Okay after a long hiatus and finally trying to break through my writers block I had now gotten myself the strength to bring out a chapter on this fic I am sorry for all of my fans for leaving you for awhile but I will not dare quit just like that I can promise the next chapter will be better than this one but it's gonna take me time because I am just getting out of writers block but please enjoy what I have here for now.

Yamaha Corporation Headquarters

After the second attack made by Eggman had occured leaving in his most recent defeat as well as the successful safety given to the three Vocaloids there still was a casualty despite the valiant efforts of the animal boys. Their youngest one Tails was greatly injured from the fall while he boldly attempted his rescue for Rin Kagamine, the event immediately led to Dr. Makato calling in their personal Corporations ambulance in order to help their guest stay alive.

The Fox/Human mixed boy was hastily put on a wheeled stretcher after he and the other two of his friends Sonic and Knuckles had just exit out of the back doors of the medical vehicle. Along with his two long time humanoid animal friends two medics geared in their proper attire were gripping the handles of the stretcher carting their way trying to proceed further into the Corporations building.

"Hang in their Tails buddy we're all here for you." Sonic urgently trying to ease him from his pain.

Just when they were almost making it into the emergency room a tiny but more settling improvement over Tails condition had revealed itself when the young fox boy started to bring motion to himself slightly trying to shake head then breathing after moving his lips.

"Tails? Tails woah man I'm glad to see you are breathing again." Sonic relieved after noticing his friends condition.

Tails eyes were still closed but because the only thing he could do for the moment was atleast say something he tried to utter out some words.

"Rrrrrrrrrrrrrin...Rrrrrinn...Rin...wher...Rin?" Tails exertedly asked still holding concern over the safety the female Kagamine.

"Tails Rin is fine she and the rest of the Vocaloids are being taken back to their homes. No more talking you need to rest." Knuckles worryingly instructed.

The Medics, Sonic, and Knuckles still kept up the pace til they had finally arrived through the doors of the emergency room.

Vocaloids Home living room

The four Vocaloids gathered to their funiture seats awaiting for more news from what will happen to their new young friend. While it was great news that they made it through Eggmans second attack to try and kidnap them once again thanks to the heroic trio that turned Human because to them (Actually Miku) none of the four could share a moment of relaxation knowing the Human Fox boy just about gave his life saving Rin which gravely saddened her.

The female Kagamine sat in the middle of the center couch grieving with her thoughts remaining of Tails her rescuer while Len tried comforting her by sitting next to her on her right side and wrapping his left arm around her shoulders while his right hand gently and caringly held under the front of her right palm.

"He was so brave I can't believe he would put himself in harms way like that." Rin lamented.

"I know he really is a hero that's so amazing of him." Len eased her.

Luka scooted closer from her sitting side which was right of the couch next to Rin trying to support her youngest friend as well. "They said he's still alive plus we have some of the best doctors out there I know for sure that the boy will be fine."

"I was just so scared when that Egg freak had taken me, I was so helpless then Tails came right in and took the fall for me. When he was unconscious I didn't know what I could do and I just saw him laying there lifeless it's just so hard for me to imagine him any better." Rin started to cry out making her male twin wrap his whole arms entirely around her shoulders offering a more comforting hug.

Len soothed. "Rin please don't lose hope he isn't human like us that fall should've killed him but it didn't and now he's being helped. Please hold on."

Miku didn't feel the need to sit down rather she came closer to Rin and decided to invite herself in with a surprise question.

"What was it like when Tails held you?" Miku intriguingly asked.

Rin relinquished her tears inorder to answer as much as she wanted. "What do you mean?"

Miku smiled cheerfully. "I mean when he held you in his strong arms and kept you safe how did that make you feel?"

Rin went from feeling unhappy to lightly blushing in that instant that her older friend would ask her such a thing. "Well..um I guess his arms and chest were firm yet not uncomfortable I suppose."

Miku continued. "Did you feel his strong muscles and his intense breathing in the air around you?"

Rin jumped her emotions up with more blushing now that Miku went abit too far for her. "Okay Miku what are you getting at?"

Len and Luka were also abit surprised by Miku's inquiry as they followed in Rins wondering.

"Yeah Miku why do you wanna know that part?" Luka asked.

Miku took a few seconds to let out her feelings before she could keep on going, her smile grew and her blushing was more visible and along the way she intertwined her fingers together as she bent her elbows and held her hands next to her chin. "Well Sonic did the same for me when he saved me from that egghead and to tell you the truth I can't stop thinking about him now after I felt his embrace."

As the blue haired vocaloid kept talking her expression could be seen as somewhat affection. It didn't take long for the rest of her friends to realize it.

Luka joked. "Are you saying you are starting to like Sonic after he saved you?"

It was then after Luka had said what Miku was thinking that the happy go lucky blue haired teen couldn't contain herself so she exploded with joy.

"Yes yes I do!" Miku admitted she then rapidly let out her words as she caved in with a whole bunch of imaginary light pink hears bubbling around her. "You know how we always had to have security not go anywhere near us and no one was allowed to touch us at all and we never really got to speak to people directly in the outside world? Do you remember that? Remember?"

Len stopped her in her tracks as he took his arms off Rin and gestured his opened palm hands directly signaling her to halt."Whoa Whoa Miku turn it down abit would you!"

Miku had managed to slow down then started speaking at a less awkward pace. "I'm sorry guys it's just that I've never had this kind of feeling before. Sonic isn't just some guy out on the streets, he isn't even a Vocaloid like we are he's just at a whole other level of out of the ordinary just like how we aren't regular Humans with enchanting voices. He's not a masked vigilante or something stupid like that, he's a guy with a special gift as unique as our own and in a way I feel it's like fate that we were meant to meet."

Rin wipped the tears off her eyes but fortunately she didn't feel anymore saddened infact her attitude went on to be rather more positive. "You know Miku I think I understand what you are saying."

The rest of the three Vocaloids turned their attention towards her after hearing her speak. She pondered into her thoughts with each of her hands placed on her knees.

Rin continued. "When Tails had his arms around me and protected me I felt the warmness in his grasp. He held me with no fear at all and valued me like he wanted me to be the last person he see's in this world until the end."

Rin smiled as her joyfullness had returned to her thanks to the mere thoughts of Tails.

Miku stepped forward more closer to Rin upon hearing her feeling towards the Fox Human and allowed her very positive expression match Rin's own. "I'm guessing that means that you like him right?"

Rin shrugged as she smiled. "Oh like is way too strong of a feeling especially since I had just met him."

Luka didn't share the same expression as her two friends as her attitude was rather opposite. "Hmpt well congratualations for the two of you having found love at first sight." She said sarcastically.

The rest of the three other pop star teens turned their attention towards her in rather mized thoughts.

"What about you and Knuckles, he did save your life you know gotta give him credit for that atleast." Len said.

Luka turned her back from her friends and only offered her limited thoughts on him "He's alright I guess."

Hours later in the Emergency Room

Dr. Makato managed to attend for Tails injuries as he was his patient and subject. All Knuckles and Sonic could do was wait with him and his nurses for results on their young friend.

Tails laid his back down covered in some sheets sleeping off whatever he took after Makato had treated him and ran some tests, he then informed the demi Hedgehog and Echidna of his condition. "Remarkable your little fox boy here seems to have what appears to be durability enhanced greatly from that of a normal Human. He should have alot more broken bones and much more severe internal damage however the worst he is having at this point is injured muscles and a good amount of damage to the head. Still though he is hurt greatly nonetheless and needs to rest for what could be up to days or weeks, heck maybe even months since we don't know exactly how his body works ever since he was changed."

Sonic accepted subtley. "Thank you for doing this for us doc, you're the man."

The scientist gave his gratitude to the teen boys. "And I thank you all as well for everything you've done to keep the girls safe."

Knuckles came forth and approached Makato. "May I ask after Tails has recovered and can walk again can we fidn a way to change back into our animal selves?"

Both Makato and Sonic gasped in "huh" after hearing what his suggestion was.

"Change back? Knuckles why?" Sonic asked.

"Why?" Sonic have you forgotten we've lost most of our powers because of our new Human bodies." Knuckles strongly convinced.

Sonic disagreed. "We didn't lose our powers we just can't use them as much there's a difference."

Knuckles countered. "Yeah and there's also a difference between events when we need our powers at the fullest and what resulted in Tails being here now, I can imagine worst. Why don't you want to change back?"

Sonic tried to ease Knuckles as he showed his palms. "Calm down Knuckles we just got turned it's not like they're all gonna make us go back overnight you know. I just simply think we should be patient."

Knuckles then felt something suspicious about Sonic. "Are you liking this Human form you've got?"

The blue Hedgehog boy was caught off guard by his friends thoughts on how he feels.

Sonic calmly replied. "Hey I'm not liking this form I just wanna play around with it for abit but when we can change back I'm all up for it."

Before the moment could heat up any further some noticeable friends had come through the doors of the entrance to the emergency room.

"Hey Sonic, hey Knuckles hows Tails doing?" Len asked.

Makato answered for them. "Tails isn't in too critical condition, he is doing fine. For the time though he needs to rest here in order to get better."

Rin was the most thoughtful for her young rescuer that she was the quickest to walk towards him at his bedside with overwhelming concern.

Her innocent frown locked onto his sleeping equally detailed face. No other thought could come across her mind except for the wanting need to see him stand up again to his prime physical self which she heavily admired from a guy like him.

Rin sorrowfully expressed. "I'm sorry Makato but I don't think I feel I should leave this room. I just don't feel like doing any concerts or anything until Tails gets better but in the meantime can I just wait right here?"

Makato humbly responded. "Anything for you Rin I'll inform the staff."

With Rin and Tails gaining the attention from Len, Knuckles, and Luka leaving Sonic as well the aquamarine pigtailed teen with an attractive blush running through her face approached the heroic Hedgehog guy showing him her enchanting smile.

"Hey um Sonic how are you doing?" Miku flirted.

Sonic was surprised to hear her voice hit him unexpectedly but willingly gave her his attention.

"Oh Miku? I uh am doing fine no harm came to me at all haha." He giggled.

Miku stretched her arms down and intertwined her fingers together but for some reason couldn't be able to show him her face.

"That's nice to hear. You know saving me like that got me thinking that maybe I should repay you somehow for it." Miku personally offered.

Sonic modestly felt like declining. "Oh no Miku it's nothing it's just what I do all my life."

"Well I was thinking I kinda want to get to know you and your friends abit more, so why don't we go out into town and maybe talk?" Miku explained further.

Sonic questioned. "But I don't know if that's such a good idea with Eggman still out there trying to get you. Plus don't you usually have to be out in a deserted area with a low amount of people."

Miku brought up with determination. "Well there is still one option our company has been developing for a while now as they did share our feelings of isolation. It's a new method that hasn't been fully tested but I think this time we should give it a try."

All Sonic could do was look at her in confusion over what she was talking about but needed to come up with an answer.

"Well if it doesn't cause too much trouble I suppose." Sonic somewhat agreed.
