Afgya was an orphan growing up. He had only himself, Life wasn't nice to everyone. Everyday he had to survive, he was only 9 years old at the time that he realised that ,that's not gonna cut in.

He spend his whole life doing one thing — Surviving.

But Lord Leon , gave him a chance, he was to join the military under him.

Years passed, but one thing didn't change, even when he had a roof above his head, even when he goes to sleep stuffed, he had to work hard so Lord Leon won't kick him out.

Somewhere along the lines he got promoted to commander, got soldiers under him. But what didn't , was that he had to survive again. He knew that the Lord only saw him and others as tools but he didn't mind really.

So when Lord Leon came and gave him a new mission personally, he was surprised.

All he had to do is Capture was young upstarts and he would be promoted to General.

Maim or kill it doesn't matter as long as the young-ing doesn't escape.

when he took his squad to the house to capture the young boy he was the only one who wasn't surprised — due to his experience— when the house exploded. When he heard the sound of childish laughter disappearing towards east— The City gates. He thought ' Oh no, you don't. you are my ticket out of this hole'

planting the artificial bomb and Making the workshop and the house exploded was a necessary sacrifice. Sigh really if Daedalus saw this , he would die in heart attack.

Long buried memory of my time in the military surge in my mind. The Drill Surgeon Voice firm and full of Authority resounded in my head. I sigh ' Once again, Escaping Enemy lines. Let's see if I can still do this.

Even though I dont have my soldiers with me this time, I have magic and a supernatural body so this will atleast cover for me.

' Step 1 - Attract all Attention to yourself '

I laugh, my voice high pitch, childish and it was loud. It had the desired effect, — Attracting attention.

I run towards the gates, Making sure that all who had came to capture me heard it. I can see all soldiers immediately look towards my direction... And they are right after me.

Objective n.o 1 - Get close to the gates as possible.

I only had About 25 meters to cover before im close to them. 5 min later i have arrived at my destination. The soldier are right behind me now. Some had already starting to circle me, putting me at the centre of the circle. The soldiers part before a man walked infront, he had scars all over his face with Hazel Eyes. He seems to the learder of this soldier.

" My name is Icarus, yours?" I have my own pride and aint no mortal learder gonna capture this Former General.

This guy looked at me for a moment, i thought he won't reply. " Its Afgya kid, remember it"

well well I'll be. I unhooked my spear behind my back. still calm despite have soldiers all around me. I turned my body towards East — Where Daedalus was held captive.

I got in a stance that i had drilled in my body until i could do it with my eyes closed, one arm tied behind my back and sleeping.

Now you may wondering why im still calm besides this? well, i have a trick behind my sleeves — even though my outfit doesn't have any.

I pour my Mana in the spear causing it to glow for a moment. Then with two steps foward i jumped and throw it. With a resounding Boom that caused all soldiers to loose footing and got thrown backwards, the spear broke the sound barrier.

I watched it with Pride as it soar in the air. With Another Boom that caused Shockwaves, i knew my spear has finally landed.

All i had in my mind was —

' Step 2. Make the Enemies Wary of you'

What I did has two aspect. The first part was to put fear in the soldiers. And the second part?.

(Daedalus pov)

Daedalus was busy contemplating his recent actions when a loud boom attracted his attention. He turned and face where the sound was coming from, only to get shocked when a blurring flying object came soaring towards him. He sighed, his eyes blank like someone who had lost something precious. ' Ahh so I'm going to die here?' he questioned himself, his only regret was not seeing his son in his last moments.

However contrary to his expectations, it seems today wasn't his death day. As the now flying object he identified as a Spear came to him, instead of piercing him against all intention, it Pierced his bindings and came in contact with the wall behind him. A huge Shockwave erupted causing all people who were near him to go flying, included.

As he picked himself in a ramble, he looked behind him to see that the huge, thick wall wasn't there anymore. All that's remained was a huge crater about 15 metre wide and 10 Metre deep.

Daedalus was sure that some bones were broken. The spear that was locked in the cater trembled for a second and glowed, After that was a blur as Daedalus lost consciousness.

When he came to, he was in a different location all together, Evident by the Area he found himself at. It seems to be a huge building, on top of it he looked at city at the top of the building. It was night but all buildings, big or small were glowing with some light that he doesn't understand their original. And that said a lot about it, as a inventor he knew a lot of things.

" Beautiful isn't it?" A voice behind him said. It scared the shit out of him, as he turned. He looked more matured than usual.

" I cannot come to your rescue, so I invented a weapon to free you. This is probably the last time we will talk to each other."

" where will you go? Let's run together we will find a city or kingdom that will take us in." Said Daedulus. He looked at Icarus in the eyes as he asked that.

Icarus shook his head "I have my own journey to continue, we will meet at Crete."

Daedalus looked confused at that "Why crete?, there are many cities we can go."

"Well its just my preference, anyway im going im on time limit."

Daedalus sighed, and shooked his head "Hm. okay you'll find me there." Daedalus knew that he cannot convince his son to abandon his idea. AS he watched Icarus disappearing, He too starts to disappear.

Hitting Two birds with one stone. Freeing father and immitating the soldiers. Anyway as i feel my mana disappearing in the second matix on the spear, i called it back.

One should know that i dont do anything without a reason, The blood of Daedalus was a catalysis for the spear to recognise him when i threw the spear and it was a trigger that when the spear is near Daedalus it will activate the second matrix and Put him in an illusion i recorded in the matrix. Of course now you know what the second matrix was. Yup it was an illusion matrix, rune chained with an activation rune. It all depend on the blood i Painted on the spear.

The sound of groaning shook me out of my my thoughts. I looked at the soldiers who are starting to pick themselves up, Fear and wary was on their as they looked at me. They had a reason to be afraid.

" I didn't know you would have a Magic Weapon i greatly underestimated you kid. But you have thrown your magic weapon, now you're unarmed. This is the last time, surrender." The voice of the leader of this bunch said. he too seems afraid, after all people know the might of a magical weapon. So they're understandable afraid.

I snort " Who says im unarmed?" With a Whoosh, my spear has arrived. Anyway you must be surprised as why my spear has a accuracy so pin pointed right? or why my spear can come back to me right?.

Well like i said, i don't do anything without a reason. The olive branch, i only used it because it was created by Athena. Yup i didnt use it because i want my spear to have concepts or anything. No, i used it because it is an Icon of Goddess Athena. When people see the huge tree in Athens, the first thing they think of is ' Oh, the tree that lady Athena grew" and thats what i wanted in the branch— the icon.

The second is that it is a divine construct. The tree was made by a god so obviously it won't be ordinary. Of course my spear is not a divine construct. anyway what i did is basically re-create a miracle that was yet to come. I made replicate of Gungr , The all seeing spear That always Strike true in the Nine Realms. The spear of The God-king , The All-Father, Odin. But is it a replica if The original gungr is yet to be made?. Anyway so my spear is connected to Athena's Divine Domain of Wisdom.

Why wisdom you may ask? well what's the difference between Knowledge (Odin) and Wisdom (Athena)?. Wisdom is the accumulated Knowledge we gather throughout the years we live. Odin sacrificed his eye for knowledge.

The third is that The blood of Daedalus, a human blessed by Athena has made my spear more powerful because of the divine blessing.

And with all this i managed to create a spear that is similar to gungr and The spear of Athena. My spear is still weak compared to those nevertheless.

And thus with this i have Authority, A foothold in athena, in any way its like im an uncrown King of Athens. When I added the runes I carved on the spear just made me more powerful—The spear.
