit that she loved, they only did so much to improve her mood as the young princess was still upset about Oscar not calling her.

As Star whimpered into her pillow, she heard the entrance to her room open up and immediately assumed who it was. "What is it now Lincoln?" Star asked, thinking the white head came up to check on him again.

"Actually, its not Lincoln." Star's ear perked up a bit at hearing the different but familiar voice. Moving her face from the pillow again, her cheek marks still being white skulls, Star looked to see Leni smiling at her while peeking her head up into the princess's room. "Hey Star!"

"Oh, hey Leni." Star managed to greet Leni with a small but weak smile. "What's up?"

"Well, Lincoln told me what happened to you." Leni explained causing the princess to whimper a bit and lower her head back down on the pillow. "And I understand how it feels to not have a guy call back. Like, before I started dating Carlota, there were last of guys I was into that I wanted to call or text me but never did."

"…Really?" Star asked as she looked at Leni again. With the 19-year-old nodding to confirm this Star asked, "So how did you get over it?"

"Easy, I had my sisters to help me get over it and have fun with." Leni explained to Star as the 19-year-old completely entered the room and sat down next to Star on the bed. "Afterall, who needs boy when you got some awesome gal pals to hang out with? So me a few of my sisters are taking you out for a girls day out!"

"Mmmm, I don't know…" Star said with some doubt in her voice. "Are you sure this'll work?"

"Totes!" Leni said with a bright beaming smile as she looked Star right in the eyes. "Come on Star please? You don't have anything to lose."

"Weeeeeell…I guess it couldn't hurt." Star finally agreed to Leni's outing with a small smile. "I suppose it would help to get Oscar off my mind. At least for a little while."

"Eeeeeeeeeh! Yay!" Leni squealed happily as she pulled Star into one of her signature bone crushing hugs, but Star was practically built to handle these kinds of hugs and was able to hug the 19-year-old back. "I promise Star you won't regret this!"

"So when we leaving?" Star asked as she finally got off her bed for the first time today.

"Right now!" Leni instantly responded with as she quickly grabbed Star's wrist. "The girls are waiting in the van!"

"Woah!" Star let out as Leni quickly dragged her away with Star not able to put up any resistance. Leni was simply able to drag the princess all the way downstairs and outside. Once they were outdoors, Leni finally let go of Star's wrist and allowed the girl to make the way to vanzilla herself. With Leni entering the driver's seat and Star entering in the seat behind Leni's, the princess was able to see that the other sisters in the van were Luna, Lola, and Luan with Luna sitting next to Leni, Luan next to Star, and Lola next to Luan.

"You ready for a day out dude?" Luna asked Star with a smile. The second Leni told Luna of her girls' day out plan to cheer Star up, she was on board. Not only did she not wanna see Star upset over someone like Oscar Greason, but also help Star completely forget about that guy.

"You can do much better than that stick boy anyway." Lola casually said while she filed her nails. "Seriously, its like he doesn't even know the definition of bath. When me and Lana visited the middle school once for a bluebells meeting, that guy reeked of chili or something gross like that."

"Corn chips! He smells like corn chips!" Star yelled out in frustration as she crossed her arms and turned towards the window. "Like a really nice corn chip who wouldn't call me…"

"Aw come on Star, don't be so corny." Luan punned as she nudged Star with her shoulder. "After today you'll be cheering chip-chip-hooray!"

"Mmmmmmm, no! No, I will not laugh at your completely hilarious puns this time Luan!" Star stubbornly said as her cheeks puffed up from resistance to start laughing. "I am choosing to remain stubborn!"

"We'll see about that once we get this today started." Leni said with an excited smile as she started vanzilla and started backing out of the driveway. "Ready to get things started ladies?"

"YEAH!" Luan, Lola, and Luna cheered as Leni started driving away towards the location of where they would have their girl's day.

The drive went on for 15 minutes, Star was completely silent for all of it. She simply looked out the window and letting out the occasional sad sigh as she still was feeling quite upset that her crush hadn't called her the other day. Not even a text or message or anything of the like. Meanwhile the four Loud sisters in the van were her were all happily singing along to the song playing on the radio right now.

At this point, Star was getting a tiny bit impatient and looked forward past the seat Leni was sitting in to look at Leni herself. "Soooooo…where are we going anyway?" Star asked in an inpatient tone that showed she kinda just wanted to get this over with and go back to moping. Yeah, she agreed to come along but now she was just kinda wanting to go back home but knew they wouldn't let her. Plus, she left her Dimensional Scissors home so she couldn't go back unless she walked.

All the Loud girls look a glance at each other at the same time with a knowing smirk. They all knew where they were heading and they were just about there so they subconsciously agreed to tell Star where they were going. "We're going where every girl in town loves to chill!" Leni told Star with an excited grin as she pointed forward, gesturing for Star to look in that direction.

"THE ROYAL WOODS MALL!"

Star looked forward and her mouth went slightly agape as she looked forward to see the largest location she's seen on earth so far. Cars were parked all over the area and Star could see many people coming in and out of the place and some just hanging out outside in an area were tables were set up.

"Whats a…mall?" Star asked with the tilt of her head, her feeling of being upset briefly being forgotten and replaced with curiosity.

"Just wait till we get inside." Lola told Star with a grin on her face. "Its better to show then to tell."

Thankfully it didn't take Leni long to find a parking spot like it usually does so they were able to exit the van and reach the mall quickly. Once inside, Star let out a loud gasp as she saw what the inside of the Royal Woods mall was like. People walking all over the place with a majority of them holding shopping bags as Star saw this place was full of different stores of all sorts of variety from jewelry, technology, and cloths and make up.

"Woooooah…" Star let out with sparkles in her eyes as she looked over the place. "Its like a slothless Quest Buy?"

"Quest Buy? Is that like a store in Mewni?" Luna asked the princess with a raised brow.

"Eh, sorta." Star answered with a shrug before looking forward and smiling. "But this place is still really cool and a lot livelier than Quest Buy!"

"Hehe, sounds like you're already started to feel better." Luan said with a grin as she light nudged the princess with her shoulder. "Eh Star?"

"Heh…maybe a little." Star quietly admitted as she held her arms with a tiny smile on her face.

"See! We knew this would work." Lola stated with an approving nod towards Star. "And we still haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet."

"Yep! We, like, got lots of fun stuff planned!" Leni said as she pulled out her phone. "First we're gonna go to the spa to get the full treatment."

"Then we're gonna hit up the music store." Luna said with excitement in her voice. "There's a new Mcswagger album I gotta get my mitts on dude. Plus you might find some tunes you might be into."

"After that we're going to the food court to get some food." Luan pointed out next. "Gotta eat after all! And I could take that statement to court! Hahaha! Get it?"

Luna, Lola, and Leni groaned in response to the pun while Star tried to resist laughing again. "Not…laughing…at…puns…" Star's struggle to not laugh was visible as she was practically vibrating while holding her cheeks.

"Bad puns aside…" Lola said to get the ball rolling again to the mall stuff. "After we eat we're gonna finish this up with the one thing you can't not do when you go the mall…cloths shopping!"

"Wow, you really planned this all out for me?" Star asked the Loud sisters with a growing smile at the fact that the girls planned all that stuff for her. "Just to cheer me up?"

"Well of course dude." Luna told the young princess as she lightly ruffled the top of her head. "You're practically family now."

"And when someone in our family is down, we gotta cheer em up!" Leni told Star with her signature sweet and heartwarming smile.

Star gave the girls in front of her a trembling smile as he eyes went misty. Star's face exploded into a big smile as she held her arms out. "Aw you guys…" Star began as she wrapped her arms around the four Loud girls. "Hugs!"

"Hugs!" All four girls said in unison as they wrapped their own arms around Star.

The five girls then stayed in a group hug for a few more moments until Lola was the first one to separate and said. "Well as touching as this is we got a spa appointment in a few minutes so lets pick up the pace ladies!"

"Yes ma'am!" The four said in unison as they begun following Lola to the spa in the mall.

With Lola's guiding, it didn't take them long to reach the spa and once inside Star found a rather fancy establishment that was rather large with two rows of chairs on each side of the establishment with a sink filled with various hair and nail care products on it in front of each chair and a few of the chairs having someone sitting on it with an employee tending to them.

"Ah Loud girls my best customer." A female Swedish accent spoke up getting the group of five female's attention as they looked to see a tall woman with an impressive figure, bright red hair tied in a bun and high heels that matched the uniform. "Its so good to see you all darlings."

"Hello there Francine." Lola greeted the women in a professional tone as she walked up to the woman now known as Francine and preform an air kiss greeting with her. "I'm sorry about the sudden call but this just came up today."

"Oh it is no problem miss Lola." Francine reassured the 9-year-old. "I'm always happy to have you and your sisters here. Now what seems to be the situation? I know when something is up darling."

"Well you see that girl with the hearts on her cheeks." Lola told Francine who nodded as her eyes set on Star who was still looking around at her spa with fascination, looking as if she'd never been in a spa before. "It's a code purple."

Francine gasped in response as she covered her mouth with a hand before kneeling down to Lola's level and whispering into her ear. "Who didn't call her?" Francine asked in a disgusted tone. Francine had an excellent skill of reading people and with just one look at Star she could tell any guy would be an idiot not to give someone like her a call.

"Its some bum named Oscar." Lola gave Francine the details. "The guy that smells like chili or something."

Francine cringed in disgust as Lola described him. "I am…aware of the one. He was recently banned from the mall parking lot and its totally deserved. My ear drums are still sore." Francine rubbed her ears in response as she's been victim to Oscar's terrible playing when he was parked at the mall one day. "She seriously has it out for…him?"

"Star's just into weird stuff like that." Lola explanation was straight to the point. "Point is, she needs your magic touch right now."

"You have my word, when I'm done with her, she won't even remember his name." Francine guaranteed the 9-year-old who grin and nodded in response. "Alright darlings!" Francine spoke up and now got the attention of the other girls Lola was with. "Lola, Leni, Luna, Luan, you girls go pick a seat and I'll get your usual to treat you. Star, I'll handle you myself."

Star gasped in response as she entered a fighting pose and narrowed her eyes at Francine. "Are you threatening me?!" Star yelled causing Francine to raise an eyebrow. "Because girl I am telling you, you don't want a piece of this!"

"Dude, she means she's gonna give you a spa treatment." Luna told Star with a small laugh. "That's what we came here for."

"Oh ok then!" Star then regained her smile as she skipped next to Francine.

"Alright, just follow me darling." Francine told Star as she started walking forward with Star doing as she was told and the Loud siblings simply headed to a free chair. Francine proceeded to lead Star to a chair that was the farthest away from the door on the right side and sat the young princess down. "Tell me about yourself Star. Lola says you are staying with her family is that right?"

"You got that right!" Star confirmed as Francine started filling some small tubs with hot water. "I'm been with them for about a month now and I've really enjoyed my time here! Its so much fun!"

"Hehe, yes the Loud family does have quite the reputation in these parts." Francine chuckled as she set a tub of water below Star's feet. Francine then took the Mewman's shoes off, causing Star to squeak in surprise. "Don't worry darling just put your feet in the water."

"Um, ok." Star was a little unsure about this after Francine suddenly taking off her shoes, but gave it a try. Suddenly all of Star's doubts were put to rest as her feet entered the hot water. "Ooooooh…that feels nice…"

"I'm glad you think so darling. We've only just started after all." Francine told the princess as she picked up a bowl full of some kind of green substance. "Now close your eyes, I'm going to apply a face mask.

"Ok~" Star let out in a relaxed tone, not really thinking about what Francine told her. Star simply closed her eyes and then felt as Francine apply some sort of goop to her face. "Hehehe, that tickles!"

"Just stay still darling, almost done." Francine said as she finished up applying the face mask. Francine then reached into a mini cooler that was on the large sink in front of the chair was Star was on and pulled out two large slices of cucumber and proceeded to place them over Star's closed eyes.

"Uuuuuh, what did you just put over my eyes?" Star asked in a confused tone.

"Cucumber darling. I suppose this really is your first time in a spa." Francine said as she closed up the cooler and proceeded to walk behind Star.

"You put vegetables on my face?" Star further asked as she kept her eyes closed. "So this is how it normally goes?"

"Well some people prefer different treatments and since this is your first time, I thought I'd start with simple and basic procedures." Francine explained as she put her hands on Star's shoulders. "Now I'll give you a shoulder massage."

"Oh o-oooooooooh yeah~ Right there~" Once Francine started, Star practically melted like buddy at the Swedish woman's magic hands as they went to work on her shoulders. "Please don't stop~"

"Hmmmmm, this is odd." Francine told Star as she massaged the princess's shoulders. "You have an awful lot of tension built up in your shoulders darling. Is everything alright?"

"Well…there's this cute guy I wanted to call me but…didn't." Star explained in a sadden tone. "He was a real dream boat to…"

"Yes I was…informed of the situation…" Francine cringed at the way Star described Oscar. "But something like that would cause sadness, not tension. Tension is usually caused by pressure, straining, and even anxiety. Is everything alright with you darling? You can tell me."

"Hmmmm, I don't think anything is wrong." Star hummed in thought for a bit about what Francine asked her. "Like I said everything's been great lately! I've honestly never been happier. The Louds are great, Lincoln is even my best friend, and Royal Woods is a great place to be! Its like I can call this place home!"

"Well…what about before you came here?" Francine asked forward as she continued her massage. "Anything about your home life that might cause you stress? Traumatic experience, bullies, parent issues?"

"Parent issues?" Star questioned, causing Francine to raise a brow. She might have found the source. "I don't think I have any of those…I think…"

"Well tell me about them." Francine said as she went to massage Star's upper arms. "What are they like?"

"Well…my dad River is…well he's kinda whacky and stuff but he's a lot of fun." Star explained to Francine while smiling at the memories of her father. "When I was younger, he would always give me piggy back rides, make funny face, and play all sorts of games with me. Then and even now he's always concerned with me being safe and happy."

"Aw, it sounds like you and your father have a rather nice relationship." Francine smiled at Star's explanation of her and her father's relationship, but then frowned as she asked while massage the sides of Star's head. "And how about your mother?" Francine had a feeling this would be the source of tension.

"My mom…well…" Star was hesitating and struggling to come up with words. Francine's feeling was right. "She's a…little more strict but she just wants the best for me and my future…right?"

"…Is that what you think darling?" Francine asked Star in a slightly concerned tone.

"I…I don't know…" Star then frowned herself as she struggled to make up the words. "I mean…I know what I'm going to have to be is important but…its not really what I want. Pretty much everyone expects it of me and a lot of other stuff but…I don't know thinking about it…it's not what I wanna do. I wanna live my own life. Is that selfish?"

"…Darling, let me tell you something." Francine said in a serious tone as she briefly stopped massaging Star. "I don't know what expectations your mother is placing on you or what she expects of you, but know this. Your life is yours. No one can tell you how to live it. Not even your parents. Whatever you want to do with it, now and in the future, the decision is yours to make."

"Really?" Star asked with a small smile on her face.

"Really." Francine reassured Star before cracking her knuckles. "Now darling, I think that's enough real talk. So from now on just lean back, rest, and let me work my skills."

"You got it~" Star let out in a relaxed tone as Francine went to work again.

Star didn't know how much time has passed and she didn't care. Francine gave her the full treatment from message, to a foot and hand rub, and even doing her nails and hair. Star felt like she was in heaven the whole time.

"Ok darling, I'm going to remove the mask now." Star hear Francine tell her as she immediately felt the now hardened mask being peeled off her skin and quickly be removed completely. Once the mask was off, the cucumbers were taken off Star's eyes with the Butterfly princess's opening her eyes and everything appearing blurry at first.

"Wha…where am I?" Star let out in a bit of a dazed tone. She then felt her hand being taken and pulled, lifting her off the chair and to her still bare feet. "Hehe, everything feels fuzzy."

"Don't worry darling that's normal. It just means it was a success!" Francine announced in victory as she handed Star her shoes. "Just put your shoes on and the Louds are waiting for you at the exit."

"Ok…" Star still had her relaxed tone and dopey smile as she put her shoes back on and started walking towards where Leni, Luna, Lola, and Luan were. The four girls having already paid for their treatments smiled as they saw the relaxation dazed Star approach them.

"So, how was it dude?" Luna asked as she put an arm around the princess's shoulder to help keep Star balanced as it looked like she was about to fall down at any moment.

"It was amazing~" Star managed to let out as the Loud girls giggled at the way she was talking. "It felt like her hands were of heaven~"

"Why thank you darling, I pride myself on my skills." Francine said with pride in her voice.

"Thank you so much Francine, I knew I could count on you." Lola told the spa manager as the two did another air kiss for goodbye. "You'll be going now, see you later!"

"Bye darlings!" Francine waved them bye as the she saw the Loud kids and Star leave her establishment. "Come back anytime! And Star, don't forget what we talked about!"

"I won't." Star told the Swedish Woman, her senses slowly coming back to her. "Thanks again for everything." And with that, the group of five exited the spa.

Once they were out, Luan tried once again today to make Star laugh and said. "So Star, hope you can spa a few more moments because this was only the beginning." Luan punned with a big grin on her face.

While her sisters groaned from the terrible pun, giggling was heard and Luan looked to Star and saw her finally giggling at one of her puns. "Hehehe, spa puns." Star laughed out cause Luan to pump a fist in victory.

"Alright, so…what's next again?" Leni asked everyone with a sheepish smile. "I, like, kinda forgot."

"Don't worry dude, it's just a quick trip to the music store for that Mcswagger album." Luna told Leni as she put a hand onto her older sisters' shoulder.

"Just make sure to hurry it up please." Lola told her musical sister with crossed arms. "That spa treatment made me hungry, I wanna get to the food court asap."

"Yeah, yeah, relax dude." Luna told her little sister with an eyeroll before smiling at Star. "Wanna join me Star? Might find some tunes that you like!"

"Well, I do like tooney's." Star stated with a thoughtful smile on her face. "Ok!"

"Sick!" Luna cheered before turning to her three siblings. "Hey, why don't you dudes just head to the food court and wait for us! You know what I like and I'm sure you can find something Star likes."

"Alright sounds good! Bye!" Lola quickly said before zooming over to where the food court is, eager to get something in her belly.

"We're…gonna follow her." Leni slowly said as she and Luan simply followed Lola at a normal pace instead of rushing like her.

Once the three were gone, Luna looked down at Star and smiled as she pointed her thumb over her shoulder. "Come on dude, follow me. I know this mall like the back of my hand!"

"Oooooo! Mall hand!" Star said with sparkles in her eyes as she followed Luna.

With a trip up the escalators, or magic moving stairs as Star refereed to them as, the two came up to the second floor and with the specific set of escalators they took the music store was literally right in front of them. "Here we are dude!" Luna told Star as the they walked into the store together. "My favorite place in the mall!"

"So many circles." Star said as she looked at all the racks filled with CD's. Not only that but albums with creative covers, music posters, and even a bunch of different types of instruments.

"Well look who it is! Luna Loud my best customer!" The rocker-like voice said getting the two's attention. Looking to the counter of the movie store they saw a guy a little older Luna with a death metal t-shirt, piercings over his face, and a spikey, red mohawk. "How's it been rocking double L?"

"Loud and proud like always Brian!" Luna told the guy now known as Brian as the two shared a fist bump explosion. "You know why I'm here?"

"Course, whenever Mcswagger drops a new album you're always one I can guarantee to show up." Brian stated as he gave Luna a smirk. "Don't worry, I put them in the usual place for you."

"Sweet! Thank Brian!" Luna thanked her fellow rocker as he gave her a nod signaling 'you're welcome' as Luna turned back to Star. "Let's go Star, I gotta get the CD into my mitts!"

"Sounds good!" Star cheered along with Luna as the princess followed the rocker towards the back of the store where the album Luna wanted was located. But as they were walking, Star looked down a bit as she remembered her talk with Francine when she got her spa treatment. Remembering how Francine told Star her life was hers to do whatever she wanted with, she looked up and Luna and said. "Hey Luna, can I ask ya something please?"

"Course dude, shoot." Luna said as she stood in front of a shelf that had exactly what she wanted.

"Well…I was just wondering…how did you know what you wanted to do in the future?" Star asked as Luna grabbed one of the albums off the shelf. The questions surprised Luna a little bit as she looked back at Star with a raised brow. "How do you find your love of music."

Luna was silent for a few seconds, making Star a little worried that maybe that wasn't the best question to ask. But her worries were soon dashed as Luna smiled at her and held up the Mcswagger album in her hand and pointed at the picture of the man himself that was on the cover. "Well, its all thanks to this man right here."

"When I was nine year's old, I had no idea what I was gonna do with my life, I hardly knew who I was. You'd hardly recognize me dude. Before Lincoln was born, I was middle child and I didn't really have anything to help me stand out. I was quiet and even kinda shy. But one day, I won a mall raffle for one ticket for a concert. I decided to go since I really didn't have anything better to do that day. But let me tell ya Star, that day changed my very life. When I looked down on that stage and heard Mcswagger sing, it awoke something within me I never knew I had. I was making peace sign signs with my hands, tapping my toes, and bagging my head. It felt like he was singing to me and only to me that day. It was then I knew that music was my true calling and I vowed to be a great musician just like my idol Mcswagger."

"Wow…" Star let out in pure amazement after Luna finished up her story. To think one single experience could change anyone's life forever. "So…you just kinda knew?"

"Yep! It's like a voice in my head telling me this was my calling." Luna explained as the two walked over to the front counter where Brian was. "That's how these sorta things work dude. You just kinda find that one thing that shows you what your meant to do. You never what or when its gonna be. But when you find it, you'll know."

"Huh…" Star was left deep in thought at that Luna told her. Star honestly can't say she's had an experience like that before. Something that completely changes your outlook on life, forms you into who you are. Star was so much in thought that she hardly noticed Luna paying for the album and the princess simply followed her without even thinking about it.

"Woah Star? Everything all good?" Star was snapped out of her thoughts and looked up at Luna who was giving her a raised brow while carrying a bag with the logo for the music store on it with the album she bought inside.

"Oh, uh, yep! Perfectly fine!" Star responded to Luna with her usual bright smile. "I just really liked that story you told me."

"Heh, thanks dude. Like I said, changed my life." Luna told the Mewman princess with a cool smile. "Now how about we hit up the food court?"

"Oh my gosh yes!" Star quickly agreed on the idea with an eager tone. "I am starving!" And so the two quickly made their way to the food court with Luna leading Star and the princess holding her stomach in anticipation for more earth food.

Once there, Star's mouth was practically flooding with all the smells that hit her nose at once. Looking around her, she saw all sorts of restaurants from Chinese, to sea food, and just basic fast food places she's seen outside the mall. But that didn't make it any more tantalizing. "So much food…" Star drooled causing Luna to laugh a bit.

"Just wait till you try some dude." Luna told the princess who only drooled more from this statement.

"Hey girls! Over here!" Looking to the source of what sounded like Lola's voice and found a table that Leni, Luan, and Lola were sitting with the table itself having lots of food on it with each of the girls having their own tray with already eaten food and two untouched tray's of food in front of two empty chairs.

"FOOD!" Star yelled as she quickly zoomed over to the table and sat down and quickly started chowing down on food, not yet greeting the Loud siblings at the table. "So good!"

"Well…lucky she didn't touch my food." Luna laughed a bit as she saw next to Star and pulled up the tray with the food she usually got when she ate here. "So how's it going dude."

"Eh, pretty much just waiting for you two." Leni explained as she took a sip of a smoothie she ordered. "How'd it go?"

"Rockin as always." Luna explained to her siblings as she se the bag that contained her album onto the table while taking a bit of her food. "Even told Star the story of Luna Loud."

"Ah, told her about how you got you McSwagger eh?" Luan punned with a big grin on her face.

However, instead of the usual groan, Luna narrowed her eyes harshly at her roommate and said. "Don't make puns about my idol dude. Ever."

"…Ok." Luan frightfully squeaked out.

BUUUUUUUURP!

Suddenly all the Loud girls flinched at the sound of a large and loud burp and looked to see that Star had already finished her food and drink and was patted her belly. "Oh yeeeeeeeah…" Star sighed out with a smile. The princess then turned to the four Loud siblings in front of her and asked. "So, we going cloths shopping now?"

"…Just…just wait for Luna to finish." Lola let out in a stunned tone.

After Luna had eaten her meal at a normal rate, especially when compared to Star, the group made their way to the majority of the Loud girl's favorite store. The cloths store. "Alright Star, now for the highlight of any girls nights." Leni told the princess as the five walked into the store. "Cloths shopping!"

"Mmmmm, I don't know." Star said with an unsure tone as she look as she looked at her own cloths. "I kinda like the treads I got right know ya know."

"We're not saying you don't look good Star." Luan reassured the 14-year-old. "We're just saying it doesn't hurt to try something new either!"

"Well…I guess so." Star said as she put a finger on her chin.

"Hey! I have the perfect idea!" Leni told everyone with excitement in her voice. "Star, you go wait over there by the changing closets and we'll all get one outfit for you to try on!"

"Hey yeah! That's a great idea dude!" Luna agreed with the other sisters nodding in agreement as well. "Speed dressing!"

"Uh what is-" However, Star's questioning was cut off by Lola pushing the princess towards the changing station of the store.

"Don't worry about it honey, just let us take care of things." Lola said with a slightly sinister tone that Lincoln had warned her about. So needless to say, Star was indeed a little bit worried.

At the very least Star didn't have to wait long. She simply leaned against the changing closest and watched as the four girls ran around the store gathering different clothing items. After only several minutes the four Louds were in front of her holding up a pile of cloths.

"Try this on! It'll really give you a royal look." Lola said as she held up what seemed to be cloths colored pink, pink, and more pink.

"These duds will make ya look like a Rockstar!" The cloths Luna othered looked like they had some intentional tears and rips in them.

"With these you'll like a real Star! Hahaha! Get it?" Luan punned while holding up her own pile of cloths towards Star.

"I went over, like, tons of different outfits and this one totes goes with you!" Leni explained to Star with her signature smile and held them out.

"Hmmmm, all good choice. All good choices." Star nodded at all the girl's explanation as she looked over each outfit and gave it a quick thought of consideration for trying it on first. Lola's was sure very…princessy, Luan's seemed nice and casual, Luna's explanation for the outfit she selected was spot on, and Leni's did seem like it would look good on her.

So, Star made her decision.

"I'll try your pick first Leni!" Star said as she took the cloths from said girl as Leni let out a light squeal in victory as the others slumped down. "Brb~" Star told the girls in a sing song voice as she went inside the changing closet.

"Ugh, mine totally would have looked better on her." Lola grumbled as she looked at the outfit she picked out for Star. "A princess needs a princess look and this screams princess."

"You obviously don't know Star dude." Luna stated with an eye roll. "She hates all that fancy junk, she's a girl that loves getting wild!"

"Come on guys, we all agreed no fighting." Luan stated as she continued to hold the cloths she picked out. "She'll try on all our outfits eventually, no big deal."

"Yeah guys!" Leni agreed with her comedian sister. "What matters is making sure Star is happy."

"Only saying that because she picked your outfit…" Lola muttered at a volume no one could hear.

"Oh my gosh! I look great!" Star's voice cut off any further comments the Loud girls could have made as they watched the door to the changing room open and their eyes widened as Star stepped out in her new outfit. Star was now wearing yellow shirt with red horizontal strips over it that had no right shoulder allow some to see the black top she had underneath with the shirt showing off just a tiny bit of Star's belly. She also had a large blue ribbon in her hair, blue wristbands, and purple skin tight jeans.

"Wow…that does look great on you!" Lola complimented with a smile.

"Hehe, thanks Lola!" Star thanked the pageant princess for the compliment with some pink on her cheeks that wasn't her hearts. "I guess this one just spoke to me."

"The fashionista gets it again." Luna cheered as Leni smiled with pride for her fashion sense.

"You look strip-ing Star!" Luan punned as she pointed to one of the strips on Star's shirts.

"Hehe, I get it." Star giggled. The young princess then looked down a bit with a small smile on her face as she said. "And…thank you. For today. I was feeling really down but you all worked hard and set this all up just to cheer me up. Thank you so much."

"Aaaw, come here." Luna said as she and her sisters spread there arms out and wrapped them around Star in a big group hug.

"Aaaaw, hugs!" Star said happily as she hugged the girls back. "We should totally do this again sometime. I could totally use some more time with my girlfriends!"

"Agreed!" The four Loud sisters hugging Star said in unison before separating.

Once that was over, Star continued to try on various outfits the four girls brought her with the young Butterfly picking out her favorites to buy and take home. The five simply had fun all trying on outfits and vowed to make the next girls day just as good as this one.
