Return of Two Lovers of Snow and Medicine

BOOM!
Ochako, Tsuyu, Nermuri, and Ryukyu were fighting two giant villains who were duking it out within the city.
BOOM!
"CALL UP SOME HEROES! TWO SUSPECTS WITH GIGANTIFICATION QUIRKS ARE FIGHTING EACHOTHER!" An officer said.
Just then…
Nejire-Chan flew in the air passing an officer.
"Full charge, output level 30...Spiraling Surge-GRING WAVE!" Nejire-Chan said as she unleashed an energy attack at the two villains.
"WOAH!" the two villains said as they fell down.
"Hey, why are you two fighting? Is it because your Quirks are the same? That's so weird." Nejire-Chan said.
[Nejire Hado, Quirk: Surge]
"Do it now, you two!" Nejire-Chan said as Froppy and Urarity flew on some thrown rocks.
"Crap!/Crud!" the two giant villains said.
"Ultimate…" Ochako said as she puts her fingers together.
"...Move!" Tsuyu said as she wrapped her tongue around the rock.
"FAFROTSKIES!" Ochako and Tsuyu said as the rocks battered the villains.
"That was amazing!" Ochako said.
"Yeah, that was work-study great Were you two nervous?" Nejire said.
"Phew, I was able to do what I was supposed to!" Ochako said.
"Ribbit, I was calmer than I thought I'd be." Tsuyu said.
"As expected of those recommended by Nejire. You're both great at this. Nejire, you've also fixed the timing for your attack." Ryukyu said.
[Dragoon Hero: Ryukyu No.9 Hero]
Nejire Hado, a third-year and part of the Big Four at U.A. High, is Ryukyu's work-study student. Class 1-A's Ochako Uraraka and Tsuyu ASui are also working for her!
"Thank you for taking us on." Ochako and Tsuyu said as they bowed.
"Of course.
Hey, Ryukyu, these two couldn't go to the heroes from their internships! Did you know that first-years can only go to agencies with a good track record of accepting work-study students? Did I tell you?" Nejire asked.
"Even if you're still students, now that you're here for a work-study, you're a legitimate part of our forces! You two seem like you'll be able to play an active role in that matter." Ryukyu said.
"That matter?..." Ochako asked.
"Ribbit…?" Tsuyu said.
"A request to team up from one of All Might's former sidekick, Sir. Nighteye," Ryukyu said as she mentions Sir. Nighteye.
"Nighteye...Deku...Eri…" Ochako thought with worry.
"That's where Deku is working his Work-Study…" Tsuyu said.
"Oh, a "team-up" means hero agencies to work together. Did you know that?" Nejire said.
"What's the team-up is about?" Tsuyu asked.
"It's about Overhaul isn't it?" Ochako asked as she frowns.
"I can't go into detail but...the investigation involves the Yakuza Group, Shie Hassaikai. It's a big job that might lead us to the League of Villains." Ryukyu said.
[Meanwhile with Overhaul.]
Tomura Shiagraki and Kotaro Shimura both entered a room with Overhaul sitting in his chair.
"I was made to walk in circles underground for 30 minutes...but on the upside, I get to kill my sad excuse for a father. I feel like I've become an ant!" Tomura said as a burst of killing intent spread throughout the room.
"What is with this place anyway?" Kotaro asked.
"We don't know who's watching or from where, nor do we know what our guests' several underground routes lead here. This room is also one of our hidden rooms. ...your Nomu is quite annoying..." Overhaul said.
"Is he talking about me?" Kotaro asked.
"Yeah, and we've been able to survive until now because of small details like this. Anyway, what you said the other day on the phone. You meant it, right?" Mimicry asked ignoring Kotaro and as Tomura sat down while Kotaro stared down Chronostatsis.
"That you'd join us as long as certain conditions were met." Mimicry said.
"Don't interpret it in your favor. You guys want the name of our League of Villains. We want to increase our strength. Our needs coincide. " Tomura said as he puts his leg on the table.
"Get your foot off of my table. It'll get dirty…" Overhaul said.
"Would you put your foot down? That's what you should be saying, young head. You should be bowing to me. First, we will be working together equally. We'll move and act however we want. " Tomura said.
"A joint partnership. Is there more?" Overhaul asked.
"One more thing. That plan you said you had. Tell me what is it? That's a reasonable condition. I heard rumors that Lord Achilles is planning to take an asset you have by force. Now, I want to know what I am investing in, if it's something that could shake the world. Something that even Lord Achilles would go after...before lending you our name." Tomura said.
"Tell me what is this asset and what is your grand plan?" Tomura asked as he was about to put his hand into his coat.
"Not so fast buddy!" Chronostatsis said as he pulled his gun at Tomura's head.
"Take your gun away from my son." Kotaro said as he had several water arrows aimed at Chronostatsis and Mimicry had his arm on Kotaro's neck.
"Who do you think are PUNK?!" Mimicry demanded in a deep voice.
"Who do you think are you?" Tomura asked.
"One of your disposable minions and nearly taking the life of one of my members are not the same in value. As well as Compress' leg." Tomura said.
"I did tell you I will repay you for the leg. But you took the life of one of my Disposable Bullets. So, I need something in return as well." Overhaul said.
"Stay out of this Chrono...Mimicry...and you too Nomu…" Overhaul said.
"Tch…" Kotaro said.
"Fine…" Chronostasis said.
"Whatever…" Mimicry said.
"Besides, Tomura came all this way with his offer. Let's hear him out to the end. Now, finish speaking…" Overhaul said.
"Just tell me what is your asset and the details of your plan. It has something to do with this bullet, right?" Tomura asked as took out the red bullet that was aimed at him.
[Meanwhile at Heaven-Main Store]
In front of a store with a giant crab.
"Those punks and hoodlums keep getting' into so many fights these days!" Fatgum said.
Then Fatgum began to eat some of the food he brought with him.
"Man, I'm starvin'! Yeah, the hero agencies 'round here have been wantin' a fightin' type. Red Riot, Kisame you're both perfect." Fatgum said.
[Eijiro Kirishima, Quirk: Hardening]
"I am looking forward to working with you sir!" Red Riot said.
"I am also ready!" Tiger/Kisame said with a smile as he carries his replica of Mifune's Sameda. But his is similar to Spinner's sword of swords.
"Fourth Kind wasn't taking work-study students and we are so grating to you for taking us on!" Red Riot said.
"Selkie couldn't take me so thanks!" Tiger/Kisame said.
"Oh, Kisame did you see Angel and Corazon lately?" Red Riot asked.
"No, and that's what's worries me…" Tiger/Kisame said.
"Man if only Mirio were free…" Suneater thought.
[Flashback]
"Amajiki, please introduce me to whoever you do your work-study with! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!" Red Riot/Eijiro asked.
"Yes, I would like to work with you!" Tiger/Kisame asked.
"You're too close…" Amajiki/Suneater said.
[End Flashback]
"You were both coming at me. It was scary…" Amajiki/Suneater said
"Heh...If Tamaki could only do somethin' about his weak mind, he'd be a great talent!" Fatgum said.
"That pressure leads me to even lower lows…" Amajiki/Suneater said.
"Geez...is he always like this?…" Eijiro/Tiger thought.
"This man scouted me to torment me! It's harassment! I just want to go home!" Amajiki/Suneater said.
"Dude he's just trying to encourage you." Tiger/Kisame said.
"Yeah, that's what it sounds like!" Eijiro/Kirishima said.
"Hey! Fatgum, eat ours!" a food seller said.
"Don't my brother's food it's crap! Eat mine!" the brother of the food seller said.
"Maybe tomorrow guys!" Fatgum said.
"I can't be cheerful and positive like you guys or Mirio." Amajiki/Suneater said.
"We feel the same sometimes with the stronger members of the Worst Generation of U.A. High…" Tiger/Kisame said.
"Right they're lots of times I can't do anything when everyone else is frantic. The gap between me and the Worst Generation of U.A. High has gotten bigger. So I want to at least close that gap so I can stand next to them on equal footing!" Eijiro/Red Riot said.
"Right! I am a master in Fishman Karate but I am weaker compared to those like Katakiri, Shanks II, Ryuma, and Ghidorah." Tiger/Kisame said.
"You guys are positive for first years." Amajiki/Suneater said.
"HEY! CATCH! THEM!" a Prey Soldier yelled (his appearance is yellow skin, yellow hair, red and blue shirt, blue shorts, and wears a purple bandana) as a group of 8 criminals ran past by followed by a prey.
"Damn it! Stop followin' me!" The Group's boss said.
"Let's split up and meet again!" the Boss said as the group split into two groups.
Just then four of them were caught by Fatgum.
"I WON'T LET YOU!" Fatgum said.
"Crap! It's Fatgum!" Criminal #1 said.
"I'm sinking!" Criminal #2 said.
"See yah!" Criminal #3 said as he got out with a quirk similar to Edgeshot.
"Damn. Your Quirk is the same as Edge's." Fatgum said.
As the guy flew away. He was caught by a bunch of Tentacles from Suneater.
"AH! OCTOPUS' TENTACLES!" Criminal #3 said.
"Way he is so mean…" Amajiki/Suneater asked.
"THAT'S NOT WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT!" Tiger/Kisame said.
Then Suneater combo attacks him with a clam hand, Tentacles finers, bird wings, and bird legs.
"Clams are good for attacking that's why I eat them everyday." Amajiki/Suneater said.
[Tamaki Amajiki: Suneater, Quirk: Manifest]
"Although I didn't need the wings…" Amajiki/Suneater said.
"Wow, that was fast!" Eijiro/Red Riot said.
"See? Our Suneater's skills have long been as good as a pro's! As long he works on his self-confidence." Fatgum said.
"Damn...four of them got away...and there's word about a Ninth person in this group...but where…" the Prey soldier said.
"YEAH! GO SUNEATER!/ HE'S SO HANDSOME!/ DATE ME!" a couple of girls said.
[Meanwhile in the crowd]
"I need….To save my friends…!" Criminal #9 said as he aimed a gun at Suneater.
"Oh, no! Get down!" Fatgum said.

BANG!
[Meanwhile with Overhaul]
"This bullet is your plan, isn't it? This thing was fired at Compress and he lost the use of his quirk for a while and I dodged the second bullet. This bullet...can negate quirks...doesn't it? Tell me is your plan because if it is what I think it is… then we have agreed, come to an agreement." Tomura asked.
"Okay, I'll tell you...I heard All For One ruled by stealing Quirks...So I am doing something similar...Now since I just got my asset back...It's something that will not negate but…" Overhaul said.
[Back with Suneater]
"...But to Erase Quirks in whole…" Overhaul said as we switched back to Suneater's location.
Suneater was shot by Criminal #9.
"AMAJIKI!" Eijiro/Red Riot said in shock.
"SUNEATER!" Tiger/Kisame said in shock.
Then Criminal #9 prepared to fire again and civilians ran away from him.
Red Riot shields himself in front of Suneater.
"Suneater! Red Riot! Kisame!" Fatgum said as he ran towards them.
BANG!
Then Criminal #9 fired the gun!
Then the bullet hits Red Riot's head.
"Little by little, preparations are going according to plan…" Overhaul said.
The bullet bounced off of Red Riot's head.
"It bounced off?!" Criminal #9 said in shock then ran away.
"WE'LL CATCH HIM!" Red Riot and Kisame said as they ran after him.
"Wait! I'll catch him with my tentacles!" Amajiki/Suneater said but his quirk was not working.
"It's not working?!" Amajiki/Suneater thought.
"HEY! GET BACK HERE! Geez...If you're not careful, it might come back to bite you! Suneater, if you're unhurt then I'll leave this place to you! Other heroes will be here soon, so work with them!" Fatgum said as he began to chase after Red Riot and Kisame.
"I'm not hurt, but my Quirk won't activate!" Amajiki/Suneater said in a panic.
"What? Is Eraserhead here or someone has a similar Quirk?" Fatgum asked in shock.
[Meanwhile with Red Riot and Kisame]
"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Criminal #9 yelled as he ran.
"Then stop running!" Kisame/Tiger yelled.
"I thought you were going to save your friends!" Red Riot/Eijiro said.
"THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE MAD ABOUT?!" Criminal #9 said.
"Running away after shooting someone isn't manly!" Red Riot/Kirishima said.
"You can't keep running! It's a dead-end where you're heading!" Tiger/Kisame said as Criminal #9 ran towards a dead end.
"Crap!" Criminal #9 cursed.
"There's nowhere to run! You're cornered!" Tiger/Kisame said as Red Riot and Kisame ran at the guy.
"SHUT UP! FREAK!" Criminal #9 said as he used his quirk to make metal blades on his right arm.
Red Riot activates his quirk and Kisame covered his arm with Haki.
"RED COUNTER!" Red Riot/Eijirou said as he punched the Criminal's face which sends him flying into a wall. Then Kisame slams the criminal's head to the ground.
CRASH!
"Give up! Maniac!" Kisame/Tiger said.
Then Criminal #9 began to teared up.
"Seriously you're crying?" Red Riot/Eijiro asked.
"It's not fair...All I got is a Qurik that lets me pop out blades less than ten centimeters long...I am worst than a Fishman or a quirkless person!" Criminal #9 said.
"Ouch preaching to the choir why don't ya…" Kisame/Tiger said.
"All I want is to save my friends! YOU SHOULD BE PRAISING ME!" Criminal #9 said as he cried.
"No way! Besides, if you're gonna cry about being scared, then don't do bad stuff to begin with!" Red Riot/Eijiro said to comfort the Criminal.
"Red Riot be careful his type of criminal will get the drop on you." Kisame/Tiger said.
"Oh, come on. He's already down...It's our job to take him in…" Red Riot/Eijiro said.
"I t-thought that if I hung around with strong guys then I could get stronger too." Criminal #9 said.
"We know how it feels…" Tiger/Eijirou said.
"You don't know how it feels to be discriminated!" Criminal #9 said as he took out a red vial from his coat.
"..." Tiger/Kisame was silent.

...
"You're wrong I do know…human…" Tiger/Kisame said as he let his guard down.
Then Criminal #9 injects himself the contents of the vial.
"GGRRRAAHHH!" Criminal #9 said as many blades came from his body!
Red Riot used his Quirk and Kisame use haki to block the blades.
"DAMNIT! HE'S USING TRIGGER!" Kisame said.
[Meanwhile with Suneater]
"Thank you guys...these criminals are a part of a team that sells illegal drugs and items…But one guy is still missing." Prey Soldier said.
"But one of the items is the reason why I couldn't activate my quirk?" Amajiki/Suneater said.
"Die. You stupid scum." Criminal Boss said.
Then Suneater was sulking at a wall.
"Now, tell me do you know who I work for?" Prey Soldier asked the Criminal Boss.
"No, who do I care what Loser you're working for-" Criminal Boss said as he was held from the neck by the Prey Soldier.
"Boss! He's a part of NEO ROCKS! FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BEAST HUNTER PIRATES! YOU JUST INSULTED THEIR LEADER LORD ACHILLES! THE MOST POWERFUL CREATURE OF ALL LIVING THINGS!" Criminal #2 said in fear.
"Now, tell me where did you get this from…" the Prey Soldier asked.
"Hey! Bart Simpson! Let the police take it from here." A man in purple armor with white hair landed.
"Fine Paths, Shiro Hamada." Bart said as he lets go of the criminal boss.
[SHIRO HAMADA: RANK SIX PATHS OF PAIN: BOUNTY 400,000,000 Berries. CLONE OF BIG HERO 6's Hiro Hamada of San Frantokyo of the Grandline.]
[BART SIMPSON: RANK PREY: BOUNTY 10,000,000 Berries. BARTMAN]
"But where are the two work-study students your sister-in-law has? In fact, where's Honey Lemon?" Bart asked.
"I don't know...I'll get right two work-study students…" Shiro said.
"Ay Caramba! You don't know where they are, do you?" Bart said as he caught the third group that split off.

"Crap, he powered up. It's just like in the news but if we don't stop him then the bystanders will get kill!" Red Riot thought.
"DIE! DIE! DIE! YOU PIECE OF FILTH!" Criminal #9 said as he used his quirk and it cuts through Red Riot's Hardening.
"Red Riot!" Kisame said as he deflected some of the blades.
"HAHAHAHAHA! You're just playing hero! Yelling justice so proudly you don't know what it is like to be hated!" Criminal #9 said as he increased the blades.
"EVERYONE! RUNAWAY! GET AWAY FROM HERE!" Red Riot yelled as the blades traveled towards Kisame and Red Riot.
The Blades traveled towards Kisame first.

"Get harder…! More…! AND MORE…! Get harder! HARDEN! BECOME A WALL THAT WILL NEVER BREAK!" Red Riot thought as he used his quirk to the absolute limit!

"OWW!" Criminal #9 said in pain as his blades snap.
"Red Riot you block it for me?" Kisame thought.
"Thanks to my intensive training...I have improved my Quirk, THIS IS RED RIOT UNBREAKABLE!" Red Riot/Eijirou said.

"HEY! HEY! HEY! IS HIS WHOLE BODY CREAKING?!" Criminal #9 said.
"There are people still in these buildings so we end this here!" Red Riot thought.
[Red Riot Unbreakable 30 -40 seconds]
"Kisame! LAUNCH ME!" Red Riot said as he jumped.
"RIGHT! FISHMAN KARATE: VAGABOND DRILL!" Kisame said as he punched Red Riot's feet.
"COMBINE ATTACK: UNBREAKABLE DRILL!" Kisame and Red Riot said as he was launched towards Criminal #9 and spun like a drill.
Red Riot broke through the blades and punched the criminal who was sent flying.
"Those two are young but they have guts." an old man in a suit said.
" I think one of them is a Fishman…" Man with purple cap said.
"YEAH!" Red Riot said.
Then the Criminal was crying again.
"DUDE! ENOUGH WITH THE CRYING WE KNOW THAT 'S YOU'RE FAKING IT!" Kisame/Tiger yelled.
"I think he's off the drugs." Red Riot/Eijirou said.
"I j-just wanted to get stronger… STAY BACK YOU FREAKS!" Criminal #9 said cowardly.
"Look we know what's it like-" Red Riot said.
"WHO THE FUCK CARES ABOUT YOU!" Criminal #9 yelled as he launched himself into the air.
"CRAP!" Kisame/Tiger said.
"HAHAHAHA! NOW I CAN BE A HERO TO MY FRIENDS!" Criminal #9 said.
Just then...
"...ROOM!..." Corazon said as he created his room.
Then the Criminal was cut in half.
"GAH!" Criminal #9 was shocked then a girl crashed into his back.
CRASH!
"We saw what you did...now who did you get this from?" Angel asked coldly.
"Talk or I will do some surgical work..." Corazon said.
KABOOM!
Then Raiden appeared.
"ANGEL! STOP RUNNING AROUND HONEY LEMON IS TRYING TO TEACH YOU ABOUT SELF CONTROL SELF-CONTROL!" Raiden yelled.
"Corazon! Stop! Before you do anything! Where have you two been! No one has seen you two for an entire week!" Red Riot /Eijirou yelled.
"I'm just planning my vengeance...and Corazon is either helping me or stopping me…" Angel said coldly.
"Yuki-Onna! Dr. Frankenstein! Raiden! Shiro told me you be here! Oh yeah, Fatgum!" Honey Lemon said as she skated towards the Students.
"Hey! Honey Lemon, your Work-Study Students are pretty good at their jobs a few loose cannons!" Fatgum said.
"Sorry, but Yuki-Onna has been on a streak lately and she wants a hit at you know what…" Honey Lemon said.
"Oh, right but in the meantime keep your students in line." Fatgum said.
"Yes, sir!" Honey Lemon said as she drags away Corazon and Angel.
"What the heck is going on here?" Red Riot/Eijrou asked.
"I don't know but I sense a change in the winds…" Tiger/Kisame said.
"HEY! WHAT'S YOUR HERO NAMES?" an old man asked.
"Red Riot!" Eijirou introduced himself.
"Kisame." Tiger said.
"THANK YOU FOR SAVING US!" the old man said.
"You weren't scared! You protected us!" a girl said.
"We'll remember you two!" the man with the purple cap said.
"THANK YOU!" Eijirou and Tiger said as they bowed.
[FLASHBACK]
Mina was running towards danger…(1)
Katakiri fought the giant villain…(1)
Tiger was fighting off the CCC at the docks…(2)
Signs of anti-Fishman propaganda...(2)
Eijrou was just standing still in one place…(1)
A mermaid child was kidnaped...(2)

"Why didn't I go?" Eijirou thought…
"The status quo hasn't changed...didn't it?" Tiger thought…
[Later…]
"So, his quirk powered up? Bet it was one of them bootleg illegal quirk enhancers...the ones from the U.S. last at least one or two hours..." Fatgum asked.
"Whoa, you know a lot!" Eijirou/Red RIot said.
"So, it's doubling the lawbreaking?" Tiger/Kisame asked.
"Fatgum! The bullet that guy fired we found it but it wasn't recoverable… but the bullet and gun weren't normal...I'll investigate and report back." a cop said.
"Thanks for goin' out of your way to let me know." Fatgum said.
"I see...Are you all right?" Eijirou/Red Riot asked.
"Yeah, but it sucks…" Amajiki/Suneater said as he pulled down his hood.
"A weapon that takes away a quirk this must be All For On or something… What an unmanly thing to do..." Eijirou said.
"Worst of all you defended me...You're like Mirio a person who shines brightly, like the sun…" Amajiki/Suneater said.
"But you're the sun too! You introduced me and Tiger to Fatgum!" Eijirou/Red Riot said.
"Look why don't we go to the hospital first and then the agency okay?" Fatgum said.
"YES SIR!" Eijrou said.
"I understand about the Quirk Boosters... but a drug that prevents someone from using their Quirk?... That sounds like something NEO ROCKS would like to get their hands on…Something new and dangerous, one of NEO ROCKS' M.O…." Fatgum thought.
"Hey wait, where's NEO ROCKS? I thought they were here?" Tiger/Kisame said.
[Meanwhile on the Six Paths of Pain Ship #5]
"Lord Achilles… we have found a group that has eventually met up with Overhaul…" Shiro said who was speaking into a transponder snail with a white snail attachment…
["...What's your evidence?"] Achilles asked from the snail.
"I witnessed Suneater of U.A. High got shot from an underling and his quirk disappeared…" Shiro said.
["..."] Achilles was silent.
["I see...a mystery weapon that can erase quirks around the same time Eri's kidnapping… and Monet's murder? Find Overhaul's location...I want him found…"] Achilles said.
"Yes sir…" Shiro said.
["Oh, if you find the mystery bullets that take away quirks...make sure you'll also find the ones that will return the quirks… I want them studied, mass-produced, and improved upon...and sent all results to Theodor and Florence…"] Achilles said.
"Is that all sir?" Shiro asked.
Then the Snail went to sleep…
"I guess that answered my question then…" Shiro said to himself.
And so the gears of destruction began to turn and no one would be prepared for a war that will make Marineford and Wano look small and shall engulf the country and perhaps the world...
