Back at the Cullens house after Orion leaves.
...
Once Edward saw Orion and his father leave, he turned to Jasper and the waking Alice. She stood up and Edward went after her. Emmett and Carlisle grabbed him just before he got to Alice.

"What the hell were you thinking Alice? You seemed genuine about Orion! Why are you acting like this?" Edward shouted.

Alice frowned deeply. "Because I had a vision! You and Bella were supposed to get married and have a daughter! She would then be half and half and the Volturi would understand the idea of a vampire child. We would've had peace!"

Edward glared at her. "Have you had any visions of him?"

"Only of his past and his true parentage. I can't see his future!" She said.

Rosalie stepped up from being Edward and out a hand on his shoulder. She turned to Alice and asked, "How do you know he won't make it better? Or did you forget you only see subjectively? What do you know Alice!"

This stunned everybody. Rosalie was right. What else did she see?

Carlisle, the one whose usually all about peace, didn't try and stop them from questioning Alice.

"Now that I'm paying attention, Orion was right. She is hiding her true emotions," Jasper stated sadly.

Edward snarled. "What are you hiding Alice?"

Alice looked stunned and resembled a deer caught in headlights.

Edward wasn't in the mood to wait. "Well?" He snapped.

"She's feeling an overwhelming sense of fear," Jasper said.

Esme tried her approach. Edward could tell what Orion was talking about. When Esme placed her hand on Alice's shoulder, Alice relaxed. He turned to Jasper, and saw his eyes wide. "Your mate was right about everything. Esme... is very powerful."

Edward tilted in his head in response. He already knew how powerful and truthful his mate is.

"Alice, what aren't you telling us," Esme coaxed.

Edward looked at Jasper and Jasper knew what he wanted. "She's calming down a lot, but she still has a lot of fear. Under it is immense anger."

Alice's shoulders dropped. She put her head in her hands and took a deep breath. When she looked up, she had a dark glare on her face. Everyone flinched, not comprehending that little Alice could look so... dangerous.

"When I saw that Orion was coming, I hoped that he would need more time with his father. You need to marry Bella. She's normal and could survive vampirism. He is a wizard and there's little chance of surviving. Yes, he's powerful but he won't survive." She smirked at the last word.

Edward let out a growl and charged at her. He wrapped his hands around her neck and saw that she wasn't struggling. She was just looking smugly at him. "Can't find out. No one can." Edward didn't let Alice know he had read her thoughts. He let her go and stormed across the room.

He wanted to see Orion to know if Alice was right, but he had to get more information out of Alice.

Rosalie beat him to the question. She watched right up to Alice and snarled. "What else do you know Alice?"

Alice just smiled. Edward and Jasper looked to Carlisle to get the okay of using a harsher treatment to get her to tell them. Carlisle frowned but nodded. He knew it had to be done.

Carlisle grabbed Esme's hand and they both walked out of the house, so they wouldn't hear anything.

Emmett stood next to Rosalie and Jasper stood next to Edward in front of Alice. Jasper closed his eyes and manipulated Alice's smug feelings and replaced it with fear.

Alice lost her smile and began to panic. "No! Stop!"

Emmett held her down while she started to thrash. Jasper, enhanced it once again. He didn't want to do this to her. Jasper didn't want to put her in the state that she was in when her parents put her in the mental hospital, but he knew it had to be done. Alice went to a lot of trouble to make sure her true intentions were hidden and they needed to find out why.

Rosalie was now helping Emmett to hold down Alice. She was thrashing even more so and Jasper asked, "What is so bad about Orion?"

Edward used Alice's weakened state, to read her mind. "Can't let Orion kill Aro. Can't let Orion become a vampire. Get out of my head! It hurts! Make it stop!"

Edward was instantly relieved that Alice was lying Orion dying in the process of the change, but he was confused on why Alice would have a big problem with Orion killing Aro. "Stop Jasper."

Jasper immediately stopped what he was doing and Alice stopped moving. It seems all the emotions took a toll on her and she passed out. Emmett put her on the couch and wrapped an arm around his wife. Carlisle and Esme entered the door and looked at Alice on the couch. They didn't ask questions about it but they did ask what they find out.

Edward was trying to get a hold of his anger, when he felt his mate. He smiled softly at the comfort Orion was sending him, but his smile melted when he felt everyone waiting on him. He straightened. "Alice had a vision of Orion being a vampire and killing Aro. For some reason she doesn't want Aro to die and sees Orion as a serious threat."

Rosalie snarled loudly. "She won't hurt Orion."

Carlisle smiled softly. "Why do you care about him so much Rosalie?"

"Is it because he could help you have a baby?" Edward lightly accused.

Rosalie glared at him. "There's more to it than that Edward. He doesn't fear me. Fear us. He's been nothing but kind and yes, he can give me a baby. But that isn't the main reason."

Emmett smiled proudly at his mate and kissed her. Avoiding the scene, Edward excused himself and headed towards the stairs, to his room. Before he could reach the top, Jasper grabbed his shoulder. "I had no idea about Alice's intentions towards Orion or anything about her visions."

Edward smiled and clapped him on the shoulder. "It's alright Jasper. Orion seems to trust you and I do to. You're my brother and I'll always trust you."

Jasper smiled a rare smile. "Thank you."

Jasper excused himself and Edward continued to his room. He was already feeling the pain of being away from his mate and sighed. His poor mate. After everything he's been through, he can't just have a peaceful existence. There and then Edward made a promise. He made a promise to always be by Orion's side and make him happy.

...

Orion and Sirius left the Cullens house and Orion couldn't stop thinking about Alice. He could tell she went through a lot of trouble to hide her emotions. He was surprised that Jasper couldn't feel the haze over her emotions. Isn't he her mate? Couldn't he feel her emotions?

Hey dad?"

Sirius looked briefly at Orion before looking at the road ahead. "Yes?"

Orion was in deep thought. "Do you think Alice is Jasper's mate?"

"I'm not sure but after noticing his surprise after what she said and did, well I don't think she is. It's possible he had mistaken their bond for a soulmate one."

Orion eyes narrowed. "There's more than one kind of bond?"

"Of course. Didn't you learn this at Hogwarts?" Sirius asked. He remembered learning about it in his 3rd year.

Orion's jaw clenched. "No. We didn't learn anything about this.

Sirius looked at his son with wide eyes. "Well there are different soul mate bonds. Love Bond is where you're meant to be together, Friend Bond is exactly how it sounds. Someone that you're meant to be friends with, someone who can support you. Then there's the Life Bond. This one is more of a burden that the others. If you feel indebted to someone to a certain point, you establish a Life Bond with them that will tie your life to the person you're indebted to."

Orion nodded in understand and ran his hand through his hair. "Could Jasper ne mistaking the Love Bond for the Life Bond?"

"Absolutely," his dad replied.

Orion hummed. He winced when he felt his mate's anger go through him. It was steadily rising and Orion was breathing heavily.

"Pup! Pup! Orion!" Sirius screamed. Orion held up a hand and continued to take deep breaths.

"I'm alright. Edward is just really angry," Orion explained.

Sirius frowned and put a hand on his son's shoulder. "Maybe you should go back."

Orion shook his head. "No. They need to find out about Alice."

They both startled as an owl was carrying a letter. Orion looked at his dad, scared. "Dad, are you expecting a letter?"

Sirius shook his head. He pulled out his wand and checked the letter for any curses or jinxes and found none. He grabbed the letter and the owl flew away. It was addressed to Orion.

Sirius tentatively gave the letter to his son. He didn't want to give it to him. Sirius wanted that life to be behind them.

Orion grabbed the letter, but didn't open it. I can't read it right now. He pocketed the letter and looked towards his father who was watching him. "How about we go and watch movies together?"

Sirius instantly smiled and nodded. "Come on. Race you to the movie room!"

Orion shook his head and laughed at his father. Of course, my dad is still a child. He ran towards his dad and counted the hours until he saw his mate again.

A/N: Sorry! I'm really bad at ending chapters. Let me know what you think and please give ideas to where you want it to go. I have a few ideas but would love your input!
