Chapter 5: Paintball
The next day the remaining groups gathered for the next game.
"All right frats and sororities, it's time for the next game." announced Chris.
"I wonder what we're gonna do now?" thought Gwen.
"For this game you'll be competing in...a game of paintball."
Everyone chattered excitedly.
"Here's how it'll go. You'll each receive a paintball gun, the team that has the least amount of people hit wins. But all teams have to stay together you can't stray."
Chef then gave each student a paintball gun, and a pair of goggles.
"Alpha Pi Gamma your paint is pink, Epsilon Nu Kappa yours is blue, Phi Nu Sigma you paint guns are loaded with purple paint. Phi Sigma Eta yours is yellow, and Theta Iota Chi your paint is green. All right let the game begin!"
And with that being said the teams spread out.
"This is war, ladies." Eva told her sisters.
"Eva's right." agreed Jo.
"We need to be quiet and stealthy."
So with their paintball guns in hand, they made their way through the campus.
"Be sure to be on the lookout, guys." said Cameron.
"Yeah, this is just like one of my games." added Sam.
"Just like in battle." Brick mentioned.
"Wait, I think I hear something." piped up Noah.
The guys quickly ducked down, and saw the Phi Nu Sigma sisters walking by.
"You girls hear anything?" asked Sky.
"I thought I did." said Bridgette.
The girls listened some more, but the guys stayed quiet.
"Was probably nothing. But keep your guard up." Jasmine told.
And they walked on. Once it was safe the guys did too.
As the game went on, some managed to stay low, but some were hit. Alpha Pi Gamma managed to surround Theta Iota Chi and fired off their weapons. While most of the guys managed to get away, but B, Owen, and Cody got pelted.
But the fraternity managed to fire their paintball guns back at them, but only Amy got hit though.
"Oh drat." she complained.
"Be more careful Amy." sneered Scarlett.
"Hey, I tried to duck."
Epsilon Nu Kappa found Phi Ni Sigma and ambushed them.
"Surprise senoritas!" yelled Alejandro.
"Take cover girls!" warned Jasmine.
The girls scattered away, and tried to fire off their guns. Scott and Justin managed to hit Bridgette and Gwen. But Jasmine and Leshawna managed to fire shots at Duncan, Max, and Topher.
"We'll get you for this!" called Lightning.
"Not if we get you back." Sky shot back.
Paint splattered everywhere on signs, trees, and even on buildings. In their hiding spot, Epsilon Nu Kappa was coming up with a plan.
"Gentlemen, I think it's time to think outside the box." Alejandro told his brothers.
"By thinking outside the box, do you mean cheating?" wondered Topher.
"Exactly."
"I'm in." said Scott.
"So am I." agreed Justin.
"So what's the plan?" Duncan wanted to know.
And the boys began planning.
Theta Iota Chi was lurking around keeping an eye out for any members of the other teams. "I don't see anyone." whispered DJ. "Keep your guard up." reminded Geoff. B was walking along, when he heard a rustle.
He quickly turned around, but when he didn't see anything he turned to go back to his group, he was ambushed. "Should've kept your guard up, Beverly." sneered Scott. And B was covered from head to toe in blue paint.
B then walked back to his group. "B what happened to you?" asked Brick. B just shrugged. "It looks like someone's trying to play dirty." Cameron observed. "Better be on our toes." warned Tyler. And they continued on.
Meanwhile, Phi Sigma Eta had managed to hit some of the members of Alpha Pi Gamma. "Did you see the look on Heather's face?" asked Beth. "Priceless." replied Lindsey. "It felt so good to hit Amy." Samey mentioned.
"Come on, we better keep going." mentioned Dakota. They made their way through the campus, keeping an eye out for their enemies. Suddenly they stopped, and heard voices coming their way. The girls quickly hunkered down, and saw Epsilon Ni Kappa.
"Remember guys, find a group, try and get a member to separate from it, and then rush them." reminded Duncan. Little did they know the girls heard them. "Looks like these guys are playing dirty." whispered Dawn.
"Guess we're gonna have to be on our toes." warned Dakota. But taking advantage of the situation, they quickly fired their paintball guns at the guys. "Hey!" yelled Topher. "Sorry guys. But you're targets." Anna Maria taunted.
And they ran off. "I can't believe those chicks got us." complained Lightning.
After a while, it was time to see the scores.
"All right, let's see which team is mostly covered with paint." Chris said.
He and Chef then looked everyone over.
"Hmm well it seems like Theta Iota Chi you have the most members that are still clean so you win."
The guys cheered.
"And while the sisters of Alpha Pi Gamma are pretty paint coated, Epsilon Nu Kappa I'm afraid you're out."
"What?" all the boys asked in disbelief.
"Chef was monitoring you all, and he caught something rather interesting."
Chef gave Chris his phone, and he showed the fraternity how some of their members broke off from the group.
"The rules were teams have to stick together. And since you broke up, you're out."
The brothers of Epsilon Nu Kappa groaned.
