The screen was black as Marcy walked in " Hi guys it's me Marcy Wu where do I begin well we defeated The Core and Eggman although I'm not so sure About Eggman Sonic says he comes back anyway I miss Anne and Sasha but Shadow does drop in on me for no reason anyway let's get to the story" Marcy says and pressed a button.
In the dark stormy base of the newly Eggman Empire, Eggman was putting flickies inside some robots using them to power his machines as he watches.
" Ha Ha Ha !" Eggman laughed as Metal Sonic walked up.
" Ah, Metal Sonic, I have an assignment for you, " Eggman says.
"Excuse me but this isn't metal Sonic have you forgotten," the Core says
Flashback
"Anne!" Hyper Sonic says as Metal Madness flies in front of them.
"Ok You're screwed faker Chaos spear!" Shadow says tossing chaos spears hurting the metal being with explosions.
"HYPER FLASH!" Sonic says unleashing a bright flash hitting Metal Madness sending him back.
Sonic and Shadow both hit Metal Sonic with a spin dash tearing him apart as they both spot Anne as her body was white.
"Shadow, try to stop the moon." Sonic said, Shadow nodded, besides farther from Anne, then attempting to stop the moon from falling, as struggle to push the moon.
"You think you will destroy me, shadow, you are nothing, You cannot stop... a GOD! !" The core said in his head, another voice was a familiar voice.
"Shadow... I beg of you…" He gasped, it was Maria calling out to him."Give them a chance... to be happy!"
He started to sob tears.
"I AM SHADOW, SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG!"
Then his limiters came off then unleashed his full powers.
"Anne," Sprig and Sonic said, Anne, turns around
"Don't have to do this, please," Hyper Sonic says, tearing up.
"Don't go. I don't know what I'll do without you. You're my everything. You... changed my life." Sprig sobbed, and Anne held his hand.
"Anne you changed my life well not as much as you did to Sprig but hanging out with you guys was Amazing, " Sonic says as Metal Sonic merged with the Moon.
"There can only be one Sonic!" Metal Sonic says.
"Yeah you're right there can only be one!" Sonic says, then Sonic and Shadow powers up.
"You ready?" Shadow asked.
"You bet!" Sonic unleashes his full power."Here we go!"
"Chaos!"
"Control!" They both use chaos control as Anne unleashes a white beam destroying the moon and Metal Sonic.
Shadow reverted to his normal form and pass out Sonic notices him, tried to catch him but it was too late, Shadow smiled
"This is what you wanted…right Maria…My Promise… to you" Shadow said, and those were final word he said before fell to amphibia
"Shadow!" Sonic says and tears up before looking To see Metal Sonic weakly looking at Sonic.
"There can only be one Sonic Farewell Sonic the hedgehog," Metal Sonic says as he watches Sonic fly off with Sprig and Anne.
Flashback ends
"Pathetic, they're not the ones I'm after, I'll get Shadow or Marcy as a new host, " Metal Sonic says as he secretly flies off.
"That blasted hedgehog he ruined everything but he's not the focus right now I need some luck," Eggman says
At the same time
Rouge and Shadow were inside the base, they both were assigned by G.U.N also known as Guardian units of the nation, Rouge and Shadow came to a stop on a vault that made Rouge smirk and walk to the console and type down the password, the vault opened by itself.
"Hmph, easy as pie," Shadow said.
They entered the Vault and spotted another console, Rouge walked towards it and began finding some clues on what the mad scientist is up to, a tab pop showing a mural on it was a snake being made of water, Suddenly a robot boots up, marches forward and scans Shadow and Rouge, He violently tearing up the place with gunfire. Shadow acts fast and leaps forward and tackles Rouge to the ground, The Robot shoots around the Room, and Shadow rushed around as he and the robot rush toward each other before Rogue gets in the way
"Hold it!" She said before panting as she looked tired.
In the morning, It was a nice day as Marcy was unpacking as she sighed looking at a picture of her, Anne, Sasha, Sonic,Tails and Knuckles.
"I miss you guys," Marcy says and decides to play video games.
After 2 hour of gaming, Marcy got hungry, "Aw dang it," Marcy says and went downstairs.
Marcy begins to make a sandwich when her head begins to spin "Ow why does my head hurt?" She asked as she noticed a glow outside and went to see it as there was a chaos emerald.
"A chaos emerald? Maybe I should call Shadow or Rogue," Marcy says, she pulls out her phone and calls Shadow.
Meanwhile back at the Base
"So I see Eggman Trapped you and basically left you and Shadow was also used by Eggman so I guess that makes us a team," Rogue says as Shadow crossed his Arms before his phone rang, he then pick up the call
"Hello?" Shadow asked.
"Hi Shadow," Marcy says
"Get to the point, kid," Shadow says.
"You are no fun, anyway I found a chaos emerald." Marcy says as the call ended, Shadow then teleported away, and Rouge saw him disappear.
"The Fuck." Rouge cursed.
Meanwhile
"He, Hung up " Marcy says as Shadow arrives outta nowhere and takes the emerald and leaves.
"Aw," Marcy says.
At the same time, Shadow teleported back to Rouge and the Robot.
"Sorry, it was some nuisance, " Shadow says
"Uh huh, I guess you and Marcy are a thing?" Rogue asked.
"What do by a thing?" He asked.
"Ya know like you two are dating."
"What! No!"
She scoffed."Yeah right," Rogue teased as The robot flew out.
"Hey, I'm the leader of the team," Rogue says.
Meanwhile, the master emerald begins to crack open as Knuckles blinks and sees this " Hey who's there?" Knuckles says as he sees some humanoid water coming out from on top.
"Who are you!? What have you done to the master emerald!?" Knuckles shouted as he slapped Knuckles aside.
"Hey, how dare you? '' Knuckles growled and leaped up towards Chaos in fog; however, once he punched him he disappeared." Where you little-"Suddenly the Island started to shake.
Somewhere in a desert, a research base called Area 99 which is established by G.U.N also known as the Guardian units of the nation, this base houses much of the military weapons and is located in the middle near the edge of a cliff. Commander Walter looks out of the window in his office, Soldiers who were falling in line, some soldiers who were running ready to go on missions, Walter heard a door open he turned around to see shadow, Rouge, and robot this frightened Walter.
"He's on our side." Shadow said, Walter sighs.
"How was the mission?" He asked.
"Went well as a charm," Rogue says.
"Good," Walter says.
"However we found this." Shadow said, he brought out a device and put it on the table and a hologram showed it was a mural back at Robotnik's base."We found This painting showing a snake made of water."
"So what?" Walter asked.
"We believe there's something suspicious about this. but I can't put a finger on it."
"Well whatever it is, this may clue me in on another Robotnik plan."
"I suppose so."
"Well, I'll see what I can't do."
Shadow, Rouge, and the robot left the room before Walter called the last one to leave.
"By the way Shadow," he stops and turns around his head, and concentrates on Walter."We've been spying on lately."
"Is that a problem?"
"Well no, we saw you keep an eye on This girl named Marcy Wu, who moved to station square, Correct?"
"Yes, after I promised a lost friend, I Don't have anything to do now."
"Oh I'm so sorry about your loss."
"It's fine, so now keep an eye on Marcy when she is away from her friends and even Sonic."
"Ok." Shadow nodded and exited the office before another said.
"So are we going to talk about Marcy?" Someone asked, Shadow turned around and it was Rouge.
"If you're saying I'm in love with her, NO." Shadow said, Annoyed.
"Okay, okay, I'm just saying." Shadow growled and walked away.
The next day In station square
Marcy was walking to her new school, she took a deep breath two times."Okay you can do this just don't clumsy Klutzy Marc-" until she tripped and fell face flat on the ground."Ow, Come on Marcy you gotta stop tripping,"
Marcy then gets up but accidentally teleports Into the restroom, her newly chaos powers.
"Ugh, I need to control my powers!" Marcy says as the ground shook As people were screaming as Marcy ran out as the water was right there.
"So cool!" Marcy says as it walked towards her as marcy gasped And tripped.
"I don't wanna die, " Marcy says as Eggman arrives in his egg mobile.
" Ha, what did I say, " Marcy says breaking the 4th wall, Marcy ran away however was surrounded by Badniks.
"Hello Marcy you're coming with us, Core is expecting you." Eggman says
The young teenager was stunned to hear that she gulped "The Core is alive right?"
"That isn't important," Eggman says, suddenly spears came out from the sky and destroyed the Badniks causing a lot of explosions, and Shadow landed in front of Marcy.
"Hello Robotnik I never expect to see you again, what are you doing?" Shadow asked.
"I'm here for Ms. Wu, someone is expecting her"
"You can have her, if you get pass me." He then bounce off from the ground to Punch Robotnik but slap away falling to the ground, shadow groaned and look to see a Water being humanoid and a pink brain transparent in his head.
Shadow smirk."What is this your new creation?"
"No this a being, a god of destruction, This is Chaos."
"What? You think I'm supposed to be impressed? Pathetic." Shadow then gets back up and lunges at chaos but with a blink of an eye Chaos grabs him.
"Shadow!" Marcy said she ran to save him but was stopped by Robotnik.
"Stop right there Ms wu!" he said, Marcy stopped." Surrender yourself to me, Or friend here is goner."
"MARCY NO!" Shadow shouted, Chaos tightens its grip on him, Marcy looks at him and closes his eyes as she steps away from the doctor, Robotnik was confused.
"No." Marcy said, Robotnik's expression was disgusted he scoffed.
"So you're doing this the hard way… fine." He snapped his finger as Chaos tighten grip and Shadow screamed in agony.
She gasped, covering her mouth," Please stop it!"
"Sorry but you made your choice, now my friend dies." The grip from Chaos got more tighter, shadow scream even more, Marcy begins to tear up, her pupils begin to turn green
"I TOLD YA TO STOP." She then created a shockwave sending Robotnik and chaos away, chaos let go of shadow as he fell down unconscious, Marcy ran to shadow.
"Shadow Wake up," Marcy says, Shadow groans as he opens his eyes.
"What happened?" He asked.
"Well you nearly died but I saved you " Marcy says as suddenly G.U.N was arriving in tanks as Shadow grabbed Marcy and dashed off to her house, on top of a building Metal sonic watch as they ran off.
"One of these days you're going to run out, Shadow and Ms Wu."
Meanwhile, Marcy and Shadow arrive at her new home in station square.
"I can handle it," Shadow says to Marcy, as she lets go of him, shadow walks slowly to the door, and Marcy was worried he almost died from that thing, Marcy opens the door for him.
"I could help," Marcy says
"I'm fine, thanks." Shadow enters inside; he then heads over to the kitchen, opens the fridge, pulls out a bottle of water, he removes the cap and chugs fast until then walk to the door.
"Are you sure you're okay?"
"I'm not going to die, Marcy." suddenly something stops from moving, He groans holding his stomach, Marcy grabs him.
"That thing we saw must have Chaos energy in him, particularly the master emerald,'' Marcy says.
"Possibly," he said, he groans in pain, holding his stomach.
"Hey, you're going to be okay." She then took a shadow upstairs to her room.
Meanwhile, Angel Island fell crashing the waves to wash around as Knuckles groaned "I guess the hedgehog is involved," Knuckles says as he gets up and crosses his Arms.
"I gotta fix this, Eggman has a lot of Answers," Knuckles says before rushing off.
Meanwhile at Robotnik base
Eggman was using a camera to spy on the heroes
"Heh Looks like they're after the emeralds we'll spy on them " Eggman says.
"Correct," Metal Sonic says.
" I need a smart host, maybe the fox after all he's part of the Core, "Metal Sonic says.
"Since when?" Eggman asked.
"The moment he entered Marcy's mind he sealed his fate. He will join us as will Shadow and Marcy," Metal Sonic says.
Meanwhile at night Shadow woke up in Marcy room covered in bandages he got up and look around Marcy was not her bed, he then went out the window to if she left, but he hear someone crying in roof he check to see what's who was crying and it was Marcy, he walk to Marcy comforting her.
"Hey are you alright?" he asked
"You got hurt because the core wanted me." Marcy sobbed, shadow sighs, and grab Marcy's shoulder.
"Hey, I'm fine Marcy, You Don't have to cry about it, you have to stay strong." She wipes her tears, and Marcy smiles a bit. "Come to think of it, Rogue believes I have things for you."
"Really?"
"YES, she keeps saying we're two love birds, but it pisses me off." Marcy giggled.
"What? Do you think that's funny?"
"Maybe, but can I ask you a question?" Marcy says
"Sure."
"Why are you always spying on me, are you stalking me or something?"
"No, I'm spying on you cause you have Chaos energy which makes you a target, but something happens while spying on noticing something, do you and your parents spend time with each other, right?" Shadow asked
"No," Marcy says sadly."Why do you think I always hang around with Anne and Sasha all the time?"
"I'm Terribly sorry, Marcy" Shadow said, feeling bad to hear that.
"It's alright, my parents are always busy, so I hang out with Sasha and Anne, but now that I'm far away from them I am just scared of being alone."
Shadow sighed he then thinks her family never spend time with her he feels so bad Marcy." What if I were part of your family? " Shadow said, and this made Marcy gasp.
"Wait really?" Marcy asked.
"Correct: Since your family is too busy, how about I be your Stepbrother?"
"Eeee," Marcy says excitedly, she then hugs her Shadow and catches him off guard, she whispers to him saying Thank you, Shadow then smiles and hugs her back. Rogue who was looking through the window, took a picture of the two.
At night Marcy was sleeping on her bed, before she moved her body from side to side groaning, she was having a nightmare about the core.
Flashback
Marcy was in a hallway " Oh no " Marcy says as she saw Anne and Sasha
" You betrayed us now we want nothing to do with you ever " Anne and Sasha says as Marcy was sobbing
Yunnan was backing up when she realized they were fake
"Um Guys it's those eyes" Yunnan says as Amy looked at a card " That's true " Amy says as her body lit up like pink chaos energy as she formed it around her hammer and whacked the eyes as she , Marcy , Olivia and Yunnan destroyed most of them as Yunnan passed Marcy the crossbow as Marcy shot the last one down
"Alright, that was awesome!" Amy says and high five Marcy as Marcy hugged Amy " Omg what are you ?" Marcy asked " I'm Amy rose and in order to save my planet I had to come to yours but it seems Sonic isn't here " Amy says
" Ok I don't usually Say this but , Good work everyone " Yunan says as Suddenly As ring opened up as Knuckles came in with Robotnik
" Knuckles ?" Amy asked
"huh ?" Marcy asked confused
"I got this " Yunan says and leaped towards Knuckles and swiped at Knuckles a bunch of times as Knuckles dodged each attack and charged himself with Chaos energy as he punched Yunan sending her down as Andrias arrived
"Ha you're too late " Amy says and tossed a ring opening a portal to a weird planet " Come on Marcy we're bustin outta here " Amy says as a orange laser destroyed the ring portal
" Did that ring open a portal so Cool " Marcy says as a big machine with different eyes landed
" Knuckles, Eggman head upstairs please " Andrias says as the two do so
" What the ?" Marcy asked before tentacles grabbed her face as Amy grabbed her arm " No !" Amy says as it was too strong and tied Marcy to a chair
" Let me go I'm too young to die " Marcy cried out
" Sorry Marcy I really didn't want it to be you but the core desires a host someone smart , the only one who can beat me in flipwart " Andrias says as Marcy gasped knowing she was doomed as the hemelt covered her face as Marcy screamed " Anne !, Sasha !" Marcy begged and sobbed as data filled her head as soon the machine fell over as Marcy's bones cracked
"Why hello there." the core spoke
Flashback ends
Marcy gasped as she woke up, it was morning, she breathed heavily before breathing in deep, Marcy sighed, she then lies down on the bed, and puts her hands on her face groaning.
"Having trouble Sleeping?" Someone asked, she turned her head to the left and it was a shadow, who was inside her room, Marcy looked down and sighed.
"Yes, It's the core, I've been having nightmares about that thing, " Marcy says.
"The Core is alive?" Shadow asked.
"Yeah, Eggman told me." Marcy says.
"So Metal Sonic is after Sonic again. I swear some things never change, anyway let's move.'' Shadow says.
"Where are we going?"
"I'm going to be training you," Shadow says.
"What?" Marcy asked, shocked.
"I'll be teaching you the basics on controlling Chaos Energy before you're ready."
"What about school?"
"Screw School, your life's on the line, and besides I talk to the commander at G.U.N to tell the school you and your parents are on a road trip." Shadow says.
Marcy squealed. "This is like an Anime!" Marcy says
"I have no idea what that is, but alright." He shrugged, and looked away."Let's go."
"Hold on." Marcy paused, she then got up and went to her closet to get something, meanwhile, Shadow waited outside the door, Marcy kicked the door open and then did a heroic pose, She appears wearing her Newtopian Night guard armor just in case.
"Alright Onward to Adventure!" Marcy Triumphally said,
"Follow me." She ran to him but tripped, Shadow looked behind him as Marcy got up.
"I'm ok." Shadow looks at her only to chuckle.
Meanwhile Rouge was flying around when she spotted a temple with multiple entrances, but it was rusty as it was covered with green leaves and branches and some symbols of a Chaos Emerald.
"Chaos Emerald here I come, " Rogue says and flies so fast she leaves a white blur.

Next time A sibling bond, Shadow will train Marcy to utilize Chaos energy.
Preview: Marcy gasped as Shadow kicked her. Sonic and Tails are seen in Mystic ruins with a smile as they rush around.
Eggman is seen in his Eggmobile as he laughs.
