The wind blew as the sounds of controlled HumaGear roared in the air, calling for the Death of Aruto Hiden.
Another Zero-One and his mind-controlled HumaGears were forced to follow his whims.
And Aruto with the now returned Izu on his side. Attache Calibur in his hand and Zero-One Driver on his waist, Aruto positioned himself and was ready to fight.
"Hiden..." Another Zero One hissed as he walked forwards.
"Time to dance." Aruto responded as he knelt down.
"Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden!" The mind-controlled HumaGear continued to chant.
There was a flash of a mechanical grasshopper foot that appeared around his own, before Zero One jumped high "HA!" Aruto called as he almost teleported as he rushed through the air.
Another Zero-One blinked in shock, was Zero-One always this fast?!
SLASH!
"ARGH!" Another Zero-One grunted as he was carved into with Aruto's blade, causing sparks to fly off his warped armour.
He rushed forwards and threw a fist, Aruto almost disappearing from a rapid burst of speed.
Appearing behind Another Zero One, his speed helped him rush around and slashed him across the back.
Another Zero One reached down and ripped long cords from the ground and span, slashing at Zero One. Using the cables as long metal whips.
Aruto began to jump around, dodging the strikes as best he could... And dropping his sword in the process "Oh no!" He gasped before the whips wrapped around him.
"Ha! Gotcha!" Another Zero One smirked.
"You'd... Think so!" Aruto smirked before he caught a dark blue key thrown perfectly into his hand "Thanks, Izu!" He called, tapping the button on the Key.
FANG!
"I hope it helps, President Aruto." She bowed as he closed his driver and scanned the new key.
AUTHORISE!
Zea, up out in space, shot down a beam of blue light down to the river below... And out came a metallic blue light shark! It leapt out of the water, snarling and snapping at the wires with ease.
"Whoa, nice work, Sharky!" Aruto smiled, opening the Key and replaced it with his Rising Hopper Key.
PROGRISE!
The mechanical shark leapt into the air, Aruto's Zero-One Hopper armour shifted around his body. His thigh and shin armour shifted around to become black, his shoe armour moved to the side, his chest armour split and went down his arms to make 'fins' on his bracers and lastly was his face-guard which split in two and turned to a jaw-guard and protrusion.
KIRIKIRIBAI! KIRIKIRIBAI!
BITING SHARK!
The shark digitized over his body, his shin-guards had blue fins, his shoulders and chest armour had gill-style protection to them, with his chest having a red diamond in the centre; and finally, his face-guard/mask, which was a shark-styled face with purple-red eyes and teal-blue coloured armour with a shark mouth etch on the mouthguard.
Fangs That Can Chomp Through Concrete.
"HA!" Aruto called as he rushed forwards.
"Stay back!" The mad man cried, slashing with the whips.

Aruto flicked his wrists... And he was like a tornado of blades, slashing through the cables as he rushed towards Another Zero One.
"No!" The monsterous Another Rider cried as he kicked a large stone at Aruto.
Kamen Rider Zero One jumped into the air and rolled, flipping into the lake of Daybreak.
"Ha... Ha! Running away, Hiden?!" The fake president laughed, dropping his whips "Now that you've got your powers back, you're running aw-"
"HA!" Aruto called as he jumped out of the water, coming down with a powerful slash with both of his arm blades.
"You... You little!" He hissed, spinning around and unleashing a wave of his black locusts.
"GAH!" Aruto called as he crossed his arms, taking the attack point-blank. He was sent flying but digging his feet into the ground slowed him down gradually until he came to a stop. The concrete cut up and broke apart as he was pushed back, but grinding his heels let him bring it to a stop.
"Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden!"
"President Aruto." Izu said as her eyes flashed "The locust attack uses his own outer shell as a projectile. Weakening his defence while the attack is being used."
"Thanks Izu!" he smirked as he pulled out a new key, taking the assault as best he could "Looks like... this is best!"
FIRE!
In his hand was a red tiger themed Progrise Key. Named Flaming Tiger with Ability: Fire
Closing his Driver, and ejecting the Rising Hopper Key, he brought the other Key down and scanned it.
AUTHORISE!
"Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden!"
"Come on, Tora-Chan!" Aruto proclaimed.
"DIE, HIDEN!" Zefy roared.
PROGRISE!
Beaming down in a blast of red digital light and scorching the earth around was a red energy metallic tiger.
GIGANT FLARE!
"ARGH!" Sefy screamed as he saw the tiger scorch his locusts.
FLAMING TIGER~!
Aruto's yellow Hopper armour moved around to accommodate the new additions to his person. The yellow armour on his feet moved to the outside, red fire-like thigh guards, red stripe-styled shoulder guards, a red chest piece that looked like a mix of fire and tiger stripes, red gloves with black palms and a red tiger-like face mask over his helmet with blue eyes.
Explosive Power Of 100 Bombs
"HA!" Aruto proclaimed as he erupted flames from his palms, incinerating the locusts that erupted from Sefy's armour and scorched his body.
He slammed the flames into Another Zero One's chest, blasting and burning him, while his defences were down.
"GAH!" Another Zero One howled in pain.
"Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden! Death! To! Hiden!" The crowd continued to cheer... but some of their headsets and eyes began to slowly flash from red to blue.
"This fight is really heating up, isn't it?" Aruto asked with a joke, giving a few quick slashes of the AttacheCalibur causing blazing energy strikes which sent the locusts flying.
The Locusts rushed through the air, returning to Another Zero One to escape the attacks of Aruto as well as increase his defences once more.
"Prepare yourself, President Aruto." Izu called "He is open to a sudden change in temperature."
"Gocha, Izu! Here we go, Kuma-chan!" Aruto cheered as he pulled out a new Progrise Key. A light blue one with a bear theme, the name Freezing Bear with 'Ability: Blizzard'
BLIZZARD!
Once again, he closed the belt, scanning the new one in the same motion. The Flaming Tiger armour fading away in a flash.
AUTHORISE!
Rushing down from Zea was a large blue bear Ride Module, a polar bear that roared. And when Aruto inserted the new key, the bear hugged him as it morphed into the armour.
"Death to Hiden! Death to Hiden! Death to Hiden!" The crowd continued to chant, only much less aggressive.
ATTENTION FREEZE!
The red armour shot off from his body and was soon replaced with blue armour. Aruto's gloves changed from red to blue, ice-styled bracers appeared on his forearms, two upper arm guards with clear-blue chiselled shoulder guards appeared on his body with a third larger clear-ice protecting his chest with the yellow remaining underneath; solid blue neck-protection, with a solid blue bear-shaped faceguard with yellow eyes as his hopper mask was split and formed antennae on the side of his head.
FREEZING BEAR!
Fierce Breath As Cold As Arctic Winds.
"Tell me, Sefy. What happens when you rapidly cool super-heated metal?" Aruto asked, clapping his hands and producing freezing winds that were freezing Another Zero-One's heated body.
He threw his hands forwards, an arctic blast rushing forth. Covering the locusts and Another Zero One. Freezing them over, causing a literal block of ice... with steam rushing off the ice and cracks appearing all over Another Zero One.
"Death to Hiden! Death to... Hiden! Death to... Hiden." The crowd chanted, their voices growing less and less passionate.
"It becomes very brittle!" Izu smirked.
PRESS!
In Aruto's hand was a grey key showing an elephant-like creature, named Breaking Mammoth and Ability: Press
AUTHORISE!
The Bear armour faded away as Aruto scanned it, flicking the Key open "Let's see if you can handle the -pressure-!" he smirked.
PROGRISE!
"Death to Hiden. Death to... Hiden.- Death to... Hiden?"
A beam of grey energy came down and projected behind Aruto, causing Sefy to look up in fear and horror. It was a grey energy fuelled metallic MAMMOTH!
GIANT WAKING!
BREAKING MAMMOTH
Aruto's armour once again changed, the mammoth stomping on Aruto. In a flash of digital light, Aruto became armoured; grey gloves with grey bracers that seemed to curl like tusks, some grey shin guards that looked like hooves, grey see-through armour on his chest with his yellow armour underneath, grey see-through shoulder guards over yellow armour, solid grey armour to protect his neck and a grey mask that looked slightly elephant-like with red eyes.
"HA!" Aruto stomped forwards, causing quakes underfoot before stomping down onto Sefy with a heavy boot, the pressure and weight of this form was intense.
shatter!
The ice shattered as Sefy was sent flying, yelling out in pain as he crashed across the ground.
"Damn... Damn you..." Sefy growled, slamming his fist into the ground.

SHINK!
Spears made of black metal burst from the ground, the spikes coming out in a circle as they tried to stab Aruto.
Zero One, meanwhile, jumped up and dodged the spikes. Before coming down, the energy of his form surrounding him with a large pressure boost that shattered the spikes.
"No... NO! WHY DOES NOTHING WORK?!" Another Zero One called.
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!" a voice began to chant.
"H-Huh?" Another Zero One blinked as he realised something. The chant to kill Aruto was... gone.
Gone!
Silence replaced it.
...
Until a voice began to chant. It chanted out for Aruto, for Hiden?!
"Zero! One! Zero! One!" The voice chanted. A lone HumaGear in the crowed ... but he wasn't alone for long.
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!" The crowd began to chant.
Aruto looked around with wide eyes, looking at the HumaGear with his heart fluttering. They... they were freed. And instead of running they... they were cheering. For him!
Izu looked around just the same, wide eyed and smiling.
"No... NO! NO! I AM PRESIDENT! ME! ME! THEY SHOULD BE CHEERING! FOR! ME!" Another Zero One ranted.
Aruto was silent... and began to laugh.
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!"
"Mr Asai, you've lost. Not only this fight. But losing control over Hiden itself. Their 'loyalty' was through corruption. This is the dream of President Aruto Hiden!" Izu proclaimed.
And almost to echo Izu's words... a large jet came flying down from space, almost teleported.
"The armour too? Thanks, Zea! Time to rumble with the robot!" Aruto cheered as he jumped up, being absorbed into the jet as it transformed.
BREAKING MAMMOTH
Larger Than Life To Crush Like A Machine.
Looking up to the sky was a large mecha, grey hooved with yellow and red markings depicting Aruto's hopper colours. Two large Progrise Key shields on its forearms, a replica Zero-One Driver around its waist, pointed shoulders with yellow and red markings, a mammoth styled face with massive tusks on the chest, a tank for a crotch-guard and a grasshopper styled head with red eyes.
"Th-that's not fair. That's not fair at all." Sefy whimpered as he saw it.
"Not fun when you are on the back foot, is it?" Aruto responded.
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!"
He gripped the blades of the armour and removed them, while inside the armour he slammed the button.

"HA! HA!" Aruto roared as he threw the left blade/boomerang. And then the right. Before he jumped high and came down with a mighty kick.
Another Zero One raised his arm and formed a shield from the locus, only it was ripped apart by the first shield. The second blade sent him flying back. And then the third one smashed him through the ground.
BREAKING IMPACT!
KABOOM!
Aruto landed as he reverted, back down to base Rising Hopper, clapping his hands "Hehe. That should do it." he said proudly.
"You... word... thief... MONSTER!" Another Zero One ranted as he pulled himself from the broken ground. His body glitching out as he glared at Aruto "I! SHALL! BE! PRESIDENT!"
A massive shockwave burst from his body as he roared, Aruto flinching in surprise.
But the crowd... they never stopped cheering!
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!" They all cried out in passion and belief.
"You hear them, Silphy-wilphy? I'm not gonna let a cheering crowd down!" Aruto smirked as he pulled out one last key.
SHINING JUMP!
It was a much different shaped key. It was a neon yellow-green Progrise Key, on the front was a black edge with a red button on the top. Under the front screen was a red hinge on the right-hand side, neon yellow-green circuitry and connections that looked like little feet. And finally, its front screen had a bronze plate with the outline of a grasshopper and the name SHINING HOPPER emblazoned on it.
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!"
"There's only ONE person who can defeat you, Sefy!" Aruto called as he scanned the Key.
AUTHORISE!
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!"
A giant glowing grasshopper Ride Moduel descended, a smaller one riding it's back. The big opne bouncing around powerfully
"HA!" Aruto called, slamming the Key into place.
PROGRISE!
"Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One! Zero! One!"
A glowing energy net suddenly burst out of the belt and enveloped the two grasshoppers', pulling them in as they transformed and reshaped the ENTIRE suit!
The Rider Kick Increases The Power By Adding To Brightness!
Aruto's body was now surrounded in his black bulkier bodysuit where glowing yellow circuitry pulsed through him and erupted out into six grasshopper legs, before they folded inwards, forming the 'X' like protrusions between his shoulders and arms, with the remaining two becoming the protrusions on his helmet.
SHINING HOPPER!
When I SHINE! Darkness Fades!
"And to protect these HumaGear, as well as our dreams, that person's me!" Aruto finished proudly.

Aruto's body began to glow, burning as bright as the dawn as he rushed forward and attacked Sefy.
01! 01! 01! 01!
Sefy struggled to get to his feet, seeing Aruto's enhanced speed breaking past his own sight and couldn't track where he was.
01! 01! 01! 01!
But Aruto was just too much. Too fast.
Aruto was appearing all around the battlefield. Almost at the exact same time.
Like a Phantom.
01! 01! 01! 01! 01!
"HA!" Aruto called, kicking Another Zero One into the air.
Sefy screamed as he was flying in the air, left with boot imprints on his person as he was struck, and seeing digital energy zoom about to hit him. He couldn't get a read on him.

Aruto's eyes were glowing red, catching how slow Sefy was in his ruined armour. His corruption and attack on Hiden, as much of a surprise as it was, was the only thing that he had going for him. He had no skill, no technique. All his attacks were wild and uncoordinated.

"ZERO! ONE! ZERO! ONE! ZERO! ONE! ZERO! ONE!" The HumaGears chanted for Aruto who was striking him with such intensity and speed. "ZERO! ONE! ZERO! ONE! ZERO! ONE! ZERO! ONE!"

The woman on top of the building was mesmerised by Aruto's dedication and strength, this was the man who Sefy tried to usurp as President of Hiden Intelligence.

Sefy grunted, feeling his broken nose and breaking bones from Aruto's attacks. He began to attack wildly, unleashing his locust swarm in every direction. Attacking wildly, mindlessly.
Aruto saw the locusts attacking, seeing that they were going straight up into the air, down into the ground and the HumaGears below. He zoomed down into the HumaGears and kicked the locusts away into the air, protecting them with digital yellow light.

Sefy looked below as he saw his returning locusts strike him with purified yellow locusts strike like bullets in the sky.

"HAAAA!" Aruto proclaimed, appearing above Sefy and rocketed him down to the floor, causing a large explosion that shattered the Another Progrise Key.
SHINING IMPACT!

Sefy was flattened to the ground, beaten and broken with a busted and bloody nose, lying in a crater of Aruto's making as the Shining Zero-One stood tall. "Urrrrgh..."
"President Aruto. I have information regarding Mr Asai here." Izu spoke as she approached him...and he hugged her again quickly.
"What is it, Izu?" He asked.
"As per the instructions of your grandfather, I have found Mr Asai's involvement with the Zero-One Driver." Izu explained, all HumaGears looking at her and wondered how much he was involved with and why this man controlled them.
"What is it? How much?" He asked.
Sefy choked a little, his eyes staring up at the air.
"He suggested the shape of the Progrise Keys." Izu answered simply.
...
"What? Just...Just the shape of the Key?" Aruto double-took in shock.
Izu recalled the file from the archive and projected it verbally. "Correct. Your father Soren Hiden was figuring out which shape Progrise Keys should be so they can be utilised properly. Mr Asai suggested that they should be 'rectangular'; from a comprehensive viewpoint, Mr Asai saved Soren Hiden all of five minutes of design planning. I have saved the footage and found Mr Asai's record of employment for the news interview for later."
"...You're wonderful." Aruto sighed in relief.
"'Five minutes'...He manipulated HumaGears, turned them into an army...and caused all this damage? For FIVE MINUTES AND A SHAPE?!" Fuwa glared as he had escaped the fight from the Another Riders and grabbed his torn collar, lifting him up angrily.
Sefy was weeping as he was manhandled like this, looking around and seeing that he was truly alone. "D-Don't. Kill. Me." He wheezed and begged.
"Sefy Asai." Fuwa glared, pointing his ShotRiser at the villain's head, ready to shoot. "You're under arrest. For terrorism, assault and attempted murder." And dropped him to the floor.
Over with Sougo and the other Riders, the four of them standing tall and fighting together against these Another Riders.
Horobi was horrified and impressed by the sight of Aruto Hiden managing to bring the corrupted HumaGears back to normal. 'Hiden...' He thought to himself.
"Hey, Destroy! Don't slack off!" Geiz called out, having an Another Rider in a headlock.
"My name is 'Horobi'!" He snapped, closing and opening his Driver as a dragon armed Another Rider.
S! T! I! N! G! D! Y! S! T! O! P! I! A!
"Must you antagonise our allies?" Woz asked, dodging an attack from Another Rider and saw Horobi strike at him.
"You didn't have to deal with them while on your stealth mission!" Geiz responded.
STAB!
"He has some skills, I suppose." Woz blinked gently as he saw the scorpion stinger going past his head and defeating the Another Rider.
"HRARGH!" Sougo proclaimed, slashing into the last Another Rider wielding his Jikan Girade and a second sword. The second sword had a glittering grey handle, a facsimile of his base Zi-O form head, a brass-gold connected gear with a glittering silver-tip and edge and looks like a clock hand.
The remaining Another Riders were down...and the woman that stood atop of the building had 'teleported' down, catching them off guard. Well, save for Sougo.
"As I thought. You were freezing time." Sougo commented, gripping both swords tightly.
"I was careful not to grab your attention." She answered, walking confidently but with a frown on her face. "I chose poorly when choosing Asai."
"You caused this?" Horobi glared, reaching down to his belt, only to be stopped by Woz.
"Murder isn't the only answer, Horobi." Woz responded.
"Why." Was Sougo's only order. Not a question, not a request. A demand for the cause of all this.
"'Why'? It's simple, I did this all for you. For your wife. For your friends. I wanted a *life*." The woman answered simply. "It was...heh...hard. Growing up where you were 'saving the world'."
"What are you talking about?" Woz asked.
"I'm from the future. Your future." The woman answered. "While Kamen Riders Zi-O, Tsukuyomi, Geiz and Woz were out protecting people, with Heure and Ora backing you up...My parents were gone. Leaving a child without a family to raise. Distant and aloof."
"How do you know those Rider names?" Geiz asked in shock.
"...What's your name?" Sougo asked, commanding her like a King.
"My name...It's 'Finis'." She spoke simply, not breaking eye contact with Sougo. "A person that you cast aside, 'King Boy'."
How and where did she hear that nickname? No, she was from the future. It was possible she heard it from someone there...but something about her. The way she was able to manipulate time itself.
"How can I 'cast you aside' if I've never met-." Sougo asked before he realised who she was. "...No..."
"And the penny drops." She answered.
"What is she even blathering about?" Horobi glared.
"She's my daughter." Sougo answered simply as he solved the mystery.
"Wh-what?" Geiz and Woz asked in shock as they heard that.
Horobi just looked at Sougo in shock as they put this together. "That's...Why did you choose that idiot Asai?"
Finis sighed heavily. "He was a pawn, just a means for me to stop the fighting. No more Riders. But I didn't think he'd attempt *this* level of destruction. Thought you know all about that Horobi."
Horobi frowned, his hand twitching at her words.
"You caused all this? All of this to be rid of Kamen Riders? And you claim it's for Sougo?" Geiz pointed at her.
"Of course, it is. I'm doing it for them, to save them! Imagine it: a child waiting days for a time, wondering when their parents will be home and not covered in bruises or wounds. Waiting, worrying, hoping that they would come back...and then one day they don't." Finis answered, her speech getting more passionate and directed at the Quartzer Riders. "This was meant to be a timeline filled with peace. But I see...that Kamen Riders cause everything to escalate."
"Finis. You're wrong, honey." Sougo soothed softly.
Finis flinched as she heard that, glaring at her father as he tried to connect with her. "Tell me. How am I wrong?"
"Kamen Rider's emerge to fight back against evil." He explained "Our powers always end up coming FROM those we fight, after all. Hongo only became Ichigo because Shocker modified him. V3 only sought out Ichigo and Nigo because Destron killed his family. Black only battled Gorgom because they made him Black, and only evolved into RX and defeated Crisis because Crisis sought HIM out. Kuuga awakened because the Grongi did. The ZECT system was made to fight the Worms. Wizard only gained his magic because of Wiseman's plans. If Evolt hadn't used Katsuragi Takumi and his family, then Kiryu Sento would have never existed."
Finis looked down at the floor just briefly as she heard this. The same story she had heard all the time from her father from what she could remember. But...she had something hidden away for this. And pulled out a large Pink Quartz.
"What-No! Finis, no!" Sougo called in worry.
"For your sake. For our family. I will become the First Kamen Rider."
The large Pink Quartz began to glow brightly, and a terrible voice came from within.

And she shoved the Quartz into her heart, a dark cloud and violent pink lightning coursing through her. She convulsed and felt her body take in the dark energy as she exploded and formed a new dark armour. Becoming an Another Rider.
Finis breathed heavily as she felt the armour form over her, wearing spiked dark silver spiked metal boots, black arms and legs with skeletal limbs, a bloody sash around their waist, with a skeletal bird symbol around her waist, with a red skull in its claws, a bloody rag of a scarf around their neck like a noose, green warped metal that looked like ribs and cage bars. And finally, her helmet/head was a skull-like insect head with sunken red eyes, human teeth with spider-like clickers warped green forehead metal and two razor-sharp antennae.
"A̷n̷o̷t̶h̶e̸r̵ ̶R̷i̶d̵e̵r̴ ̸K̷a̸m̴e̸n̸." She spoke in her distorted voice.
The Riders looked at this new form of Finis, horrified to see this young woman's whole body warped and changed by a single desire to 'save her family'...at the cost of destroying what it means to be a Kamen Rider.
'Just another fake to defeat.' Horobi thought as he aimed his gaze at Finis, ready to strike with his Attache Arrow and fired...only for Finis to grab the arrow mid-flight and smash it with her bare hand.
Her form began to grow in size. Growing, the power making her form expand as she stumbled back into the water.
The Riders looked up in fear as they saw this massive growing Another Rider, the sound of water splashing out from the blocked damn as water and almost soaked them.
"Oh my god!" Woz panicked in shock.
"President Aruto!" Izu pointed at the growing Another Rider.
"Don't worry Izu. I'll protect you." He encouraged softly.
"GWAAARRRR!" Another Rider Kamen howled in an animalistic rage, a laser beam blasting out of her mouth.
Explosions filled the battlefield as the Riders were all blasted out.
They screamed out in pain, despite their armour protecting them Horobi was flung into the treeline as he crashed to the bottom of the floor. Geiz and Woz groaned as their own armour faded away, that level of strength was insane.
Sougo grunted as his armour protected him but disappeared away to his base form.
"That...hurt." Sougo grunted.
"Are you okay?" Aruto asked Izu as he had protected her from the attack.
"I am fine. Thank you ' she Nodded with a smile.
"Are you guys okay?" Sougo asked Geiz and Woz.
"We're fine...she hits like a truck though." Geiz answered.
"We can still move, My King." Woz added.
"Alpina, what's keeping you?" Sougo wondered.
"You call?" A familiar voice called, Alpina and Yaiba running towards the group.
"Thank goodness." Aruto sighed in relief.
"You're alright." Sougo waved.
"Of course, Jin kept the controlled HumaGear busy." Yua added as Alpina passed something to Aruto.
"Is this the Ridewatch?" Aruto asked as he saw the blank Ridewatch glow a holographic clock as it copied his powers.
ZERO-ONE!
"Huh!?" Aruto blinked in shock.
In his hand was a black-based, yellow face-frame Ridewatch with a yellow button and the image of his Zero-One helmet.
"That's mine." Sougo pointed and took the Ridewatch.
"But, what do I-?"
"Here. Jin found this in Hiden Intelligence." Yua passed a Progrise Key to him.
It was a teal screened Progrise Key with a grasshopper on the front.
ROCKING HOPPER
TYPE: ZETSUMETSU
And Aruto recognised it. "D-Dad's."
"Yeah, Jin said that he found it in a locked desk drawer." Yua explained as Aruto took it. "Along with this." As she produced a letter with Aruto's name on it.
"What on Earth is that?" Alpina looked up as she saw the enormous Another Rider stomping and attacking around.
"That...is our daughter." Sougo answered simply, holding the Zero-One RideWatch.
"...Your what?!" Yua snapped.
"We'll explain later, but right now we've got to stop her before she tears down this dam!" Sougo answered.
"You better." Alpina responded.
"Where is Jin?" Aruto asked
"Asleep in the lab." Yua answered.
"You ready?" Aruto asked Sougo.
"Yeah, I think we can do this." Sougo answered, turning the Zero-One RideWatch and pressed the button as Sougo pressed the Rocking Hopper Key.
KAMEN RIDER!
ZERO-ONE!
Aruto scanned his father's Key over the Zero-One Driver to contact Zea, allowing him to bring down two beams of digital light.
AUTHORISE!
"Henshin!" Sougo proclaimed as he spun his Ziku Driver, activating its power and initiating the transformation.
RIDER TIME!
KAMEN RI~DER~! ZI-O~!
ARMOUR TIME!
Zea's digital beam shot down and connected with Sougo's time portal, creating a yellow and black armoured suit before him with red eyes. It opened up and formed over Sougo's body. His black gloves were protected with pink armour, his bracers were yellow with red markings, his shoulder guards were slightly protruding yellow armour pieces with red wiring and black inner sections. His chest piece was silver framed with yellow plates and red markings over his silver watchstrap down his torso, a silver neck-guard; armoured boots with yellow plates, black shin-guards with red and silver triangular rivets on the sides. Yellow and red marked thighs, with silver protection. And finally, his helmet; his white clock face was replaced with Zero-One's yellow mask as the pink katakana spelt out 'Zero-One' in his visor with the two yellow antennae protruding between the two clock-hand antennae.
PROGRISE!
ZERO-ONE!
Coming down from Zea was the second beam of digital energy, a teal-blue energy metallic locust with red eyes croaking as it came down and leapt around, striking Another Rider Kamen
As soon as the Ziku-Driver proclaimed 'Progrise', Aruto slotted his father's Key into his Driver.
PROGRISE!
Another Rider Kamen grunted in pain, swinging its arms around and trying to attack, only to miss and fall into the forest.
The locust leapt up and over Aruto, as he was covered in his black bodysuit forming into his armour.
THE SOLE HERO OF JU-JU-JU-JUSTICE!
Aruto's yellow Rising Hopper armour moved around his body, his yellow protection on his feet moved outside along with his thigh-guards as the teal hopper armour formed on top of his feet, shins and thighs with silver markings going between them. Aruto's bracers now bore teal-blue armour as his yellow chest armour opened to his shoulders and upper arm, binding with silver wiring and red markings; a silver and blue neck-guard with red markings. Finally, his helmet opened and moved over his head, the yellow of the faceguard became a jaw-guard with his antennae pointing wider with a blue mask bound with silver wiring wrapped onto Aruto's head as the two blue antennae were closer together.

Kamen Rider Will Fight To Protect Humanity!

Another Rider Kamen glared down at both Sougo and Aruto, clenching their fist and slamming it down at them...only to miss as yellow and blue digital energy came from the pair of them; the impact of both Zi-O and Sougo impacted both Finis' arm and face, jerking her in two different directions.
"No way." Yua whispered in shock as she saw this.
"They're fast." Alpina followed up.
"Though...I am in great pain. I have waited a year to do this again." Woz spoke, getting up from the ground, taking a deep breath as he stood tall. "IWAE!"
"Oh not a-" Geiz muttered, before Izu walked up.
"Behold, President Aruto's newest form: Zero-One Rocking Hopper. Created from the data and resolve of his father to become a hero of justice and protector of human and HumaGear." Izu spoke out.
"Ack!" Woz's jaw dropped.
"Did she just-?" Geiz double-took.
"Izu, please don't explain the joke!" Aruto called out, landing next to her as his feet dug into the ground.
"I did not explain a joke. I explained your new form's appearance and your title." Izu answered.
"...Right. Sorry. Force of habit." Aruto apologised, his body glowing before leaving a data stream behind his run.
"What... did you do?" Yaiba blinked.
"When I researched these other Riders after we first met them, I discovered it is customary to rejoice the debut of a new form with a speech." Izu stated.
"No! Nonono! That is not how you properly rejoice!" Woz called as he rushed over to Izu.
"Is that so? The how do you 'rejoice'?" Izu asked.
"Like so." Woz spoke before taking a deep breath. "IWAE! He is the King of all Riders! He has claimed the power of Future Riders! The Ruler of Time and Space to rule over the past and future! His name is Kamen Rider Zi-O: Zero-One Armour!"
"Wow." Izu blinked as she heard that.
"Oh no. No. There are two of them." Geiz muttered.
Izu and Woz shared a nod and a smile. Standing side by side, Woz held his arm out wide as Izu stood in her ready position "IWAE!" they cried together.
"The ruler of the past and the future!" Woz cried.
"The President who Rises towards his dream!" Izu called besides him.
"Together they have crossed time and space, bringing forth new power!" They continued as one.
Sougo flipped through the air, a streak of yellow and pink, as he jumped from rubble and rubble. Dodging Another Rider Kamen's attacks, moving with agility like he had never felt.
"Claiming the power of his junior, growing mightier as his reign continues! Fighting for his future daughter, he is Kamen Rider Zi-O Zero One Armour!" Woz called proudly.
Sougo span, a grasshopper foot appearing around his own as he kicked Another Rider Kamen's hand before he rushed upwards and landed atop the tallest building in DayBreak. His armour flashing and shimmering in the setting sunlight.
Aruto was much more use to his suits speed. But the enhanced strength was surprising. He had teal and yellow data streaks following him, as well as red energy flowing behind him like a scarf.
"Using the power passed on by his father, hope burning in his just heart, he continues down the winding path! With his scarf billows with the memory of the past, Kamen Rider Zero One Rocking Hopper is born!" Izu continued her part proudly.
Giving a mighty punch, Aruto sent a rock flying as tiny chunks. At least tiny compared to what was before. The chucks bursting into the giant foe, stopping their laser beam attack, as the wind threw the rider high. He landed besides Sougo, his armour shimmering in the warm light of sunset.
"Finis..." Sougo said mournfully as he slowly raised his arm.
"There is only one force in time and space that can stop you!" Aruto called proudly, copying Sougo. The two pointing at Another Rider Kamen before flicking their wrists, pointing at themselves with their thumbs.
"And that's us!" They called together.
(Oh, yeah. Ohh…)
Isshun de tsukamitoru no sa Are you ready?
Aruto and Sougo leapt into the air, their data trails streaking behind them; their directions split as Finis tried to reach out and grab them, leading to both striking her again in the chest and back.

"HA!" Aruto streaked around, punching Finis in the stomach as a distraction as Sougo leapt around and attacked the shoulder.

Another Rider Kamen roared, the reverberations of her voice made it sound like thunder as she clawed at the dam, ready to tear it asunder and flood the city downstream and free the horrors beneath the water.
The Riders below all gathered together, running away from Another Rider Kamen as they tried to dodge out of the way of the waves and the massive hands.

"Our daughter..." Alpina whispered.
"All of this...I can't believe it." Yua agreed as she looked up.
"Welcome to our life." Geiz admitted.

Sougo span in the air, giving a powerful axe kick to Another Rider Kamen's shoulder, making the giant Another Rider stumble.
Aruto rushed up, giving a powerful knee to his foe's jaw.

"I can't believe. That you Toki a time gem!" Aruto proclaimed, striking in the air and almost combo-striking Another Rider Kamen in the face, making her jerk about as his digital data stream cruised along the body.

"Wait...was that a-?" Sougo asked in confusion before he realised the horrible pun as Aruto smirked behind his helmet, drawing the Rising Hopper key from his hip slot and scanning it twice.

Another Rider Kamen looked up in anger, hearing the small sounds of the Zero-One Driver gaining strength.

'GRARGH!' Finis screamed out and reached towards Aruto in anger.

'Finis. I'm sorry.' Sougo thought as he forward flipped in the air and felt the power of Zero-One course through his Belt and digital energy form over his feet.

"HA!" Aruto proclaimed as he slotted his Key into his pocket and pressed his Rocking Hopper Key to activate its full power.

Mirai wo koe yō
Both Aruto and Sougo rocketed at Another Rider Kamen, their bodies erupting with teal, yellow and pink, teal and yellow energy, forming mach-cones on their feet as they Rider Kicked their way into the chest.
A glowing pink and yellow grasshopper robotic grasshopper foot surrounded Sougo's foot, while a yellow and teal one did the same for Aruto. Kanji flew around them as they rocketed into their foe, pushing through Another Rider Kamen.
The two Riders rocketed through the large body, their feet slamming into the Pink Quartz Another RideWatch. Sparks filled the air as the two roared, rocketing through their foe. Another Rider Kamen's back burst open as the two came rocketing out, kanji flying through the air and forming a series of words in sky behind them.
RISING! TIME BREAK!
ROCKING! TERA! IMPACT!
The two landed calmly, an explosion filling the air as their visors glowed.
Another Rider Kamen as their body began to flash, quake and glow. Inside the beast the damage had cracked and then shattered the Pink Quartz Another Riderwatch within Finis' body causing a massive explosion that destroyed the Another Rider Kamen's form, the same explosion that appeared behind the two Riders.
Finis fell to the ground before the Riders, limp and almost broken.

Finis was flat on the ground, her clothes were tattered and burned. She had lost. Her family was going to be destroyed in the future. All of this was for nothing.
"Finis?" Alpina approached her and helped her up.
"M-mother?" She whispered.
"It's alright. It's okay." She reassured as Sougo approached too.
"But, your future. I did not prevent it." Finis frowned, realising what this meant. "You will still abandon everything."
"No, we won't. It won't be like that." Sougo answered. "What you've done here...you've changed the past for us to be better. And we're going to be better."
"Father." Finis whispered as she began to turn to gold sparkles.
"Wh-what's going on?" Fuwa asked in confusion, having come back from fighting the Another Riders alongside the others.
"I'm going." Finis sighed heavily...and happily. "Your choice to make the future better."
"We promise, we'll be better and give you a future you'll be happy with." Alpina added. "You are our daughter. We may not know you now... but we will always love you."
'Daughter... love. Family.' Horobi thought, lowering his head.
Finis' eyes watered as she began to disappear from her mother's and father's arms. She formed a small smile as she disappeared, turning into golden light and left into the aether. "Thank you..."
The shards of the pink Quartz shattered into dust; team Quartzer looked at each other as they saw Finis become undone. The fight was over and the future was saved.
Horobi walked over to Jin and grabbed him, helping him up from the floor to walk away.
"Hey, Horobi!" Aruto called.
"What?" Horobi frowned.
"Thanks. For... well, for everything today." Aruto smiled.
"Zero-One. We will not forget this. But we are not allies." Horobi frowned "Today... it changes nothing. Next time we meet... you shall become Extinct."
"Alright, that makes sense." Aruto nodded with a smile. A cocky, playful grin. Almost as if the status quo actually made him... happy. "But I'm not losing to you, MetsuBou Jinrai! I will fight for my dream, where HumaGear and humans' live side by side in peace! That's who Kamen Rider Zero One is!"
"He." Horobi scoffed and smirked darkly before walking away "Come along, Jin."
"Bye, thanks for the ninja lessons." Jin waved to Woz.
"Not at all." Woz responded gently.
Aruto sighed gently and looked at Izu, finally taking in what her new clothes were. "... Izu!" he yelled, blushing as he looked at her form. His eyes scanned up and down her body "W-What the heck are you wearing?!"
"Huh?" Izu blinked as she tilted her head, looking down at her outfit "Oh... right." she blinked. She was wearing a scantily clad dress, showing a lot more of her legs; long black stockings, high-heeled black shoes, a white and green leotard that seemed to 'emphasize her chest' though it was just aesthetics, a ruffled green and white skirt and a pair of long green opera gloves
"I-I mean it-it looks good!" he argued, waving his hands a bit "Er... but it's a bit-er... w-WHY are you wearing that?"
"All I have to say is... President Aruto, there are a few things that we will need to change when we return to Hiden Intelligence." Izu informed with a slight deadpanned tone.
...
"No kidding." he mumbled, sweat dropping.
"Where is the guy?" Geiz asked.
"Left him knocked out near the lake. During all the chaos, I handcuffed him. And put them on his legs." Fuwa explained "I passed him on the way here, the HumaGear are watching him."
"That's good." Aruto sighed, looking down at the Rocking Hopper Key.
"Speaking of..." Yua commented as she looked at Aruto.
"Yeah?" he blinked.
"Where is my ShotRiser?" she asked with a frown.
...
...
"I... er..." he blinked, his hands coming up slowly.
"Aruto." she frowned, dropping all formalities as she took a step forward "Where... is my... ShotRiser?" she hissed.
"W-W-Well, y-you see..." he laughed nervously "Er... sorry, gotta get back to the office! Bye!" he waved frantically before he took off in a sprint, stumbling over himself as he ran away.
"Wha-I-" Yua blinked in shock as she saw Aruto run away...
...
Her eye began to twitch as she growled and took off after him, rushing like a madwoman. Snarling like a wild cat she ran after him, moving as fast as she could as she chased the President.
"Miss Yaiba! Please!" Izu called, chasing after the two while staying in her ever-present and professional 'hands-folded-over-her-waist' pose, "Please, stop! We can locate the ShotRiser, or reimburse you the costs!"
"How DID he use her ShotRiser?" Fuwa mumbled as he watched the chaos in amusement, crossing his arms over his chest, "She said we had to have those chips installed so the ShotRiser's can identify us and so on."
"It is thanks to President Aruto's implants. He was lucky it worked, that gamble had a very low possibility of success." Izu explained as she came to a stop beside Fuwa, Aruto and Yaiba circling around the group "And it would be very stupid to attempt it again."
"He is NEVER attempting it again!" Yaiba snapped "You are NEVER touching my technology again, Aruto! Now get back here so I can murder you!"
"SAVE ME!" Aruto yelled, trying to hide behind Geiz and Woz.
...
"You SURE they aren't dating?" Sougo asked with a nervous chuckle, Alpina giggling as she hugged him gently.
*Time Skip*
It was three days later, the events of the hostile takeover were still in everyone's minds, but the true President of Hiden Intelligence had returned to bring everything back into order.
The damages caused by the controlled HumaGears were being settled by the government, being rebuilt and brought back to normal.
Metsubou Jinrai were quiet these past few days. They thought that this was a good time to recuperate and fix themselves.
Team Quartzer was back home having some time to relax and figure out what they can do after partially causing this problem. But Aruto had reassured them that they didn't have to worry.
"So, are you two going to be, okay?" Geiz asked.
"I think so, Finis gave us a wake-up call for our future." Sougo answered.
"And gave us some perspective on all this." Alpina added. "We need to he people as well as Kamen Riders and royalty."
"That sounds like a good thing, Geiz." Woz responded positively.
Geiz sighed heavily and shook his head. "Alright...But I'm not cleaning any nappies if you two have kids early!" He pointed at them, making them laugh.
"SURE you aren't, 'Uncle Woz'." Sougo laughed as he looked down at the Zi-O RideWatch proudly. The future... it was looking bright.
*With Aruto*
"In other news today, the individual 'Sefy Asai' has been sentenced to life in prison with no parole on charges of terrorism, attempted murder, cybernetic assault and theft. Mr Asai, a disgruntled former employee..." A newscaster blimp spoke as flew overhead as Aruto relaxed outside while waiting for Izu.
"Man... that news conference was hard to do." Aruto sighed in relief, looking to the sky of the freed Hiden Intelligence and city. He was sat in just a pair of shorts, at a nearby beach. Having a good relaxing day, just the two of them
"President Aruto." Izu spoke as she approached him. Finally, out of that scandalous attire that Sefy had put her and the female members of staff in. And, instead, she wore a different/new outfit. First off, before that, she also appeared to be wearing makeup. Not a lot, however there was a slight eye shadow while her lips looked slightly more sparkly and pinker. And in her hands was an umbrella.
She wore knee-high boots like her normal ones, split vertically down the middle with black on the inside of the boots pointing towards themselves while teal pointed outwards. She also wore a leather skirt that stopped halfway down her thighs, all teal with a few black decorations and a black belt holding the skirt in place. She wore an open jacket that followed the exact same design as her normal outfit, which stopped at her midriff. And finally, she wore a dark grey shirt that covered just as much as her jacket with a blue Hiden Intelligence logo.
"W-W-Wow! I-Izu!" Aruto gasped, blushing "W-What's with the outfit?"
"I thought it would be a nice change of pace, President. And more fitting for this environment. You are dressed more casual, so I thought it would be fitting I do the same."
...
"Yeah." he chuckled with a smile as she set the umbrella into the sand and opened it, sitting in the chair next to him.
...
A silence filled them as they just sat there, neither knowing what to say. Really.
...
"Izu... I am glad you are okay." Aruto sighed "When you where hacked, taken over... I... I didn't know what to say. What to do. I felt..."
"No need to explain, President Aruto." she said softly, smiling at him "I thank you for saving me. I never doubted you would."
"Izu..." he whispered softly "I... what was it like?"
"Hmm?" she asked
"I-Sorry. Ignore me." he mumbled.
"... It was cold. Dark. Maddening. Like going insane... but worse. Being unable to think, but being fully conscious. Like I was drowning, unable to die." Izu explained softly "It is probably impossible for a human to truly understand."
"Maybe." he sighed
"But I heard it. Your voice. You gave me the strength to swim. To break free. It was all thanks to you." Izu explained with a smile, holding his hand. Her alternating teal and black nails contrasting against BOTH of their skin, Aruto's natural skin and Izu's artificial skin "You saved me."
"You saved yourself." he said proudly, softly.
"We shall agree to disagree, President." she smiled gently, a real genuine smile.
"Yeah." he chuckled softly.
...
"What will you be doing with the Rocking Hopper Key, President Aruto?" Izu asked.
"I... I am going to lock it away in a safe." Aruto frowned/flinched "It is strong... but not strong enough. And dangerous. It is technically a Zetsumarise Key, which are a lot more unstable than ours. And while it is close to Breaking Mammoth in raw power, in a more compact form and with speed that matches Rising Hopper... it is working the system too hard. It is not worth the risk. But... it is the last thing of my father, so I am not getting rid of it."
"He left you a letter, did he not?" Izu asked.
"Yeah, here." he nodded, handing it over. The secretary took the paper and quickly began to read.
Aruto.
Hello son, it is me.
I knew you would find this one day. Hopefully, it is the day you came from, the day you need help. I am with you son. I love you, and I am SO proud of you.
I overhead what they called you, your friends. President, huh? I never imagined you in that position... but it is a perfect fit, my boy.
That Izu... she means a lot to you, right? Save her son.
Keep her safe and cherish her.

"It is beautiful." Izu said softly.
"Yeah." Aruto smiled as he looked out at the sea "And it's not the only thing."
He shifted his hand softly, the hand Izu was holding. Their fingers were interlocking.
Izu looked down at their interlocked hands, before looking at Aruto... and back out at the sea, smiling.
This adventure... it had revealed much to both of them. Words yet to be said, steps yet to be taken.
But that was for the future to uncover, a future led by the light of the past...
