Prompt: "Cabin, Snow and Bellas."

A/N: I prompted myself for this one!

Beca Mitchell had never really been the type to give too much thought to feelings. She was always thinking more about her next mashup or making sure she was able to keep up with Chloe's choreography aligned to it, and even making sure that all the Bellas were ok (although she figured Chloe was better at that). Even her classes got more facetime than feelings did.

It was winter break and instead of going home, a few of the Bellas had decided to go skiing up in North Carolina. It had been Aubrey's idea actually and, using her more-adorable-than-should-be-legal pouty face, Chloe had talked Beca into going. Beca had zero defenses against those blue eyes, even if she DID hate the cold in all its forms.

"Morning," she grinned as she crossed the kitchen to pour herself some coffee. It had been a late night of drinking and laughter and they were all a little hung over, except maybe for Chloe, who was standing bathed in sunlight in front of their cabin's patio door, with a soft smile on her face and a faraway look in her eyes. She was holding a steaming cup between her laced fingers, dressed in a ski suit, the upper half of which was hanging around her waist, with a white turtleneck. That, and the snow outside the patio door, made her hair and eyes stand out in sharp relief. She looked drop-dead gorgeous and Beca's heart thumped just that little bit faster as those blue eyes turned in her direction.

Beca received several grunted greetings in return, but the redhead reached out her hand, smile widening as Beca took it and allowed Chloe to tug her closer. "Good morning, Baby," the older woman said and Beca blushed slightly as the hungover faces at the kitchen table smiled in reflex. "I love you." They kissed gently and a pin could have been heard dropping in the room. It almost felt like the other Bellas were holding their breaths, unwilling to disturb the moment.

They were new; both the words and the relationship and Beca felt her heart swell. "I love you too," she replied. "Did you sleep well?"

"Like a baby," the redhead said, gently running her fingers through soft, dark hair. "You?"

"Yeah, me too," Beca agreed. "Must be the mountain air."

There had been a lot of making out since their first kiss, but they hadn't taken THAT step together yet. They weren't even sharing a room in the cabin but there were none of the usual teasing comments from their friends. The Bellas knew how long it had taken them to get to this point. How every look, touch and even disagreement over two years, had been slowly pushing them toward their first kiss.

It had happened only a week prior, under Amy's strategically placed mistletoe in the Bella House, and afterwards, it had been Beca who'd told Chloe how she felt about her. Because even though Beca didn't really think about feelings, it didn't mean she didn't feel them. She felt them intensely; so intensely that Chloe knew she had to wait for Beca to go first, to finally admit her feelings, or else she might disappear like a skittish rabbit. So, the redhead had waited patiently and being able to say it back, to finally murmur her own words of love against Beca's lips as she pressed her against the island counter, was the best Christmas present she'd ever received.

"It's beautiful up here," Chloe smiled as she looked through the patio door again. "So quiet and calm."

"Mmm..." Beca agreed. "Peaceful."

That was definitely different for the Bellas. They lived a rather frenetic life normally, and the brunette co-captain could already see how the previous couple of days had brought out a more relaxed side to them. Especially to Chloe. The redhead had grown up in a sleepy suburb of Portland, Oregon and had been catapulted into a life of rushing and racing immediately after moving to Barden University in Atlanta. She had adapted well, but the contentment on her face from being nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her best friends, made the other Bellas calmer too.

They each held their coffee in one hand, fingers of their other laced together. Touching each other had become as natural as breathing over the years, and Aubrey wondered how it had taken them so long to figure it all out; to finally get together. Their longing for each other had been practically palpable. It still was... but Chloe had told her they were taking things slowly and just trying to live in the moment together.

"So, what's the plan for today?" Aubrey asked as she got up and ran a hand through her long, blonde hair. "As hung over as I am, I'm thinking bunny slopes are about all I can manage."

Cynthia-Rose laughed. "Me too. Or maybe just tubing." She grinned at Stacie and waggled her eyebrows. "We could share a tube. You could sit in my lap."

Emily lifted her forehead off the table. "Tubing sounds easy. Let's do that." Then she put her head back down and blew out a long breath.

"Let's go get ready," Aubrey prompted, and they all groaned as they got to their feet and headed to their rooms.

Beca and Chloe were quiet for a long moment, but then the redhead spoke up. "Hey, can we talk?"

The brunette nodded. "Of course. Let's sit down."

They sat on the couch in front of the unlit fireplace and Beca smiled as their fingers laced together again. "This feels like a dream come true," Chloe said softly. "Being with you like this; being able to really show you how much I love you."

"Dude, it's better than a dream come true," Beca replied, face beaming with happiness. "It's better than ice-cream, better than music even!"

The redhead laughed softly. "You're such a dork," she said, stroking her knuckles gently down her girlfriend's cheek.

"I'M the dork? I'm not the one who mmffllml..."

Chloe was kissing her, yanking all the breath from Beca's chest with a soft flick of her tongue and eliciting a gasp that parted the brunette's lips to let Chloe lick slowly inside. Beca pulled her girlfriend closer by a hand on her nape to deepen the kiss and the redhead's heart immediately picked up. She'd fantasized for so long about what it would be like to kiss places much lower on Beca's body and if it felt and tasted half a good as this... She had to break away to breathe, pressing her forehead against the brunette's as they both panted a little.

"Ok..." Chloe murmured. "Holy fuck..."

"You ok?" Beca asked just as softly, bringing her hand to the redhead's cheek in concern. It was rare for her to swear like that.

"I just... I can't..." Chloe was uncharacteristically flustered, and it was kinda adorable. She sucked in and released a deep breath. "I can't kiss you like that without feeling like I'm going to explode, Becs. I'm just so fucking turned on around you all the time." She looked down. "You're so beautiful and smart and incredible... you wreck me and God, I want you so much..."

Beca was glad it wasn't just her who felt that way. Cos that would have been embarrassing.

She surged forward and kissed Chloe again, then climbed into her lap to straddle her. "Your bedroom or mine?" she growled as she pushed her hands into soft, red hair.

"Fuck... right here," Chloe gasped, hands sliding under Beca's shirt to palm her breasts through her bra.

"Uhhh... ahem, ahem..." Beca and Chloe tore themselves away from each other to find Emily standing at the door, studiously examining the ceiling. "We're... leaving now soooooo... have fun and use protection!"

She quickly stepped out and then Aubrey's raised voice floated to them. "NOT on the sofa please cos... eeewww!"

Beca laughed and shook her head as Chloe buried her face in her shoulder and giggled. "We should go with them."

"Yeah," the brunette agreed. She got up and jogged into the hallway. "Hey, we're coming with you. We'll meet you at the tubing place in a few minutes."

Cynthia-Rose and Stacie were the biggest gossips of the small group. They didn't mean to be, but they couldn't help but speculate.

"I have it on good authority that Chloe's a tiger in bed," Stacie said as she watched the redhead throw her head back and laugh at something Aubrey had said. Beca was grinning too, hands shoved in the pockets of her ski pants as her girlfriend pressed against her back, holding her hips. "But I bet Beca will surprise her."

"Oh, you think they haven't...?"

The leggy brunette shrugged. "There're one of two possible scenarios going on here. Either they haven't had sex at all yet, which explain their inability to keep their hands off each other OR the sex was so amazing, they can't keep their hands off each other."

Their point was proven as Chloe's hand joined Beca's in one of her pockets, making the brunette look over her shoulder and grin almost shyly.

"But which one?" Cynthia-Rose asked with a frown.

"Oh, definitely the first one," Stacie replied. "See how Beca swallowed hard when Chloe put her hand in her pocket. Chloe's hand hasn't been close to her hoo-haa like that before and she wants it closer."

"Hoo-haa?" Cynthia-Rose frowned. "Are we twelve?"

"She wants Chloe's fingers in her vagina," Stacie stated. "Is that grown-up enough for you?"

"Who DOESN'T want Chloe's fingers in their vagina?" CR chuckled. "She hot."

"Amen," the tall brunette laughed.

"Who's hot?" Chloe asked as she ambled to them to sit down at their table, prop her boots up on a spare chair and swig from her beer bottle.

"You," Stacie replied with a shrug.

Red eyebrows shot up. "You think everyone's hot," the redhead said, rolling her eyes.

"Maybe," the tall brunette replied. "So..." She grinned then. "You and Beca. What's the skinny? You do it yet?"

Chloe blinked innocently. "Do what? I don't know what you mean."

"Sex, Chloe!" Stacie laughed.

Aubrey and Beca joined them and the brunette shook her head as she took a seat in her girlfriend's lap, letting her shorter legs rest along Chloe's. "No, you can't have sex with her," she deadpanned as she laced their fingers together. "She's mine."

The redhead kissed the younger woman's neck and relaxed, letting Beca play with her fingers. Emily wasn't sure she'd ever seen her friends look so at ease. "I LOVE you guys. You're like... relationship goals!"

Numerous eyebrows shot up. "Not if you want to get laid more than once in two years," Aubrey teased then.

Chloe laughed and threw a bottle cap at her. "Shut up."

"Ugh... but she's kinda right, Chlo," Beca added. "We did take our time."

The redhead waggled a hand. "Meh. Things happened as they were supposed to. I ain't mad about that."

Cynthia-Rose rolled her eyes and shook her head. "Nope. No gangster talk for you, Chloe Beale."

Beca smiled as she wriggled a little, resting her head back against her girlfriend's chest as she looked up at the clear sky. Her breath puffed into the air, and she relaxed bonelessly as Chloe's arms came around her to keep her warm.

"No," she murmured softly as she thought about her feelings; about how Chloe was her whole heart. "I ain't mad about that either."
