Corso was pushing through the snow, in the direction of the black Manta.

The fight with the warlord had left him feeling exhausted, but at least he seemed to have won, and he was gone from his head.

All he could remember when he came to, was seeing Professor Benson lying on the floor and the Warlord was nowhere to be seen.

At least Corso got what he came for. Benson would give them all the information they needed.

He failed to notice that not all of his thoughts were his own.

As he reached the Black Manta, the others helped him aboard. Corso felt exhausted. Trekking through the snow with someone on your back was no small feat and at this point, he just wanted to go home. Something inside of him snarled as he thought of his family, of Sonny. He must be REALLY tired. He needed some sleep.

Corso looked at Stevens.

"Lock him up while I take a shower will you? It's been a rough day." He said.

Stevens only nodded, when someone came up behind Corso and tased him.

"I'm sorry, but it's for your own safety." Kuun said, as he lifted Corso off the floor and carried him into a cell.

Sonny instructed him to turn on a forcefield in the cell, just to be sure.

They needed to lure the Warlord out, so as loathsome as it felt, they had to keep Corso in the dark for now.

Once Sonny had explained things, Kuun agreed to help him.

For now, willing or not, Corso was their enemy.

Duke Maddox was looking at Sonny and his new friend, Otis Blackthorne.

He knew from Technoid's records that this man was the founding leader of the Pirates, and a lot older than his appearance suggested.

He paid close attention to Otis' story, and the old myth of the Guardian and the Galactik Throne of Zaelion. Turns out it wasn't a myth. And they apparently needed this Guardian right now.

However, they had more pressing matters, like Benson being in custody. And he noticed Sonny was having issues talking about Corso, even if he was the one having captured Benson. However, that was soon explained.

"How do we even fight something like that? It doesn't have a body." Duke Maddox said.

Solaris spoke up.

"There might be a solution to this, if General Bleylock and Abraxor is willing to give us a hand." She said.

All eyes fell on General Bleylock.

"My son created a prison for Sonny once, a bubble, made of a composite material from a rubber found only here on Abraxor. It's almost indestructible. I'm not sure if it will work on something… incorporeal. That said, we must cut it from Corso's body first." He said.

Sonny nodded.

"Send the construction details to Artie, he'll start building it with some other Pirates. We're also searching for their entrance in this Galaxy, and will try to seal it. After that… Well, I'll let him explain." Sonny said, and gestured for Otis to step forward.

The Pirate nodded, and handed a disk to one of the council's servants, who put it inside the computer.

"My fellow Allies, The Pirate Council of Elders are the oldest defenders of this galaxy. In times of strife, we are to appoint a Guardian, to help us in this time of need." Otis said and pressed a few buttons on the keypad.

A wall of crests appeared on a screen.

They represented Abraxor, the Paladins, The United Planets, and the Flux Society. Another picture started to form. It was Sonny.

Duke Maddox turned white.

"Of course it is." He said, turning to Sonny. "Should I start calling you Your Highness?"

"Trust me, I like it even less than you. But we have more important things to attend to at the moment. We need the bubble to be constructed as fast as possible, while my people are stalling The Black Manta as long as they can. If it comes down to it, we use the Netherball Sphere. It will siphon energy out of Corso if the Warlord tries to manipulate him to open the doors.

Meanwhile, I'll come up with a plan to interrogate the Warlord in Corso's body. General Benson, I'll need help from you and the Chissian military." Sonny said.

General Benson nodded.

"Of course. He's been formed by the military, maybe that might confuse the Warlord." The General suggested.

Sonny nodded.

"Just make sure he's safe. Despite everything, he's still someone I deeply care for." He said.

The others bowed to him.

Sonny didn't like this at all.

"Duke Maddox, I need your army deployed on Akillian, to take on the droid army there. Be prepared to evacuate all residents to the sanctuary. Bennett will give the coordinates. We need to get the people off the planet, before the battle starts. We can't let innocent people suffer." Sonny ordered.

Otis smiled proudly. They picked the right man for the job.

Corso slowly came around inside his cell.

"The fuck's going on?" Corso growled, walking towards the cell door. The electric current flung him back into the wall.

"Oh what the Hell!?" Corso yelled in fury. This wasn't his own anger, but he didn't know. A door opened, and Kuun entered the hallway.

Corso's eye narrowed.

"Some brother you turned out to be." Corso said, deadly calm.

"He's just doing it for your protection." A voice on the wall next to him said. Sonny's face appeared on a screen, worried, but determined.

"We know it's not just you talking." Sonny said mildly. Corso looked at him, sneering, as dark smoke started to rise from him.

"And just who told you that?!" The Warlord raged.

Sonny looked at him with disgust.

"Your reign ends here. There was apparently a Guardian that's supposed to stop people like you." Sonny stated, his face unreadable.

The Warlord hissed.

"You think your Galaxy was the first with a 'savior'? I've conquered so many before." He said.

Sonny remained stone faced.

"Who knows? Maybe this one will finally defeat you." Sonny said.

"I wouldn't bet on it. As soon as Corso brings me close enough, I will have your body as my next host. Unless, of course, you're willing to prevent that by killing him." The Warlord hissed.

That made Sonny growl.

"You won't hurt him. Corso, please hang on, I'll get you out of there." Sonny said, the message to Corso Ancient Shiloh.

Corso nodded, and gave the code word.

Then Sonny's face disappeared as the screen went dark.

As Sonny logged off from the very disturbing view all the galactik leaders had just had, Duke Maddox looked at him.

"Technoid will provide extra security for you. Also, I think it's better if you don't get yourself in active combat, nor Corso. Even if we get that Warlord out, he'll probably need medical attention after that." He said.

Sonny nodded. He didn't even want to know what the Warlord would do to Corso to… anger him.

"We need to separate them . As soon as we can contain the Warlord, he will remain in the Sphere. Once we have dealt with him, we will need to contact his Galaxy and make sure they will free all their prisoners." Sonny said.

General Benson smiled.

"That's what I like to hear. No useless casualties on your watch." He said. Sonny nodded.
"We'll get through this. All of us."
