Im sorry if the last chapter had a bunch of miss spelling, I forgot to read through it before I posted it. It got really late when I finished and all I could think of was going to sleep. But here's another chapter. Hope you enjoy!
Slayer pov:
He looked out the deck's window towards the floating castle, Sword Art Online. It was a shame it was plagued with monsters, it looked so beautiful. A lot better than earth during his crusade against the unholy demons of hell that is. He was watching the screen of a duel between the 'black swordsman' is what everyone called Kirito now, and the leader of the 'knights of the blood oath'. He could care less for what they called him, he was more interested in the duel anyways. But at the end when the guy with the shield in the shape of a cross miraculously blocked Kirito's winning strike, he knew something was off. That was far a faster reaction then what should be, even for a gamer and having incredible reflexes and strength. He knew fowl play was involved.
/I suggest we keep to the main goal of finding a way back to our world instead of interrupting a duel. Our main priority should be to either beat this game or beat the game and find a way back to our own world./ Vega said, knowing what the slayer was about to do.
The slayer grunted in response and was checking over his ammunition before having Vega put in coordinates to the latest floor he was at. It was surprising how close behind the front line players were at, they were pretty much on the same floor as he was. He spent the next few hours recharging his crucible and doing other things to get ready. When he finished he opened a portal and walked through. He ended up in a town of sorts where high ranking players were all about, he was on one of those teleport pads. Reason being he ended up on this was because Vega had a better connection to it and thus making it more reliable, knowing you'd end up where you wanted to be sort of thing. Everyone around looked towards the new blue portal that appeared, wandering what it was as it was not the kind of way a portal crystal would work. When they saw the man clad in green, all their eyes widened in fear and Aw towards him. They all kept their distance as to not get torn apart like what he does to the NPC monsters. He ignored them and continued to where the floor boss was.
Heathcliff pov:
He, Kirito, Asuna, and a couple of his bodyguards were exiting the arena area after the duel between him and the famous black swordsman. He was congratulating him about how good he did until everyone started to back away from something. This got their attention as they made their way towards what everyone was looking at, trying seeing what was going on and dealing with it. Once they made their way through the crowd, they say the slayer walking away somewhere. Shivers went down Heathcliff's spine realizing who it was everyone was so wary of, hell even the NPC were a bit scared of him. But if the slayer had popped up in a town of sorts...he had to be a player, but how did he get all that stuff. The leader of the Knight of the blood oath contemplated and asked himself questions. When he looked towards Asuna and Kirito, they both had looks of fear, although they tried to hide it he could still tell. What on earth happened to them that they feared this one man... he watched as the slayer made his way out of the city, doing who knows what.
Slayer pov:
He was making his way to where Vega had made a waypoint at, that waypoint being the location of the floor boss. He was determined to beat this game as quickly as possible, but actually trying to locate and fight them is what took him so long. And what he knew was that a small group of players was falling him, two of them being the two people whom he kept and eye on these few months. He ignored them and kept walking, having Vega keep a ping on them on his mini map. He soon made it to the gates in which the floor boss resided. He activated the doors and walked through.
Asuna pov:
She was reluctant to follow Heathcliff's orders of gathering knights of the blood members but complied Anyways due to him being more powerful and all. She, Kirito and Heathcliff followed the man while she sent a guild wide message, saying to get ready for a battle as they were going to try and capture the man. That was until they saw a boss room ahead and changed the order to a boss fight, thinking the slayer was over his head on this one. She knew he didn't attack anyone without a good reason but then again she barely even heard anything about him since he's been here or been around him that much to know what he's like. All she knew was what that stone told he months ago, the words still clear in her mind, and what few people who ever saw him said. But she knew he had cleared out a LC hideout not too long ago because his mark was there, she knew this because Kirito had told her about it and even drew it. She worried for the slayer and at the same time terrified of him. She wanted to be nowhere near him but her new orders was to save the beast. They all gathered as the slayer made his was to the gates of the boss room. A majority it the knights of the blood was there and getting ready for fight this boss. The slayer opened the door to the boss room as everyone marched in behind, thinking that he didn't know they were going to help him wether he liked it or not.
Slayer pov:
He knew that the majority of the knights of the blood oath were trailing behind him, also wanting to fight the boss. He opened the gates to the boss room. As he saw the dots on his mini map moving towards him, meaning they were attempting to get in with him. He didn't did allow them as he forced the doors to close faster, but it was too late as two blurry figures fly past him. Thankfully the doors shut before the whole group could get in. He then looked back at the two figures who were now behind him and saw Asuna and Kirito. He glared at them from behind his visor but it was already too late to send them out because the gates were already closed as blue flaming torches lit up, eventually leading to a tall beast. It had a blueish skin tone, dark fur and had hours sticking out of it's scull. It also had a giant sword and two blue glowing eyes. It stood in the middle of a circular platform surrounded by blue flaming torches. He glared at it, reminding him too much of a demon with the horns it has. He got out his shotgun as the other two got out their own weapons. It roared as it charged, the slayer charging it too. He shot the meathook part of the shotgun to make his advance faster, Kirito and Asuna following close behind. As he got a good distance, he pulled the trigger and shot both barrels into the abomination. The shot connect, doing some good damage to it. It as about to slice the slayer with its sword but he switched to his ballista and fired at it, the force sending him backwards dodging the attack mid air. The two teens were shocked at how he switched weapons so fast and the fact the ballista was powerful enough to send him backwards. The ballista impacted with the thing, dealing another chunk of damage. Kirito and Asuna did their attacks and were also doing considerable damage for using a pokey stick and a thin black sword. He then switched to his rocket launcher and shot three homing missiles at it. It tried to dodge but the missiles followed its movements and all three met their marks. It was stunned from all the damage it took in so little time. The slayer seeing the unmistakable blue and red flashing took advantage of this and ran up to it. He jumped up and broke one of its horns off before stabbing it in the eye. It roared in pain as it grabbed the horn and yanked it out of its eye as it snarled at the slayer. Its health was already about a forth of its full health. Both Kirito and Asuna were taken aback by the strength and brutality of him. It roared in rage as it charged the trio and swung down, all three dodging the attack. The marine decided enough was enough and took out his crucible and activated it. He ran up to it and swung his blade as the knees, then as it fell the chest area before finishing with a beheading of the beast. All this happened as it was falling when he cut through the knees. The gates finally opened back up as the boss was finally defeated and everyone looked inside thinking the trio were dead. To their shock, they were still alive and barely a scratch. Everyone cheered as they ran in to celebrate the victory. They surrounded the trio of heroes but they slayer walked through the crowd who got out of his way not wanting to end up dead. Asuna and Kirito stared at the slayer as he left, not giving a care in the world as he walked away from everyone. As the slayer left, he saw the leader of the knights of the blood oath try and catch up to him.
"Hey wait, aren't you gonna celebrate your victory?" He said, trying to get the marine's attention.
The slayer just stared at him for a while before Vega chimed in for him.
"They slayer does not wish for such things, for he does not have time for them nor the interest" Vega answered.
Heathcliff stood there contemplating something before finally speaking up.
"Well, if you want, you could join my guild, it could bring you great glory and help you earn some coin and get new equipment." He tried to entice the slayer.
"We are just fine with our current arsenal, it is much more powerful than what this game can offer anyways" Vega said.
"You sure, I mean I know your good friends with Kirito over there, I've heard you came to his rescue when a bunch of low lives who tried to mug him" Heathcliff tried to entice once again.
"We already have a locator and video feed of him and Asuna so we don't see the need to join you to be a prized item of sorts" Vega stated.
Heathcliff decided to give up and walks away, something was very off about that man. The slayer decided to ignore it and continue to walk away to the next floor.
A day has pasted and the whole knights of the blood were fighting a giant skeleton centipede boss. It took a lot of time trying to figure out the best spot to hit but they finally killed it. Then later they found out that Heathcliff was the final boss and also his true identity. Kirito battled Kayaba battled against each other but Kayaba was too powerful and skilled that Kirito couldn't win the battle. Kirito fell to the ground and the man who trapped all these poor souls was about to finish him...until the unmistakable blue portal appeared, illuminating the whole room blue. Kayaba looked at it and his eyes widened, 'but how!? I thought I locked everyone from getting in here and freezing everyone!' He thought to himself as he stared at the enraged slayer glare at him. He looked at Asuna and saw her injuries and walked up to here, pulling out a vial of blue liquid before pouring it in her wounds. They instantly healed and he turned to the demon in virtual human skin stare at him. He pulled out his combat shotgun and used the full auto mod as he shot at him. Kayaba used his shield to block the shots as the slayer got closer. Then suddenly it stopped as a pair or green armored gauntlets grabbed each side of his shield before ripping it out of his grasp. He stared at the doom marine in shock and fear before he was beat with his own shield. Then the unchained predator threw the shield aside before grabbing the the man's arm and ripping it off as he screamed in pain. He then used it as a club before it shattered and picked up the shield using demon and head butted him multiple times. He then threw the dazed man on the ground before putting his super shotgun towards his head and pulling the trigger, ending the fight. That's when the whole world started to shake.
/the SAO world is crumbling as you have now officially beat the game, downloading us to Kirito's mobile phone now./ Vega announced.
Everyone started to be forced to log out, including Kirito and Asuna. As soon as Kirito logged out, the slayer disappeared with him as the game collapsed as it was now beaten. To be continued...

And end of the chapter, thanks for reading and don't worry, I'm not planning this to be the end. But spoilers for the future of this story as now the doom marine will follow Kirito into new games and meet even more allies. Doom and SAO belong to their respective owners. But for now on I might take longer uploading chapters as I'm going to rewatch the whole series as I write more here to make this story more accurate.
