Ember is not evil and helps Danny from the beginning defending Amity Park against the evil ghosts. How will this change everything, as Ember and Danny's friendship slowly grows into something more? Follows the same episodes of the tv-show, with some episodes being altered and adding a few of my own. Expect some plot twists and alternate pairings as well.

THE FLAME AND THE PHANTOM in:

LUCKY 13

Friday night, downtown Amity Park…

(April 30th, 2004 – 09:00 PM)

A ghost squid flew through the streets of Amity Park, growling while destroying lots of cars while some people ran away, screaming in panic.

Unfortunately, not everyone was paying attention to the ghost attack. Inside an SUV, a middle aged man and his wife were in the middle of an argument.

"I told you that I didn't know that the place was closed down!" the man repeated his explanation "The website showed that it was open today!"

"Did you even made the call for a reservation!?" the wife asked fiercely.

Now the husband was feeling awkward about it "Uh… well… No."

The wife crossed her arms while looking the other way "I should have guessed. You're always making decisions without even thinking ahead or check twice! I specifically said that you should call them first, but NO! You just didn't wanted to listen to me, AGAIN!"

Right when the man was about to open his mouth, the ghost squid grabbed their SUV with its tentacles and lifted it up the air while roaring at the two people in the car. Both the husband and wife held each other close while screaming in panic "AAAAAAAAAAH!"

At that moment, Danny and Ember in their ghost forms flew right at the ghost squid. While Danny distracted the squid, Ember turned intangible and phased inside the car, holding both the man and women and made them too intangible while lifting them out of the SUV, away from the ghost squid. Once Ember had brought the man and the women to safety, she flew back to aid her boyfriend Danny.

The ghost squid threw the crushed SUV at Danny, but turned himself quickly intangible so the car would phase through him. He turned tangible again while the SUV blow to pieces nearby. The ghost squid then sprays ink at Danny but managed to dodge the ink in time "Hey easy on the ghost ink. I just had this suit cleaned." Danny frowned at the squid before taking out the Fenton Thermos and captures the ghost squid inside.

While Danny closed the thermos, Ember joined him "You okay, babypop?"

Danny ensured his girlfriend while holding up the Fenton Thermos "I am, but I think the squid is not."

It was only since yesterday that Danny and Ember have finally opened their feelings for each other and have become a couple. Despite that Ember was a ghost and Danny only a half-ghost, both didn't care about it and were crazy about each other. Since that moment yesterday, the two ghost heroes were more happy than they've ever felt before. Ember even gave her boyfriend a new pet name: Babypop. Danny didn't mind, as long as it was Ember who called him that. Although they wanted to tell their friends Sam and Tucker that they were together, they were surprisingly distracted by over a hundred ghosts that have been constantly coming in Amity Park since morning. Despite that Danny and Ember had to make over a dozen excuses to be excused from class so they could capture the ghosts, both Danny and Ember received good grades for the two tests of History and Biology.

Ember moved a bit closer to Danny, placing her arms around his neck "You know," she said softly in a flirty way "If it wasn't for all those ghosts that kept disturbing our day, I would have spent it with you differently."

Danny smiled flirtatiously back and moved her closer with his arms around her back "I have a good idea what we could do."

"Show me."

Their faces moved closer, their lips just inches away from each other…

Suddenly, Danny's cellphone rings, what annoyed them both. They broke their embrace when Danny pulls out his cellphone. He saw it was Sam who called him. He picked it up while putting it on speaker.

"Wolf thing. Big ghost wolf thing! Down by the Nasty Burger!" Sam called in fear.

Danny's and Ember's eyes went wide when they heard that and immediately flew as fast as they could to the Nasty Burger!

In the alley beside the Nasty Burger, Sam was cornered by a giant ghost wolf. With her back against the wall, the wolf ghost walks up and growls at her. It starts to opening its mouth, ready to eat his prey. Sam screams "AAAAAAAH!"

Suddenly, Danny comes flying to the rescue and pounces on the ghost wolf "Down, boy! Don't eat that; It's a vegetarian!" Danny pulls out the Fenton Thermos and sucks the ghost wolf inside.

Ember landed near Sam, checking if she was fine "You okay, Sam?"

Sam nodded "Yeah. Thank God you guys came in time. A few seconds later and I would've been ghost wolf diner."

Danny sighs out of exhaustion, as he and Ember have been fighting ghosts for almost twelve hours "Geez! Every time we turn around, there's another ghost!"

Ember agreed to that, while checking the Fenton Thermos of how many ghosts were in it. It said in red bars: 157 "Whoa, that many?! I started losing count after lunch break."

Danny's cellphone rings again. Danny pulls out his cellphone, seeing it was Tucker who was calling him. He puts it on speaker.

"Danny! Ember! Ghost snake! By the park!" he called out in panic, clearly they could hearing he was running.

At the park, Tucker ran down a sidewalk while holding his cellphone, only to get tripped by his backpack strap! Tucker looks down at a bunch of his technological gadgets that he carried with him lying in front of him "I gotta stop carrying so much geek gear. It's gonna be the death of me." A large shadow then looms over Tucker. He looked up, seeing the giant ghost snake in front of him "Literally!"

As the ghost snake was about to attack Tucker, a powerful chord was heard while the ghost snake is surrounded by a purple vortex. Its eyes were showing purple circle loops and didn't moved. But then it smiled and started dancing while Ember played some on her guitar, controlling the snake like a serpent charmer.

Danny then took the Fenton Thermos and captured the ghost. Once he'd closed the top, the red bars at the back said: 158. And then a blue mist escaped his mouth, warning him of another ghost nearby. Danny groans in annoyance "Another one!? Where are all these ghosts coming from?!"

That was when both Danny and Ember finally realized that there was only one person they knew of who would 'accidentally' release ghosts from the Ghost-Zone. They narrowed their eyes as they glanced at each other.

"Your Dad?" Ember asked.

"Yep. My Dad."

Meanwhile, down in the Fenton Works lab…

The Fenton Portal keeps repeatedly open up, releasing a ghost that laughs maniacally before flying out before the portal closes and open again to release another ghost. At the console, Jack keeps pressing his thump on a genetic lock that he has created, showing his wife Maddie and daughter Jazz how it worked while they didn't even noticed that every time Jack opens the portal that a ghost is released.

Jack proudly says while keeping pressing his thump on the genetic lock "Told ya this genetic lock was a great invention. It's a perfect way to prevent any unauthorized access to the Ghost-Zone."

At that same time, in the Ghost-Zone…

At the other side of the Portal, a long line of dozens of ghosts were waiting for their turn to enter the Portal to bring them to the human world. A big pink fish ghost, who was third in line became excited as he told his big eye ghost friend in front of him "I can't wait to finally see the human world again! How long has it been, Gerald?"

Annoyingly, his friend narrowed his big eye while glancing at him "We've only been there yesterday."

"Well… it feels like centuries to me."

Then, a ghost wearing a long white sheet and a gas mask said with an angry face at Pink Fish "Maybe we could have enjoyed the human world a bit longer if you hadn't blown our cover!"

Awkwardly, Pink Fish explained "I just wanted Ember McLain's autograph." Then he took out one of his Ember fan shirts with Ember's autograph signed on top of it and puts it on while hugging it with a smile "Totally worth it."

Not far away from the line, a motorcycle is driving with speed through the endless air of the Ghost-Zone and headed to the open Portal.

One the motorcycle sat two ghosts. The blond haired guy who drove it is called; Johnny 13. The other one, who sat at the back and held Johnny tight was his girlfriend; Kitty. After Johnny had heard from several ghosts that the Portal, that lead to the human world kept opening the whole day, Johnny saw this as a perfect opportunity to finally take his girlfriend to 'the other side'.

Seeing the long line ahead of them, Kitty asked her boyfriend "You sure we're gonna make it? That line looks awfully long."

Johnny grins at his girlfriend, ensuring her "Oh relax, will ya? We'll be in the human world in no time." The ghost biker then summons his own shadow and commanded it "Shadow. Keep the portal open."

A black shadow with a face appears under the motorcycle and flies away from the motorcycle, heading to the portal. Just as the portal was about to slide shut, Shadow fills the doorway just before they close, opening it back up.

When Kitty saw that Johnny was about to go all 'Evel Knievel', she held him even more tight while looking scared "I don't know if using that bad luck shadow of yours is a good idea, Johnny."

Johnny looks back at Kitty for a moment before looking ahead and smirk "You'll be surprised, babe."

Johnny 13 suddenly revs the engine and goes full speed to the portal, while other ghost jump out of the way really fast. Shadow releases its hold on the door and flies through, joined by Johnny and Kitty who fly with the motorcycle through the air into the closing portal. Johnny and his bike make it all the way through but the portal doors close on Kitty at the last second, yanking her off the bike and shock her! "AAAAAAAH!"

Johnny hits the breaks hard and slides till he stopped halfway in the greenish wormhole, looking in shock to see his girlfriend hurt "Kitty!"

Kitty stands up with her arms wrapped around herself as she flickers, struggling to stay whole "Johnny! I can't maintain my form. I'm split between here and the Ghost-Zone."

Johnny's eyes went wide and was this close to go back to Kitty "Hold on! I'm taking you back and-"

"No Johnny!" Kitty called her boyfriend to stop "It's too late. My spirit is already trapped in this wormhole."

Johnny shook his head "I'm not leaving without you!"

"You have to!" Kitty then takes off her red jacket, purple scarf and green-golden ring and transfers some of her power into them "Take these. I've spread my energy into them. You got to get some girl to wear them so I can reform around her and escape this place!" Kitty gave the clothes to Johnny and folds them. Johnny looks at her with guilt. A tear fell from Kitty's left eye as she sees the portal at the other side of the wormhole is about to close "Go Johnny. The portal on the other side won't remain open for long. Don't forget me Johnny. Don't forget me!" Kitty then fades away, with her spirit now trapped in the wormhole between the Ghost-Zone and the human world.

Johnny looks determent as he puts Kitty's stuff in his jacket "You got it baby. I'll find you a new host. I promise!" he rides off, into the portal to the Fenton Works lab.

Just before the portal closes, Johnny rides out not so quietly before turning intangible and drove out of the lab. Jack looks around surprised "Suffering spooks! Where's Danny?" he asked before he smiles proudly "I'll bet he'd love to see this."

Knowing that Danny told her that he was 'going to study' with Emily, Jazz told her parents "Oh, uhm… Danny told me he's at Emily's place… studying."

Both Jack and Maddie both glanced at each other for a moment, before smiling as they somehow knew what Danny meant by 'studying with Emily', he only wanted to spend more time with the girl he likes. Jazz too was forming a little smile, thinking the same thing.

Johnny 13 quietly reentered the lab, hiding in the corner.

Jack then explained the final thing about the genetic scanner "Now that I've installed this genetic scanner, the only way to open the Fenton Portal is if someone in the family presses their thump on the scanner."

Johnny then spots Jazz, seeing her as the perfect candidate for a new host for his girlfriend Kitty "Hello new girlfriend." He said to himself while grinning and became intangible before leaving the lab with his motorcycle.

While driving on the road, he had to figure out a plan to get to her, without having her ghost hunting parents around "Just hold on a little bit longer, kitten." He said to himself like communicating with Kitty.

Meanwhile…

Shortly after Danny and Ember had captured the snake ghost, Tucker spotted a 14 year old Asian girl in the park. Using his charms, Tucker tried to talk to her, what she didn't mind and both walked along for some time till they were out of the park and entered a street.

"So… I was kinda hoping we could hit a movie or something?" Tucker asked the girl.

"Okay." The girl answered with a smile.

"Alright but I'll have you know I'm persistent-" he suddenly looked surprised "Wait. Did you say okay?" he formed a big smile and reaches into his bag and pulls a handful of beeping tech "Do you want to beam me your phone number?" the girl's smile faded when she saw Tucker so weirded out. "We can share ringtones?" Tucker asked nervous, causing his eye to twitch.

Feeling weirded out by this, the Asian girl shook her head and walks off "No thanks, Techno Geek."

Tucker became frustrated that he blew it just now and was being called a Techno-Geek "Urgh. I am not a Techno Geek!" in his anger he slams down the devices he held in his hands. But as he looks down at the smoking pile of destroyed tech, he screams in shock and bends down to pull the broken pieces into his arms, apologizing "I'm sorry. I'm sorry."

Back with Danny and Ember in the park. Both spotted a group of four big ghost spiders, scaring an old man who was walking out his dog and trapped several people in their green colored ecto-webs. Just as one of the big ghost spiders was about to devore a screaming women, Ember kicked the spider away from the women and freed her from its webs. The other three ghost spiders attacked Danny, with one whacking him into a nearby tree! Danny grunted in pain, but quickly turned intangible before the ghost spiders were about to grab Danny. He flies up behind them and aims the Fenton Thermos at them "So long, wallcrawlers!" Danny successfully captured the three ghost spiders.

Ember was fighting the last ghost spider. She used her guitar to deflect the hits from the spiders legs and hit the strings of her guitar hard, creating a powerful purple energy wave, sending the ghost spider far away back, straight into the lake. As the ghost spider struggled to get back to shore, Danny used the Thermos to capture it.

As soon as Danny captured the last ghost spider, the remaining people who were still trapped in spiderweb were freed as the green colored ecto-webs vanished.

When Ember joined Danny while both looked at each other with a flirty smile, both heard more screaming several blocks away from them. Danny sighed annoyingly "Oh great. One more to go."

Danny and Ember flew to where the screaming came from. Some teenage girls ran away from a group of twelve ghosts, all wearing white t-shirts and taking pictures while all walked into the street, following a purple colored female ghost who was wearing a business suit and had a big mouth with lots of teeth, clearly serving as their tourist guide "And on your right, you see a big shop where humans buy their modern day clothes."

"Ooooooh!" all the ghosts called in interest while taking lots of pictures before moving on.

"And on your left, you see a fast food restaurant called… uhmm… the Naastiiy Buerger?" clearly the tour guide couldn't spell 'Nasty Burger' correct, but the other ghosts didn't mind and took some more pictures, while the people inside hide under the tables, trembling in fear.

Danny phased from the ground before turning tangible and called to all the ghosts and their 'tour guide' "Alright, the tour is over! Everyone get back to the Ghost-Zone, pronto."

All the ghosts glanced at each other for a moment, before returning their glance to Danny. But then all suddenly gasped as Ember suddenly landed next to Danny while holding her arms crossed.

"Hey look… it's Ember McLain!" one said enthusiastic.

"Ember McLain?" the tour guide first said surprised, before smiling bright and ripped her suit to pieces, showing herself wearing a purple shirt with a picture of Ember on it while fighting an evil ghost "OH MY GOSH! I AM YOUR BIGGEST FAN!"

All the ghost group, including the tour guide gathered around Ember, asking for her autograph. As Ember felt modest about all this attention, Danny tried to hold them back. Then he got an idea and called "HEY!" all the ghosts were quiet "You all will get an autograph from Ember, if you all promise that afterwards you all return back to the Ghost-Zone."

The ghost group and the tour guide all nodded.

"Good. Now all stand in line so you all get an autograph in an orderly fashion." Danny instructed.

All the ghosts quickly stood in a perfect line.

As Ember gave each ghost an autograph on either their shirt or text book, Danny captured each ghost in the Thermos afterwards.

When a small ghost boy with green skin had Ember's autograph in his small book and walked over to Danny, he asked before Danny would capture him in the Thermos "Uh… mister? Are you the halfa that helps Ember McLain against the evil ghosts?"

Danny raised an eyebrow, but then gave a smile "Yes, I am."

The ghost boy smiled and asked him "Can I have your autograph too?"

Though surprised, Danny shrugged "Sure."

After taking the kids small book and pen, Danny wrote his autograph on it, or rather: the name of his alter ego. The kid took the book back and looked at the autograph "Danny… Phantom?" he asked confused.

Danny gave a nod "That's right. Danny Phantom."

The little ghost boy then formed a smile and waved before Danny captured the ghost child in the Thermos "Bye Danny Phantom!" Danny then shut the Thermos.

Ember walked over to her boyfriend "Danny Phantom?" she asked about the naming of his alter ego, but then smiled "Good choice, babypop. It suits you."

"Thanks." Then Danny noticed that the few people in the Nasty Burger were watching them "I think we should… go?"

Seeing the odd-looking faces from the people, Ember agreed and flew away with Danny.

After flying around for some time, Danny hadn't sensed anymore ghosts around town. When he and Ember landed a few streets away from his house, both transformed back into their human form/disguise.

Danny sighed in relief "Pfew! I hope that those ghost tourists were the last ones?"

"I agree. I've had it with fighting evil ghosts for today," Ember said while stretching out her arms, but then gave him a flirty smile "Although, I don't mind to it together with you."

"Me neither, Ember." Danny said while he moved his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him. Just then, Danny's new electronic watch was beeping, warning him it was 9:45 PM, meaning he only had fifteen minutes left. Danny sighed in annoyance "Urgh. Gotta go home before my 10 o'clock curfew."

Ember looked down a bit disappointed. Even though Danny could, when he was back home he could use his ghost form to sneak out again, Ember could feel that Danny was exhausted of fighting ghosts all day. And honestly, so was she.

Danny could sense her disappointment, but also understanding of how he felt. He gave her a small smile while they walked hand in hand to Fenton Works "I know, Ember. I too wish we could spend some time together without all the… commotion."

Ember smiled again while resting her head on his shoulder "I'm sure we'll find something to do together, dipstick."

Then Danny noticed a poster hanging on a wall saying 'Carnival'. Danny then reminded him that carnival had come again in the city and had an idea how they could spend some time together "You know… carnival is back in town. Maybe we could spend some time there tomorrow?"

"I'd love that, babypop. But… Sam and Tucker had already the idea that all four of us could go together. So they asked if I should tell you."

Danny had hoped he could spend it alone with Ember. But didn't mind to go with Sam and Tucker too. And honestly, if he wanted to go on a date with Ember, he felt he wanted to do something more special.

Ember could already sense that Danny had something on his mind for her, making her blush. She stroke his hand, telling him softly "Hey, just take it easy, okay? We just got together yesterday. There is no rush on picking out a date already."

Danny smiled as they stopped before his house and looked at Ember "Okay. Let's take it easy then. And maybe when the heat goes down… we'll find something to do together."

"I wouldn't miss it for anything, babypop."

Both stared into each other eyes for a moment before they kissed tenderly. When they slowly broke the kiss to look back at each other, they embraced in a more passionate kiss. They did this for minutes, till they stopped and gasped for air.

"…Wow…" was all that Danny could say.

Ember nodded "Yeah…"

When they leaped in for another French kiss, both were disturbed by someone who was clearing her throat. Danny and Ember both looked at the front door, seeing Jazz leaning against the doorway with a smile on her face, saying to her little brother "I know I'm not supposed to interrupt you and Emily, but you only have one minute before out ten o'clock curfew, so…"

Danny gave a nod in understanding to Jazz. He then looked back at Ember and both shared one last kiss.

"See you later, Danny…" Ember said softly before slowly letting him go and walked away, but not before turning herself and gave him a blow kiss.

Danny sighed while giving a dreamy look and walked into the house, with Jazz closing the door. Without anyone knowing, Johnny 13 was watching Jazz from a rooftop nearby. He then drove away in the air with his motorcycle.

An half hour later, at Sam's place…

After Ember had arrived back at Sam's house, Sam had already gone to bed a bit earlier, as she was exhausted after helping Ember and Danny to look for ghosts around town after school ended. Ember understood and phased back up to her attic. After taking off her boots and lied on her bed, she watched a bit of TV, flipping through the channels till the late news reported about the recent paranormal activity around town and the two mysterious ghost boy and ghost girl who had been capturing other ghosts in a strange thermos and flew off.

Ember chuckled, as several ghosts that had come through the Fenton Portal had only entered the human world so they could all have either a picture of their beloved ghost heroine or having her autograph. Ember had already gotten used to all the attention back in the Ghost-zone, but did felt some relief that it had stopped for some time after deciding to make Amity Park her new place to life.

"It's nice though, to still have some fans among my fellow ghosts." Ember told herself, before thinking with a bit worried look on her face "Hmmm… I just hope nothing went downhill in the Ghost-zone during my absence. I should ask Poindexter how things went since I left."

Ember then pressed the red button on the remote, turning off her tv. She didn't felt tired yet, so she decided to take a nice warm bath.

While letting the warm water to fill the bath and putting some liquid in it for the bubbles, Ember brushed her teeth first before stripping out of her clothes.

After she'd washed her body by using some expensive soap that was in the bathroom, Ember lay down, wanting to relax and enjoy her warm bath. She closed her eyes, thinking of the moment when she and Danny had opened their feeling to each other. Even though she didn't know how she and Danny would manage because she's a ghost and he is only half-ghost, she didn't wanted think about those things and just wants to be together with the guy she likes more than she'd ever felt for anyone before, even more than that cheating ex-boyfriend Eric back in 1984; the day before she died.

Ember smiled bright, thanking God for giving such a great guy like Danny into her life. She promised herself that she will devout herself to make this relationship work and hoped that they could be together like this… forever. Even though it sounds too big already to think she and Danny would be together forever, Ember truly felt deep down in her soul that she and Danny were made for each other.

Then… Ember started to imagine the both of them, flying in the air above Amity Park hand in hand. As they stopped in midair, Danny pulled Ember close to him and embraced in a passionate kiss. Ember was so into the kiss that she didn't notice that slowly the both of them descended till they lied on a very comfortable bed.

In her imagination, Danny slowly kissed her down her neck while his hands moved down, snaking up under her crop-top and softly massaged her breasts "Oh Danny…" was all that Ember said as she gave a moan.

While Danny, Ember (in her human disguise), Sam and Tucker enjoyed carnival, Tucker started laughing after hearing that a whole group of 'Ghost Ember fans' asked for her autograph last night "Seriously? Over a dozen ghosts just wanted to go into our world so they could have your autograph?" he asked Ember

Ember gave a shrug "I don't really mind. As long as they just go back to the Ghost-zone and don't cause any trouble."

Sam agreed with her "Yeah. Not all the humans are really enthusiastic to have visitors from 'the other side'. Well… except for me and Tucker as we're not only best friends with 'the heroine of the Ghost-Zone' but also know that not all ghosts are evil."

Danny however was thinking about something else. As they all stopped at a stall that sold popcorn, Ember could sense through their mental link that Danny was troubled about something, so she asked him "Is something bothering you, Danny?"

Danny answered honestly "Actually, there is. After yesterday's great number of ghosts that came through the portal, because my Dad was 'playing' with the new genetic lock that he'd made, it makes me kinda worried. What if next time there will be an even bigger number of evil ghosts that'll come through the Portal? Like a Ghost invasion?"

Ember ensured him by holding his arm "Dipstick, relax. I know ghosts better than any of us. They'll never invade the human world, unless they have a very big reason for it. And with me and you together to keep them at bay, I'm sure they'll think twice to even try and mess with our home."

Danny gave a small shrug "Maybe you're right. But in case they do, we should be ready."

While Sam paid for everyone's popcorn, she noticed Ember holding Danny's arm a bit too comfortable, what made her to raise an eyebrow in suspicion while handing over each popcorn to Danny and Ember.

Dropping the subject for now, she asked Tucker "Maybe you could put something on your PDA that could warn us earlier about ghost attacks?"

Tucker thought about that for a moment while they all walked further "Hmmm, I've never installed something like that before. But in theory that could work."

As Tucker pulls out his PDA, suddenly Kwan takes it from his hand. With Dash standing next to him, Kwan waved around with Tucker's PDA, imitating Tucker while mocking him "Check me out. I'm Tucker Foley. Styling large with the latest in Techno Geek fashion."

Dash raised an eyebrow at how 'perfect' his best friend was imitating Tucker "Dude, you did that a little too well."

Kwan looks at the PDA for a moment before he drops it like it's dangerous and runs off "Aaaah! Techno Geek is contagious!"

Being called a Techno Geek for the billionth time was the final straw for Tucker and yelled in anger while shoving his PDA in Sam's hand "Alright, that's it! I'm sick of being labeled! By the end of the day, nobody's gonna call Tucker Foley a Techno Geek anymore."

Tucker then walks off, with his friends going after him. Sam walked a bit faster, while Danny and Ember slowed down as Ember whispered to her boyfriend "Shouldn't we tell them already that we're together?"

Danny thought for a second and gave a nod "Maybe you're right. We should tell them already." Both then walked a bit faster to keep up with Sam.

Not too far from the carnival, Johnny 13 drove with speed down the street, heading to the fun fair. The green gem on Johnny's ring started to glow, showing Kitty's face, calling out to her boyfriend "What's taking so long?" she asked impatient.

Johnny looked at the ring while telling "Just calm down, Kitty. I already have the right girl for you to take over. She's down at this carnival, I'm sure."

"How can you be so sure, Johnny?"

"Trust me, dig. Every kid in town loves carnival." Johnny said with a smirk as he started to fly in the air with his motorcycle and then drove on the telephone wires.

At that same moment, Danny, Ember and Sam bypassed Jazz, who was also at the fun fair, standing at a booth filled with clown paintings.

Jazz watched the paintings, seeing what these clowns in it really felt "Sure he's smiling on the outside, but I can sense the tortured soul just below the surface."

The painter, who was also dressed as a clown, shook his dizzy head "No. He's smiling on the inside too." And then burbs loudly.

Jazz waved with her hand before her face as she could smell the strong scent of alcohol coming from the painter's mouth, showing he was clearly drunk. Jazz figured that he was only painting these pictures as how miserable he feels for being a failure.

Johnny, still riding on the telephone wires, spotted Jazz and called out to Kitty with his ring and aimed it so she could see Jazz too "There! That's her! The kid of the fat idiot who fried your body."

Kitty looked at Jazz, seeing only a little resemblance of her in her, but was good enough for her to take over "She'll do for now. But how are you gonna lure her to the Portal and make her to wear the cloth pieces I gave you?"

Johnny then spotted a parked truck nearby and formed a little smirk as he too saw the rollercoaster "I got an idea, babe." He then called to his shadow "Shadow. Truck!" Shadow flies to the Truck as Johnny commands.

Just near the truck, Tucker thought of a different name that people might call him instead of 'Techno Geek' while Danny, Ember and Sam walked behind him "Maybe I could be the funny guy? Maybe the smooth guy? Maybe-"

Tucker then suddenly got a punch in the face by Dash. As he covered his face, Dash smirked as how stupidly Tucker walked into Dash's fist and Kwan said "Check it out. He just walked under a ladder, into your fist."

Tucker looked back and noticed that he did walked under a ladder while thinking hard.

Dash laughed "Hahahahaha! We should call him 'Bad Luck Tuck'."

Dash and Kwan then cracked their knuckles, ready to beat Tucker up.

Tucker walked back up in fear till he stood at the back of the truck "What? No! I am not bad luck!"

Danny and Ember were not gonna let these bullies to have their fun on their friend and stood between Tucker and Dash "You leave him alone." Ember said while glaring at Dash and Kwan.

Suddenly, Danny's Warning Ghost sense went off, making him look where it came from. Shadow phased inside the truck and pulls the parking break, breaking it off and phased out of the truck. As Tucker took a few more steps back and reached out to the rear bumper, the truck rolls away! Tucker noticed the empty space behind him and feels behind him. Tucker then looked behind him, making him gasp as he felt he let the truck rolling away, making lots of people to move out of the way!

Danny, Ember and Sam too saw the truck continues to roll through the carnival grounds. Danny and Ember glanced to each other for a moment, giving a nod in determent and ran out to a place they could transform.

The truck then crashes into the base of the rollercoaster, sending a chain reaction through the frame all the way up to the apex of the coaster where the track splits in two, sending the cars go flying through the air! Danny and Ember fly in just as the cars go off the track, sending all the people into the air too. Danny catches a man, while Ember caught three kids in her arms.

Both felt relieved they'd saved all the people, but then all heard a loud scream, coming from Jazz. Danny looks over and sees the empty rollercoaster flying through the air heading straight towards Jazz! "JAZZ! LOOK OUT!" Danny yelled as he dropped the man he held into the ball pit and flew as fast as he could to safe his sister!

Jazz looked stunned at the incoming cars, but then Johnny 13 grabs Jazz and safes her just before the empty rollercoaster crashed into the ground!

Johnny stopped with his motorcycle, with Jazz behind him, looking completely confused at what just happened "I… you…" but as she saw Johnny's eyes, she smiled and Johnny smiles back.

Danny transformed back into his human form and ran over to his sister, now saved by Johnny "Jazz! Are you alright?"

Jazz stepped of the motorcycle, telling "I'm fine. Thanks to…" she looked at Johnny with a thankful smile, not knowing his name.

Johnny smirked as he introduced himself "Johnny. The name's Johnny."

Jazz stares dreamily at him and bats her eyelashes.

Johnny then glared at Danny, not wanting him to intervene in what he was doing "Shouldn't you be somewhere else?"

Danny frowned as he didn't liked at how this 'Johnny' was threatening him "No. Shouldn't you?"

Both Danny and Johnny lean face-to-face glaring at each other. Jazz walks up standing between the two of them and stop her brother from going too far "Danny. Don't be rude." She then took Johnny's hand and shake it "Hi. I'm Jasmine. Jazz," She then looked into one of Johnny's mirror's, seeing her hair messed up "Ugh. I do look like I was almost run over by a rollercoaster."

At that moment, after Ember had placed the three children down on the ground and activated her human disguise behind a booth, she spotted Danny with Jazz and a biker who handed over a purple scarf to Jazz. Ember was surprised to see it was Kitty's boyfriend "Johnny 13?"

Ember ran over to Danny, only to see that after Jazz took the scarf she nudges Danny.

"Ride home, Kitten?" Johnny asked Jazz, who smiled bright and stepped on Johnny's motorcycle while putting on a helmet he gave to her and drove off.

"Danny, what just happened?" Ember asked him as she joined him after Johnny left with Jazz.

Danny frowned as he stated "Jazz just got saved by that biker named Johnny and is now suddenly head over heels with him and took a ride with him."

This confused Ember "But I don't understand, babypop. Why would Johnny be interested in your sister? He's been in a relationship with Kitty for decades."

That made Danny's eyes go wide in surprise "Wait a minute. You know that guy?!"

"Know him? He's Kitty's boyfriend, Johnny 13."

"Kitty? Your friend Kitty from the Ghost-zone?" Danny asked, before realizing what Johnny was "Hang on! Johnny is a ghost!?" he then frowned at to where Johnny 13 drove off with his motorcycle.

Ember was still confused as she noticed that she hadn't seen her friend "But, if Johnny 13 is here, then where is Kitty? They're always together."

Seeing that nobody was watching them, Danny instantly transformed into his ghost form "Only one way to find out, Em." Ember gave a nod and deactivated her disguise, transforming to her ghost form and flew away with her boyfriend.

"But what about Sam and Tucker?" Ember asked while looking back for a moment.

Danny ensured his girlfriend "Don't worry, I'm sure they'll be able to entertain themselves while we're out."

Meanwhile with Sam and Tucker. As the two walked further down the carnival, all the football jocks called out at Tucker "Bad luck Tuck! Bad luck Tuck!"

Tucker held his head down out of embarrassment. Sam tried to be there for his friend "Well… at least they're not calling you Techno-geek anymore."

"Bad luck Tuck! Bad luck Tuck!" the jocks kept calling.

"Can we just go somewhere else?" Tucker asked.

Sam nodded, thinking it was better to go somewhere else "Yeah, sure. Let's just go see a movie."

Tucker nodded "As long as nobody calls me 'Bad Luck Tuck', I'm fine with that." but then reminded that Danny and Ember won't know where they are "What about Danny and Emily?"

Sam took out her phone and was about to call Ember, but got a message from Danny, saying:

Gone after a ghost who tries his way with Jazz

We'll see you guys l8ter

Sam narrowed her eyes "Well, that makes only the two of us to go and see a movie."

With Danny and Ember…

It didn't took long for the two ghost heroes to find Johnny 13's motorcycle, parked before the entrance of Fenton Works. As Danny and Ember landed around the corner, both transformed back into their human forms while Danny's ghost sense went off, feeling Johnny 13 was inside his house "He's here, no doubt about that." Danny said before thinking "Now how are we gonna confront him without exposing ourselves?"

Ember thought for a second and came with an idea "I think I have an idea, dipstick."

She then whispered in his ear what her plan was, making Danny to grin.

Inside the living room, Johnny and Jazz sat close to each other on the couch "You do have a last name, don't you?" she asked him.

He nodded "Yeah, but everybody calls me Johnny 13. I kinda got this reputation for being… unlucky." Johnny admitted how he got his nickname.

Jazz didn't seem to mind as she formed a sweet smile "Well, you were pretty lucky for me."

'It's working!' Johnny mentally said with a smile 'Just gotta make sure she wears both Kitty's red jacket and ring, and my girl can finally join me here.'

Johnny hands over Kitty's jacket to Jazz and says in a flirty way "Here. Try this on."

As Jazz puts on Kitty's red jacket. It fits her perfectly. As some green energy from the jacket starts to form around her, she looked at Johnny with a seducing smile. She leaned in to kiss him. But their moment was disturbed as suddenly the door opened wide, with Danny and Ember making out while going inside.

Danny stopped kissing his girlfriend when he saw Johnny and Jazz looking surprised to see them suddenly entering the house. Danny just played along with Ember plan and said "Oh, Jazz…! Didn't noticed you were in here. And neither you." Danny glared at Johnny 13.

As Ember looked too, she gasped when she looked at Johnny "Johnny 13?!"

Johnny raised an eyebrow in surprise "Huh? Do I know you?"

Jazz looked surprised as well "You know him?" she asked Emily (Ember).

"You got that right!" Ember says angrily as she marches over to Johnny, who stands up in confusion.

"Look, I think you've mistaken me for someone else-" Johnny tried to say, before being interrupted as Ember slaps him in the face! "Ow! What the fuck!?"

"You cheating lying bastard! You got a lot of nerve to show your face around here after what you've put me through!"

Danny, who played along, asked confused but kept frowning at Johnny "Em, what is going on?"

"I'll tell you, Danny!" Ember said with a furious, heartbroken face as she pointed at Johnny 13 "This asshole here broke my heart when I was still living in LA!"

Now totally confused, Johnny tried to deny it "LA? What are you talking about? I've never been to-"

"DON'T YOU DARE LYING TO ME JOHNNY 13!" she said all out furious at Johnny "How could you!? After I opened myself to you, you just dumped me for some hippy slut!" then she gasped as she looks at the red jacket and purple scarf that Jazz wears "Those are the exact same jacket and scarf you gave to me, telling me I look 'so much better' in these before you asked them back and then gave them to the other girl! How many girls did you had before me and after?! Huh!?"

Jazz had no idea what the heck was going on. Was what Emily said about this Johnny true, that he was some kind of a womanizer that moves from city to city and takes the best girl before moving on?

Johnny now frowned at Ember and tried to dismiss it "Look, I have no idea who you are, but if this is some kind of a joke, then-"

"EMILY MCLAIN! Ringing any bells?" Ember asked before crossing her arms.

"Emily… Mc-?" Johnny suddenly, looking in both shock and confusion as he had heard the name McLain before "McLain? But… you…"

Jazz gasped deep before glaring at Johnny "You DO know her?!"

"What?! I… I-I-I don't… w-why would… I…!" Johnny began to stutter as his plan was falling apart.

"Oh my God…! How could I've been so stupid?!" Jazz said indignant, taking off the jacket and scarf and threw them into Johnny's face before storming off "You get the hell out of my house before I call my parents and…" but as Jazz was no longer under the influence of Kitty's clothes, she suddenly felt dizzy and stopped before the stairs while holding her hand on her head "Uuuhhh…. Whoa… my head…"

Suddenly, Ember slams hard on Jazz's neck, knocking her unconscious "Sorry about that Jazz." Ember apologized before turning her glance back at Johnny 13, who still looked confused, but then he frowned while Danny stood next to Ember.

"I don't know what your big deal here is, but now you two have gotten yourselves a loud of trouble." Johnny said while tighten his fists. He was this close to summon his shadow "Shadow. Atta-"

But then Ember pressed the Fenton logo on her human disguise belt, transforming back to her ghost form "Ringing any bells now, Johnny?"

Johnny's eyes went wide, just as Shadow as about to exit attack, but then returned into Johnny's body "…Ember?!"

"You got that right, Johnny 13. And you got some explaining to do." Ember said with Danny giving a nod.

Just then, the green gem on Johnny's ring started to glow with Kitty calling out "What's going on down there? Johnny get me out of here!"

Ember had heard that too "Wait. Is that Kitty?" she said surprised.

Johnny looked at the ring while Kitty's face appeared. Kitty became confused why her boyfriend gave a smirk "What's so funny?"

"Kitten. You're not gonna believe who I just came across." Johnny said before aiming it to Ember.

Both Ember and Kitty looked surprised "Ember?! Is that you?"

"Kitty?" the rock ghost asked before both the of them were smiling bright.

"It's so good to see you again, girlfriend!" Kitty called being overjoyed of seeing her friend again.

Though Danny was happy for Ember, he and his girlfriend still had unanswered questions. Ember felt what was on Danny's mind and then frowned at Johnny.

Johnny could see on their faces that they needed to know why he was hitting on Jazz. With some awkwardness in his voice he said "I… guess we DO own you two some explanation."

Meanwhile, with Sam and Tucker at the movie theater…

As Sam and Tucker waited in line to buy some tickets for the movie 'Evil Gnome II', two girls from their school had just lined up behind them when the blonde girl recognized Tucker and gasped "Oh no… it's Bad Luck Tuck." While her friend gasped in horror, some kids in front of Tucker and Sam looked behind them in fear.

"Bad luck Tuck. Dude, we're out." An Afro-American kid said while he and his buddy moved away from the line and went somewhere else, as the other kids in the line.

Sam and Tucker moved to buy the tickets while Tucker annoyingly called "I am not bad luck! How did they spread that name for me so quickly?" he wandered, before seeing on his PDA a spam message from Dash, showing a humiliating picture of Tucker from last year with the words below saying: KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FROM BAD LUCK TUCK!

While Tucker was busy deleting the stupid message, Sam bought two movie tickets for her and Tucker.

"Here you go. Two tickets for-" the ticket seller said before looking in shock of seeing Tucker "You're Bad Luck Tuck!" and quickly shut the iron roller shutter down, saying; Closed.

Tucker looked down, while he and Sam walked into the movie theater.

However, inside it wasn't any better than outside. Nearly every kid in town had heard about Tucker's new calling label through Dash's spam message and avoided Tucker at all cost.

While Tucker bought a large popcorn at the concession stand, the guy hadn't noticed him first "One super large popcorn." Then the guy gasps and began to sweat nervously "I know you. You're Bad Luck Tuck."

Tucker annoyingly took the large popcorn from the guy "And you're minimum wage Stan, but you don't hear me broadcasting it."

Sam then told while suggesting "Hey, this is your fault for ditching the Techno Geek label. Maybe you need a new new thing?"

"A new new thing?" Tucker asked.

"Yeah. You should go goth."

Sam then takes out a black barat of her purple bag and holds it out to Tucker.

Tucker frowns at it and her.

"Look. It says 'I'm Tucker, but I'm also edgy and dangerous'." Sam stated.

"Why the heck would I want to go goth?" Tucker asked while still frowning "Isn't that your thing?"

Just then, two more football jocks called to Tucker before walking into the cinema "Bad Luck Tuck! Bad Luck Tuck! Hahahahaha!"

Defeated, Tucker looked at Sam "You win. Goth me up."

Sam smiles and switches Tucker's barats.

A half hour later, back in the basement of Fenton Works…

Down in the lab, Johnny 13 had been explaining to Ember and Danny why he was hitting on Jazz.

Danny presses his thump on the genetic lock, opening the Fenton Portal, showing Kitty, still stuck in the greenish wormhole between the Ghost-zone and the human world.

"So let me get this straight." Danny started to ask "You both wanted to enter the human world, but you," Danny pointed to Kitty "got stuck in the portal so Johnny had to put these items on my sister," Danny held up Kitty's red jacket, purple scarf and ring "so you two can be together again?"

"Yeah pretty much." Johnny said while giving a shrug.

Danny tightened his fists as he was not allowing them to use his sister so Kitty can have a whole new body and marched up to Johnny "You keep your filthy hands of my sister, or-"

Ember stopped her boyfriend in time "Babypop, calm down."

When Danny looked into Ember's eyes, he blinked for a moment, but then gave a nod.

Being sure that Danny wouldn't do something stupid, Ember asked both Johnny and Kitty "There's got to be another way to get you out of that portal Kitty."

"How, Ember? If I try to enter the human world or go back to the Ghost-zone my body will completely fall apart and I'll cease to exist. I don't want to be here! I'm so scared." Kitty pleaded.

Johnny then walked over to the Portal, looking with remorse "This is all my fault, kitten. If hadn't been so stupid, you wouldn't be stuck in the Portal."

Both looked at each other, with both forming a smile as their hands reached out to each other, touching the very barrier that separated them.

Feeling that Danny would have probably done the same thing for Ember if he was in Johnny's place, he patted Johnny's shoulder "Look, maybe we had a rough start. But I'm willing to help you to get your girlfriend out of the portal."

This surprised Johnny, as Danny suddenly was willing to help him and Kitty "Wait. You're serious?"

"I do. And if Ember was stuck like your girlfriend Kitty is now, I would have done the same thing." That earned a smiled from Johnny "But without using my SISTER!" Danny called out in anger.

Johnny tried to ease him "Okay, okay, fine. I won't use your sister to get Kitty a new host."

"Or any other girl." Danny warned him.

"Or any other girl."

Seeing that Johnny would keep his word, Danny gave a nod and then walked up to a bookshelf "There's got to be something in here that can make Kitty to get out of the Portal wormhole." Danny said while searching through all the notebooks and schematics that his parents had made, taking out a blueprint when Jack and Maddie were building the Fenton Portal.

While Johnny walked over to Danny to help him search, Kitty asked Ember with a smirk "So… what's going on between you and Danny?" just before Ember could answer, Kitty interrupted her "No no, wait! Let me guess. He's your boyfriend, right?" she asked with a grin.

Ember blushed deep while looking away.

Kitty squeaked out of excitement "Oh… my God! I knew you would find somebody sooner or later! Details; tell me, what's he like? How did you two met?" she asked.

As Ember smiled a bit, she began to tell "Well, it's kind of a long story…"

While Ember told Kitty how she and Danny met, the guys kept searching through all the notebooks.

Johnny then took a drawing out of a shelf. It was clearly drawn by Jack, theorizing how the Ghost-zone would look like. With rivers of blood (with a rainbow) graveyards (with a dancing Elvis Presley) and monsters (and a few cartoonish dinosaurs). By just seeing how ridiculous it looked how Jack THOUGHT how the Ghost-zone would look like, made Johnny to narrow his eyes.

Suddenly, Danny found something in one of the notebooks, wrote by his mother "Hey, there's something right here!" Johnny too took a look while Danny reads;

Maddie Fenton's log

January 7th 1990

A few months ago, after years of calculating and building, the bigger and improved version of the Ghost Portal from college was finally working. But in the end, was unstable. Worse, in all the excitement when it got turned on, I accidentally left the watch that Jack won for me at carnival when we first dated in college inside it! Me and Jack have tried a few times to retrieve it, but as the Portal is too unstable, it might get one of us hurt badly.

I was sad for losing it.

Jack then tried to cheer me up by playing one of my favorite love songs. 'Crazy for you' by Madonna. It was sooo romantic that we danced and I sing the lyrics by heart.

As the song ended and me and Jack embraced, the watch suddenly flew out of the Portal and Jack caught it! But then the Portal malfunctioned and exploded. Luckily me and Jack were unarmed and the lab was alright, but Amity Park had a power failure across Amity Park because of the exploding portal.

I know I'm not supposed to write these things, but the little accident that caused a power failure… well… me and Jack got 'busy'… and now I'm two months pregnant! We don't know what it'll be yet. Our little Jasmine hopes that she'll have a little sister. But somehow… I can feel it's gonna be a boy.

So, as a reminder if someone losses something in the Portal and can't get it out, play a love song!

Both Danny and Johnny looked at each other with confusion "Play a love song?" both asked simultaneously.

A little while later, Danny searched through his mother's old cassettes and took out 'Crazy For You' from Madonna, placed it into an old cassette recorder and played it. The Portal reacted to it a bit, but Kitty was still unable to get to the other side.

"I don't understand?" Danny asked while taking out the cassette "I thought by playing this old song that Kitty could get out?"

Ember took a better look at the notebook and said "Danny, it says that your parents danced and singed while the song was played, saying 'it was sooo romantic'. Maybe we've got to sing and dance on it?"

Then Kitty thought of something and asked Ember "Em, can you hold the book close for me please?" Ember did so and held it before Kitty. While checking what Maddie might have meant, made the trapped ghost realize something as she snapped her fingers "Of course! It's not the specific song that made Danny's mom's watch to get out of the old portal, it's about the romance that develops during the song!"

That made Danny to realize how to get Kitty to get out of the Portal "Of course. We just got to sing a song and that'll free Kitty."

Kitty nodded while stating "But it's got to come from your own heart. Mean the words you sing."

Both Danny and Ember thought of it, before they gave a nod. As Ember was just about to summon her guitar, Danny then said "Uhm… Ember? Maybe I should do it?"

"You sure, babypop?" Ember asked.

Danny gave a simple nod as he raised his hand, concentrated hard and made his own silver colored electric guitar appear in his hands.

Ember gave a gasp before smiling "Danny… that's my teleportation power. How did you manage to do that?"

Danny gave a shrug and explained while adjusting the snares on his guitar "Well, I got a little inspired by you to do the same thing. My own guitar is maybe not as powerful as yours, but I figured out how to make it appear in my hands. I was working on it for a month, till I tried it by transferring a bit of my ghost powers into my guitar and suddenly… it was a lot easier."

While Danny played a few notes. As some small flow of silver energy came out of Danny's guitar, forming behind him a drum kit and saxophone being able to play by itself. Ember was amazed by what Danny had learned by himself, using his ghost powers "Danny… this is amazing."

Danny smiled as he started to play, followed by the drum kit "Ember… this song is a song I've made myself. And…. It's about you… how we met… and how I feel for you." Ember started to smile while holding her hands on her mouth "I wanted to play this for you… another time. But I guess… this'll do…"

"Danny…" Ember said softly, while holding her right hand on her heart.

Johnny and Kitty both glanced at each other for a moment, before returning their glance at Danny.

As the Fenton Portal started to glow with some whitish-pink energy, Kitty's body was slowly starting to become… stable. It was working!

Tears were forming in Ember's eyes from happiness. Every tune, every word that Danny sang… came deep from his heart.

A sudden burst of energy lightened the Fenton Portal bright! And slowly… Kitty floated out of the Portal. Johnny caught her in his arms before she would fall.

"Kitty?" Johnny asked worriedly.

Kitty looked up, looking into Johnny's eyes, now holding her "Johnny!" she embraced him as a tear fell from her eye. She was free… and finally reunited with her lover Johnny 13.

Johnny then said while turning his glance to Danny "Kid… I don't how to thank you. I…" but then he stopped when he saw Ember and Danny kissing passionately, while her hair flared up, forming a heart.

Kitty and Johnny let them be for a while.

Sometime later, just outside of Fenton Works, Johnny 13 sat on his motorcycle with Kitty behind him now wearing her jacket, scarf and ring again. They were discussing something with Danny and Ember.

"Okay, because you guys are Ember's friends," Danny spoke his terms to them "I'll let you guys roam the human world for as long as you want. But! If you guys start messing things up or start hurting people, then it's a one way ticket back to the Ghost-Zone."

Johnny raised his hand "Hey, no problem Danny. Me and Kitten would never do that. The only reason we came here is, one; we (but mostly Kitty) wanted to visit Ember after not having seen her for months. And two; the human world has so much more to offer than the Ghost-zone."

Kitty nodded "Yeah, there's barely anything to do in our dimension besides from spending most of our time in our own realm and since Ember left, it became even more boring."

Danny raised an eyebrow when he glanced at his girlfriend. She confirmed what Johnny and Kitty told how the Ghost-Zone is like "That's true. The Ghost-Zone isn't like the human world after all."

Then Kitty asked Danny "What about your sister, Danny?"

Danny ensured them "Don't worry about Jazz. When she wakes up, I'll convince her that after she survived that accident with the rollercoaster she passed out and the things about her encounter with Johnny and all, was all just a dream."

"I hope you're right, dude. So, shall we?" Johnny said before asking both his girlfriend and Ember. Both girls nodded.

While Johnny started his motorcycle, Danny asked Ember "You're leaving?"

"Yeah. Me and Kitty have some catch up to do. You don't mind it, do you?" she asked.

Danny gave her a small smile "Not at all." Then Danny got an idea that Sam and Tucker might too get along with Johnny and Kitty "Why don't we all meet up tomorrow? I'm sure Tucker and Sam won't mind?"

Ember thought that was a great idea "Sounds good to me." She than placed a kiss on his lips "See you tomorrow, babypop." Ember softly says before she and her friends flew away.

The next day…

(May 2nd, 2004 – 14:00 PM)

Danny, Ember (in her human disguise), Sam, Johnny 13 and Kitty all sat at a picknick table at the park with some milkshakes while waiting for Tucker to arrive. Last night, while Johnny and Kitty were checking on Ember's new living space, they were introduced to Sam and they got along just fine. They had a short meeting with Tucker too on videocall and he too was eager to get to know Ember's other ghost friends. Ember didn't asked about the 'new barat' that Tucker was wearing now, but Sam told her that she'll have all the answers tomorrow.

While enjoying their milkshakes, Danny and Ember told about what had happened the past few months; fighting the other evil ghosts and Danny embracing his rocker-side. While Danny told the parts about when he and Ember pranked on her evil stepmom, Sam was more paying attention to why Danny and Ember were sitting so close together, forming a suspicious look on her face.

"So while Ember approached Patricia in her 'poltergeist-mode', I just smirked at her and said 'boo' and that women drove off with high speed out of town." Danny told, making him and their three ghost friends burst into laughter.

After a minute of laughing, Danny found it weird that Sam wasn't laughing with them. So he asked "Hey Sam. Why weren't you laughing?"

Sam snapped out of her content thoughts of what was going on between Danny and Ember "Oh! Uh… I was just…. Nothing."

"What? You don't approve what Ember and I did or something?"

Sam had listened to what Danny was telling. Her first response would be that she was disappointed in him that he and Ember abused their powers just to teach Patricia a lesson, despite that she was a horrible person.

So she said "Honestly, Danny. My guts tells me that despite Patricia kinda did get what she deserved, I don't feel that you should've done that."

Danny narrowed his eyes and asked her "Sam, let me ask you something; If you were in Ember's shoes and you too had an evil stepmom like Patricia and treated you the way that Ember was, wouldn't you give her a taste of her own medicine if you ever had the chance?"

Sam thought about it for a moment. And trying to impress him, she puts her pride aside "Well… I guess I would have done the same… maybe differently than what you did."

"Perhaps. There is a difference between bullying and well deserved justice. And what we did to Patricia, that was well deserved justice."

Kitty took a slurp from her milkshake while she nodded "He's got a point there, Sam."

Sam gave a shrug before glancing back at Danny. Seeing that he and Ember were acting again very differently, even more weirder than the other time, she asked "Is there something going on between the two of you that I should know about?"

Danny and Ember glanced at each other for a moment, before they smiled, seeing that they should tell that they are together. Both returned their glance at Sam and Ember answered "Well… me and Danny are-"

"Hey you guys. Sorry that I'm late." All suddenly heard Tucker walking up to them. Everyone looked at him, looking surprised at seeing Tucker now wearing a goth outfit (except for Sam who smirked).

"What the heck are you turning into?" Danny asked, still surprised to see Tucker was now all goth.

Sam stated with a smirk "We're changing his image."

Tucker nodded "That's right. No more Bad Luck Tuck. I'm changing my image. Again."

Ember and Kitty both giggled at how ridiculous Tucker's 'new image' looked.

Danny formed a grin while saying "Come on, Tuck. You can't pull off goth."

"Sure he can." Sam said before instructing Tucker "Tucker, show the guys your disaffected scowl."

Tucker tries to give his disaffected scowl at them, making all four to narrow their eyes as it didn't fooled them.

Sam shook her head at him "No, no, I can still see some hope."

Kitty then reminded herself that Ember hadn't told her human friends that she and her 'dipstick' were now a couple. The love-expert got a great idea after pulling out a flyer "Hey, I know what we all should do!"

Everyone looked at Kitty with Johnny 13 asking "What would that be, kitten?"

Kitty grinned while putting the flyer on the table saying: GRAND OPENING! DISCO PARADISE.

"Disco Paradise?" Tucker asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah. It's this awesome new disco that I saw this morning while me and Ember went out to see the city together. I took a sneak peak at what it had to offer and it's great! I say we go tonight and party!"

Johnny was all in for that "Sounds good to me. I haven't been to a disco in ages."

Sam however took a better look at the flyer. She narrowed her eyes when she saw the age limit "Kitty, the flyer says that Disco Paradise is only for people above eighteen years and an ID is required. We'll never get in there. And besides, me, Tucker and Danny are only fourteen."

"So?" Ember asked while taking the flyer "That doesn't mean that there are other ways to get inside."

Sam didn't liked that Ember was even considering to do this "Em, you can't be serious?! That's against the law!"

Danny had never been inside a disco before and had always been eager to see one, despite being too young to enter "C'mon, Sam, don't be a like that."

"Like what?"

"The way that you're always are. You are always like this when it comes to some harmless fun. This is illegal. That's illegal. What can one night hurt?"

Tucker was even supporting Danny "Yeah, Danny is right. We should go." He and Danny gave each other a high-five.

Johnny smirked "Well, at least one of our human friends is all in for it."

Sam could not believe that Tucker would say that. Or even Danny. But thinking of the possibility to finally have some 'private time' with Danny and maybe become closer to him, she did reconsider this. And honestly… she too was curious at how this new disco would be like.

Sam scratched the back of her head "Well… maybe… one night won't hurt."

Ember tapped Sam on the shoulder "That's more like it!" then she asked Danny "But what about Johnny and Kitty? How can they disguise themselves as humans?"

"Waaaay ahead of you." Danny said while taking out something from his bag, showing two new Fenton Ghost Disguise Belts.

Once he gave each one to Johnny and Kitty, Sam asked surprised "Two more belts? You found more for Johnny and Kitty?"

"Actually, I made them myself." Danny answered "Figuring that Johnny and Kitty will stay for a little while longer in our world, I found the old schematics of my father how to built a few new ones. It wasn't easy, especially to reverse the polarity, but I managed to get them done before we would meet."

That made now a whole lot of sense to Ember as why Danny said he was busy all morning "Aaaah, so that's what you were working on. I thought it was for homework?"

Danny shook his head "Had that already done by yesterday."

Seeing that nobody was around, Johnny 13 and Kitty tested out their Disguise belts. As they pressed the logo's, two same silver-blue rings formed around them, splitting in two while one went up and the other down.

Kitty's pale skin was now fair white, her green hair was now light brown and her eyes chocolate brown.

Johnny's pale skin too turned fair white, but he still had his blond hair and his greenish eyes were now blue.

Kitty looked at herself in the small mirror that she took from her bag "Oh my gosh! I almost don't even recognize myself."

"Yeah. I look more… alive." Johnny added while checking himself in his reflection of a nearby bird pool.

Feeling proud at her boyfriend, she rubbed his hand under the table and whispered "Thank you, babypop." Then she rose up from her chair and asked Sam and her ghost friends "Uhm, Sam, Johnny, Kitty? I want to talk with you guys about something."

When the girls and Johnny went somewhere over private, leaving Danny and goth turned Tucker behind, Tucker asked Danny with a smirk "So, it's true, right?"

Danny raised an eyebrow at Tucker "What's true?"

"You and Ember, holding hands, whispering softly in your ear?"

Danny blushed as he stated "Uhmm… well…." He then admitted "Ember and I… are together."

Tucker crossed his arms, still smirking "You know, I saw it coming."

"You don't think it's… weird that I'm dating a ghost?"

Tucker gave a shrug "Why would I? Ember is a person and so are you. What's wrong about that?"

Danny smiled as his best friend had no problem of him dating Ember "Thanks Tuck."

Then Tucker asked "What about Sam? She should know it too, right?"

Danny gave a nod "Yeah, I know. I'm sure she wouldn't mind it too." He said confident.

However, Tucker wasn't so sure as he knew that Sam had a crush on Danny for years and wandered how badly Sam is going to take this.

Just then, Danny got a message on his phone. He checked it and read it was from Ember, saying;

Sam and I are going somewhere to arrange a place for Johnny and Kitty to stay (if you want to know where, dipstick, it's the adres that I and Sam wrote down when I signed myself on Casper High)

It will probably take longer than usual so don't wait for us.

We'll meet you and Tucker in front of Disco Paradise at 9 PM

Tucker had seen the message with a surprise look on his face "Wait… what is she going to do at my place?"

Later that evening, at Fenton Works…

(8:10 PM)

The Fenton family was watching the news on tv, telling about the rollercoaster accident that had happened yesterday

"During the investigation, it was found out that the parking brake of the truck that had crashed on the frames of the rollercoaster had been violently broken off. The police still has no leads to who was responsible for this foul play, but some witnesses claim to have seen 'ghosts' at the carnival, believing they had something to do with this." the reporter states while at the background, construction workers were busy on removing the crashed rollercoaster from the scene.

Jack slammed his fist out of annoyance "Darn it! If only we were there too."

Maddie ensured her husband while patting his shoulder "Calm down Jack. We should at least be glad that none of our children got hurt in that disaster." Then Maddie asks her children very serious "Did any of you see a ghost at the carnival?!"

Danny nervously sweat while saying "Uh… uhh…. No! Didn't see any ghost." He nervously smiled.

Jazz crossed her arms as Maddie looked at her daughter "Don't look at me. I am not into whatever you and Dad do for a living. And besides," she rubbed her neck "I barely remember anything what had happened, other that I now have such a pain in the neck."

Danny smiled at his sister, feeling relieved that she didn't remembered anything from being saved by Johnny 13, only to be used as a new host for Kitty.

When he checked the time, Danny then rose up while giving a fake yawn "Well, I'm off to bed."

This made all three other family members to raise an eyebrow "Already?" Maddie asked her son "But you never go to bed this early?"

Jack agreed with his wife "Yeah, and 'Ghostbusters' is coming on tv. Don't you wanna watch it with us?"

While trying to look tired, Danny stated "It's not like I don't want to watch it, Dad, but I've already seen that movie so many times. I'm just tired after having to complete my homework and the project I was working on all morning."

Seeing that their son had a point, Maddie and Jack formed a smile in understanding "It's okay sweetie, we understand. Sleep tight." Maddie said before Danny gave a nod and headed upstairs.

Jazz then raised herself too and headed upstairs "I too have things to do. Bye!"

As Jazz walked to the stairs, Jack asked her "Aww, c'mon Jasmine. You too liked to watch it with us."

Jazz narrowed her eyes and corrected her father "First: the only reason I was watching it with you guys, despite that your and Moms obsession with ghosts is unhealthy for Danny, I only did it as a favor to my little brother. And second: I started disliking 'Ghostbusters' when I was five. Good night."

Jack looked a bit sad that both his kids didn't wanted to watch his favorite movie with him. Maddie then shoves next to him, holding him "Don't worry, Jack. At least I still want to watch it with you."

Jack smiled as he and Maddie shared a kiss, just before the commercial break said while the 'Ghostbusters' theme song played "Coming up next. Who you're gonna call?"

"Ghostbusters!" both Maddie and Jack said simultaneously while raising their fists.

A little while later, after Danny took a quick shower, he dressed himself in a great outfit for tonight. A black shirt with the band KISS on it, together with a denim jacket without sleeves, dark jeans, a belt with a skull on it and his typical black combat boots. Danny ditched the bandana this time and instead combed his hair a bit more spiky.

He formed a small grin while checking the mirror "Danny Fenton, you rock." He then turns himself "Going ghost." And transformed into Danny Phantom.

He was just about to leave, but then reminded himself "Whoops. Almost forgot." He quickly flew down and with some speed, he placed some parts in his bed, making it look like he was already sleeping "Don't wanna sneak out of the house without them thinking that I'm still in bed."

After being sure that the 'fake Danny' would fool his parents and sister enough if they ever would decide to check on him, Danny became intangible and flew out of the house, heading into downtown Amity Park.

Not long after…

(A block away from 'Disco Paradise')

At the entrance to the new improved disco was already a long line of dozens of teens and young adults, wanting to have some fun too inside. Danny became invisible as he flew over the disco. His peaceful ghost sense went off, feeling that Ember was nearby. His smile grew as he spotted his girlfriend waiting around the corner, together with Kitty, Johnny 13, Sam and Tucker who was still in his goth outfit.

Ember could feel her boyfriend coming close and looked up, seeing him landing near them before turning back into his human form.

While Johnny 13 and Kitty had still their own usual outfits on, Ember was wearing her iconic rock 80's rock outfit while being in her human disguise. And also wear her signature makeup at the corner of her eyes

Sam was wearing a shoulder off goth dress, supported by a few spaghetti straps. Her dress went till above her knees and was wearing black boots. Her makeup was also slightly different, as she was now wearing black lipstick, red-black eyeshadow and nearly the same signature makeup at the corner of her eyes like Ember's, but hers were in the shape of lightning bolts.

"Hey, Danny. You made it!" Ember said with a smile.

"Glad to see you guys here too." Danny said before looking at Sam's outfit "Wow. Nice dress, Sam."

Sam blushed "Thanks. I just bought it today. Can't believe that I'm really doing this." She admitted as she never thought of ever going out.

Kitty than gave her a little elbow "Well prepare yourself, girl, because we're in for a party!"

Danny then looked at Tucker, seeing him frowning while not feeling comfortable. Then Danny saw that he was now wearing black eyeliner, what made Danny chuckle "Nice makeup, Tuck. Lost a bet?"

"Ha. Ha." Tucker said sarcastically to Danny before telling Sam while pointing at his eyes "I'm seriously not enjoying this."

Sam gave a smirk "But the ladies love the funky black eyeliner and the mega onyx nail polish." Katie gave a nod, clearly teasing Tucker.

"Yea, but on them!" Tucker said while holding his hands up, showing his now black painted nails.

Ember couldn't stop herself from giggling. Danny too had a tough time to hold his laughter of seeing Tucker not being comfortable to look goth.

Danny distracted himself by asking Johnny 13 and Kitty "So, how do we get in?"

Kitty formed a grin while instructing "Follow me to the 'special entrance'."

As Kitty held hands with Johnny, they were followed by Sam, Ember and Danny who called to Tucker "Coming too, 'milady'?" he asked in a teasing way, what annoyed Tucker even more while he followed them.

Both Kitty and Johnny became intangible as they walked through a wall. Sam and Tucker held both shoulders of Danny and Ember while turning themselves and their friends intangible and followed Johnny and Kitty inside the disco.

After they walked through a few more walls, all were inside the disco. Loud music was being played while nearly a hundred teens and young adults danced on the big dancefloor and many lights flickered while a huge disco ball was rotating slowly at the ceiling. There were also a few stairs, leading to another dancefloor above, were dozens of more people were dancing. On both floors were two bars, serving all kinds of drinks. At each corner of the disco were many tables with chairs and couches for people to sit and enjoy their drinks, or having a conversation.

Johnny, Kitty and Ember loved this already, while Danny, Sam and Tucker looked astounded as this was already an amazing experience.

Sam was the first to say "This is… awesome! Whatever I said before about not going to this place, I take it all back!"

"That's the spirit, girl!" Kitty said proudly at Sam

Ember then took Danny's arm and pulled him to the dancefloor "What are we waiting for, dipstick! Let's go!"

Forgetting about his problem with wearing black eyeliner, Tucker ran enthusiastic to the dancefloor "YEAH! PARTY!"

Johnny 13, Kitty and Sam shared a short glance before joining too on the dancefloor.

Moving around the fast techno trance music, the whole friend group went all out. Johnny 13 was dancing with Kitty, while Danny was with Ember. Sam tried to dance together with Danny a few times, which were successful at first, but quickly returned his focus on Ember.

Tucker was dancing mostly alone, trying to hit on the girls while dancing, but always failed to impress them. One girl, clearly being twenty years old laughed at seeing Tucker's ridiculous moves and said "Even with that goth makeup you still move like a whimp! Hahahaha!"

Tucker had enough of it and marched to the bathroom. Sam saw him leaving in anger and followed him.

In the men's bathroom, Tucker was luckily alone and tried to wash away the eyeliner from his eyes. Sam went in and asked him "Tucker, I thought you wanted to wash away the Bad Luck Tuck thing?"

Tucker stopped washing his eyes and glared at Sam "The only thing I'm washing away is this stupid makeup."

Sam however formed a smile while taking out a piercing ring in her hand "Time for the ultimate goth accessory."

Tucker now frowned "I'm not getting my ear pierced."

"Who said anything about your ear?" Sam asked while smirking.

Having reached his limit, Tucker called "Okay. That's it!"

Sam crossed her arms at him with a smile "So maybe your first thing was your best thing, huh?"

Leaning his head on his arm, Tucker nodded "Yeah." Then he realized what Sam had been doing to him all this while "Hey! You never really wanted me to go goth, did you?"

Sam rolled her eyes before smiling back at Tucker "Duh. Goth's my thing. And I believe this is yours." She held out Tucker's old PDA.

Tucker smiled bright as he took back his PDA and held it close to him "Oh baby I've missed you." Then Tucker asked Sam "You don't have by any chance my real clothes, right?"

Sam gave a shrug "Sorry, Tuck. My little handbag is not that big enough for that."

Though that sounded disappointing to him, Tucker putted back on his glasses "That okay. But as soon as I get home, goth is out and geek is back."

Both then exited the bathroom and joined the others back on the dancefloor.

After some time, the DJ called out to the crowd "WHAT'S UP PARTY PEOPLE! WELCOME BACK TO THE BETTER AND IMPROVED DISCO PARADISE!"

All cheered, including Danny and his friends (and girlfriend).

The DJ then spoke "Well get yourselves ready for some awesome songs of today! Let's hear it up for one of the best songs of the year so far. HERE COMES YOUR ALL FAVORITE HIPHOP STAR; USHER!"

While everybody cheered, the song of Usher named 'Yeah!' was played out, making everyone to dance on the rhythm.

Ember gave a sweet smile to Danny and dragged him with her to the dancefloor upstairs, to have their own moment.

As the two ghost lovers were in the middle of the dancefloor, Danny and Ember danced close to each other while the song kept playing.

After what seemed like they've danced for over an hour, the whole human/ghost group sat down at a nearby lounge, feeling exhausted.

"Pfew! I need to some time to recharge." Tucker said.

Sam used a tissue to wipe away some sweat from her forehead "Well, I have to admit. This… is great."

"So, you're saying that this wasn't such a bad idea after all, huh Sam?" Danny asked with a smirk.

Sam gave a small smile while she gave a nod "Yeah. I don't usual say this, but… you were right Danny… and I was wrong."

Seeing that Sam admitted she was wrong, made Tucker to raise an eyebrow "You admit you were wrong? Who are you and what did you do with the real Sam?"

"Ha. Ha. Ha. Very funny." Sam said sarcastically.

Then Kitty started to ask Ember "I hadn't seen you or Danny for a bit. Where had you two been?"

"Oh… we…" Ember tried to tell, but was interrupted by Kitty who checked herself in her small mirror.

"I need to go to the bathroom. Care to join me, girlfriend?" Kitty asked while raising herself.

Ember didn't say anything and gave a nod as she followed Kitty to the women's bathroom.

Tucker raised an eyebrow as he asked the rest "Why is it that women always need to go to the bathrooms together?"

Johnny shrugged while crossing his legs "That's something we men will probably never understand." Feeling a bit of a dry throat, he raised himself and asked "I'm gonna get a drink. You guys want some too?"

Sam was first against this "But… we can't have any beer yet! We're only-"

Danny hushed her "Shhh! Quiet, Sam!"

"Sorry. But we're only fourteen and-" Sam then stopped as she saw Danny giving her that same look of 'you're always like this, Sam' and then changed her mind "Well…. Maybe one beer won't be so bad."

That earned a little smile from Danny.

Johnny then nodded "Alright, one beer for all. If Kitty comes back, tell her that I'm at the bar, collecting drinks." Johnny then left for the bar, leaving Danny, Sam and Tucker.

Tucker tried to make himself more comfortable, despite still wearing that goth outfit "Well, while Johnny is collecting drinks, we got this whole big couch to ourselves." But then Tucker spotted a few nice looking ladies talking at the bar. He started forming a smirk as he raised himself "Then again, I see some good looking ladies to get to know better, if you catch my drift!" Tucker then left for the bar to impress the ladies.

Danny just smirked as he asked Sam "Do you think he's got a chance?" while pointing his thump to Tucker.

Sam crossed her arms "I highly doubt it."

Then, Sam nervously played with her fingers, not sure of what to say to Danny not that they are alone "So… uhmm…. How are things going… right now?"

Danny glanced at Sam with a raised eyebrow, before giving a shrug while smiling "Actually great. Couldn't be any better. And you?"

Sam also gave a shrug, while still being nervous "Well… things are… okay, I guess…. Well, despite that my folks STILL don't want to accept me for who I am… I'm… doing okay."

"Hey. Don't let yourself be bothered by your parents. Sure, you being goth and all doesn't suit them, it's still your own choice, right?"

Sam nodded while Danny went on "You gotta hold on to your own choices that you make in life. You're a human being and have the right to choose your own path. Maybe some people accept it and some don't. Heck, I don't even know that my own folks will fully accept my true 'Rocker-self', but it's who I am. Honestly, I don't know if this is the right advice for you or anything, but if you have tried so many times and so many different approaches, there is only one solution left for you."

Sam shoved a bit closer to Danny, being curious to what he was going to say "And… what will that be?"

"Stop trying convincing them."

Sam raised an eyebrow at him. But after some thinking, she formed a smile while blushing "Actually… that doesn't sound as a bad advice at all, Danny."

For a minute, neither of them said anything while Danny looked if Ember would come back. Sam broke the silence and asked "Danny… you know I care about you, right?"

Danny returned his glance at Sam and gave a smile to her "Of course I do. You're my best friend and we've always looked out for each other ever since second grade. Why?"

Sam tried to gather some courage and said while shoving a big closer to him "Well… while we were at the park this afternoon with the others and you said I shouldn't act the way I was always doing when we would do something that wasn't technically legal… I… it's not like that I was trying to stop everyone from sneaking in a disco while we're underaged… it's just…. Since you've changed into 'the real you', I… was worried that you wouldn't be the Danny anymore that I used to know. And that I was starting to lose you."

Danny gave her an ensuring smile and stated "Sam. No matter what will happen or what I do with my life, you will always be my friend."

Sam looked away with a nervous smile while moving some of her hair behind her ear "Uhm… yeah… friends…. Just friends. Hahahahaha." Then she nervously played with her fingers again.

Danny then looked at the bar, where Johnny was just paying for the drinks and held a serving plate with six glasses of beer, and Tucker was trying to flirt with the two girls, only to be slapped on the cheek as he tried to kiss one "Ugh! You pervert!" the blonde said before leaving the bar with her friend.

Meanwhile with Kitty and Ember in the women's bathroom. Kitty was putting on some more lipstick, while Ember placed a bit more eye mascara on her eye lashes.

When Ember was finished, she lustfully sighed while thinking about her Danny "Isn't he amazing?"

Kitty giggled that her friend was so dreamy about her boyfriend.

"What's so funny?" Ember asked her.

Kitty shrugged "Nothing. I just have never seen you like this before, Ember. You and Danny are totally over heels for each other. If you play your cards right, you got him for life. Or… afterlife in you case."

Ember blushed deep of thinking to spend forever with the guy she loves. But somehow… she can feel that they are destined together "I… I do hope so. Danny is so caring… so brave… so strong."

"Not to mention a great singer and a perfect gentleman." Kitty added while forming a grin on her face.

Both giggled for a moment.

Then Kitty also asked with curiosity "So… how is he in bed?"

Ember blushed even more redder "KITTY!"

"What? I was just asking." she said while giving a shrug.

Ember sighed while admitting "We haven't done IT, Kitty. And why should we? We're only together since a few days. I don't just jump with him into bed straight away!"

For a few seconds, Kitty just looked at Ember before shrugging "Ah well. Suit yourself. But you want to do it with him one day, don't you?" she asked with a smirk.

Ember now blushed 3 colors red out of embarrassment, making Kitty to laugh "Hahahahaha! I knew it! But don't pay any attention to me, girlfriend. If you're not ready for it yet, it's your call."

Both then left the women's bathroom

As soon as Danny saw Ember leaving the bathroom, his smile grew. Just then, the DJ started to play a slow romantic song he knew all to well. Danny then raised himself from the couch "Excuse me." He said to Sam before walking to Ember.

Sam just nodded while mentally thinking 'Damnit Sam! Why can't you just tell Danny that you're in love with him?'

While Ember walked along with Kitty through the crowd, she could sense what Danny had in mind, what made her smile as Danny approached her. Without saying a word, Danny reached his hand to Ember, who took it and both started to dance romantically. Kitty just formed a smile while going over to the rest, leaving the couple alone.

Johnny 13 then came to where Sam sat, with Kitty joining them and Tucker who stroke his cheek, and said "Okay, telling ladies they look hot in their outfit is not the way to get to them."

Sam took a sip from her beer, and thought it wasn't bad "Hmmm. My first beer. It's not so bad after all."

Kitty gave a nod while taking hers. As Tucker got his own beer, he asked "Hey, where did Danny and Ember go?"

Kitty pointed to where Danny and Ember were dancing "There over there, dancing very close together."

"Dancing… close together?" Sam asked, nearly shocked of hearing that. She raised herself from the couch and spotted Danny and Ember romantically dancing, with Ember resting her head on his chest. Sam gasped while she shook her head 'No. Don't tell me it's true.'

Danny and Ember looked into each other's eyes, showing nothing but love for each other.

"I love you, Ember." Danny spoke softly.

"I love you too, dipstick."

While Johnny 13, Kitty and Tucker formed a smile as they looked at Danny and Ember being in love like that, Sam started to become sad.

Danny moved his head slowly closer to Ember's. Both closed their eyes… and they kissed.

Sam's heart froze of what she saw. She dropped her beer glass on the floor out of shock as tears formed in her eyes.

As the song ended, Danny and Ember slowly broke the kiss and forming a smile while they held each other's hands. Though their time at the disco didn't counted as a date, they would still cherish this moment.

Kitty couldn't help but to squeak out of excitement "Ooooh! Isn't that romantic Johnny?"

Johnny moved his arm around Kitty's waist and pulled her closer to him "Yeah. I'm happy for Ember too, but I'm more happy to have you in my arms."

Both shared a kiss, before Kitty said "All thanks to our new friend, Danny."

Tucker raised an eyebrow while forming a smirk "Hey, you got me and Sam as well, you know?"

Kitty chuckled "Of course, Tuck. You and…" but then Kitty noticed, that Sam wasn't with them any more "Sam? Where did she go?"

Johnny looked around and shrugged as he didn't see her too.

Tucker then noticed the spilled beer on the floor. He slowly figured what had happened and became worried that her seeing Danny and Ember kissing together, might have her caused to go away.

Outside of the disco, Sam ran through the streets, sobbing as tears flowed from her eyes. She felt heartbroken. The boy she liked for years was now with someone else, with a ghost!

When Sam made it home, she ran into her room and buried herself in her pillows, crying her tears out. Sam felt so stupid for not making a move sooner and now had lost Danny. She slammed her fists on her bed "DAMNIT! DAMNIT! DAMNIT!"

She wanted to yell, wanting to scream… but she didn't… instead just sobbed as her tears ruined her make up, messing up her pillows.

Suddenly, her cellphone ringed, seeing it was Ember. But Sam didn't picked it up.

After a few more 'missed' phone calls, Sam received a message from Ember, saying:

Hey, where are you? We're worried sick!

With tears still flowing from her eyes, Sam nearly wanted to type: LEAVE ME ALONE! But then changed it and instead typed:

Sorry, I just realized that I had to pick up my grandma's medication.

Sam got a reply from Ember after that:

Oh, I see.

Okay, I understand Sam. Is she okay now?

Sam had this urge to just put the phone down. But with the little bit of control that she had, she typed back:

Yeah, she's okay. Sorry that I made you guys so worried.

Ember typed now a long message. While Sam still sobbed a bit and wiped away her tears, Ember's message said:

That's okay, Sam.

But listen… sorry that I didn't told you this before but… me and Danny are together now.

I know, this must be a big surprise to you… but I realized that I always liked Danny, and he likes me a lot too. He is the best thing that ever happened to me and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Anyway, we're gonna stay a bit longer at the disco. You can still join us again if you want. If not, then I'll see you tomorrow.

Good night, Sammy!

Seeing this message, made Sam boiling with anger. She felt betrayed by her ghost friend, who couldn't believe had the guts to steal away Danny from him.

In her rage, she threw her phone against the wall, breaking it "AAAAAAAAAAARGH! God damn you, Ember! FUCK YOU!"

Then, her tears started to fall from her eyes again and she fell on her knees on the floor, crying "How could you, Ember?! Danny was suppose to be with me…! WITH ME! How could you do this to me?!"

Sam shook her head as she remembered Danny's last words before she left after seeing that Danny was in a relationship with Ember.

"No matter what will happen and what I do with my life, you will always be my friend."

Sam kept sobbing as she raised herself. She took off the dress and just walked to her bathroom, taking a shower while her sobbing died out as the revelation of Danny and Ember's relationship finally began to sink in. Sam banged her head to the wall "How could I've been so stupid?! I had my chance to tell Danny what I really feel and every time I blew it! FUCK!"

Sam didn't know how she could life with this, how to cope with this as the feeling of being betrayed was still fresh in her mind.

Not wanting to think or keep pushing herself, Sam walked out of her shower, dried herself and putted on her pajamas before going to bed, crying herself to sleep.

A/N: Pfew! There you go fellas! That's it for the seventh chapter.

I'm really happy how I made this chapter waaay better than the actual episode, as Danny rather helps Johnny 13 to reunite with Kitty than going like 'shoot first and ask questions later'. As how the story goes further from here? Well Kitty and Johnny 13 are gonna play some major roles from here on now.

Will the revelation of Danny and Ember being together effect Sam's friendship with her ghost friend? …well… I'm not gonna spoil anything ;)

To make you guys more curious, I'm soon gonna write a different Danny Phantom story… well… rather a crossover with the videogame 'Mortal Kombat'. I've already thought of a good scenario, thanks to the help of my good friends 'imerik001' and 'WolveHulk'. However, this new story is gonna be a whole different one and not having any connection to this current story. So expect something completely else in the near coming months.

Also, if you want to know better how the translated song 'Denk aan Mij' from the singer Ties sounds like, I would recomend to search for that song on Youtube. I know the song is in Dutch, but with my translated verion it'll sound better (Trust me, you guys will love it)
