As Rias left the room, Daniel waited a few moments before Sirzechs stating out. "So tell me what you know about this mark of yours."

"My Magic originates from a Reality Marble that allows my mind to create swords and other melee weapons. But they're only fakes of the original thing. Weapons just like the ones you seen me enter this room with." Daniel explained to both Sirzechs and Grayfia.

"This mark on my arm, contains a sword. One that I know I was born with since the Nuns that raised me have told me this when I was a kid." Daniel continued.

"It contains a sword?" Grayfia asked in shock.

"What sword?" Sirzechs asked as he narrowed his eyes at Daniel.

"The only sword that I can create, that's the real thing. The Sword of Promised Victory, Excalibur."

The Born Again Fate of DxD - Chapter 8: The Immortal Bird, Phenex!

"That impossible!" Sirzechs stated out with wides eyes. "The holy sword Excalibur was broken into 7 pieces! And this was during the Great war!"

"Excalibur never took part in that war. It's destruction was all a lie from the Church because they had lost the sword." Daniel informed Sirzechs as he shook his head. "The 7 swords that the Church claim to be part of Excalibur are in fact 7 Swords used by 7 of his Knights of the Round Table."

"Do you know the origins of the seven blades?" Grayfia asked as Daniel nodded in response.

"Excalibur Destruction formally known as Secace. The Sword wielded by Ser Lancelot.
Excalibur Mimic formally known as Galuth. The Sword wielded by Ser Gareth.
Excalibur Rapidly formally known as Laevatein. The Sword wielded by Ser Percival.
Excalibur Nightmare formally known as Coreiseuse . The Sword wielded by King Ban, Ser Lancelot's father.
Excalibur Transparency formally known as Red Hilt. The Sword wielded by Ser Galahad, Ser Lancelot's son.
Excalibur Blessing formally known as Galatine. The Sword wielded by Ser Gawain.
And Finally Excalibur Ruler formally known as Caledfwlch. The Sword wielded by Constantine III, King Arthur's successor."

"There was a sword that was destroyed though and that was the second Caliburn." Daniel explained before he scowled. "And then they bastardized that beaitiful and pure sword by reforging the blade for a second time. Now Caliburn is nothing to what it once was. It's easily breakable."

"How do you know this?" Sirzechs asked as he narrowed his eyes at Daniel.

"Trace on." Daniel softly stated out as the seven swords that the Church called Excalibur were created just behind him.

"As you know 6 of the blades are owned by the Church, 2 by the Catholics in Rome, 2 by the Church of England in Canterbury and 2 by the Eastern Orthodox Church in Istanbul. The remaining blade Excalibur Ruler is currently with the Pendragon Family. I know all this because my brother was the former wielder of Excalibur Transparency. Viewing it's history gave me the history of all these blades." Daniel informed the two Devils.

Sirzechs and Grayfia were both silent as they appeared to be silently having a conversation between themselves using their minds. After a minute or two, Sirzechs turned to face Daniel. "Even if you have shown us these swords behind you... Why should we believe a word you're saying?" He asked.

"With out showing you the blade itself, I suppose you can't. However you can ask Serafall, as I've already shown her. She'll vouch for what I've just told you." Daniel replied.

"And what exactly is your relationship with Lady Leviathan? And how is it you know her so well?" Grayfia asked as she narrowed her eyes. However Daniel didn't feel like her anger was being directed at him for some reason.

'Why do I get the feeling that no matter what I say, I'm gonna get Sera in trouble?' Daniel thought to himself before he answered. "Sera was monitoring me about 6 years ago when she was posing as a Student at this school. Around that time I discovered she was a Devil."

"She didn't tell me she was a Satan though, only found that out last week. She was also the one who told me about Rias' marriage issue." Daniel last statement caused Sirzechs to flinch. "She didn't go into much detail over it but she did say it was between her and someone called Riser Phenex. Who if I remember she called an arrogant, playboy, that's rude and a complete egotistical bastard... Her words, not mine."

Daniel's retelling of Serafall's description of Riser brought a chuckle from Sirzechs. "But to answer your question, I've been in a relationship with Sera for just over 4 and a half years, nearly 5."

Daniel's answer caused Grayfia to flinch as the temperature in the rooms seemed to have dropped as she made her way over to Daniel. She glared down at him with her hands on her hips. 'Why do I feel like I'm about to be scolded like a child would be scolded by his Mother?'

"You shouldn't be dating a woman who is well over ten times your age." Grayfia stated as she began poking Daniel.

"Ow, ow, ow, hey quit that!" Daniel shouted out as he attempted and failed to avoid Grayfia's attacks. "Dammit stop doing that woman!"

"Grayfia, please leave the boy alone." Sirzechs attempted to calm down his wife but once glance from her managed to kill his attempts. "I'll be quiet dear."

After several minutes of Grayfia relentless attacks and Daniel's poor attempts to stop said attacks, she had finally stopped. 'Jesus, I thought she was gonna kill me.' Daniel thought to himself as he slumped back on the sofa. 'I feel sorry for Sera if she attacks her worse than what she had done to me.'

"Well, now that that's settled." Sirzechs stated out getting Daniel's attention. "The reason we are here is to inform Rias that the time of her engagement has been brought forward. He will be arriving here tomorrow after School."

Daniel raised an eyebrow at this. "If it is possible, would you be able to attend the meeting tomorrow?" Sirzechs asked.

"I will also be attending the meeting." Grayfia also added as Daniel began thinking about what to say next.

"Where's it taking place?" Daniel asked with a raised eyebrow.

"It'll be in here." Sirzechs replied to which Daniel silently removed a small section of the Seal underneath the coffee table between them.

"Sorry about that. Just turning off the bounded field that's in this room. If other Devils are gonna appear here and activate it, it'll just give me more headaches." Daniel stated out before he sat back down.

"What's the most likely outcome of this meeting?" Daniel asked as he leaned back on the sofa.

"Most likely the meeting will end in Rating Game." Sirezechs informed Daniel. "And before you ask a Rating Game is one that is played by Devils with their peerages. They complete against one another in combat. It will be Rias' debut."

"Would it be possible for me to join in this game?" Daniel asked with seemed to have shocked both Sirzechs and Grayfia. "I ask this knowing that I can't become a Devil due to Excalibur, however I'd still like to help Rias."

"And why would that be?" Sirzechs asked as he narrowed his eyes.

"Honestly I can't really explain it myself. The last few days since I killed that bird have been confusing for me to say the least. But my gut's telling me to help, so I'm taking the advise of one of my own students and trusting it." Daniel told a half truth to Sirzechs who seemed to accept it as he smiled back in response.

"I can tell that there's truth behind your words." Sirzechs smiled as he continued. "But I'm afraid it cannot be possible."

"Worth a shot at least." Daniel replied with annoyance. "Could you at least give her a few days to prepare."

"Depending on how the meeting goes, will depend on how much time will be allocated." Sirzechs replied. "However it is also possible Riser might give her a set number of days as well."

Thinking about what Daniel was just told, along with what he remembers from the show, he nodded his head in agreement. "Then I suppose I'll be meeting you tomorrow. Grayfia-san."

As Daniel stood up he looked over at the two Devils before left the room. "I'll inform Rias and Akeno that you wish to see them."

(Monday 7th May - Afternoon)

As Daniel waited in the ORC room with Rias and Grayfia, the other members of Rias' peerage arrived.

Once everyone seemed to settle Rias stood up. "Looks like everyone is here. Before we start the club, there's something I need to tell all of you."

"Rias-ojousama, do you want me to explain the situation?" Grayfia asked but Rias waved away her offer.

"It's fine." Rias stated as she took a breath to steady herself. "The truth is."

However as Rias spoke a formula seal appeared by the entrance of the ORC room. Daniel noticed at it's centre was a symbol of a bird. "Phenex!" Daniel heard Kiba of all people growl out as flames burst upwards from the seal.

"It's been a while since Riser was in the human's world." A voice spoke out before the flames subsided. Once they had done so, Daniel noticed that the man appeared to be in his early 20's. Was wearing an ugly red suit and pink shirt underneath. The man looked around the room before his eyes settled on Rias. "My lovely Rias. Riser has come to see you."

The look on Rias' face was that of disgust as the man went to try and kiss Rias' hand, she snapped it away. "Let go of me, Riser."

This response from Rias only seemed to amuse the kid Riser as he just smirked at her. "Hey, you. You're being rude to Buchou. Actually, what's with that attitude towards a girl?" Issei cried out as he pointed at Riser.

Riser turned his head over to face Issei, looked at him up and down before sneering at him. "And you are?" Riser asked with a displeased tone in his voice.

"I am the servant Devil of Rias Gremory-sama! I'm her Pawn, Issei Hyoudou." Issei proudly exclaimed as he slammed his fist into his chest.

However didn't seem all that impressed as he looked away from Issei. "Hmm. Ah, okay." Riser stated as he looked over at Daniel. "And what's a filthy human doing here in front of Riser." Riser sneered as he glared at Daniel.

In response Daniel smirked. "Well considering you are in the Human's world. Is it so surprising to see one?" Daniel asked as he grinned at Riser. He could hear the other members of Rias' peerage chuckle at Daniel's question which only caused Riser to growl in frustration.

But when Riser attempted to move towards Daniel everything suddenly changed as Riser created a ball of flames in his hands. "Trace on."

Within a blink of an eye, Riser was pinned against the wall. The Devil looked shocked as Daniel has his left forearm under his throat while in his right hand was a spear that Rias' peerage had not seen yet. And it was pointed at Riser's manhood. "Words of warning Brat, I'd watch your tongue from now while you are in my presence. You are a guest in this world. And guests must be on their best behaviour. Am I Understood?"

After a few seconds Daniel let go of Riser and moved away. Riser's eyes looked at Daniel in shock as he kept calm on the outside. "What's it to you human? It's not like that Spear would've caused any harm to Riser." Riser stated in a smug tone.

"It looks like your forgot who killed your pet." Daniel smirked at Riser as he rested the spear over his shoulder. "What makes you think I can't kill you?"

"You filthy human. Riser will make you." Riser looked like he was about to attack Riser, however before he could continue Daniel had pointed the spear at Riser and pumped some of his mana into the weapon. An aura engulfed the Spear's head, the aura around it formed into seven smaller spear heads heads, each with seven barbs sticking out.

"I would be careful with your next words. Or else you'll be struck down with this cursed Spear. A cursed Spear by the name of Gáe Bulg." Daniel informed Riser who was starting to back away. "Now we're gonna have a nice civilized talk. Savvy?"

Riser nodded vigorously in response as Gáe Bulg faded from Daniel's hand. "Sensei, how do you know this guy?" Issei asked once everyone had settled.

"This is my first time meeting him kid, so I can only vaguely answer that question. Let's just say my Girlfriend told me about him." Daniel answered as Riser looked like he was about to say something offensive but remained silent as Daniel kept his glare aimed at him.

"I'm sorry that I haven't told both and Asia, Issei. The reason being was because there was no need." Rias informed Issei. "But if you wish to know who this parasitic voyeur is, then I'll allow Grayfia to explain."

"Hyoudou-sama." Grayfia stated out as she addressed Issei.

"Y-Yes." Issei nervously responded as he stood to attention.

"This person is Riser Phenex-sama. He's a pure-blood High-class Devil, and the third son of the House of Phenex. And he is the husband of the next heiress of the House of Gremory." Grayfia informed to Issei, whose eyes widened in response. "Which means he is engaged to Rias-ojousama."

Issei remained silent as he let this news sink in. Daniel moved over a placed a hand over his shoulder but said nothing.

A few minutes later everyone had settled down more. While Rias and Riser both sat on the one sofa, the rest of Rias' peerage stood behind the other. Except Akeno who was serving tea right now.

"The tea made by Rias's Queen is superb." Even though Riser had just complemented Akeno's tea, even Daniel felt dirty upon hearing it.

"Thank you very much." Akeno's response however was not in her usual playful tone. It sounded extremely forced.

Looking at the scene in front of him from Rias' desk, Daniel along with Grayfia beside him could feel the tension in the room. Daniel noticed Issei looked like he was about to explode. "Keep yourself calm kid." Daniel stated out to Issei. Thankfully Issei appeared to listen to Daniel.

Daniel could understand the kid's frustration though. Riser was starting to feel up Rias in front of everyone present. "Trace on." Creating the Golden Dagger Beagalltach in his hands, Daniel pointed it at Riser. "And you, behave yourself as well."

Riser took on an angry expression as he glare at Daniel, however he stopped when he noticed Grayfia matching Daniel's expression. "I agree with Cole-sama." Grayfia stated out as Riser backed down from her words.

'I'm starting to feel like a small fish in a big pond right now.' Issei thought to himself as he watched the events in front of him. 'Although I have seen Buchou's hot naked body multiple times so I guess I'm winning.'

Issei's perverted thoughts were cut short when Daniel slapped the back of his head. "Stop drooling." Daniel whispered into Issei's ear as he kid done as he was told.

"Ahhh! Enough of this!" Rias' anger brought everyone's attention back to her and Riser. "Riser! As I have I told you before! I will not marry you!"

"Yes, Riser has I heard that before. But Rias, that won't do, you know? Riser thinks the situation of your household is quite serious." Riser stated out to Rias in his smug tone of voice.

"That's none of your concern! If I'm the next heiress for the House of Gremory, then I will choose who will become my husband! And I refuse to marry someone who spies on me!" Rias argued back in response. "My Father, Brother, and everyone in the clan are rushing it! Also it was a promise that I will be free until I graduate from University in the human world!"

"That's right. You will basically be free. You can go to college and you can do whatever you like with your servants. But your Father and Sirzechs-sama are worried. They are afraid that your household will become extinct." Grayfia calmly informed Rias.

"We lost a great number of pure-blood Devils in the last war. Even if the war has ended, our rivalry with the Fallen Angels and God hasn't ended yet. It's not rare for the successors of pure-blood Devil to get killed in the worthless battle against them, which leads to the household becoming extinct."

"So for a pure-blood Devil that also happens to be a High-class Devil, getting together would be the obvious solution for the forces of all Devils. A pure-blood High-class Devil. Even you know that these children will be important from now on, right?" Grayfia finished explaining before Rias and Riser started to argue between themselves once more.

"The newly produced Devils, the ones just like your servants, the reincarnated Devils, are expanding in terms of strength but that would make us, the High-class Devils with old history background, lose our place." Riser argued with Rias as he drunk from his cup.

"There are old nobles who gets close to the reincarnated Devils because they are very powerful. Well, that might be alright. The newly produced Devils are also important for our future. But we can't allow the pure-blood Devils to go extinct right? You and Riser were chosen in order to prevent the pure-bloods from going extinct."

"My house is safe because I have my older brothers. But there are only two siblings in your house. And your brother is someone who left the house. Then there would only be you, Rias, who can inherit the House of Gremory. If you don't take a husband, the House of Gremory will go extinct in your generation. You're family has already lost one heir."

"Are willing to allow your actions to crush the household that has been continuing for a very long time? Because of the past war, there is not even half the number of Devils who were referred as 72 pillars. This marriage has the future of the Devils on the line." Riser finished stating his case to Rias, who was still not having any of it.

"I'm not going to crush my house. And I am willing to take a husband." Rias countered, but upon hearing this Riser began to smirk but was cut short as Rias continued. "But I won't marry you, Riser. I will marry the one I acknowledge, someone I can trust. Even the Devils from the old noble house have the right to choose."

After hearing that Riser face scowled. His eyes sharped as he clicked his tongue in clear annoyance. "You know, Rias. Riser's also a Devil who carries the name of House of Phoenix behind me. Riser will not allow that name to be tarnished. Riser didn't even want to come to a small old building like this in the human's world. Rather, Riser doesn't like the human's world that much. The fire and wind of this world is filthy. For a Devil like me who rules fire and wind, Riser can't stand it!"

Riser exclaimed out as flames erupted around his body. "I will take you back to the underworld, even if I have to burn all of your servants." Riser's killing intent filled the room as everyone began to sweat from the heat of his flames.

However before Riser could move he felt the tip of a spear on his back, destroying his flames in the process. Turning around he seen the spear Daniel was holding was different than that of Gáe Bulg. It was crimson red, with a red leather wrap around it's handle. This Spear was Gáe Dearg, the Crimson Rose of Exorcism.

"Another move like that, and Grayfia will be informing Lord and Lady Phenex, that there son is dead." Daniel's soft spoken words carried it's heavy intent as Riser sneered back in response.

"Riser-sama, Cole-sama, please calm down. However Cole-sama is correct. Another unwarranted action like that Riser-sama and on the name of Sirzechs-sama's honour, I won't hold back." Grayfia added as her response actually caused Riser to back down.

"To be told that by the Strongest Queen, even Riser would be scared. Riser definitely wouldn't want to fight the people from Sirzech-sama's group, which Riser knows to be made up of monsters." Riser stated out in a smug tone as if nothing had actually happened.

With the tension brought back down once more, Grayfia turned and began informing Rias. "Master, Sirzechs-sama, and those from the House of Phoenix knew it would turn out like this. To tell you the truth this was to be the last discussion meeting. Everyone knew that it wouldn't be solved, so they decided to make a last resort."

"Last resort? What do you mean, Grayfia?" Rias asked in slight confusion.

'So they didn't tell her anything after I had left then?' Daniel thought to himself in confusion from Rias' response.

"Rias-ojousama, if you wish to push your opinion forward, then how about you settle it by having a Rating Game against Riser-sama?" Grayfia stated out as Rias and the rest of her peerage looked stunned, except for both Issei and Asia.

"Rating Game? I think I heard about it before." Issei thought to himself out loud.

"It's a game that is played by the Devils with peerage, and they compete by making their servants battle." Kiba explained to Issei who remembered after hearing Kiba's description.

'Oh, I think I remember about it. It's a battle amongst Devils where you use your servants, Pawn, Knight, Bishop, Rook, and Queen.' Issei thought to himself as Grayfia continued her explanation

"Just as you know, Rias-ojousama, only mature aged Devils can participate in an official Rating Game. But if it's an unofficial match between pure-blood Devils, even immature Devils can participate. However, in this case."

"When it involves the family and household problems." Rias stated out before she sighed in annoyance. "In other words Father and the others decided to have a game as a last resort if I was to decline, right?"

Grayfia raised an eyebrow at Rias as she asked. "Then Rias-ojousama, are you willing to accept your participation in this game?"

"Yes, I accept." Rias' response brought a smirk to Riser's face.

"Ha, so you're accepting it. Not that Riser minds of course. But Riser's already a matured Devil and has already participated in the official game. Right now Riser has won most of the games. Even so, you still want to play, Rias?" Riser replied back with an even more provocative words.

Rias in response sent back a fearless smile. "I will. I will knock you into the ground, Riser!"

"Fine. If you win, do whatever you like. But if Riser wins, you will marry me immediately." Riser's response caused them both to glare at one another again.

"Understood. I, Grayfia, have confirmed both sides opinion. I will be in charge of the game between the two household. Is that okay?" Grayfia asked both parties.

"Yes."

"Yeah." Both Rias and Riser stated together as they looked at Grayfia.

"Understood. I will inform the two households then." Grayfia bowed her head after the two devils confirmed the Rating Game.

"Would you need me to confirm as a third party witness?" Daniel asked Grayfia.

"That would not be necessary Cole-sama, but thank you for the offer." Grayfia replied as she shook her head.

"I still don't understand why a human of all things is here assisting with Devil matters." Riser sneered at Daniel who in response simple smirked back at him knowing it'll piss him off more.

"This human happens to be a close friend of Lady Leviathan." Rias snapped at Riser in Daniel's defence.

'No, Rias why did you say that!?' Daniel panicked slightly as Riser seemed to him like the type of guy that would use this information as blackmail.

"Oh, it that so?" Riser smirked as he glanced over at Daniel. "Seems like the little tramp finally found a man, or a dog in this case."

Without warning, Daniel was about to force Gáe Dearg into Riser's stomach, only to be held back by Grayfia. "You can mock me all day long, but say one word against Sera and next time you will be wishing for death when I'll be done with you!" Daniel growled as seemed to struggle holding him back.

"Please Cole-sama, calm yourself!" Grayfia stated out before she began to freeze his body in place.

"Seems like the dog is all bark then. It appears Riser had nothing to worry about with you." Riser stated with a smug grin as he looked over at Rias' peerage. "Hey, Rias. Would the ones here be your servants?"

Rias twitched slightly as she narrowed her eyes at him ."So what?" Rias' question only caused Riser to laugh though.

"Then this match will be a laugh. Only your Queen, the Priestess of Thunder can fight on par with my adorable servants." After Riser finished, he snapped his fingers as a magic formula appeared near the entrance.

As the figures from the formula emerged, Grayfia released Daniel from the ice prison. "Well, these are my cute servants." Riser stated as he stood directly in front of 15 other women of different ages and sizes. Each of them a beauty in there own rights.

All this was too much for Issei as he began to cry. "H-Hey, Rias... This servant of yours over here. Why is he crying while looking at Riser?" Riser asked in confusion.

Rias placed her hand over her forehead as she responded. "This boy's dream is to have a harem. I think he was moved after looking at your servants."

The answer though seems to disturb the girls of Riser's peerage.

"Gross."

"Raiser-sama, this person is freaking me out." Two of the girls stated out in disgust.

"Don't say that, my cute girls. It's not a shame for someone to look up to Riser. How about we show them how passionate we are?" Riser asked before he started to French kiss the tallest woman of his peerage.

After several moments the look he gave Issei a smirk. "You will never be able to do this."

"Damn bastard! Damn it! Boosted Gear!" With his thoughts full of anger, Issei activated his sacred gear as he pointed at Riser. "A womaniser like you isn't good enough to be with Buchou!"

"Huh? Weren't you looking up to the so-called womaniser?" Riser quickly responded which caused Issei to twitch in response.

"S-Shut up! That's different with the thing about Buchou! At this rate, you will continue to flirt with other girls even after you marry Buchou!" Issei replied as he attempted to recover.

"Heroes love women. That's a saying in the human world, right? A good phrase indeed. But this is just a close relationship with my servants. Aren't you also getting adored by Rias?" Riser stated with his smug grin.

"You aint a Hero Brat." Daniel sneered before Issei could respond. "I've witness the lives of countless Heroes. You disgust me." Riser in response to Daniel didn't comment back. Instead he didn't even give him a glance.

"Sensei's right, Hero my ass! You are just a bird guy! Yeah, that's right, you're just a Yakitori!" Issei stated as he began pointing at Riser.

Riser though became furious "Yakitori!? Y-You Low-class Devil! Don't get ahead of yourself! That's not the way you talk to a High-class Devil! Rias, what's going on with your discipline towards your servants!?"

Rias though just simply looked the other way as she stated. "Like I care".

"Hey Yakitori-guy! I will just beat the crap out of you with my Boosted Gear!" Issei taunted as he tightly gripped his eft hand. "We don't need to have a game! I will just take you all down, right here, right now!"

"Boost!" Issei gauntlet exclaimed out as Issei grinned.

Riser however did not appear impressed. "Mira. Do it."

"Yes, Riser-sama." The shortest girl from Riser's peerage stated as she rushed towards Issei with a bo staff in her hand.

As she attempted to jab at Issei's stomach, the just moved slightly to the side and kneed her stomach as she followed through with her attack. The girl crumbled to the ground clutching on her stomach.

"Was she meant to do something cause?.." Issei as he looked down at Mira in confusion.

"She was the weakest of my servants... It's seems you are not as weak as Riser guessed you were." Riser sneered as he glared at Issei.

"If that is your weakest pawn, Riser's in more trouble than even Riser realises." Daniel stated with a mocking tone and smirk as Riser growled at him.

"You may have been lucky this time, but Riser will win on the day." Riser growled as he glared at Issei and Daniel. "Riser shall be gracious and give you 10 days Rias."

"Is this you're way of giving me a handicap?" Rias asked with a raised eyebrow.

"No." Riser instantly replied as he stood in front of his peerage. "I'm giving you, your final 10 days of freedom."

Riser finished as he snapped his fingers as flames erupted as he left the ORC room. The moment the flames had died out Rias turned to face Daniel.

"I'll need your help Sensei. Can you join my peerage?" Rias asked in hope but he hope dampened as Daniel shook his head.

"I can't become a Devil Rias, Not even Sera can turn me." Daniel replied with a sombre tone in his voice. "However, I'll be more than happy to help train you and your peerage for the next 10 days."

Rias as disappointed as she was that Daniel couldn't take part in the Rating game, smiled up at him. "Thank you."

"Then I shall inform Sirzechs-sama of this." Grayfia stated as she bowed to Rias. "I bid you good luck Rias-ojousama and Cole-sama." And with those final words, Grayfia left through formula seal.

alright so Just before this chapter was posted I finished the end of season 1 of this story which will be 13 chapters in total. Gonna be starting a short break here now from writing but don't worry. You'll still be getting a chapter every Friday until chapter 13!

This chapter's Q&A!

1) Does Daniel like Rias in a romantic manner? Nope. He doesn't, Rias won't be a part of his Harem.

2-a) So I guess he can't just get rid of Excalibur at some point to join Sera? Excalibur is tied to his life. This is why it nearly killed him when he summoned it outside of his Reality Marble, It's part of his soul.

2-b) Or use Rule Breaker on the command seal? Rule breaker is a bit of a tricky thing to deal with. Now while like Caster he could use it on himself, he would ultimately die without Excalibur. And since he doesn't know God is dead, he doesn't know he can still wield it as a Devil.

3) Will he become a devil or remain a human with a human lifespan? Daniel is not be remaining Human throughout this story. There I said it. I aint gonna tell you what he'll become #Spoiler, but he will change at some point.

4) Is it Excalibur or is it Excalibur Proto? Great question but it'll be Excalibur. Although I do prefer Excalibur Proto's design over Excalibur.

5) Will Gabriel be a part of Daniel's Harem? Sorry but no. But there will be comedy lol
