Cori woke up to the clattering of pans. She stretched her legs and yawned. She tried sitting up on the couch but she couldn't. She looked at the other side of the couch and found April sleeping on her legs. "April, April. Get up," Cori said. April opened her eyes and scowled. She rolled over and freed Cori's legs. Cori got up and looked around. Casey was on his back on the floor. Another pan clattered in the kitchen. Cori walked over Casey and to the kitchen. Mikey was pulling out cookie sheet pans from a cabinet. "Mikey, what are you doing?" Mikey turned to Cori and smiled. "Hey Crow. I'm just making some food."

Cori stroked through her hair and looked up at the clock. It was eight. She only got four hours of sleep last night. "Where are your brothers," she said with a yawn. She sat down as Mikey said "They're training with Splinter. I got excused though so I decided to do something. I was planning to make red bean buns for them."Mikey opened the fridge and grabbed a bowl of red bean paste. He put it on the table next to Cori and walked over to another cabinet and got out some dry ingredients. Cori heard a large thud come from the dojo. "How long have they been training," she asked Mikey. Mikey shrugged and said "Only a couple of minutes. Hey Crow, could you go in there and ask Leo where he put the sugar?" "I don't want to interrupt them. Besides, why would Leo know where it is? I thought he doesn't cook."

"He doesn't but because I couldn't cook this week he attempted at cooking himself. I didn't see how the cookies turned out but they smelled awful," Mikey replied. Cori groaned and said "Fine." She got up and walked over to the dojo. She opened the door and closed it behind her. Donnie, Leo, and Raph were sitting down. Donnie was rubbing his head and glaring at Raph while Raph had a huge smile on his face. They all looked up at Cori. Cori quickly regretted coming in. "Uh, you look like you're doing something important. I'll just leave."

"Cori do you require something," Splinter asked. "Uh, I just need to talk to, um, Leo." Splinter dismissed Leo and continued to lecture to the other two turtles. Raph frowned a little. "Cori what's the matter," Leo whispered to her. "Mikey wants to know where the flour is." "Really? That?" "Yes now where is it." "It's in the oven." "What? You didn't think you'd get cookies by throwing the flour in the oven did you?" "No its just that a sort of 'gave up' on cooking." Cori rolled her eyes and said "Alright well thanks."

Leo walked back to his brothers and sat down. Cori walked out and closed the door. She sat down in the kitchen and said "It's in the oven." "Really?" "Really." Mikey opened the oven and grabbed it. He chuckled and began to mix the ingredients together.

Cori watched Mikey bake the bean buns as she slowly woke up for the day. Mikey took out the bean buns from the oven and put them on the stove to cool. Cori looked at the clock again. Nearly an hour had passed since Mikey had started baking. Cori and Mikey were talking about something when the three brothers came out from the dojo. "You know Raph, you don't have to pummel me whenever we train," Donnie complained. "I can't help it you're so pummelable." "Pummelable isn't a word Raph," Donnie corrected. "Mikey, what are you doing," Leo asked. Mikey was trying to hide the bean buns behind him.

"No, don't eat them! They're not done yet," he protested as Leo reached for one. He passed two to Donnie and Raphael. "Thanks Mikey," Raph said. The other two grunted in agreement. Mikey frowned and mumbled "You couldn't have waited at least five minutes." They stood there in silence. Donnie and Raph kept looking at Cori. "What," Cori said after awhile. "Oh, nothing," Donnie replied, "I'm just going to go back into my lab now." He walked away quickly. "I gotta do something too," Raph said as he backed away. "Did I do something," Cori said. Leo shrugged. Cori looked down at her clothes and suddenly realized she was in her PJs. She blushed in embarrassment.

"I got to get changed," she mumbled as she rushed out of the kitchen. She grabbed some clothes from her bag and rushed over to the bathroom. Leo stopped her and said "Hey, you up for some training?" "Yeah sure," she replied as she hurried over to the bathroom and closed the door. She looked at the mirror. She was wearing pink pants and a white tank top. "No wonder they were looking at me. I look awful," she said to herself as she started to get dressed.
