Gruetly Bay Farm Life

Season one Episode six: A Duo of Fanboys

Rock music started playing for the opening theme, and after a couple seconds, Lucky was shown to be skateboarding out of the barn with a confident smile. "London to Gruetly Bay is kind of a big change! (Patch is shown to be drawing something while sitting under a tree and hi fiving Lucky as he skates by) But Lucky's gonna take it on cause the mission's in range! (Two-tone is shown to be helping the pink pig from the intro with a dress as she waves to Lucky as he skates by) He and his friends are ready for whatever comes their way! (Rolly is shown to be reading a cooking magazine while giving a thumbs up to Lucky as he passes by) And they'll be by each other's side every day!"

Lucky is then shown to be talking to Roxie with the two showing clear feelings for one another. "Romance, (Lucky is shown to be punching a ferret that tries to attack him) action, (Lucky and his friends are shown to be various activities in the Bark Brigade) it doesn't matter! They're gonna work hard to make it better! (Lucky is shown to be punching Mooch right in the jaw) Bullies, (Lucky is shown to be struggling to sit through one of Tibbs' lectures) boredom, they can get through it! (Lucky is shown to be admiring his butt in a mirror before he jumps out the window) And Lucky is the leader who's gonna become most fit!"

The song then finished with the song finishing in an epic rock fashion as Lucky skateboards down the ladder to the window of the barn's top floor. "He's skateboard packed and ego charged! (Lucky is shown giving a sly grin and finger bang to some nearby animals who're annoyed by his ego) Cocky bugger livin' large! (Lucky spots Cruella about to hit one of his siblings) But when danger comes a knockin'; (Lucky saves his sibling and gets out of the way) he's ready for nose popping!"

Lucky and his friends then do their own individual poses with Lucky doing a peace sign, Patch giving a cheerful smile, Two-tone giving a friendly wave, and Rolly patting his stomach. "He's ready to get through the strife, (Lucky and his friends are seen spotting something in the distance) in his new Gruetly Bay Farm, Life!" The screen blows up with it then showing Lucky and Patch excitedly running across the screen with Thunderbolt merch, possibly meaning that the two of them were going to go to a place related to the German Shepherd in this episode.

Lucky and his friends were in the puppies' room as they watched one of Thunderbolt's movies together. Lucky and Patch were wearing their Thunderbolt merch with Lucky wearing a T shirt, and Patch wearing a Thunderbolt hat, since Lucky had one already. The movie showed the title German Shepherd running across a train to get to the driver's seat to stop it from going over a cliff. As he dodged the bullets of the one driving it, a fart sound was heard and caught everyone off guard. Patch couldn't help but snicker as he looked to Lucky to see if it was him. "Did you just fart?"

"Heh. I wish." Lucky responded cockily, and then he and the others looked to find Mooch testing out a whoopie cushion for a prank. Since they didn't invite him up here, Lucky was quick to tell him to leave. "Get lost Mooch."

Mooch did as requested, knowing he was outmatched by all four puppies, and then Two-tone commented on his prank idea. "I really don't see how you guys find those things funny."

"It's a body humor thing Two-tone. You wouldn't get it unless ya liked that stuff." Lucky explained, and then the movie cut to commercials right at the climax. This irritated Lucky especially, since he hated when that happened. "Ugh; I hate it when commercials come up right before the climax!"

"Maybe it's a good one this time?" Rolly asked, and before Lucky could retort, he and the others saw a chubby male cowboy announcing Thunderbolt's arrival into Gruetly Bay.

"Why hello there Thunderbolt fans! Do you have kids or puppies who're fans of Thunderbolt!?" The cowboy asked, and Lucky and Patch got excited as they locked eyes, and then looked back at the screen. "Then come on down to the Gruetly Bay mall, as we're gonna be having a Thunderbolt convention there, starting tomorrow! Bring your kids down and have the best time of your life with the one and only Thunderbolt!" Thunderbolt then came onto the screen and barked to the audience with the cowboy finishing his announcement. "Only ten dollars per entry."

Lucky and Patch were as ecstatic as they could be to hear that and instantly looked at each other as they shouted in sync. "We're gonna get to meet Thunderbolt!"

Lucky and Patch had some time before the movie came back on, so they rushed off with Lucky speaking to Two-tone and Rolly as they did. "Watch our seats please!" Lucky and Patch then slid down the ladder and rushed to the front yard of the barn. Pongo and Perdita were relaxing out there and the two puppies skidded in front of them once they saw them. Lucky also kept Patch from stumbling into him when he skidded a little too hard and started talking about the convention. "There's a Thunderbolt convention starting at the Gruetly Bay mall tomorrow!"

"Those who go will get to meet Thunderbolt!" Patch continued, and Pongo and Perdita could see the clear excitement on their faces. They just oozed fanboy excitement.

Lucky and Patch then asked their question in sync with puppy dog eyes that gleamed with happiness. "Pleeeeeaaaaase can we go tomorrow!?"

Pongo and Perdita looked at each other and laughed in responded to their kids excitement with Pongo speaking up as they looked back at their children. "I suppose if no one's busy we could head on over. You guys don't have any Bark Brigade classes, do you?"

"Today's Friday dad. Bark Brigade is basically school." Lucky explained, having already learned the basic schedule of how the Bark Brigade works. "You show up five days a week to learn stuff that may or may not help you in the future, make fun of Pug, and also strive to flex on Mooch and become a deputy in the future."

Perdita looked at her schedule on her phone to make sure she was available, finding that she had to attend a business meeting with Anita. "Perdita does have a business meeting I promised her I would attend..." Lucky and Patch started to look disappointed, but then Perdita smiled as she put her phone away and smiled to her puppies. "Buuuut, I'm sure she'll understand that I'll be putting my puppies first, even if it's to help them meet their idol."

Lucky and Patch then beamed and did their signature hi five, leaving Pongo to chime in with his own two cents. "Just try not to cause too much trouble while we're there. Most of the puppies will be watched by Roger, Anita, and Nanny while we're away, but we still don't want too much trouble out of you two."

Lucky and Patch nodded their heads yes in response and then hugged their parents with immense gratitude. "Thank you so much!" Lucky said happily, knowing that this day was going to be amazing.

"With all of our hearts!" Patch chimed in, leaving Pongo and Perdita to smile lovingly at how their children were embracing them. There was nothing they loved more than the warmth of their children.

The next day, Lucky and Patch were getting ready to head to the Thunderbolt convention with excitement surrounding their entire auras. The two of them couldn't believe that they were actually about to meet the one and only Thunderbolt! This was a dream come true for them. They just hoped they wouldn't blow it. Well, Patch did anyway. Lucky was confident that he'd be able to take any challenge, including making a good first impression with Thunderbolt. "Lucky, do you think Thunderbolt will like us?"

Lucky laughed a bit, finding it hard to believe that anyone as cool as Thunderbolt could dislike either of them. "Of course dude. With my hot butt and natural talents along with your sweet heart and passion that anyone can get behind, we can make pretty much anyone with a brain like us within seconds."

Patch snickered a bit as he pointed out how narcissistic that sounded. "So if Thunderbolt doesn't like us then he doesn't have a brain?"

"Okay, I won't go THAT far." Lucky admitted while laughing at how that sounded with the way he worded it. He then calmed down and clarified what he meant. "I just meant that Thunderbolt is obviously smart enough to avoid letting a fight happen over something stupid. And don't forget that he loves kids, as seen when his real life is shown on TV."

"That's true." Patch admitted, and then he started to talk about how he'd feel with Lucky there with him. "I guess I'll be fine, so long as you're there with me. Then I know I'll have someone to be there beside me if I mess up."

Lucky put a paw on Patch's shoulder as he showed his support in regards to meeting Thunderbolt. "You won't mess up Patch. Just don't overthink it." Patch smiled as he and Lucky hi fived before heading down the ladder. The two of them were excited for today, and they both knew that meeting Thunderbolt would be a massive blessing for them.

At the convention, Thunderbolt was shown in his trailer as he looked outside excitedly at all the people who showed up in Gruetly Bay. He just knew that this would work out, even if it was in a suburban seaside town, which he didn't think many conventions took place in. He looked to a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, who was looking a little anxious, and Thunderbolt seemed worried upon seeing it. He went over to his friend to see what was wrong. "You okay Lil' Lightning? You look a little worried."

"That's because I AM worried." Lil' Lightning admitted, clearly not being the biggest fan of some of the stuff he had to do out there. "You know I don't work well with children. Every time I interact with a kid, I get worried I'm gonna say the wrong thing and hurt their feelings, and when I don't say anything, they feel the awkwardness and leave. And the last thing I wanna do is make em cry."

Thunderbolt did feel bad for his friend in regards to this. It was clear that he didn't dislike children, but that he always struggled when it came to interaction with them. He smiled with compassion as he put his arm around his friend and gave him his full support. "Maybe this could help to change that. You just need a handsome friend to help you."

Lil' Lightning was grateful for the request, but did Thunderbolt really think he could help him? "Do you think it's possible?"

"Of course! You got the job as my sidekick after all, right?" Thunderbolt reminded Lil' Lightning, which helped him a little bit. "And you couldn't interact with humans at all before I stepped in to give you advice. Call it cheating, but your confidence grew enough on that day to have a chance. And I chose you because I saw potential."

Lil' Lightning just couldn't help but smile. Thunderbolt was a good boss, and also a great friend. "Thanks Thunder."

"Hey, I haven't ripped any since we got here." Thunderbolt joked, leaving Lil' Lightning to laugh as Thunderbolt then patted his back. "Come on. Let's go get some practice in with some tag team."

"Okay!" Lil' Lightning hopped off the couch in the trailer and headed off with Thunderbolt. Both left the trailer in the hopes to get some good progress made on that day.

Lucky and Patch were nearing the arrival of the Thunderbolt convention with Roger letting them know when he'd pick them up. "I'll be back to pick you up around dinner time. That should be more than enough time to see everything you're up for seeing."

"Definitely." Lucky responded, and then he got out of the bus with Patch, Pongo, and Perdita, being exceptionally excited for meeting Thunderbolt as he and Patch hi fived. "We're gonna rock this convention Patch. As soon as Thunderbolt sees us, we'll be making awesome moves left and right the whole day!"

Pongo and Perdita took the time to thank Roger for taking the four of them to the convention before getting off with Pongo doing the talking. "Most thanks for taking us Roger. You know how Lucky and Patch love their Thunderbolt."

Roger got a look at Lucky and Patch wondering into the convention and advised Pongo and Perdita to hurry. "Let's hope they don't love him too much for them to stay in sight."

Pongo and Perdita saw what Roger meant and rushed into the convention as Perdita told them off for walking off on their own. "Lucky, Patch, you can't walk off on your own. Your father and I would lose sight of you and get worried sick."

"Even if we were with Thunderbolt?" Lucky asked curiously, and Perdita nodded her head yes in response to that.

Patch then assured Perdita that he and Lucky would be sure to stay in sight for as long as could be. "We'll be sure to keep that in mind. And hopefully if we DO get separated, we're with someone who's nice enough to help us find you."

"So long as we do our best to stay close." Pongo assured his puppies as he rubbed their heads. He knew they were excited to see Thunderbolt, so he decided to get to the point. "Let's go and meet your Tv hero!" The four Dalmatians headed off then and there with Lucky and Patch being beyond excited for what was to come.

Lucky and Patch were both starting to enjoy themselves at the convention as they found the event area for them to kill some time. The two of them arrived at what looked like a game where you could win giant Thunderbolt plushies if you made it to the top. The lady who was running this game was more than happy to let them try. "Ya like what ya see? Just one dollar each, and you can both get a crack at getting one of these big guys. Just make sure you're on top of the ladder for the entire time."

Lucky and Patch nodded to each other and each gave the lady a dollar, and they both got on their own ladder. It was more wobbly than it looked with Lucky seeming to be able to adapt to it quite easily. Patch tried to adapt as well, but his was wobbling a lot more since he was going a little slower than Lucky. Pongo and Perdita watched closely as Lucky then started to try running up the ladder. Unfortunately, his own ego got the better of him and it caused him to fall through the ladder. He sighed in annoyance and got back down as he saw Patch almost there.

Patch was about to reach for one of the plushies, only for his ladder to wobble a little too hard and cause him to fall off. Lucky had already given the lady another dollar as he called down to Patch just before he started again. "Don't worry Patch! I'm not losing that giant Thunderbolt!"

Pongo than whispered something to the lady that could help her with sales. "Our son Lucky has quite the drive to prove he can do something he feels he knows he can handle." The lady took note of that as Lucky was almost at the top, this time, managing to avoid falling through the ladder. As he got right to the top of the ladder, he held on tightly and grabbed the giant Thunderbolt plushie. He managed to get it off safely, and he then pumped his fist before sliding down on the ladder. "And that determination paid off! Well done you two."

"Hehe. Thanks dad, but it was mostly Lucky who got it done." Patch admitted, and then he and Lucky hi fived as the two of them had Pongo and Perdita hold their plushie after the two parents offered to do so. Patch then got an idea and went over to the lady with his camera. "Could you take a picture of the four of us please?"

"Sure thing." The lady held the camera as the four dogs then posed; Lucky crossing his arms confidently with a confident grin, Patch waving happily to the camera while holding the plushie, Pongo giving a proud smile, and Perdita smiling sweetly. The lady then took the picture, and out came a photo with the Dalmatians in their four poses.

Patch accepted his camera and the photo back, thanking the lady for his help. "Thanks ma'am!" The lady gave a thumbs up as Patch then got excited to try some other things. "I wonder what else we can try out here!" Lucky was just excited as Patch was, and if the plushie was any sign of it, they were going to have a very good day at the convention. That is... if they could remember to avoid trouble as much as they could.

Lucky and Patch were walking with Pongo and Perdita as Patch was looking at the photo of them with the plushie. He was really proud of how it turned out and knew it was the start to showing off just how much fun they were all having. "You really came through winning that plushie Lucky. The others are gonna be amazed when they see it."

"You're darn right they will." Lucky replied confidently, and then he and Patch looked around to see what else they could do. As he did, his stomach growled a little, indicating that he was hungry. "Looks like we're having lunch next."

Perdita was curious as to why Lucky was hungry, knowing he ate lunch with the other pups. "Didn't you have lunch back at the farm?"

Lucky then realized that he was busted and gave a sheepish grin as he explained what was going on. "I might have... skipped lunch so I'd have an excuse to try out this special kind of burger Thunderbolt loves more than any other food on the planet."

Perdita sighed in response to Lucky's little stunt as Pongo then spotted a nearby food truck. "You picked a good time to get hungry then son. Your ticket to lunch is right over there."

Lucky and Patch looked at each other and hi fived as they ran over to the food truck, and when they did, Lucky saw what he wanted: The Thunderbolt Burger. It was a double cheeseburger with all of the usual toppings on it from bacon, mushrooms, onions, and so on, and it also came with super spicy hot sauce. That was the main kicker for Lucky. He loved pushing himself as far as he could go. Patch saw what was on the burger and decided to pass on it as he chuckled sheepishly. "I'll just get a hot dog."

Pongo and Perdita got a look at the prices of what Lucky and Patch wanted, and Perdita seemed a little reluctant to get what Lucky wanted. "Ten dollars? Sounds like a bit much for a burger."

"Then we'll split the bill on this one." Pongo offered, nuzzling Perdita as he stated why he was doing that. "Then you can still get that coat you want."

Perdita smiled in response to that. She was lucky to have a husband like Pongo. "So long as everyone's happy."

Lucky and Patch were sitting at a nearby table together while getting ready to start eating with their parents as Perdita warned Lucky about something regarding his food. "Remember now Lucky. We expect you to finish at least half of this burger before throwing it out if you have to."

"You know me mum. I can handle any kind of heat." Lucky assured his mother, and when she handed him his burger, he sniffed it and just adored what he saw from it. "Welcome to paradise." Lucky then started eating his burger, taking three bites out of it as the others started eating as well. Lucky was amazed by how well the spice kicked in, and even though his eyes started to water, he swallowed his bites and got back to eating. Needless to say, Patch, Pongo, and Perdita were worried as they watched. Lucky wasn't about to stop eating however.

Lucky also got a cherry soda, so he chugged some of it down and continued eating. It was a big burger too, so Lucky knew he had some work to do.

After about two minutes, Lucky had finally gotten down to the last bite of his burger, and his eyes were watering like crazy from the hot sauce. After Lucky took his last bite, his already burning stomach couldn't take it anymore. Lucky wasn't worried however, since he was usually proud of his farts, and he grunted and lifted his butt, and as it was shown, he unleashed...

PHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHT

...a beastly thirty second fart that reeked of spicy meat and rotten eggs, letting out a greenish yellow cloud that made Lucky's butt vibrate, along with the ground shaking a bit as well. Lucky sighed with relief as Patch, Pongo, and Perdita looked in shock. Some of the locals started to pass out however, while others ran off as Lucky's fart started to spread and linger with birds starting to fall from the sky. Despite Lucky's proud grin, Pongo was quick to assure him that he shouldn't let this ruin his day. "Nothing to be ashamed of Lucky. Even if that was... abnormally large."

Lucky felt no shame however, and was quite proud of how big his fart was, being more surprised that he managed to make the ground shake a little as he let it out. The voice he heard from nearby however did have a risk at changing that. Or did it? "I'd say I'm more impressed than anything!" Lucky and the others looked to find Thunderbolt walking up to them as he wafted the fart away while commenting on what caused it. "Whoo! Let me guess. Thunderbolt Burger?"

Lucky and Patch couldn't help but be star struck when seeing Thunderbolt in person, and Lucky just had to answer his question. "You bet! I managed to finish the whole thing right before my butt started that heat wave."

Thunderbolt laughed a bit at Lucky's wording there with Thunderbolt being impressed by his iron stomach. "Not many kids your age can handle my prized burger. You're one of a kind kid." Lucky was ecstatic to hear that with Patch being happy for him. He was also glad that his massive flatulence didn't ruin the day at the convention for them. Thunderbolt did have to comment on Lucky's odor though. "You may wanna take a shower soon though." Lucky flinched and sniffed his armpit, being stunned by the smell as a bird fell right next to Patch, who was startled.

Thunderbolt's RV was shown as Lucky was shown to be showering in it, since Lucky's fart started following him around. Now he had even more reason to be proud of his gas, since it's what led to him and Patch being noticed by Thunderbolt. If he were being honest however, he'd prefer to be noticed for his skill. Lucky then patted his stomach and let out a nasty sounding three second burp before pointing his butt out and...

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUP

...ripping a loud and bassy ten second fart in Thunderbolt's shower, and it reeked of rotten eggs with his butt vibrating upon releasing the yellow cloud. Lucky whiffed his fart and was quite satisfied with the odor, making sure to put some more shampoo on so it didn't follow him out there. He then looked back at his smelly, yet still gorgeous butt as he rubbed some shampoo on it as well. "Ohhhhh yes! Nothing like having a butt as hot as mine." After Lucky rubbed enough shampoo on his butt to notice, he shook said butt a little before he...

PHHHHHHHHHHT

...cut a loud and bassy five second fart that let out a barrage of yellow eggy bubbles that went through from his fart gas. He couldn't help laughing at the sight of the bubbles he'd created, and he just had to create more. As he shook his butt from side to side with it pointed out, he happily unleashed the beasts...

PFFT
PHHT
BRUP
BLARP
BRAT

...and he had a lot of gas in him; that was for sure. He was always a pup who loved having fun with his farts, and now he could do that in the home of his idol, since he knew he wouldn't mind it.

In the living room of the RV, Patch was asking Thunderbolt some questions regarding his movies. "Did you actually go to Egypt for the third movie!? That must have been such an eventful trip! And they actually had the Sphynx there? It looks so much like the real thing!"

Pongo chuckled a bit before stepping in to make sure Patch didn't ask too many questions at once. "Not so many questions at once Patch. Thunderbolt can only answer so many of them at once."

"Nah, he's fine for now." Thunderbolt assured Pongo, and then he answered Patch's question for him. "We DID go to Egypt for my third movie. It was one heck of a ride too. We had to work all day to get all of those mummy statues to move fluently."

Patch was a little caught off guard by the mention of 'mummy statues'. They looked so real when he watched the movie for the first time. "Statues? You mean those weren't real mummies?"

Thunderbolt wasn't quite sure how to answer that, and Lil' Lightning noticed some bubbles from the bathroom and asked Thunderbolt about it. "Hey Thunder. Did you tell that horseshoe spotted pup that he could take a bubble bath?"

"No, I knew a shower would be enough. Why?" Lil' Lightning pointed to the bubbles with Thunderbolt giving a concerned look as he commented on them. "That's ONE way to scrub yourself."

Just then, everyone burst out of the RV with Lucky being at the end of it as he laughed about how many bubbles he'd made. He couldn't help but boast about it as he went up to Patch and helped him up. "You should've seen it Patch! I was making my own bubble shower!"

Lucky laughed a bit more with Thunderbolt looking at his RV as Perdita scolded Lucky for what he just did. "Lucky! You can't just flood someone's home like that! We're only lucky it was bubbles and not water!"

Thunderbolt put in his own two cents as Pongo signaled Perdita to calm down a little. He was definitely concerned for Lucky's massive gas. "You might wanna get that checked out kid. I've never met anyone gassy enough to make that many bubbles."

"It's easy. Just put shampoo on your butt and let em rip." Lucky explained, and Thunderbolt took note of that as he started making notes for how he could stop something like this from happening again.

Thunderbolt was now getting ready for the autographs he'd give to his fans with Patch thinking about what Thunderbolt said before. He hoped he wasn't the only one who thought the mummies were real before. He decided to ask Lucky just to be sure. "Hey Lucky?" Lucky gave Patch his full attention as he asked his question. "Did you know the mummies in Thunderbolt 3: Sphynx of an Egyptian Curse were fake?"

Lucky didn't feel this question was about something bigger than a general discussion and felt it was best to answer honestly. "Well, yeah; I just figured. Why?"

Patch started to feel concerned about that, and Lil' Lightning couldn't help overhearing them as Thunderbolt's autograph station was being set up. "So does that mean he didn't actually go on these adventures? Because he told me he actually did go to Egypt for that movie."

"Maybe the obstacles are real and the monsters are fake." Lucky suggested, feeling they shouldn't jump to conclusions about this. After all, there's no way every last bit of the movies could be fake. "If Thunderbolt and Lil' Lightning are real, then at least one of the things he went through has to be real too."

Patch felt that made sense, and he and Lucky decided to just head onto the stage, leaving Lil' Lightning to worry about how he would interact with them. "Um..."

"Don't overthink it dude." Lucky advised Lil' Lightning, surprising him a little as Lucky spoke up. "I've seen you enough in the movies to know that your struggle with kids isn't exclusive to the movies. Just do small talk and go from there. Don't under-think it, but don't over-complicate it either." Lil' Lightning felt that Lucky's advice made sense. He did find it ironic coming from someone in the age group he was struggling to work well with however.

The autograph signing then began with Thunderbolt barking to signal those who were still at the convention to come on over. Once they started lining up however, Lucky and Patch got in line first with Lucky being first, for obvious reasons. Thunderbolt didn't see him holding anything, so he seemed confused about what Lucky wanted. "What exactly am I signing here kid?" Lucky turned around and showed Thunderbolt his rear end, giving Thunderbolt his answer and making Patch laugh a little. Thunderbolt was a little weirded out, but shrugged and signed it anyway.

When Thunderbolt was done, Lucky was quick to inform him of how much of an honor this was for him. "Thank you Thunderbolt. I will never use ink remover on my butt for as long as I live."

Thunderbolt watched Lucky walk off with his new signature on his butt, being quick to ask Patch something that was on his mind when Patch handed him an actual poster. "Is your brother gonna fart on my name from now on?"

"Yep." Patch answered honestly, and when Thunderbolt signed his poster, he assured him that it wasn't anything to be insulted about. "Just think of it as... Lucky refusing to ever forget about you. He loves his butt, and I imagine it's what he'll want people to remember him for most in terms of his body parts."

Thunderbolt finished the signature before giving a sheepish smile in response to that explanation. "I won't lie kid. That's pretty weird."

"I know. I've gotten used to it though." Patch admitted, and he accepted his poster back and walked off while thanking Thunderbolt. "Thank you!" Patch walked off and left Thunderbolt to continue signing autographs as he thought about what he just did. He imagined that most people who did this would've told the kid to walk away for a request to sign his butt.

Lucky, Patch, Pongo, and Perdita were waiting by the entrance for Roger, since it was close to the time they were supposed to be picked up. Lucky was still amazed by the fact that he got a signature from Thunderbolt on his butt with Patch cracking a joke about it. "Now all you have to do is avoid farting while looking at it in the mirror."

Lucky and Patch snickered at the joke with Pongo and Perdita having to admit; Lucky's autograph location was quite bizarre. Lucky was quick to admit that not many would have gone through with his request. "It's a good thing Thunderbolt's so chill. Most people would've denied me the offer." Lucky then had a thought in his mind about how this would work out back on the farm. "You think any of our friends will be impressed by the autograph?"

"If by anyone, you mean Roxie, then-" Patch was about to finish, only to realize he was saying that in front of their parents and covered his mouth. Lucky then face palmed as Pongo and Perdita gave intrigued looks. Patch then tried to cover up what he said. "It's nothing worth looking into! Just someone we both hang out with!"

Patch silently mouthed a sorry to Lucky with Pongo playfully teasing his son over this. "If you say so. Just don't forget to introduce us."

"Dad, I swear if we were in public." Lucky's response certainly surprised Pongo and Perdita, giving the former a cheeky grin. It was quite clear that a nerve was struck with that one. Lucky then thought of something good at the convention that was helpful for his relaxation. "I'm definitely glad there wasn't anything too loud at the convention. I would've been a nervous wreck meeting Thunderbolt."

Patch, Pongo, and Perdita understood that completely as Roger then arrived in the bus and allowed the four of them to hop on in. Patch then realized a circumstance that they probably should've prepared for. "That reminds me. We forgot to bring your ear muffs."

"Good thing we didn't need them." Lucky responded, and he and Patch sat next to each other on the bus with Pongo and Perdita sitting up front with Roger. Lucky started thinking about how to day went down and laughed a bit as he pointed something out to Patch. "So... you know how you were worried about looking dumb in front of Thunderbolt today? (Patch looks at Lucky) I think did that way more than you did."

"I mean... you interacted with Thunderbolt a lot more than I did despite that." Patch admitted, wishing he'd taken the chance to chat with Thunderbolt more. "I just asked him about his movies and then took the chance to get my poster autographed."

Lucky put a paw on Patch's shoulder as he assured him that he would have plenty of time for another chance of interacting with Thunderbolt in the future. "We've still got long lives ahead of us Patch. There's no way this can be Thunderbolt's only time in Gruetly Bay either." Patch was always glad to get support from someone as confident as Lucky. He just wished he could be as confident as he was. Lucky was sure he'd get there with enough practice and dedication. "And hey. Maybe next time you can convince him to let you do a killer drawing of him."

"You really think so?" Patch asked, and Lucky nodded his head yes in response, leaving Patch ecstatic for the future. "That'd be amazing!" Lucky and Patch hi fived to show that they were ready for the future, and the bus was shown heading onto the path of farm as the screen faded to black, ending the episode off.

An instrumental version of the main theme played during the credits.
