In Education District 101, it was Math Class, and the Elsas were learning about Geometry, but Clone E-1 was getting bored with what the entire class was doing as she was more interested in thinking about what's outside this base.

E-1 mumbled to herself as she took notes while trying to focus, but her focus slowly drifted away as she started to make little, tiny snow smiley faces with her hands. She giggled to herself.

E-13 & E-18, the clones next to her, was curious to see what's going on as she asks, "What are you doing, E-1?"

"Just made a snow smiley face..." E-1 smirked as she shrugged.

"That does look cute." E-18 replied.

"Shouldn't you focus on your Geometry notes?" E-13 said, confused and concerned.

"It's just one tiny snow smiley!" E-1 said as she went back to work.

The teacher asks, "Clone E-1," All the clones turned to face her as the teacher asks, "Do you have something to add on to this Equation?"

"No, sir." Clone E-1 said.

"Then perhaps you could see me after class?" The teacher said, prompting some of the clones to laugh and giggle at this. E-1 shakes her head in embarrassment. "Now, back to our lecture."

E-1 sighed as she paid close attention to the lecture, even though she doesn't have an interest in it. But she did take note of everything the teacher said as she wanted to be able to write down all the stuff she learned about the subject and maybe use that information in her own future. That will make things easier for her if she ever goes out into the real world. She smiled as she thought about her future.

After class, E-1 walked up to the Teacher with a concerned look on her face, the latter looking at her in a stern manner.

He then asks, "Why aren't you focusing on your classes recently?"

"I..." E-1 said, before trying to think of something to lie about.

"Your mind seems to be drifting off, you're lucky you haven't fallen behind in class."

"I know, it's just...I'm not sleeping very well." E-1 lied.

"Well, get some rest." The teacher said, suspicious, he knows she's lying. "You have a pop quiz next Friday."

"Very well." E-1 said as she left the classroom, meeting up with the other clones, including some that were eavesdropping, such as E-27.

E-27 said, "You're lying, aren't you?"

"Yeah, it's just that..." E-1 said, frustrated. "I often wonder what lies beyond this base, like, what life is like, what do other humans do. I always want to understand the outside world."

"Well why don't you ask Professor Hansen about those things?" E-2 said.

"But...what if he doesn't know anything?" E-1 shrugged. Oh, what It would give to just spend one week, just one, on the outside world! Was it really that much to ask?

"So? Just ask him. He'll probably know more than you." E-3 said.

"Maybe I will, just don't tell anyone else, please? Not every clone will understand this idea of exploring. They might even be against it."

E-25, who overheard the conversation, said, "We won't say anything. Don't worry about it."

As the girls went their separate ways, E-18 went up to E-100 & E-200, the popular clones at the base as they both asked her, "Did you get our study notes set for the quiz on next Friday?"

"Yeah." E-18 sighed, shaking her head as she gave her the copied notes that she copied down for her friends. "But you're gonna give them back to me, right?"

"Oh, sure," E-100 said, pretending to be sincere when in actuality, they're both using her.

"Thanks," E-200 said, before the two walking away. As the two looked at the notes, they started to read them and began laughing at the answers in satisfaction. After all, they're still smart people, just different, and have different ideas. It's easy to copy someone's answers, just as its easy and SO tempting to cheat. They just needed to learn how to play along, or they'd be caught in a few weeks.

They didn't need to be too obvious; they just had to learn how to trick people, just like any regular human being should. And that would be enough, no questions about what really happened there. The only one that'd find out what they did was their superior officer, because he wouldn't be dumb enough to believe them anyway.

Now, it was time for lunch. Each clone had healthy, scientifically engineered food for their meals. It wasn't delicious, it wasn't disgusting, it was just right. But they were permitted to have other foods, like vegetables and fruit. But the only thing they were allowed to eat was organic. Everything else was just synthetics or artificial.

The clones talke amonst each other about personal things, or what they're up to in the base. Almost every clone was up to the same thing, either studying, or interacting with other clones. E-1 was fed up with that. She wanted something, anything that was different from the 'same'. She was just so tired of repeating the same routine over and over again, without getting to explore new places, or meet other people, or try and find someone interesting, or do something fun. There must be something out there beyond this base that they hadn't explored yet.

She wanted to go and see what's out there.

She bumped into E-200 by accident, "Watch where you're going!" she yelled.

E-1 awkwardly said, "Whoops, sorry about that..."

"You nearly spilled my lunch." E-200 said, walking to the clones that were sitting close to the exiting door.

E-1 rolled her eyes in frustration as she watched E-200 sit with her friends. She became relieved once she saw E-28 and some of the other clones at a table in the center of the Lunch Room. She then sat down next to them as a few more clones joined in on them.

"Hey, guys. How's everything?" E-1 greeted.

One of the clones, E-93, responded, "Okay..." She didn't seem casual, in fact, she sounded a little confused. "The newest batch of clones will be released tonight."

"Really?" E-1 asks, feigning curiousity as she knew that hundreds to thousands of clones are generated every month and grown. Since the cloning base's inception in 1990, there are now at least 1 million clones living here, and the amount of clones are still increasing. So much so that she wondered when the numbers will stop. Probably when they fill the world, if they ever think it will get to that point.

E-93 said, "And here's the interesting thing: they're letting them be our roommates."

This caught the clones attention as they became more surprised by this. They're actually getting roomates? From their creation, they had their own rooms to themselves. They never once had a roomate. This should be fun!

Even E-1 was surprised. Her own roommate? That sounds like a lot of fun. Though, maybe there are complications or something? What if they don't like each other. What if they're rude or violent or...they get killed?

Eager to meet everyone, she asked, "Whoa! Do we get to meet everyone tonight?"

E-93 smirked as she said, "If you want, you could come down to the lab and greet them when classes are over."
