(The early morning after Special 3)
(Meeting room)
All the teachers except Aizawa have gathered around the U-shaped desk. And Principal Nezu sits in the middle.
"So, let's start the meeting now." Nezu says after standing up to get attention -"As you have heard, there was quite a mess happened last night." And he turns on the hologram showing a yellow raincoat girl and a black-haired boy.
"And they are the cause."
"How could they breach into the school? There weren't any alarms." Miss Midnight asks after raising her hand.
"Yes. That may be the most questionable thing. But I have received the information about how they got here. And Aizawa and those 1-A pupils who saw them both say those teenagers popped out of the nearest TVs." Nezu explains as he turns the hologram into video footage.
The screen shows a broken space crashing against the darkening mist tornado. Blue particles float inside the broken space while the glim of a yellow figure can be seen inside the mist.
The ground cracks in pieces, anđ the trees around withers 'till dead. Then, the screen shakes violently before shutting down drastically.
The teachers show quite a mix of reactions. Hound Dog seems to be the angriest one as he was supposed to be on guard last night. While Midnight shows an interest in the quirks.
However, there is a common reaction among the teachers. What and how powerful are their quirks?
"As you can see, their quicks are so powerful that even the trees nearby wither, and the ground cracks." Nezu says -"We haven't known what and what limit the quirks have. But at least for now, Aizawa is watching over them."
The teachers remain silent as Nezu continues the talk.

"And here's the main point of this meeting." Nezu says -"I want to ask your ideas on keeping them here."
Present Mic quickly raises his hand before saying -"Then, what's your reason, Nezu?"
"My concern is the risk of giving them to All For One."
"Is it because of the reports from the Minerval Force?" Ectoplasm asks. "Yes."
"As you may hear from them, the five heroes in charge of the five main continents, there is an abnormally increasing rate of stronger villains across the world. Many even managed to escape their pursuit."
Nezu further explains as he turns the hologram to the members of the League of Villains.

All the teachers show agreement. However, Ectoplasm raises a question.

A skyscraper dwells in the outskirt of the city, surrounded by multiple robotic facilities. With many birches and pine trees are scattered across the area, some gentle breeze and mild bird tweeting in the air make the place quite relaxing to enjoy or work at.
And at its entrance of the skyscraper, a massive woman, wearing a casual shirt with white stars and red-white stripes, stands. She seems to enjoy the atmosphere while drinking some orange beverages.
Then, the door opens automatically as a shorter young woman wearing a white suit comes out.
"Miss. Stars And Stripes. Didn't expect you to be here so soon." The woman says surprisedly -"We just called you for the meeting 2 hours ago."
"Hello, Cath. And call me Cathleen. Also, I have my friends taken here." She says as she waves hands at a group of military soldiers drinking at a nearby table, who also wave back. "So, where are the others?"
"Pardon me. But other Minervals are all absent now. So instead of going in, shall we take a walk, miss?"
"Ok." Cathleen agrees as they walk down the stairs to a park filled with a forest of Alder and Ash trees.

"Miss Millennia is taking on a sudden terrorist attack in South Africa. Mr. Christopher has to help fight a high-level cyclone in the East Sea. And Mr. Avirov has a problem in Russian. Finally, there is a wildland fire happening in Australia so..."
"Ethan has to deal with it, doesn't he?" Cathleen says.
"Yes." Cath answers and asks -"But isn't your continent in any threat like theirs?
"No. It's strangely peaceful there, so I have the President's permission to be here. But then, where's Athena? Isn't she supposed to be here?"
"She..." Cath then sighs slightly -"...is in Japan now."
"At where All Might is? Why is she there?"

The door opens as All For One is seen behind the reinforced glass. "Please be careful. He has been smiling creepily ever since he was transported here."
"Don't worry." The woman then comes in before the door behind closes. Sitting on the chair, she then looks at AFO.
"Who's there?" AFO suddenly says.
"It's me." She replies.
"Ah. Athena. Long time no see. How long has it been? Decades or centuries?"
