Time skip to end of the school day because I'm impatient lmao

Orion walked out the school, happy that the day was finally over. He really needed to get his empathy under control. Edward won't always be there to help him and he needed to do it himself. At least Bella was completely avoiding him, but he felt Jasper and Emmetts absence all day. To be honest, Orion was worried about Alice. He's never encountered someone who can hide their feelings that well. Does she know someone who taught her that? Another vampire?

Orion was jolted out of his thoughts when he saw Edward by his car. "Where's Rosalie?" He asked while kissing Edward on the cheek in greeting.

Edward pulled Orion in a hug before he replied. "She went home to make sure nothing was going wrong. "

"Oh okay. I have to be heading back to. Severus is most likely already there."

Edward looked hesitant, but understood. "Okay, but come over as soon as you can. I know you don't have a phone, so you can always come to me."

Orion modded. "That's probably for the best. We need to tell Severus that we're around vampires and you showing up out of nowhere won't help."

They both laughed and said goodbye to each other. Orion kisses Edward on his cheek and went to his Jeep. Once Orion was in his Jeep, he saw that Edward was still looking at him. Orion winked and he drove away feeling his mates adoration.

Orion arrived to his house and rushed inside. He was excited to see Severus and to tell him about Edward. When he walked in the door, he also saw 2 people he wasn't supposed to see so soon. Neville and Luna.

Orion just stood there. He was internally kicking himself because he should have felt them. Orion was starting to panic , but tried to hide it. Fortunately, his dad saw this.

Sirius saw that Orion was seconds away from bolting and grabbed him in a hug. "Look who we have here! My only pup," he teased.

That made Orion smile and relax. "You're such a kid honestly."

Before Sirius could retort, Orion gathered his courage and greeted Neville and Luna with a hug. "It's great to see you guys."

"It's good to see you to Harry. Although I think you have something to tell us," Luna said dreamily. Orion was relieved they didn't mention his changed appearance.

I was surprised for a second before laughing awkwardly. Neville smiled, but I can feel his curiosity. However, Severus was giving off a feeling of dread.

Orion rolled his eyes. "Really Severus? It's not like I rode a dragon again or defeated a Dark Lord again."

Everyone burst out laughing except for Severus. He just scowled. He honestly didn't like how Orion could feel everything he did. "How am I supposed to feel? You are attracted to danger," Severus drawled out.

Sirius absolutely lost it at this. Orion's mouth dropped. He found it ironic that Severus said that because his soulmate is literally a vampire. Luna was giggling quietly while Severus and Neville were lost.

Sirius had to take a few deep breaths to get a hold of himself. "It's funny you say that Sevvy-" he was interrupted by a pillow hitting his face.

"I told you to not call me that you bloody dog," Severus practically shouted while turning pink.

Orion, Neville, and Luna were all just staring at the two. Orion knew that there was something between them, but didn't really give it too much thought.

Neville's eyes widened. "O-oh," he said. Luna put a hand over her to keep herself from laughing. Orion was in the same state.

Severus and Sirius were quietly talking to each other. As Orion observed them, he could feel the genuine love coming from Severus. He was surprised that the man could feel so deeply for Sirius, but he was happy. He also didn't know why they haven't told him yet. With his ability, it's practically a slap to his face.

Orion cringed when their emotions got a little too rated R. "Can you two just please stop flirting with each other when I'm right here? You know I can feel what you are right?"

Neville fake gagged. "Ew, that's gross Orion. I didn't really need that image in my head."

Severus straightened up with his signature scowl on his face, but everyone can see the blush on his face. Sirius was also embarrassed because his son's ability escaped his mind. "No one told you to imagine anything Longbottom."

Neville blushed darkly and cowered back behind Luna. Luna just giggled at her boyfriend. Orion just found it hilarious that he hid behind his tiny girlfriend.

Orion straightened and looked at his dad. His dad just gave him a nod and a comforting smile. "Severus, I'm sure you have questions about the potions I asked you to bring," Orion paused to see Severus nod. "Well, I found out that I have a mate and he is a vampire."

All at once different emotions slammed into him. Annoyance. Surprise. Relief. Orion had to close his eyes and take a deep breath. When he looked up, he questioned Severus. "Why are you relieved?"

Severus arched his eyebrow and crossed his arms. "Why do you think? Having a mate can help you with you with your empathy."

Orion was stunned. He didn't think that Severus cared for him that much. Neville was also stunned.

There was an awkward silence before Luna broke it. "What is his clan like Orion?"

Orion smiled. "It's very powerful. They all have gifts. Rosalie has the gift of beauty and her mate, Emmett, is very strong. Jasper is an empath like me except he knows how to manipulate emotions. Edward, my mate, can read minds. I don't know too much about the head of the clan but Carlisle has a lot of compassion. He works as a doctor."

Everyone except Sirius was surprised. "How does he control his bloodlust?" Neville inquired.

Orion shrugged. "I'm not too sure, but his compassion had to have helped him. I was really surpised by his mate, Esme. I've never really came across someone like her before." Orion paused, remembering the motherly tone she had.

Severus was impatient. "Why?"

"She is very powerful and she doesn't even know it. When she talked to me, I felt compelled to do whatever she wanted me to do. It wasn't as if she was forcing it either. It was more like I wanted to make her proud and I had to do what she said. Her voice was soft and felt like a mother's voice. It was very comforting," Orion explained.

He felt Neville and Luna's sadness. "How did it feel?" Neville asked.

"It was like nothing I've ever felt before. I can't really describe it Neville. When you meet her you can feel for yourself."

Neville hesitantly nodded. Luna stepped forward and asked, "What about the other vampire? Alice?"

Orion wasn't even surprised at this point. "Something is very off about her. She completely masked her emotions from her supposed mate."

Surprise. "How didn't Jasper catch onto it?" Severus asked.

"It could be because he wasn't born with his gift? Or it could be because he trusted her enough not to pry," Orion guessed.

"Why was she masking her emotions?" Severus inquired.

Orion smiled grimly. "I don't know and that's what the veritaserum is for."

Sirius clapped his hands. "So is everyone ready?"

Orion was the first one to stand up and he was walking to his Jeep. "Neville and Luna can ride with me so let's go." Neville and Luna ran to catch up to Orion.

"Wait Orion! You're walking way too fast," Luna panted. Orion slowed down and apologized. They got into the Jeep and were on their way.

The car ride to The Cullen's was not as silent as Orion expected it to be. Neville and Luna were both happy for him and didn't mention anyone from the Wizarding World. Orion was grateful because he was still healing and didn't want to think about that mess. When they arrived at the Cullen house, Orion barely had time to get out of his car before Edward came barreling towards him.

Orion chuckled and embraced him. "Great to see you to Ed. These are my friends Neville and Luna. They are both wizards like I am."

Edward let go of Orion but kept an arm around his waist. "It's nice to meet both of you." Edward shook both of their hands.

Luna smiled her normal dreamy smile. "It's nice to meet you Edward. I know I don't have to say this, but if you hurt Orion, I won't hesitate to curse you."

Edward looked shocked that this sweet looking girl would threaten him so boldly. Neville laughed at Edward's reaction.

Orion patted Edward's shoulder. "She's not kidding. Don't let her appearance fool you. She's a great wizard and can cause harm to you."

Luna giggled. "It's because of you Orion. You made us all great fighters."

Orion just blushed. "That wasn't even my i-," he abruptly stopped talking. Luna and Neville looked concerned, but Orion was trying to block his thoughts from Edward.

Orion straightened up. "Don't give me credit for your hard work Luna. You were and are a great wizard. You're strong and you just needed a little push."

Luna teared up and hugged Orion. She had always admired Orion for helping her and befriending her. "Thank you Orion."

Luna went back next to Neville and he quickly wiped her tears. Orion watched the scene with a small smile.

"Why were you blocking your thoughts Ry?" Edward asked.

Orion was going to respond, but was fortunately interrupted by Sirius and Severus approaching them. Sirius was the first to reach them as he practically ran to Edward and embraced him in a hug. "It's great to see you Edward."

For a second time, Edward was shocked. He patted Sirius on the back softly and returned his words.

Edward saw the dark haired, sulky man and recognized him to be Severus. "You must be Severus. It's great to meet you. Orion thinks very highly of you sir."

Severus smirked at Orion who was blushing and glaring at him. "It's nice to meet you to. I have the truth potion so if you could point me to the vampire?"

Edward nodded and motioned for everyone to follow him. Orion was once again grateful that Edward was here. With everyone here, he didn't think he could handle feeling everything at once so strongly. He could still feel their emotions, but not so strongly.

They walked into the house and saw that Emmett was restraining a thrashing Alice. "Let me go! I demand that you let me go this instant. I am not a prisoner and you can't keep me here!"

Emmett and Carlisle were struggling to hold her down, so Orion helped them. He pointed his wand at Alice and muttered, "Incarcerous."

Alice was immediately bound. She was shocked and stopped screaming. Orion noticed Rosalie was coming towards him and smiled. "Hi Rosie."

Rosalie softly hugged him. "Hey Orion. Thank you for binding her. She was honestly getting on my last nerve."

Orion quickly introduced Neville, Luna, and Severus to everybody. When the Cullen's were introducing themselves, Orion saw that Neville and Luna were a little dazed by Esme. They didn't say anything because it wasn't the time.

Severus approached Alice, but was stopped by Jasper. "What are you doing?"

"I'm giving her the truth serum, so if you could step aside that'd be nice," Stated Severus.

Jasper hesitantly stepped aside, but he knew they needed answers. Severus tipped Alice's head back, but she holding her lips together. Orion concentrated on Alice and felt her warring emotions. No sane person could feel all of this and behave rationally. Panic. Fear. Pain.

"Something is seriously wrong with her Edward," Orion said in his mind. Edward squeezed his hand before going forward and holding Alice's mouth open. She had no choice but to open and Severus quickly poured the liquid down her throat.

Alice's eyes glazed over and everyone gathered around her. Severus stepped next to Sirius who was to Alice's left. Carlisle, Esme, Emmett, and Rosalie were to the left. Neville and Luna were next to Severus and Sirius. Jasper, Edward, and Orion were right in front of Alice.

"When will the potion kick in?" Emmett asked.

Orion answered his question when asking a question to Alice. "What is the full name you were born with?"

"Mary Alice Brandon," she said dully.

Orion turned to the Cullen's. "Is this true?" Jasper nodded and didn't say anything.

Carlisle moved next to Edward and began asking questions. "Why were you hiding your feelings from Jasper?"

Alice visibly tried to fight it off, but the potion forced her to talk. "Because I can't let him find out that we aren't mates."

Jasper tensed up and clenched his hands. Acting on instinct, Orion went towards him and out a hand on his shoulder. Orion closed his eyes pushed his calm emotions to Jasper. When Jasper relaxed, he squeezed Jasper's shoulder and went back next to Edward.

Carlisle continued his questioning. "Do you know who your mate is?"

Alice didn't answer for 3 second. "Aro."

Gasps were heard around the room. The wizards were confused. Who's Aro?" Sirius asked.

Edward clenched his jaw. "He's one of the leaders of the Volturi, the dominant vampire coven."

Orion could tell that the Vampires were struggling to understand. "Why didn't you stay with your true mate?"

"When I had a vision of Bella and Edward, he figured it would be best for me to make sure my vision comes true," she answered.

It all made sense to Orion now. "How long has it been since you've truly been around your mate?" The Cullen's looked at him confused.

"57 years."

The wizards beside Orion gasped. "Why is that important?"

"Normally creatures can't go too long without their mate. It messes with their mind because magic is punishing them," Severus answered. Orion could tell just how shocked he was.

Edward hummed. "Why did Aro want your vision to come true?"

Alice's eyes were dull, but he can see that it was fading. "Aro wants to destroy the Cullen clan."

'Why?" Carlisle asked, but he had a feeling he knew the answer.

"Because Carlisle has potential to take over and Aro doesn't want to lose his power."

By this point, Jasper had enough. He ran out the door and Emmett followed him. As the veritaserum was slowly fading, Orion could feel her fear. He focused on the emotion and found that it was aimed towards him.

Hoping the veritaserum was still working, Orion quickly asked a question. "Why are you scared of me?"

Alice wasn't fighting the serum anymore, but if she did she most likely would've been able to fight of the answer that came out of her mouth. "I had a vision that you would kill Aro and I couldn't let that happen."

Orion was surprised, but he didn't show it. Everyone had the answers they needed, but no one knew how to proceed. Orion pointed his wand at Alice. "Somnum." (I honestly just looked up the word sleep in Latin)

"It'll make her sleep for 24 hours," Orion explained to everybody. Orion's eyes widened before walking over to Severus. He quickly cast a silencing charm around them both. "Do you have the pregnancy potion in those ugly robes of yours?"

Severus scowled, but smiled faintly. "Yes."

Orion waved his arm to cancel the silencing charm and held his hand out. Severus dug out the two small vials and handed it to Orion. Once it was in hands, he raced over to Esme and Rosalie who were talking. They saw him approach and Rosalie immediately smiled brightly.

Orion handed the vials to both of them and Rosalie's eyes watered. Orion knew that if the tears could fall, they would. "Is this it?"

Orion touched her hand. "Yes it is. You take this vial before you um you know and after I can do a spell to make sure you are with child."

As he was explaining he felt that both of them were seconds away from taking it, but something stopped both of them. "I guess it's best if we wait until after the whole Aro thing is figured out," Esme said sadly.

Orion bit his lip and looked at Edward. Edward gave him a small smile, agreeing with his plan. "You two don't need to worry about that. I'm pretty confident that you can stay out of this and let us take care of it."

Rosalie looked as if she was gonna disagree, but she nodded excitedly. Both of the girls hugged him before Rosalie raced out the door to find her mate. Esme turned to him and gave him a soft smile. "Thank you so much Orion. You have no idea what this means to us and I can never repay you."

Orion smiled fondly at her. "You don't need to repay me. You're gonna be an amazing mom Esme."

Esme smiled and put a hand on his cheek. Orion closed his eyes and sighed at the contact. He was overwhelmed with her emotions. Orion pulled away and cleared his throat. "I'm going to have to teach you how to control your gift," Orion said laughing.

Esme laughed with him and excused herself. Orion watched her walk to Carlisle. "I hope everything will turn out alright."

Orion felt Edward put his arms around him from behind. "Everything will be. Don't worry so much Ry."

"I hope so."
