Kuun looked out over the camp one last time.
As Stevens came to tell him they were ready, he just nodded, and took his backpack.
His second in command entered the room. He nodded as he saw him.
"I guess this is it then? Best of luck, Kuun. Don't forget about us." He said.
Kuun nodded.
"I promise, I'll send help." He said.
His second in command nodded. Then, Kuun left his cabin.

D'Jok was looking at the Sphere. So many memories were surfacing. How he almost ended up as Rocket. Maybe he had. He could still use his flux, but he felt weakened. His trail of thought was cut off as he heard footsteps. He turned to see Kuun, Micro Ice, Stevens and Kate look at him.
Kuun nodded as he saw what D'Jok was looking at.
"I trained a lot of people here to fight against our oppressors. Probably not the best way to do it." Kuun said.
"Let's go. The longer we stay, the higher the chance of getting caught." Kuun suggested.
D'Jok nodded, as he turned his back on the sphere.
It was time to leave this place.

The Chissian ship docked on Genesis. As he got out, Corso could see Sonny and Duke Maddox waiting. The internal components of the Weapon needed to be investigated. Corso held the bag with the components in his hand as he disembarked.
"The scientists are still out. Should Technoid or Shiloh security handle them?" He asked.
"I think Shiloh security is the best place. With what we know now, there's a chance Technoid has been infiltrated." Duke Maddox said thoughtfully.
Sonny nodded in agreement. As the scientists were gathered and dealt with, Corso looked at him.
"You look like shit. Let me take you home and make sure you get some rest." Corso said as he pulled Sonny close to kiss him.
Sonny smiled as he embraced Corso.
"No rest for the weary. There's a development in regard to the Andro Zygnians." Sonny tried.
Corso placed his hand on his neck.
"Not with a stiff neck like that, let me help." Corso smiled.
Sonny smiled.
"Alright, work your magic."

D'Jok and the group looked at the terrain they had to cross to get back to Artie and Bennett. It was barren. They had to rely on their invisibility cloaks. Stevens pointed at a Mountain Ridge as a safe place to go. As soon as they were all ready, they went there.

On Genesis,Sonny and Corso just got home. Callie had made a light meal for them. As they ate, Corso noticed how much stress Sonny was under. As they finished the meal and cleaned up, Corso put an arm around Sonny, and gently led him over to the sofa in the living room.
"That hit the spot" Sonny said as Corso started to massage his neck.
"Just try to relax." Corso said, gently rubbing his neck.
Callie came in with some water and painkillers.
Sonny looked at her with a grateful smile. Then, a wave of pain rushed over Callie, and she fell forward, leaning on Sonny's arm. He noticed how Callie had small drops of sweat on her forehead. She was in pain.
"How long have you felt like this?" Sonny asked, freeing himself from Corso's hands.
"It's just some stomach cramps." Callie said, attempting to calm them.
As Sonny got up, he noticed that Callie was standing in a puddle and knew what was going on.
"You're in labor." Sonny said.
Corso looked at him.
"Let's get her to a hospital." He said.
Callie let out a scream of pain. Sonny didn't hesitate. He lifted Callie into his arms and laid her down on the sofa.
"Looks like we have to do it here." Sonny said.
Corso nodded.
"Should I get a doctor?" He asked.
Sonny had already put on some gloves and nodded.
"Call her personal doctor to help me." Sonny said.
Corso swallowed, before he did so.
"Corso, get some hot water, towels and a pair of scissors. We're about to become fathers." Sonny ordered. This was going to be a long night.

The ridge of the mountain proved harder than expected. It took forever, but now they could see the docking area of this colony in the distance, and the Flux that was being transported on board, by an army of droids.
D'Jok looked at his fellow companions.
"Stevens, is there anything we can do about this?" He asked.
"Let's get to Artie and Bennett first. Then, we'll call Sonny to see what he thinks." Stevens answered.
D'Jok nodded as they continued the walk in silence.

Artie and Bennett sat on the Black Manta bridge, keeping an eye on things. Suddenly, they heard a beep.
Bennett got up and walked over to the screen.
"Looks like the soldiers are returning to base." He told Artie.
"You sure it's them? Let's take a closer look first." He said.
"This is a perfect chance to test one of our new drones, here, let me show you." Bennett said and activated one and soon it was flying around the bridge. Artie shook his head.
"Not inside, do it outside." He said.
Bennett landed the drone.
"But can we use it?" He asked
Artie nodded.
"Sure, let's get a closer look at them."

They were close to The Black Manta's location.
"How are we going to find it, if they cant be contacted?" Micro Ice wondered.
D'Jok grinned.
"They probably found us already." He said.
Kate chuckled.
"The Black Manta may be old, but she's very well kept." She said.
Soon enough, they could hear the sound of a drone.
Pulling into the shadows, Stevens turned off his cloak.
"Should we knock?" He asked.
A sound to their left made them all turn, as the Black Manta's doors opened.
Artie welcomed them on board.
"Welcome aboard Kuun, I'm Artie, the head of this rescue mission. Are you ready to leave?" He said.
Kuun put down his backpack with a smile.
"For years. Let's go see my brother." He said.
Bennett nodded.
"Let's head to Genesis" He said.
The doors closed and The Black Manta, still in stealth mode and left what was the closest they ever came to Hell.

Well, the team to fight for the galaxys freedom is starting to really wont be an easy undertaking for anyone and lines between enemies and friends will get blurred. Corso is about to have a very interesting life with babies and juggling between three places that needs him. Sonny might think he gets off easy, but trust me, there are surprises up for him too. And how will Callie combine being a stay at home mom, and a reporter. Lots of fun things to come.

Thank you Paranoid Girl, for the excellent work you do. I hope you have as much fun as I do when I write them, when you beta it. I really could not make this happen without your help.
