I can't tell you my name, but you can call me CPW I work with your mate. I just wanted to add a letter to tell you that when you first come here his change date is coming up. My mate, your brother and I are all planning a party. I wanted to make sure you were on board. If you don't send a letter back, I will assume that is a yes. I added this right before it was mailed. Your mate doesn't know I mailed this.

My mate keeps bugging me to ask you what it is like there in the school? Do they treat you well? If they don't, I will make sure they will.

I'm not sure if your mate or Ares told you. I named you and him. I came and got Ares and brought him to the property. I knew he would be perfect here. He is also extremely excited to see you again. After your mates change day party, we will have a small coven celebration for you and Ares. We will turn you and Ares at the same time that way you two still can be around each other.

I know you like to bake. My mate had the kitchen redone in time for you to come here. That way you can cook and bake for Ares and yourself till your change. You will also be able to give your baking to the villages of humans near by after you change. We have 4 villages of humans near by. They are well looked after and protected. You will learn more about them when you come here.

"Really? That doesn't happen often." Riley says

"He told me they have human villages near by."

"Wow, Garrett is a nomad. He says he see's people often though. He says he will sometimes help your mate with his job."

"Really?"

"Yeah, so we can visit each other"

I look down at the letter from my brother

Athena,

I heard that your mate and one of the coven mates sent a letter with mine. I have been so busy this week, but never too busy for you. I miss having you around. I remember playing with you as a kid. We would have so much fun.

I think you will like it here a lot. There is lots of space to run around. With the new kitchen, I don't think we will get you out of it.

I know your mate mentioned that there was some trouble with the slaves. We have one slave here that thinks he is better then everyone else. So, he had to be put in his place and punished. I hope you won't have any problems. You shouldn't have any contact with him though.

Do you have any plans for our birthday? The other two coven members that are staying behind are going to make me a cake and give me my gifts. Your mate will bring your gifts from us, so you can open them on your birthday.

I got told there is another mate coming here. Like they will actually be staying at the house. That's really weird. I think it is someone important's mate. I hope she is nice, but from what I hear she will be a problem. She is leaving her school late.

The wolves here are doing good. They are busy as ever protecting the villages and our property. The young wolves are being well looked after still. The little wolves pass on a hello. I know you will definitely end up cooking for them a lot. They eat a ton of food. I know if they weren't living on the property the young wolves wouldn't be going to school. They also wouldn't get much of a childhood. After they change, they are out of classes for two weeks training. They continue to train after school, when they go back.

Well enough about what is going on here. I will want to know all about how your week went, when I see you.

I smile through my tears. I really miss my brother. We learned how to bake together. We were 5 when we were separated. I got told he was going to die as he was never bought. When I received his letter, I was overjoyed. Knowing my brother was alive was an amazing feeling. It was a couple of years before I realized my mate and his coven members were writing the letters for him. Of course, I didn't write back till I was 8, because I couldn't write enough to get a letter together.

I was 8 years old when I found out that my mate had taken him home. I had never been happier. I got to see my brother again. He told me that one of the coven members named us. He said he named us after the brother and sister god and goddess knowing that we would be really powerful.

"You okay?" Riley askes

"Yeah, I just miss Ares like crazy." I say wiping my tears

"You will get to see him soon. Your birthday is in 2 sleeps. You will be 16 before you know it."

"That's true and we have classes to distract us tomorrow."

"True, I hope tomorrow passes quickly." Riley tells me looking at the roof.

"Your birthday is coming up too. Do you think they will give you a roommate for the few days that you're here alone?" I ask

"No, Heidi says that because we will be leaving within a couple of days of each other, they will just move two girls into here, when we leave."

"I heard they are serving pizza for dinner on my birthday." I tell her changing the topic. I'm getting tired so I go turn out the light.

"Really? Sweet! Tired?" she asks turning her lamp beside her bed on.

We each have our own side of the room with the door in the middle of the one wall. On the wall across from the door is our beds. They are facing the wall with the door. We both have a closet with or clothes in it. Not that we have a lot of clothes.

We do get some spending money either from our mates or the school, to go to a small village near by on the weekend to buy stuff we might want. We also each have a nightstand with two drawers and a lamp on top. I keep my letters in one drawer. We have a desk to do our homework at.

"Yeah, I am" I say

"Okay, night. I got some homework I have to finish" Riley says moving to her desk. She always waits till the last minute to do her homework. I close my eyes and fall asleep.
